rather than come up with really unique uh manufacturing whether that’s robotics whether that’s uh simplified design any of those things most companies have stopped doing it because it’s cheaper just to throw labor at it Human Resources when they’re cheap like that human labor is a natural resource just like a coal just like oil just like abundant clean water or Farmland if you think about it this way and you divorce yourself in the reality these are human beings with lives and families that cheap labors is a natural

resource so they have exploited it rather than refine their process rather than spend the extra money to build a better assembly line they’ve thrown cheap labor at it which realistic approach but it’s not a realistic long-term approach as labor around the world starts uh to equalize which always happens his point is that the muskin crew is completely changing how they approach everything there’s like yeah cheap Labor’s great great but how can we make it even more efficient so they’re changing everything from the machines

they use simplifying the designs Etc but nobody else is doing it his point is being that musk and crew will become the model for all of manufacturing around the world in the coming years um because with globalization the breakdown globalization or just the equality in rates around the world they’re not going to be able to take advantage of that to compete price-wise in other words muskin crew will have a massive massive advantage and he’s just pointing out that many other companies are going to

of people go oh my God what do you think when I started cardio and I had such a difference in my cholesterol levels blood pressure all that I started two things at one time I started Nrf2 and cardio both of them together at the same time so picking which one has been the absolute most effective I really can’t do um I quit taking anytime I’ve stopped on the cardio for a while I’ve messed up I didn’t order it takes longer to get here you know and gone as many as seven or eight days without it I do start

getting a little EMA a little swelling so I I assume the cardio is doing a heck of a job um but I’ve always done it in conjunction with the Nrf2 after about four months I stopped taking Nrf2 when IID first started taking because I was like oh you know you know I like this stuff I like the science behind it but I really don’t know if it’s helping or not within a week or two I felt like poop and that was my proof and I just started taking it again so I’ve taken them together anytime I’ve dropped one of them things

didn’t go as well so I’m just going to keep doing both Jenny just said cardio for life’s excellent for me it’s been good for me although I’ll straight up my favorite thing right now is I’m just enjoying the different kinds and the variety I know the mushroom coffee from the gurus it’s great it’s good stuff but I’ve been thoroughly enjoying Freedom Forge coffee it’s freom Forge do coffee it’s small batch I mean they only roast like 30 pounds at a time so it’s like you got to think of this as Gourmet stuff um your

regular coffee drinking probably not a lot of sense for many people because it’s you know 16 17 bucks a bag uh some really cool Special Reserve stuff is like 22 bucks a bag excuse me $21.99 but I’ve just really really been enjoying some just variety treating myself it’s been my fun stuff add oh Scott I’ve never tried that Deborah I have a grounding mat big fan of grounding huge fan of grounding I know I keep blinking that unblinking that clicking that I’ve got to get out of here for uh mod sakes

um they did a study of Olympic athletes probably like four Olympics ago they found that the recovery rate when taking their blood looking at their CPK looking at their latic acid the in their muscles in other words they they real scientific and they found that the athletes recovered at right at 30% quicker with a grounding mat as opposed to same blood levels same strenuous exercise for somebody that didn’t use one uh I look at studies like that that is a huge number 30% incre that’s an enormous number all right birthdays so

faster I might be able to slow my aging process 10 20 30% whatever that to me is huge numbers totally worth trying hey what you got to lose 30 or 40 bucks for a grounding mat which could be the difference between eating or not but that’s still a big one or you don’t even have to have a grounding mat you don’t have to spend any money take your shoes off walk in the dirt sometime put your feet on clean concrete clean moist concrete there’s plenty of ways to ground you don’t have to pay money for a
