Okay, it says on Wednesday Which was yesterday? called on the Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-saddani to activate the 140 Constitution for the article 140 of the Constitution in the disputed areas between Erbil and Baghdad this has been contentious for 20 years or more and They’re praising the same time his role in established establishment of Halabja, so they’ve Acknowledged a country of a province if you will or an area of Iraq That to be in you know have I guess effectively constitutional rights He says I emphasize here the urgent implementation of the property restore Restore a law which is they used to call it the real estate law I think and the act the activation of the article 140 implementation committee of the Iraqi Constitution and he says We will continue to engage in constructive dialogue with the federal government to reach Solutions to all problems in a way that serves interest of Iraq in all its components and ensures constitutional rights and entitlements well constitutional rights and entitlements are going to be about voting and they’re also going to be about entitlements and Those entitlements are involved with article 140. That’s the natural resources of the country how to allocate those funds that they get From that portion of the society if where they the region they live in and to get a Part of that and that’s what the citizens are looking for.

They’re looking for their purchasing power So if you encumber all that extra Natural resources from a specific area in the country. It’s just going to add to the support of their real effective exchange rate Okay, so today’s a big day, you know in Somalia Suleymaniyah, there was over 700 attendees at a meeting where Barzani is openly calling on the Prime Minister activate this 104 this article 140 so there were 700 people and in witness to attendees that this Barzani is calling on the Prime Minister to activate the article 140. I think you would probably agree with me on that that it’s highly important and it’s very It’s a very big big time friend, especially with 700 Entities from around the world that are there Okay, here’s an here’s another article that says an upcoming meeting between Baghdad and herbal to resolve the Kurdistan oil export file We all know that they haven’t Started pumping oil they’ve charged the pipelines effectively That’s what we believe and it’s in print that they’ve done that it’s been tested. He reaffirms his government strong commitment to continuing expanding the digital payment transformation strategy across the Kurdistan region Underlining its role in ensuring transparency efficiency and long-term economic development Ensuring transparency and efficiency is going to be the new technologies that they have. That’s a that’s for sure less cash and they’re going to have Hopefully a digital denier to come out of it because that’s what Allah lock has stated He was going to do and I’m assuming that’s what he’s going to do I surely believe that this is a timing thing that we’re seeing today basically, there’s many things that are coinciding on and around at the same time a lot of key items in the news that show their serious effort About things getting accomplished.

They have a central securities depository They have a trading system like like the ISX for instance retail payment infrastructure in Iraq So they go on and talk about real-time gross settlements. They talk about that check automated clearing system, which is they call C ACH if you guys know what ACH is it’s it’s payments. It’s it’s cross-border payments even and it’s also What we get direct deposits if you will like me, I’m in business for myself By the way, I don’t just do this.

I have another full-time job So this is a second job, so keep that in mind It’s a system that enables participating banks and their branches to exchange payment orders among themselves internally in an automated manner That’s just a brief snip of it snippet of it But you can find this in patreon, but you can also find it if you do your research on the CBI’s website They talk about using Rafidane Bank Rashid Bank Baghdad Commercial Iraq Bank Middle East Bank They’re just they talk about branches where they’re located. What are they talking about real-time gross settlements? But now they’re just going to be a lot faster Okay a lot faster And I think that’s where the new technologies come in and you also see Iraq talking about artificial intelligence All these things that we’ve been covered, but it says here the Central Bank of Iraq have sought to Establish the infrastructure for the retail payment system. So this is down to the citizens including establishment of a national district distributor for retail sales and mobile payments for electronic money transfers two points of sale and Automated teller machines. So that’s ATMs.

The system provides the opportunity for Iraqi banks and Mobile network operators to access the modern and advanced cash payments. The system was actually implemented back in 2015 so they’ve just been working on this and upgrading it all along So ultimately the CBI has been working on a system upgrading it along the way over a decade And so it’s been well since 2015 is it’s just slightly over a decade And as far as I can tell they have it all dialed in under international standards, and it looks like Iraq’s electronically capable of international in our Interoperability even with the phone companies so you can use your phone to do banking You can probably do your phone with international trade, you know, a lot of this is still being used as educational purposes I mean, that’s what this information is. The CBI puts out is for informational purposes Basically This Information like this is obviously a good sign because it’s for you know when they The central bank tells you like it is they that’s what they’re supposed to do they don’t give all the information, but they they give information which is educational and allows other people to have an ability to Get access to data like the single window Remember that the single window was for people that have 250 million dollars or more to invest into infrastructure projects That’s that or at the development road project Obviously the development road project is not going away I mean you can see it dealing with Turkey dealing with Iran deal with Jordan doing with Saudi Arabia Go look Bulgaria is on the table today today doing trade if you look at the map where Iraq is And where Bulgaria is in relationship to Turkey, you can see that where the development road projects going That’s what they’re talking about Investing in the development road project.

This one’s about achieve achievements in payment systems and So, what have they been doing I use the words updating real-time gross settlements and The system is operational at 24 7 Well, you know if you guys realize that there’s certain markets that don’t have any blackouts and that’s there what they call the crypto Market, they they tend to run 24 7 and that’s what they’re basically working to do is to have real-time gross settlements 24-7 365 days a year with no blackouts. In other words, it’s non-stop and It’s going to be highly efficient I don’t know if you guys have any idea what the speed is when it comes to like for instance clearing payments for instance or trading Certain things but the system for Bitcoin runs is like let’s call it 10 miles an hour What I see from this new technology and if it is ripple It’s going to be about 1,500 miles an hour That’s how fast and they’re going to interconnect communicate with many many central banks around the world for clearing and Correspondent banks and they’re all going to be able to communicate.

They’re going to be fast efficient transparent and You just you need to be on the right page and Nefarious folks out there. They don’t like the system But that’s just the way that goes you guys be the judge. I Just bring the news.

But anyway, the updating the real-time gross settlements It says here number two of this particular article It’s not quite as long as that last one, but it says automating the work of ministries and governance and government institutions It says automating financial transfers between government departments institutions collecting dues through the Iraqi payment system via the C ACH, which I mentioned electronic clearing system It says they’re going to be doing payments instead of checks or cash So instead of writing a check or even paying cash They’re going to be doing a digital transaction. It says activating the international bank account number which is they call an I band and activating the international banking account number That is to me is important because the international bank account number and the RTGS ACH Payment system is defined as the international bank account number based on international specifications, so Iraq’s currency is not an internationally acceptable currency for cross-border payments at this time So a lot of people think that they’re doing all these projects in in the dinar They’re not they’re doing it from their Reserves from the oil that they sell and that goes directly through the New York Bank Federal Bank and That’s that’s big, but so we’re activating the international bank account So it should have everyone’s attention when they talk about like that and why would Iraq talk to you more about that? Talk about their achievements in the payment systems why because they’ve been updating them for 10 years now They’re at a stage where they’re at the international level meaning that to me is that that international level is that they can do Once they’re articulately compliant with their currency and have a real effective exchange rate They’re going to do trade in a lot of different different manner Okay, so it says from the reconstruction revolution to the ballot box. This is with al-sudani It says will al-sudani continue his project despite its obstacles and It goes on Okay.

The major projects etc. There’s certain things that the country has to do and that’s tied to the 23 24 25 Tripartite budget which is going to have a retroactive event Which is going to probably have a relationship to the salaries and it’s probably going to have a relationship to the cyan oil but the concept of transforming Disappointment disappointment into service according to work and applicable approach I think that’s what he’s he discounted that in the beginning is that the basis of it is is that is he going to be Continue with his reform project answer.
