let’s get that permit, let’s get that driving time, today’s world they don’t seem very concerned, it’s the weirdest thing, I don’t think they understand the level of freedom it gives them, the ability to chase their dreams, to work, to function, if you yeah, okay, somebody saw a chat here, if you are interested in the drops to add to it, we’re gonna, the goal is to work on a number of different ones, but here is the Momentum, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps Tincture, the Myco series, we’re working to add different additives, so you don’t have to change the flavors of your coffee, or jump through, if it doesn’t even have to be coffee, you can put it in your tea, please post the red light site again, ah, Satibo for, let me see, it’s gonna be in MeLinks somewhere, give me a moment, I’ll see if I can find it, five, ah, MyRedLight.com, MyRedLight.com, make certain you use the discount code that they gave us, make certain I get this one right, I don’t wanna mess it up, it’s like, does somebody remember that one, pretty certain it’s just Mark Z, but I don’t wanna mess that up, because it gets 10% off, so, ah, yes, just code Mark Z, coupon code, just Mark Z, and I’m gonna add that, somebody was looking for the red light one, he is coming on next week, so you guys will be able to ask him questions, he is coming in on the 25th, he is joining us, I think it’s the evening of the 25th,

I don’t remember if it’s evening or daytime, but he’s joining us the 25th, let me drop that link, and then let’s get back, let’s get started on some news and stuff today, let’s see, Mountain Goat article, Iraq confirms economic crisis with the digital dinar, the parallel market is threatened with extinction, Central Bank of Iraq’s preparing to launch digital dinar, marking the transition to digital currency management, I wanna add this is no longer a long-term objective, it’s something there to do now, I mean, now, guys,

when you see that, when they talk about the digital dinar, they have talked about that in the past, guys, they laid out what they call the I-Dinar, again, trying to repeat this, this is one that was a huge news flash just a few years ago, they were gonna do an I-Dinar, it was a physical measure of gold based on the historic dinar mixed with a basket of currencies from the region, petrochemicals, so an asset-backed digital currency, the representation, you will have, still have cash, because many of the areas don’t, but the cash will represent the digital, the digital is 100, well, backed by assets, I don’t know if it was 100%, I don’t have it in front of me or whether it was a portion, but I think it was in totality,

meaning totally, but part of it gold, part of it chemicals, and part of it the basket of currencies or foreign currency reserves, if I remember the article correctly, I need to search for it and share it with you guys, or the number of articles that were printed at the time about the I-Dinar, they told us what they’re doing, and what they’re doing is lifting the, I mean, even back then, lifting that purchasing power, I love it, all right, let’s get to it, what news there is, and now it is, has been eerily quiet, I do have a number of groups now,

well, I shouldn’t say a number, I have three different groups that have expressed to me their expectations to process them over the week, weekend, that is, means that it’s highly possible we could see 4A moving over the weekend, which would just be huge, I’m waiting for updates on that one, Thursday, I already have an update, I do have some wealth managers working this weekend, they don’t know if they’re going to have to work both days yet, they’re supposed to find out tomorrow morning, all right, let’s keep running, out of our rack, it looks like we are breaking that logjam, Parliamentary Committee,

Kurdistan Region’s oil exports resume next week, they’re saying they have, after extensive discussions between the Parliament and Ministry of Oil, they will resume next week, let us know that they have it worked out and they are going to resume, guys, this is a big piece, we’ve been waiting for this, we’ve been waiting for that budget table, and it looks like they are coming to fruition over this weekend, that they have it all pounded out now, this one to me is interesting because we have two very conflicting articles back to back, which was identical to what we saw the morning and the days leading up to Kuwait’s value change in China’s, here we have $146,000 per hundred dollars, dollar falls significantly, same day, another article, wait a minute, the dollar against the new economic report, the rise of the dollar, wait, the fall of the dollar, the rise of the dollar, fall of the dollar, rise of the dollar, all written on the same day, like moments apart, it’s the same wishy-washy yo-yo information to keep us scratching our heads and wondering, wonderful, wonderful job at misdirection there and very similar to what we have seen in the last few currency revaluations.

Now this one, Iraq achieved self-sufficiency in seven crops, and they’ll kind of surprise you, the date probably doesn’t surprise you so much, I’d like to try one of their dates, I do like dates, anybody, good like bacon wrap date with Spanish cream cheese in it, getting myself excited, I’m going to have to go find some dates today and do some cooking. All right, the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture has reported that the country has achieved self-sufficiency in seven crops and is exporting 13 crops internationally,

it’s going to kind of surprise you, well, rice isn’t one of them, but they have greatly increased their rice production, Iraq is becoming agriculturally self-sufficient in a powerhouse, which economically throughout history, they were the breadbasket of the Middle East or a large portion of that, but these include wheat, I love that one, wheat, that one surprised me, they produce more wheat than they use, they sell it out of country, that one very much surprised me, that wheat one, because now they are the center for the Middle East, of course, they also have self-sufficiency in dates, the wheat, tomatoes, potatoes,

and watermelon, very interesting, emphasize strong government focus to the sector with a target of 30 million palm trees within three years, Iraq said they were going to make changes and they’ve been making massive changes, so they were going to develop and broaden their economy, they have done so and they continue, I just love it, Sissy Jag, happy birthday, pretty excited about that one, Shirley’s birthday, surely it’s Shirley’s birthday, all right, now let me slow down, where are we at? Oh, wait a minute, Sunflower Blooms just said, so the Israel’s your ally was the biggest brainwashing psyop in living history, all right, let’s take a moment, let’s talk about JFK files, while we haven’t learned anything huge about who did it, what we have learned is one of the most removed or suppressed word, because we can now go back and look at previous redactions on documents as opposed to what we have now, we can go and we can look at everything that was redacted and then we can see the new version that doesn’t have nearly as many redactions and we can see what word they were redacting, one of the most redacted words in the JFK files was Israel, anybody remember Q saying, we’re saving Israel for last, what have we learned?

That Israel has an enormous influence in psyop and color revolution controlling who’s in power and who’s not in the US, I mean, the biggest takeaway from those JFK files should be that, should be that the CIA is overthrowing countries around the world, that they use psyops on their own people and that Israel plays a massive role therein, so you look at how many color revolutions, how many huge changes that have happened in the US and around the world have been affected by those two things, by the nation of Israel and US or CIA, that is your huge takeaway, and Q said, saving Israel for last, what did these files show us?

They showed us that extreme level of corruption, guys, I’m not taking it out on the Jewish people at all, not at all, I think that would be foolish for folks to do, this is a leadership issue, also in the US, I do not believe the US is inherently evil, do I believe some of the leaders that have manipulated and used us in the US are evil, inherently evil, yes, but not the nation itself, that is us, that is we, the people, so we’re gonna have to find a way to divorce our notion that Israel’s bad when we think of the Israeli people, but we can find their government very bad, as dictated, as we’ve learned in a very impressive manner by reading the JFK files, so for all out there wondering when’s it gonna happen, how close are we, remember, he said he was saving Israel for last, all right, there’s my diversion for the morning on that front, lot to digest there, oh, bowler, getting things done, two hot water heaters, yeah, normal life, right, all right, let’s get back to it, would UFO mid-flight couldn’t go last night at 3.30 AM,

so they thought plan B would be to have 74-year-old Curry drive 55 miles on a black ice to get blood to the patient, oh, wait, oh, I don’t even know the background on that one, yeah, there you go, Israeli people are not evil, I don’t believe there’s an inherently evil population, period, I do believe there are some inherently evil people that have fallen for the lies, yeah, didn’t you love that one, now suddenly you have Trump looking to prohibit dual citizenship, makes you wonder if they’re not focusing on the one where we have so many politicians that do have that joint, dude in Colorado, I appreciate that, he was just commenting on the John Dowling interview that released it, I very much, I thoroughly enjoyed doing that with John, Texas artists, you got it, I do not believe anybody in elected office should have dual citizenship, they need to be focused on taking care of their country, and their country is the one which they reside and live in, you’ve checked out the prison, no, no, wait a minute,

let’s get into, we got more to talk about, Vision Dancer said my dad told me that we need to cut off his room before he passed, Naval CM, weapons supply manager, there’s a lot of history there, BLJ, we had a one-week strike on YouTube, anytime we get a one-week strike on YouTube, you can find us on Rumble, it happens more often than we would like to admit, but yeah, make certain you know where else to find us, it was a good reminder to the world, right, although actually our numbers have gone way up this week as opposed to normal, like overall, our overall numbers have just exploded this week when they took us off YouTube, makes you wonder if it’s worth being on YouTube, don’t get me wrong, we’re going back, don’t panic, I like the tech better, but the overall number of watches skyrocketed when we went to just Rumble, like in aggregate, Penny, yeah,

I know you guys like Twitch, but I have a serious tough time with the amount of hate they’re allowing, the anti-Semitic, the hate towards conservatives, towards specifically Trump conservatives or Make America Great conservatives, you guys start complaining Twitch enough about a certain couple of podcasters over there, then maybe Twitch will do something about it, but they are trading the millions of views that they get from that hate-filled speech, they sold their soul for those views, I’m not going to forgive them until they do something, deserve forgiveness, they haven’t asked for forgiveness, they haven’t made any attempt, would you forgive your spouse if they were doing really rotten things behind your back and undermining you and kept doing them, kept doing them, you had the conversation, they kept doing and nothing changed, yeah, you won it and you shun it,

so I shan’t forgive them until they try to do something to rectify it, so that’s my take on that one, I didn’t look right at you, I did, you’re asking me to forgive somebody that’s saying that you guys should all be locked up, that you should lose everything, hey, you should probably be violently abused and I’m just not going to go there, let’s see, Dizzle Rizzle, enjoying my birthday today, can’t wait to hear the Freddie Fender, hello Dizzle, happy birthday, all right, we got more to talk about, let’s get into some other things, I’m certain we can find something fun to talk about, oh, this one’s a great one to talk about, this is something I’ve been pushing, Ecuador’s president calls for U.S. special forces to help fight the war on drugs and gangs, of course, Naboa, the president, they’d even looked at hiring some mercenary groups from the U.S. to come help fight them, now he is calling directly for military intervention, he doesn’t want to keep playing these games, he wants to come in and be decisive,

so he is reaching out, let’s see, matter of fact, I want to try to get this one, Ecuadorian president Daniel Naboa said he wants special forces troops from the United States, Brazil and Europe to come to his country and help his government fight a war against drug gangs, matter of fact, he takes it even further, an interview with the BBC published on March 19th, Naboa also said he wanted President Donald Trump to designate several Ecuadorian gangs as terrorist groups, as he has done for several Mexican, El Salvadorian and Venezuelan cartels and gangs, Naboa from the national, okay, we can leave all that part out, crime and security, some of his top issues, there is an election coming, so some of this could be a play to show how he wants to fight all the crime and corruption, but Naboa said that what began as criminal groups have now become an international narco-terrorist organizations with up to 14,000 armed members, he also quotes figures saying about 70% of the cocaine that makes it to the world market originates or comes through Ecuador,

so he is calling on action with, well, extreme prejudice, he wants to go after them with active military, not mercenaries, we are talking overwhelming force and I think this is Donald Trump’s golden opportunity to show Central and South America that the U.S. can be a great neighbor, many of the people that flee and come across the southern border trying to escape those gangs, so if you take care of that and allow prosperity, they are not going to want to jump all over everything, you know, every country out there where you get deported when you enter illegally, the UK, France, Germany, Denmark, all these countries are the ones telling us we should take everybody illegally, but they will not take them illegally, just a reminder on that one, hypocrisy is just, well, damning and wringing, heck, you do not even get to go hang out in Canada illegally, they chase you down,

but Canada is constantly telling us we should not be chasing them down, bite me, that one always irritated, same countries out there ridiculing us for our electoral system because we insist on voter ID, they all insist on voter ID, just the basic simple things, they do not allow non-citizens to vote, but we should, no, goose and gander thing, goose and gander thing, all right, we should probably get back to this one, this is a golden opportunity for Donald Trump to show Central America and South America, he should come in with overwhelming force and aid to help them establish a better infrastructure, it would do a long thing, hearts and minds, guys, but it’s also more than that, it is doing the right thing, it helps us and it helps the Ecuadorian people,

it also sets a precedence for the rest of Central and South America, you would have other presidents reaching out and saying, hey, we’d love to have your help, let’s take care of this once and for all, let’s make a permanent change in safety and security and give people hope throughout the Americas, I love this opportunity, I hope he does not squander it, I would make it one of my absolute top priorities if I were the Trump administration. FBI suspect, suspected MS-13 gang leader on 10 most wanted lists captured in Mexico, now in the U.S., Francisco Javier Roman Bardalis is the third fugitive of the most wanted list to be apprehended since Trump’s inauguration, promises made, promises kept, he is chasing it every different direction and doing exactly what he said.

Dougie Jack said, I agree Mark, it’s our opportunity to be Central America’s friend, it’s an enormous, yeah, Congo’s asked for help from Trump also, enormous opportunity between the African continent and the Central and South America, enormous opportunity to do what we should have been doing, not playing regime change, not playing on those, we should support those that want safety, freedom and democracy, specifically democracy in the form of the republic, long live the republic. Perhaps that’s what we should change our podcast to, long live the republic. Air Eagle, do you think Iraq’s hiding a rate in their missing Gazette paper? Yes, I think that’s part of what we’re going to see over the weekend at this point.

I could be wrong guys, I don’t have some empirical knowledge, I reserve the right to be wrong like every other guru out there, find me one that has been 100% accurate, there hasn’t been one. But based on what we’re hearing, yeah, I think we’re probably going to see that revealed probably within the next seven to 10 days or so, possibly over the weekend, we have enough groups gearing up for the weekend that it’s highly possible, we have boats coming over the weekend, parliament committee, we have oil getting ready to resume, possibly budget tables on Sunday, there’s a whole heck of a lot happening right now that points to, pretty well points to done, yeah, somebody else said the dual citizenship in this area didn’t allow it, yeah, I’m just going to leave some of those up there, you guys know it to be true. Quester, that is one thing I’ve not gotten an update and I’m trying to find, see if my CMKX contacts have heard anything.

We’re this close, they may have heard of at least updatings on fines and penalties or something, so I’m chasing it, reading a few of these before I dive back in. Let’s see, Kate Thompson, am I correct that people in first basket currency gets appointments but take all currency with them and people with second basket but no first basket go next and so on? I’m told that whatever goes first, that everything after that will go as it is prepared, not in a big basket. You may have two or three go at a time, but I’ve been told over and over and over that it will most likely work that way.

One bigger basket to start with and then as ready. They have not collected three zero notes from the streets. Now we are hearing that they are not giving out as often larger notes that they seem to be restricting them and forcing people to carry around more smaller notes, you know, 5,000 notes, 250 notes, etc.

I was reading a few of these this morning, people to go just to give a thumbs down. It’s, yeah, paid troll, bitter people, people with nothing better to do. I mean, come on, if you don’t think it’s happening, why do you waste your time chasing chat rooms about it? Just move on with your life.

In other words, you’re not fooling anybody. You either have a serious mental issue or you’re a paid troll, one of the two. Marty, you mentioned the Republic.

Don’t we need to get it off life support first? I think it’s already off life support. I think, and you’re proof of that. You being here is proof of that.

Me being here is proof of that. Flipper being here, Surfer being here, Phineas being here, all of you guys being here, you are proof that the Republic is alive and about to thrive. Bowler, folks, with all your strength, hold on to your patience and you will not become a basket case.

It’s been a tough one. They put us through hell. Blue sky, right? 10% will be a bonus.

You only got to be right once and we’re pushing towards it. Greeting many of these guys. I know I need to be paying more attention to what you guys are talking about, but I’m having too much time.

Let’s see, what are the markets doing? They were expected to be relatively flat today after their, oh, up 197. Job people are, where do I start this one? The break between Main Street and Wall Street appears to be in full force because the numbers are now telling us that the economy should be absolutely tanking, but jobs aren’t tanking. Banks are struggling.

There’s a lot going on in the financial world where there are some serious struggles, but on Main Street, things are getting better. And that to me shows the very clear break between Main Street and Wall Street. We’re seeing some pretty impressive job numbers, even after some corrections post Biden, where they had fudged numbers.

Even now looking at far more accurate numbers, it’s showing that we are gaining, not losing. So we saw February, the first gain in manufacturing in over two or three years. So people I’m talking about specifically in the American market, meaning there are more people manufacturing and durable goods are being produced.

We’re bringing back manufacturing, and this is just like the beginning stages. It’s exciting to know that we may have a, well, I shouldn’t say we may, as long as you and I keep swinging, as long as the working class keeps swinging, we will have a bit of a golden age. Is there a sound thing like a note near? Yeah, I don’t know what you mean there.

Yeah, price of eggs has come down considerably. Yeah, sound off. Have you seen a decent change? Believe it or not, we should be back on YouTube tomorrow morning even.

If not tomorrow morning, we’ll definitely be back Saturday morning. So just make certain you catch them all. And now I got a weed eater right outside my doors.

The neighbor’s trimming. All I can do is apologize, guys. I’m just going to hang out with you.

You want to ask some questions? We have a little bit of time before we have Stacey Z join us. Let’s see if we have any good breaking news this morning. We have Trump that is supposed to sign an order eliminating the Department of Education today.

I remember we went from number one in the world to number like, what are we in now, 24th or 25th in the, we’ll call it westernized world or slash whatever in education. Saudi Arabia outranks us in education, right? I mean, of course, if you’re from Saudi Arabia, you’re probably upset that I even pointed that out. But there are some very interesting countries that are screaming ahead of us in quality of education.

It should be absolutely embarrassing to anybody that works at the Department of Education that you have been so trounced while you’re busy up there doing all your DEI crazy slash whatever with the highest budget in the world per student. And you have just tanked American academic performance. And it’s not like you get to blame just COVID.

Oh, it’s all the screens. We had to learn remote. It’s that fault because all the other countries went through it too.

And the decline started before COVID was even a thing before they had launched it on us. So I don’t buy it. Let’s see, a dozen jumbo eggs was $4.98 yesterday.

We’ve been buying eggs off local farmer at $3 a dozen. You got to love that one. Penny, thank you.

I enjoyed the time with Mr. Dowling. He’s just a super guy. Just a super individual.

I’m reading a few of these. Yeah, it was all done by design. I agree.

They tanked. I mean, Saul Zelinsky. Anybody pay attention to any of those things? The Obama plan to implode America? Killing education was part of it.

I’m just reading a few of these. Yes, Ninja Mittens asking, when this goes, will accounts at collection agencies be zeroed out? I was told very specifically by many sources that yes, they would be. I believe it to be accurate.

Somebody asking for the Mushroom Ladies link. I’m going to give you the easiest link I have found, I know. It’s supposed to be an easy one where it’s just like markzpets.com. And it does work.

I have like one browser where it doesn’t want to do a forward. So I’ve just found this one works better. The markzpets.mypetclub247.com. I found that it just works better.

And those ladies are joining us. They were supposed to join us last night, but now because the YouTube thing or yesterday, but because the YouTube thing they’re going to be actually two days ago, they were supposed to join us. So I saw you over there.

They’re joining us next week or the 31st. I don’t remember which one. I don’t have it in front of me.

And then Kukla even put it up for you. She’s good. Blackrock filed bankruptcy.

A company named Blackrock filed bankruptcy. They’ve been going through bankruptcy stuff, but they just happened to share a name, not the Blackrock. Time for local tractor supply sold out of chickens.

If you don’t have the space, chickens are an expensive hobby. Keep buying your eggs. Go find a neighbor that has some chickens that has room for them to free range so that there’s some free bugs and et cetera.

It can be expensive to raise your own chickens. It’s very rewarding. It’s a lot of fun.

They’re dirty though. They’re very dirty. So you have to be prepared for it.

I’m just reading a few of those. Let’s see. Cooked a big cheap hunk of hog yesterday.

Loaded up with beef bullion. I may believe I was eating angus filet mignon. Life’s good.

I don’t know. That delicious fatty salty flavor when you do a whole huge chunk of pork. It’s something.

Post RV. I want a barbecue pit behind the house where I can do a whole pig often. Gee Skinner.

Oh, people are not getting the whole chicken owning thing. It’s insane. 400 chicks here sold in less than 20 minutes.

Oh, geez. I love this. J in Montana.

Well, JMT54. Our laying hens who are pushing four and a half years old just started laying eggs again. Apparently they saw the price of eggs and are trying to build a nest egg.

Da da. Joe Mama said love chickens. They destroy your garden.

They will work your garden over. Kate, my daughter has 11 chickens. We love them.

They’re a riot. I always enjoyed the smaller chickens. I know the eggs are smaller, but the banties, bantams, excuse me, bantam chickens, they eat so much less.

Yes, the eggs are smaller, but I mean, they eat like a third and the eggs only half the size. So bang for the buck. They’re a better buck and they tend to be healthier in my opinion.

I always liked the smaller bantam chickens. All the cool different feathers, colors. Quail eggs are good.

Duck eggs are surprisingly good. Mellowfess, yes, that is one thing. We’ve got somebody here in the community that really wants to do processing plants for chickens, beef, pork, etc.

Smaller ones based on community and size. Local ones throughout the country so nothing gets shipped out and shipped back. I love the idea.

So farmers can bring them to market. The big companies have always banded together to destroy the small ones, but I think if you and I go, if we’re willing to pay 5 cents more, 10 cents more a pound for our meats, then we can know that we’re getting pasture raised, locally grown, etc., which I think would be huge and make a statement which would force the bigs to adapt and give us higher quality, which is a great idea. An ostrich egg, right, or an emu egg.

Yeah, boy ain’t lying, Mark. We had 16 hens, and with food and everything, we figured we needed to sell a dozen eggs at $32.73 per dozen to break even. Yeah, something like that.

Puerto Rico, we’re very lucky because we have the perfect climate and the bugs you can have. I mean, chickens survive here all day long with no feed. You don’t give them food.

You don’t give them water. They just live wild all over the island. So you could.

You got the land. As long as it’s fenced off, you give them roosting boxes and just let them go back there at the end of the day. But we’re very unusual in that front.

Pigs are also meant to grow up in jungles. Chickens in jungles. That’s where they originally come from.

Let’s see. Lynx just said hi, Mark. Let’s assume that Mike Barra is right, Barra.

Excuse me. I do that often. I call him Barra, but it’s Barra.

But we have other currencies that do not go yet. We have to wait for a second or third or fourth wave. We don’t know if they’re going to give us a multi-currency account in SKRs, LNX.

I keep being told that they are going to offer us multi-currency accounts so that we will be able to go ahead and exchange our other currencies. The rate just won’t change, meaning we’ll have a bank account with them in. And then when it does, you’ve got nothing to do.

That’s what I’ve heard most often. Honestly, we should hope that only a few of them go because it allows us to do a lot more for humanity and have a bunch more ready to buy other currencies. But that’s my take.

And I know a lot of people don’t like my take. I have a very long-term look at the world and what’s best. But we’re worried about right now.

We’re starving right now. We’re hurting right now. Nobody wants to delay that gratification, and I get it.

Mark, how far into the Trump presidency will it be until you think he will push for term limits in Congress? Will there have to be a referendum of the people for that? I need to study that. I wonder if we could get away with forcing that onto the ballot by a massive petition to change term limits. Mermaid Bliss, brilliant, Mark Z. I could help that plan of local processors.

Maybe that needs to be one of our group humanitarian projects. We group together funding and we turn them into co-ops where we put up 100% of the money for these facilities. And then the farmers all get to use them, bring their meats there as kind of like a co-op.

People get to buy the meat. In other words, we build the co-op structure and then it maintains itself by treating it as a co-op, a cooperative. I know I didn’t do a very good job describing it.

Some of you guys will know exactly what I’m speaking of. Let’s see. Eagle Claw.

Mark, my daughter teaches history in South Carolina and the students tell the teachers to go F off. It has become very disrespectful and very discouraging to those trying to teach. Yeah, we got to fix the family unit.

And unfortunately, to fix the family union, we got to fix the educational system because too many families don’t raise their children anymore. They give them to the schools to raise. They’re just trying to help the kids survive until they send them off to the school system.

So unfortunately, right, wrong, or indifferent, you’re not going to suddenly make all those parents give a damn. So we have to somehow find a way to make the school give a damn. And part of that’s going to be getting rid of the Department of Education and letting states go, you know what? We’re going to go back to paddling if we have to.

We’re going to do whatever it takes to get discipline back in the classroom. It’s your child. The parent can go to jail.

In other words, force the parent to do the right thing. If the child is completely incapable of behaving and discipline, then they come out of the school system. If the kid’s not in school, then the parents go to jail.

At some point, you got to force the issue. You got to cram it down their throat, right? Wrong, indifferent. I mean, the whole world’s not fair.

Never has been. It will be one day, but not until Christ returns, which a lot of people think it is coming in the next five years. Yeah, Flipper, already thinking along the lines of co-op.

I love it. Let’s see. D.R. Price, D.C. There was a genetic study done by an Israeli doctor in the early 2000s.

Israeli citizens had less than 10% DNA relation to Semite tribe, over 80% genetic relation to the Semite tribe. And the Palestinians, there have been some interesting ones with the Native Indians in the Caribbean, and many of them had more genetic lines going to ancient Israel than people living in Israel. Yeah, like almost a lost tribe maybe came and settled in the Caribbean or something.

It’s really neat following those genetics, tracking down what happened in history. Sassy Me said, we got a 300-pound pig from the Amish for 90 cents a pound. I’m going to start doing whole hogs.

I love it. Hidden passenger, kids shouldn’t be allowed to have phones in class. We weren’t even allowed a simple calculator.

No, but we were better for it. I do think there’s a place for calculators to come in, but not until they have learned the fundamentals. Phones should absolutely be collected, or they should just go ahead and put in phone blockers in all the classrooms.

But you don’t want to do that for safety reasons. And I totally understand that and understand the argument. But at some point, you have to get kids’ eyes off the screens.

What else do we know? That reading a book right here, you don’t comprehend or retain as much of it as you do when you are reading a book like this, where it is in print. This is scientifically, I mean, it is absolutely 100% proven after study, after study, after study. Handing them a laptop, handing them a tablet is not nearly as effective as handing them an old-fashioned book and learning.

Retention is completely different. We know that when we cut the phone off within a month or two, mental health improves drastically. We also know that in human beings, if you spend too much screen time scrolling through social media, so TikTok being ticked off, going in Telegram, and you don’t go outside enough and enjoy the world, it affects your mental happiness in a very marked way.

So put it down, walk outside, go talk to your neighbor, pick up a book. I’m still just rambling. All right, it’s time to get Stacey Z in here.

Let’s sing some happy birthdays and then learn something about health. RV today, your thoughts on Biden’s rubber stamp, his signature on pardons legal, a stamp. No, it is not legal, RV today.

One thing they have found in the overwhelming, they only have found a handful that seem to be his signature. The pardon for his son doesn’t appear to be his signature, but it could be. We do know that there are a lot of mental health issues going on with Biden as he was aging, memory issues, etc.

I don’t know what else you want to call it. His mental health was shot. Yes, you do.

But a number of those orders were signed when he was not in DC, making it physically impossible for him to have signed them. Sometimes Delaware, sometimes Florida, sometimes somewhere else vacationing in the country or just not there. A number of them, he wasn’t in the country, period.

He wasn’t even in the United States when he supposedly signed these things. Plus, of course, we have that story where Biden supposedly signed an executive order cutting off liquid gas to Europe. Mike Johnson had the conversation present.

I don’t understand what you’re doing. He’s like, he sent everybody else. I didn’t do that.

He said, yes, you did. Then they went and found the order. They brought it in.

The staff brought it in and said, yeah, right here. It’s right here. You signed it.

He’s like, I didn’t sign it. He immediately signed an executive order reversing it. He wasn’t there.

They were just playing him. They just put it in front. He’d sign it.

He got used. Of course, he was okay with it. All right, Cindy, Levi, Sissy Jag, Shirley, Dizzle, anybody else sound off? They tell me it’s your birthday.

Well, happy birthday, darling. May you live, may you love. May all your dreams come true.

Happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you. To all those celebrating. How about a national co-op and we can have satellite co-ops in our area.

That’s exactly what I’m looking for. A national co-op for farmers of not only just butcher houses, processing, call them whatever you want. We used to call them the butcher, take them down to the butcher and get them processed, but they should also have a produce section so local farmers can come and have very, very, very inexpensive boots rental to sell their vegetables and produce.

We’re going to make the small farmer great again. I love it. All right.

Let’s bring in some of the big guns here. Some of the big guns. Certainly.

Yes. How is everybody? Sorry, I can’t comment, so I couldn’t put in the thing happy birthday to everybody, but happy birthday to everybody. Happy birthday, everybody.

Yay. So sorry about last Wednesday, everyone. We’re all good.

Yep. We’ll be back tomorrow. Yay.

I was just going to ask you if you get to come back tomorrow. A lot of people have been texting and emailing to find you, so I keep sending the link. So yay.

Everybody will know where you are come tomorrow. Awesome. To me, it was kind of a good prepper in case we get removed and this thing goes, they’ll know where to find me.

So the timing wasn’t horrendous. All right. Let me let you take over.

I’ll be in the background muted. Good morning, Kukla and all the mods. Thank you very much.

And today we are going to be talking about activating our cells to fight aging and disease. So our bodies, in order to function at a high level, our bodies rely on a complex network of signals between cells and genes. Our genes tell our cells to make proteins responsible for carrying out various functions in our bodies.

So those messages are carried along pathways and received by receptors inside our cells. When working at its best, this process keeps you feeling vibrant and youthful with energy, clarity, and overall well-being. So after the age of 35, though, sadly, our cells and genes gradually lose their ability to function as well as they did in earlier years.

This is likely due to three causes. The one I’m always talking about, oxidative stress. The simple act of living creates free radicals.

The effects of free radicals and other oxidants can accumulate over time and wear cells down. This is known as oxidative stress. And left unchecked, it can inhibit the cell’s ability to communicate and function.

And that’s why antioxidants, with their ability to counteract this process, are so important. So think of it this way. Everybody’s taken a bite out of an apple.

They set it down on the counter because they got interrupted, had to go let their dogs out, take a phone call, something like that. They come back and that apple where they took that bite out is already turning brown. That is what is happening inside our bodies.

So the more antioxidants you give it to help God’s creation get those levels back up, the healthier you are. So oxidative stress, number one issue. Second one, and it’s coming more and more, is coming out about mitochondrial decline and how important that is for autoimmune diseases.

The big C word that we were talking about last Wednesday. All kinds of different stuff. So mitochondrial decline.

Your mitochondria literally are your little energy factories in your cells. It’s the craziest thing. You’ve got a bazillion of them.

Not really a bazillion, but you know what I mean. So they are pumping out energy left and right by what you’re putting in your body. And the mitochondria turn that food into energy and it powers your whole body, from your heart to your brain.

Here’s the craziest thing. Your heart needs the most amount of mitochondria and working properly. And if they aren’t, you’ve got issues.

Then your brain’s the second one. So very important. They’re essential for health.

In fact, if mitochondria aren’t producing about 95% of the energy you need to function every second of every day, you’re not working properly. However, as the years pass, mitochondria become less effective as they break down and die off. This can impact everything from feeling sluggish to not sleeping well.

And autoimmune diseases. Sirtuin activity. This is important because sirtuins are very little known, but powerful family of proteins that play an essential role in our body’s fight against aging.

So when active, these proteins protect the longevity of the cells and support cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive health, all by clearing out cellular waste. Autophagy, right? So further research has rebuilt a molecule that declines with age called NAD that I’m always talking about is the essential, most essential thing for sirtuin activation. If you do not have nicotinamide, adenine, denucleotide, NAD, you do not have sirtuins that are functioning.

The sirtuins literally don’t work unless there is NAD. Very important. So oxidative stress.

What is it? It’s literally everything that we put into our bodies. So it’s pollution, inflammation, infection, immune deficiency, stress, and good Lord, I don’t, is it, the older that we get, the more stressed we get? I don’t know. You would think we’d be on less stress.

Aging, UV radiation, unbalanced lifestyle, good googly mooglies, the food that we’re putting on our bodies right now, because we don’t know what big pharma, big food and big tobacco did to our food supply. They have laden it with chemicals and literally the food that is ultra processed with linoleic acids is literally chemicals from oil production. So they’ve created just a hot mess for our bodies, which shut down the hormones, which are very important to making everything work right.

So you literally, to counteract oxidative stress, it’s important to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, including a nutritious diet, rich in antioxidants, which are found in organic fruits and vegetables and certain herbs. And you actually, the scary thing is you have to be careful even when you’re getting your organic fruits and vegetables, because sometimes they put labels over labels like appeal. Gates’s new thing that they put on apples to keep them good forever is horrid.

So you got to be super careful. And like Mark was saying, I think it might be time that we just start going to our local farmers to get our food, because that might be the safest way. So you can counteract this oxidative stress and disease with powerful nutrigenomic activators and a healthy diet and exercise.

So this horrible oxidative stress creates disease, which creates inflammation, which creates oxidative stress. Oxidative stress creates inflammation, which creates disease, which creates more oxidative stress. So it’s a horrible like just going round and round in circles issue.

So you’ve got to give your body the things it needs so it can function properly. So diseases associated with cellular decline, right? Heart, your hypertension, your heart attack, your myocarditis, atrial fibrillation, brain, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, OCD, ADHD, autism, migraines, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, neuropathy, muscular dystrophy, your skin, the whole aging, psoriasis, dermatitis, melanomas, your kidneys, right? Chronic kidney disease, renal grafts, nephritis, all that stuff, your joints. Goodness gracious, we found out what was it, not last week, but the week before how important Nrf2, collagen, NAD are so important for your joint health because it helps, the NAD helps with the stem cell production, right? So you keep your bones, your lungs, asthma, COPD, allergies, acute respiratory distress, cardiovascular stroke, atherosclerosis, endothelial dysfunction, peripheral venous diseases, immune system, this list is huge, chronic inflammation, cancer, HIV, AIDS, lupus, viral infections, acne, Lyme, celiac, inflammatory bowel, Crohn’s, fibromyalgia, Sjogren’s, goodness it just keeps going, multi-organ, that would be your diabetes, insulin resistance, aging, chronic fatigue syndrome, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s.

So when your cells start declining, this is what happens, so we need to keep the cells happy and healthy. How do we do that? Well, we activate our bodies to fight oxidative stress with Pertanum Nrf2 Synergizer. The Nrf2 activation plays a crucial role in coordinating the cellular defense against oxidative stress and harmful substances, including spike proteins, environmental pollutants, and toxins.

It also promotes the expression of genes involved in the detoxification pathway, so helps get rid of all that junk that’s in our food supply, including those related to phase 2 detoxification enzymes, and aids in the removal of toxins and harmful substances from the body, while maintaining our cellular health and integrity. So proper Nrf2 function is essential for protecting against environmental pollutants, toxins, and the damaging effects of oxidative stress, and it helps regulate the function of cells such as macrophages and T-cells. So very important, okay? It reduces oxidative stress by 40% in just 30 days and 70% in 120 days, and just as a hint as to how long it might take, it takes 120 days to regenerate all the red blood cells in your body.

Here’s another very important thing. It activates the production of glutathione by over 300%, and glutathione is so important for your immune system and detoxification and all kinds of good stuff that happens in your body. It also activates the production of superoxide dismutase by 30%, and then catalase by 54%, and hemioxygenase by over 700%.

That is so important because that is what regulates your inflammation. So very, very important because inflammation causes oxidative stress. Oxidative stress causes inflammation, so we can shut down that terrible ongoing circular enemy.

So it literally neutralizes over 1 million free radicals per second, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are literally the only natural product proven to extend the life of mammals by 7%. Yes, mammals.

That means us. That means your best friend. That means you’re also your best furry friends and so forth.

So it literally supports the body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate its own cells. It’s pretty amazing stuff. Neutralizes over a million free radicals per second, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all the ingredients work very synergistically together if you have not enough of one ingredient and too much of the other, it doesn’t work.

If you have, it’s just crazy how it balances everything out, turns on, activates that Nrf2 pathway, which gets rid of the oxidative stress. So it’s very important in how the ingredients go together. And like I said, why is glutathione so, so important? It is the master antioxidant.

It is in every cell of the body and is essential for health of the liver, which helps the body get rid of harmful poisonous wastes and toxins. So heavy metals and fat soluble toxins are the main binding substrates for glutathione, making them water soluble for kidney extraction. It directly binds to the oxidative compounds that damage cell membranes and DNA and energy production and neutralizes a wide range of oxidants.

So higher glutathione levels make us healthier and much likelier to stay that way as it’s responsible for making our immune system work at peak performance. So sadly, glutathione production declines as we age, just like everything else in our body. So by the time we turn 20, it’s estimated that the at eight to 12% per decade.

And increased health challenges from infection, poor diet, smoking, increased toxic load from our food supply, medication usage, lack of exercise, et cetera, can deplete the stores at a much faster rate. So scientists estimate that a 30% reduction of glutathione is enough for cellular dysfunction to occur. And when that cellular dysfunction occurs, guess what? You get autoimmune diseases or the big C word.

So everybody during the big C word bug, the other C word, we’re talking about take your knack, take your knack. Well, guess what? It only increases glutathione production by 50 to 60% versus 300% by taking the NRF2 and activating your production that way. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go with the NRF2 that does 300% because that’s way better.

Okay. So when you have that cellular oxidative stress, then you get the chance of getting mitochondrial dysfunction. It’s not, you don’t get the chance.

It actually happens. It’s all part of the process. So let’s do something, take the NRF1 and let’s make happy, healthy mitochondria.

So like NRF2, NRF1 can activate the expression of genes involved in antioxidant defense. This includes the up-regulation of enzymes like hemioxygenase 1, right? NRF2 increases it by 700%, but when you add NRF1, it increases it even more. And that’s anti-inflammatory.

And it has various cytoprotective proteins, which help combat oxidative stress caused by environmental pollutants, toxins, and aging. Mitochondria are essential for maintaining the energy required for every cellular process in our bodies. NRF1 helps the regulation of autophagy, right? And very important, a cellular process that involves the degradation or the breaking down and recycling of damaged cellular components.

So when they get damaged, your body has a whole process called autophagy that cleans them up. You remember Rosie from the Jetsons where she’d just show up and out of her little belly came the little, you know, her arms or whatever. And then she swept everything up, put it back in her belly and bought it out of the way.

So this is what the NRF1 is doing. They literally help remove the toxins and damaged organelles contributing to detoxification in cellular health and keeping the mitochondria happy and your body happy. Because when autophagy doesn’t happen appropriately, that’s where even more inflammation happens and that’s where the disease process starts.

So you’ve got to have the energy for your cells to make it happen appropriately. Like when you’re, think of it as a body battery, when you have enough mitochondria, you’re making more happy mitochondria. When you don’t, your body battery is low.

That’s when you’re creating all these autoimmune diseases. Okay. So what does NRF1 do? It’s a protein responsible for regulating the expression of genes involved in mitochondrial DNA messaging to repair and produce mitochondria.

And mitochondria are energy powerhouses. So they produce up to 95% of the energy that our body uses to function properly from the food we eat to the air we breathe. And it produces new, more powerful mitochondria.

Yes. More, more, more happy, happy, happy mitochondria makes happy, happy, healthy people. So it also increases cellular energy.

Your ATP improves performance through energy production, enhances cellular health. So your cells are functioning at a peak performance, increases sleep quality because where does our body heal? It heals during sleep. Um, it boosts mitochondrial production and the ability for those to network and it slows cellular aging by supporting chromosome integrity.

Very important. So what’s the other thing that we can do to help ourselves function properly? So sirtuin health, activate our sirtuins with the protandum and a desenergizer. NAD, the nicotinamide adenine denucleotide is an essential cofactor in cellular energy production, including the process of oxidative phosphorylation and mitochondria.

So adequate NAD levels are necessary for efficient energy production, which is crucial for cellular detoxification, right? And that includes the autophagy. NAD is a key player in redox reactions where it shuttles electrons between molecules during metabolic processes and maintaining this balanced cellular redox state is crucial for detoxification. It helps as it helps neutralize free radicals and reactive oxygen species generated during the breakdown of toxins and pollutants.

So as your body keeps working to keep you healthy, these things keep building up. So you have to make sure that everything is level and has everything it needs to keep all the bad stuff out and to keep getting all the bad stuff out. So NAD is required.

It cannot function. Your sirtuins cannot function whatsoever without NAD. So SIRT1, there’s seven sirtuins.

So SIRT1 is a protein involved in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, DNA repair, and metabolism. So very important. There’s a total of seven sirtuins and SIRT1 is just a very important one.

SIRT1s are a group of signaling proteins that play important roles in managing healthy cellular functioning, the aging process, supporting cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive health by clearing out cellular waste and are unable to carry out their duties without NAD. So why are these sirtuins so important? They slow down cellular aging by aiding in DNA repair, delaying the shortening of telomeres, which are your DNA caps at the ends of chromosomes, and they protect against a decline in vascular endothelial function and regulate the creation of new mitochondria. So sadly, as we age, our sirtuin activity declines about 60%, and it’s further exasperated by obesity and sedentary lifestyles.

But Protanum NAD Synergizer has been shown to double sirtuin activity in just 24 hours. Pretty cool. It supports healthy longevity, improves mental health focus, concentration, mood, and motivation, removes cellular waste, so very important for autophagy, supports the body’s healthy inflammatory responses, suppresses inflammation by mediating the removal of damaged mitochondria, maintains our existing healthy cholesterol levels.

There’s actually a study out on the Protanum NAD and cholesterol. It maintains joint health, very, very important between the NAD because it creates the stem cells and helps regulate what those stem cells are for, very important. We talked about that.

So these are all natural things, and when you put the NRF2, the NRF1, and the NAD together, you get even better results. So all natural. Anybody can take it.

It’s BSCG certified, which means it’s drug-free. We have Olympians that take it. We have college athletes, high school athletes.

All kinds of people take this all the time, all natural. So like I was saying, we have a stack called the Tri-Synergizer. So when you put that NRF2, NRF1, and NAD together, you get even better results.

Your hemioxygenase goes up another 848%. God, it’s crazy how much they all work together to keep your cells happy, healthy, and functioning. So overall, it’s another like 18, close to 1800% efficacy synergy between all three of them together.

What else happens when you’re combating oxidative stress? So your body needs this stuff to help the cells function properly. Those are your primary antioxidants and stuff that we were just talking about. Let’s talk about your secondary, the ones that we’re supposed to be getting from our food supply but is not happening anymore because our food supply is so polluted.

So there are several vitamins and minerals that play essential roles in supporting the body’s detoxification process and protecting against the harmful effects of environmental pollutants and toxins. These nutrients enhance antioxidant defenses, support liver function, and aid in the elimination of toxins. Vitamin C is another great antioxidant.

And then it supports the regulation and regeneration of antioxidants like the vitamin E and glutathione. They all work together and it also helps protect cells and tissues from oxidative damage caused by pollutants. They have also found that high doses of vitamin C helps with the big C word.

So anybody should look into that as well. Vitamin E, another powerful antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidative stress caused by environmental toxins and it works synergistically with the vitamin C to neutralize the free radicals. And this vitamin C and vitamin E works with the Nrf2 and the antioxidants very much and helps regenerate all those antioxidants in the body.

Another one, selenium is getting a lot of coverage lately. It’s an essential mineral that acts as a co-factor for various antioxidant enzymes including glutathione and supports the body’s antioxidant defenses and helps protect against oxidative damage caused by environmental pollutants. Zinc, very important.

It’s essential mineral involved in numerous detoxification reactions in the body. So it supports the activity of various enzyme involved in detoxification processes including those in the liver. But just make sure if you take zinc, you’re taking copper as well because when you take zinc, it depletes your copper.

So you’ve got to make sure you’re taking copper too. Magnesium, I cannot talk enough about how important magnesium is for the body. It’s not even like a crucial role in the detoxification actions from the liver, but it does way more than that.

It’s involved in every neuronal activity that there is. It is so important for neurons being able to fire properly. B vitamins, your body just can’t work without them.

If you don’t have any energy, you probably don’t have any B vitamins. Or if you do have B vitamins, if you’re taking like a multi B vitamin, sometimes you just pee them out because you don’t realize it that if they’re not methylated, you’re not getting them in your body and they’re not working. So B6, B9, B12, so very important for detoxification.

B6 supports the synthesis of glutathione while B9 and 12 are involved in methylation reactions that help detoxify certain substances. So we actually have the Rise-AM, Reset-PM, and D3 Plus vitamins and minerals. They’re the 13 most important ones your body has to have.

They can’t function. And we have them in the forms that you can use, like the methylated Bs. There’s like 45% of Americans don’t process vitamin B because they don’t realize it.

They can’t. They can’t. They’ve got the MTHFR gene.

So very important that if you are taking B vitamins, you’re getting a methylated form or it’s not doing anything for your body. Vitamin D, oh my goodness, there are so many things about vitamin D and everybody’s like, oh, your vitamin D levels are too high. You’re going to be toxic.

No, you’re not. I mean, vitamin D is so important for so many things. Make sure you’re taking a D3.

Get sunshine because sunshine makes D3 in your body automatically. But you need to be getting 10,000 IUs of D3 a day if you want to have any type of immune system, anything. I mean, there are studies on your immune health, autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, the C word, everything.

That vitamin D3 is so important for your body. I can’t stress it enough. So you actually, you know how we were talking about the tri-synergizer, when you take all three together, it increases the synergy by over 1700, close to 1800%.

Well, when you add the RISE-AM and RESET-PM with the vitamins, with the tri-synergizer, oh my gosh, you get even more production of glutathione peroxidase by 67%. In your catalase, gene expression goes up another 17%. In your sirtuin activity, right, if you want to live to be a centuritarian, the hundred-year-olds, you got to have sirtuins.

Well, when you take these vitamins with the tri-synergizer, it increases your sirtuin activity another 68%. It all works together to make your body happy and healthy. Another thing that’s going to help immensely with cellular health is omega-plus because the fatty acids are, they’re building blocks for our cell membranes and fuel our muscles, including the heart, brain, and other vital organs.

And omega-plus delivers a powerful three-in-one blend of DHA for the brain and EPA for the heart, omega-3 fatty acids, plus omega-7 fatty acids, and vitamin D3 to support brain health, cardiovascular health, skin health, and the immune system. So, believe it or not, omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory effects that possess antioxidant properties, which can help reduce oxidative stress caused by free radicals and reactive oxygen species. Omega-3 fatty acids help protect cells from oxidative damage as well as influence gene expression, including genes involved in detoxification and antioxidant pathways.

So, very important. I know everybody, you’ve got to have omega-6s too. Well, you got to put the brakes on that because they have overladen our food supply with omega-6 and the bad linoleic acids that we have so much of it in our bodies that it’s damaging everything.

So, take the omega-3s and 7s to counteract that. Very important. You need to bring it back into balance.

So, just do the omega-3s because trust me, the Western diet is horrendous. So, also, probiotics, very important for the immune health and cellular function. That gut-brain access, so very important.

There is so much coming out on it. That and the gut-heart access. I mean, your cholesterol is actually regulated by your gut.

It’s crazy how important your gut is. So much coming out, and especially with Alzheimer’s disease, the studies and everything for dementia coming out, it is so important to have your gut balanced. So, it helps improve communication between the gut and brain.

And our gut bacteria make over 30 neurotransmitters, including dopamine, serotonin, and GABA. Supports long-term gut health, helps support weight management goals, supports optimal digestion, and provides over 6 billion CFUs of healthy bacteria to support your digestive system, restores your gut flora with healthy bacteria, and helps restore gut integrity with the probiotics. A very special blend of probiotics.

And 70 to 80 percent of our immune cells live inside our gut. So, if you’re not feeling good, it’s because your gut is not happy and healthy. So, make it happy and healthy, and you will be amazed at how much energy you have, how much healthier you are all the time, how much anti-inflammatory process it has.

It can even help with weight. It’s amazing what it all does. Okay, so where can you get all this? Oh, I put the wrong slide in here.

You can order from StacyZ.LifeVantage.com, or you can order from the original Mark Z.LifeVantage.com. I apologize, I thought I had the right slide in there. But you can get the Tri-Synergizer. Look for stacks and bundles, because that’s where you’re going to save all your money.

There are some great ones. There’s the Tri-Synergizer. There’s actually a Tri-Synergizer that includes the Rise AM and Reset at a really good price.

So, if you have questions, just text me, 704-249-5565, and I can help you get the right thing for what you have going on in your body. Really is the easiest way, is just send her a text. Yep, it really is.

Yes. So, okay, that’s it. Awesome.

All right, folks. Thoroughly enjoyed it. For the rest of you, see you this evening at seven with Dr. Scott Young.

He is joining tonight. So, see you guys then. Thank you, Stace.

You’re welcome. See you.
