Militia Man – Iraq Dinar-Urgency for Oil exports to Resume (Uncut) 04-05-2025
Militia Man – Iraq Dinar-Urgency for Oil exports to Resume-Global Trade Corridor-Unprecedented Development
Hey everyone before I get started I just want to remind you that if you like my content hit that like button subscribe to my channel and then join the militiamen and crew patreon community by clicking the link in the caption Good evening, everybody. It’s Friday, and I hope everybody’s having a great day Let’s get started on some really good information. And I think Really, you know, the bottom line is is that we know that Iraq is Is ready to be an international entity into the global financial system You’re going to see some support from not only Al-sudani prime minister, but the Grand Ayatollah al-sistani.
Okay, the the largest cleric in Iraq and who has significant power okay and influence And even like al-sadr, right you see that he’s been obviously very quiet But a little bit vocal recently especially about politics But aside from that just think about it is that what we’re witnessing is that Iraq is truly ready to be an international entity We’re talking about borders. We’ve talked about that. We talked about the oil, but you haven’t seen yet but we’re seeing that talked about with Turkey and Al-sudani we’ve seen all of that.
Okay, and we see other things that are at play We see that we talked about here in the United States. There was this big thing in the news, which is The tariffs for instance, right the name of the day is Liberation day. Okay, so in Iraq, they’re going to be talking about that too But firstly let’s just get to this article It says al-sudani’s visit to Turkey is a strategic step to confront regional challenges So what is what’s he going there for? He’s going to go there for? Well, they’re basically in a sensitive time and they’re going to be talking about energy They’re gonna be talking about water.
But one thing that they don’t talk about is the oil aspect of the cyan pipeline They don’t do that. But ultimately what are they talking about? They’re saying the visit comes at a very sensitive time Especially in light of recent developments in the region such as the Israeli incursions into Syria I’m not going to get into that but one of the most impromptu issues to be discussed They talk about is the two sides is about strengthening border control Which is totally would be totally consistent with the policies that would be for when Iraq moves to a different Exchange rate that one of the things that they do do and if you guys look it up Is that they they’ll secure the borders be sure because they’re gonna have cross borders Counterfeiting they’re gonna have all kinds of smuggling all kinds of all of that stuff and they’re going to be on the guard So but ultimately who’s going to be effective? Well, the neighbors are going to be affected by that and they’re gonna have to have some reciprocity as far as security is concerned
Okay, so it comes out in light of recent developments and it says one of the most prominent issues is to be discussed as the two Sides is border control between the two countries And will contribute to closing security gaps So if there’s any gaps are going to be closed and one of the things they stress on one of the most important was water issues Really? So think about it you guys water issues are going to be a big thing. The development road project is massive It’s going to be a very big issue.
It’s going to take a lot of energy electricity. It’s going to take a lot of water Everybody knows that water is an issue in residential commercial industrial businesses Iraq’s going to have it has a very sensitive Issue to deal with and they need their fair share from Turkey Because that’s probably where they get their predominant amount of water They do get some from Iran and the neighboring countries But the bottom line is they’re pretty pretty heavily relying on their fair share, which is An international issue, but the bottom line is that’s part of it This gentleman by the name of Masawi. He notes that this visit will address important economic and trade issues Well, they’re going to be trading partners.
So and what are they talking about the development road project? So that that’s big on Al Sudani’s visit to Turkey, but I would highly Suggest you don’t forget they do not mention today in this particular article Oil is going through that cyan pipeline because you remember that they’re going to need evaluation and they talked about times of this article 12 Dash to Paragraph C to be exposed with they invoke it a lot yesterday the day before even today That they talk about it but because that’s what we believe is we believe that that that component is part of That 2024 budget that is going to expose the amount of money that it’s going to be Paid for the cost of delivering oil through that pipeline paying contractors doing it fairly So anyway,
Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Sudanese upcoming visit By the way, this is from yesterday Turkey comes at a particularly sensitive time for Iraq and the entire region so it says right now is a very sensitive time and I would say that’s probably true because there’s Global shifts have happening. Well, we talked about we talked about tariffs a little just a little bit in the past And those things are leveling that playing field. I think that’s Reset oriented so but keep in mind This is one of the most prominent is issues to visit will address water And so I can’t stress that enough water is going to be a very big deal It’s going to be a negotiating deal with Turkey and Iraq That oil is going to be a big deal because you know what if you remember the judgment from that Paris Mediation showed that Turkey was at fault and I think they owe Iraq quite a bit of money So it’s going to be a negotiating factor, but moving along.
It says here to me that These are all strategic moves that are happening between the two countries And there probably be many more with other countries and neighboring countries But look water oil and trade is going to be massive when it comes to the development road project There’s other articles outside of Iraq that are even in the United States and in Europe and places That that are talking about this and so At the scale that we’re gonna be at is that there’s something I have I think I have it in here tonight But I’m but I may not touch on it because I’m not sure if everybody else has it but the bottom line is is that the Silk Road and the development road are effectively two different names, but effectively the same thing and
There’s talk about that the connection between the two and realize again Iraq’s involved in a global trade initiative It’s it’s truly happening and that’s that’s the main focus that I want you guys to understand is that It when I always when I said many times is that it’s about Iraq, but it’s not all about Iraq and in some cases It It might be more likely that it’s about Iraq But it’s not all about Iraq and that’s probably why we’ve had some angst You know a little bit of angst because the fact is that the interconnectivity on an international scale to to to get all countries Interlinked in a new global financial system at the same time It’s something to think about I would think about it a lot because the bottom line is is that They’ve worked on this for many years I think that the whole system has been worked on in my study, and I think we’ve talked about it that certain components of certain banks Global banks have been working on Iraq in a digital format to get us to where we are for about 11 years Call it 10, but I’m pretty sure it’s more likely 11,
and so they’ve had some bumps and hiccups But the bottom line is the new technology that you’re seeing that the new tokenized currencies that they’re talking about the digital dinar They’re talking about I’m talking about a lot of those things and so you have to move out of that box where it’s like I’ll just turn it on Iraq’s always being the slowpoke. You know they’re not doing it. It’s all the corruption Well corruption is a big thing to let me don’t get me wrong We all can we all know that and they actually invoke some names today I think they use the word Maliki and Amiri Okay today, and that’s a fascinating thing is because now there’s a component where they’re fixated on Certain entities in Iraq this could be have could have been Doing some serious problems like corruption for instance Not in the best interests of Iraq
and there are interests for in other countries, and that’s going to come to light And I think maybe this article talks about that a little bit The United States senator releases a document containing provisions of what he calls the Iraq Liberation Act, and I think that’s kind of Interesting because what is it a couple only two days or so? Since the United States had Liberation Day, but here these guys are doing this coming from the United States, but nonetheless I think they’re talking about what reflects Some of the things that are probably happening in Iraq It says okay in a move that reflects escalating political confrontation between Washington and Tehran and its repercussions on the Iraqi situation The two members the United States Congress have introduced a new bill called the free act I’m sorry the free Iraq from the Iran act the legislation introduced by a Republican And a Democrat in our country aims to support what they described as Iraq’s independence from Iranian influence And it goes on about the serious the series of political and economic and security measures are they going to be talking about? and here that says it says that they’ve It doesn’t just stop with some of these other things about you know some of the other Bad entities,
but they reflirt they refer back to it doesn’t stop with those Organizations, etc terrorist organizations if you will it comes back to this does not stop where it rather imposes direct sanctions on not just them, but political figures accused of facilitating the neighbors influence okay, and these include former Prime Minister Nuri al-maliki and Badr corpse leader Hadi Amiri Which is a move aimed to tighten the noose on Iran’s local supporters inside Iraq so they’re going to the to the top of Some of the administration’s in the past and at least according to this draft law that’s out So it’s just it’s just something that you guys should be thinking about because what they’re doing is imposing restrictions on the you know the Iraqi economy and It all it all comes to the gas going back and forth across the borders and What they’re trying to do.
I guess is just you know Iraq get his get their independence back Because you know there’s a lot of countries in the world that try to dominate other people’s political systems and stuff And they insert themselves on their beliefs into other people’s business you might say that about the United States or even China or even Japan or you know many different countries have Done certain things, but at this stage Iraq just wants to be their own their own And I think that that’s what the main influence here is that I think al-sudani Sees that he has to play that mediator, which he’s actually doing a bang-up job in doing so to Make it right, and that’s that’s that’s really good for our investment. I think okay This is Baghdad calls for an urgent meeting to resume negotiations with Kurdistan’s oil exports Well a lot of this you guys realize is that they’ve been bantering about this for Probably just as long 10 or 11 years maybe even 20 But ultimately at this stage they have laws in place that have to be Addressed and They are relating to their budget, and we’re talking about oil and non oil revenues
Okay, so this article here is but Baghdad calls for an urgent meeting Which I already said Kurdistan oil exports it says a prime minister Muhammad she else Donnie affirmed that the illegal sale of oil constitutes a violation of the rights of the Iraqi people Well now if you remember al-sistani and al-sadr was saying we’re not tolerating Those are the clerics the biggest names most influential people in all of Iraq aside from The prime minister are talking about an illegal sale of oil Constitutes a violation of the rights of the Iraqi people so not only does it if the Kurdistan regional government is not playing by the rules and their people are hurting and the Baghdad people are hurting in other words these guys the politicians got a problem just like Nuri al-maliki and Amiri Seem to have a problem because they have been a problem And that’s probably going to have some consequences in this new digital environment
When they start moving oil through that Siam port it’s going to be electronically digitally accounted for so the money they’re going to know where the money is going and Just like the borders the ice cutter system They’re going to know where the money is going in and out That’s why you’ve seen a lot of this bark is because there’s a fraud and graft grift graft However, you want to call it has been happening and taking place for so long Now think about it man hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars have been grifted from Iraq through crooked politicians and You know we probably feel that here in the United States of America
But I’m really not going to get political but facts are facts and that that data is going to come out and the new technology that they have really is going to represent some real facts, and I think that I buy into those facts and But again, just keep in mind that this is where their head. This is what they’re saying and I just report the news, okay? But he goes on and says the ministry regrets the publication of false and misleading Statements by the epicore Association issued on March 28th 2025 so that’s a few days ago Which claim that the ministry expressed its unwillingness to negotiate solutions that fulfills the contracts concluded by epicore and companies in the Kurdistan? regional government So look they’re focusing in on this pipeline issue because they’re saying that they’ve been getting false and misleading information
No, no different than anywhere else you guys the media has really thrown a wrench in Iraq So the Ministry of Oil is working to ensure that there is a proper implementation of the amendment budget Which I’ve talked about the 12 C Well to see right the amendment to budget law approved in February 2nd 2025 so that exports via the Iraqi Turkey pipeline can begin as soon as possible It says it notes that the amendment to the budget law stipulates that the Federal Ministry of Finance Compensate the Kurdistan regional government for the cost of producing and in transporting goods oil delivered to the state oil company, which is SOMO The budget law also stipulates that fair estimated cost of production and transportation of each field be calculated separately by an international consultant we know that they’re working with Iraq and Involved and these costs must be determined for payments for the Federal Ministry to the Kurdistan regional government So there’s not a dispute is a sense of from the federal government about it But the fact remains is is get it right do it through the new financial system the digital financial system And so that we know that it’s fair accurate and transparent and that’s what these new systems are about There’s new technology in the world is about transparency.
It’s about efficiency. It’s about low cost and it’s about Get the job done have liquidity in this world. And I think that that’s where this whole world new new Financial system is going and it’s going to be a little bit shocking for a lot of people Especially if you’re on the wrong side of the trade if you’re if you’re not playing by the rules You’re gonna have a problem and I’ve said that many times.
This isn’t anything new. I’m not making it up. It’s great Okay So the amendment to the to the budget law requires that all production in the Kurdistan region be immediately handed over to the state oil organization, which is SOMO Ultimately We all know that that there’s a mechanism mechanism in place for those payments and I’m not going to get into that anymore But it says here that the government of Iraq has taken concrete Serious steps to demonstrate its good faith in negotiations to ensure that the resumption of oil exports through that Turkey pipeline Which is they now call the ITP.
Thank God quickly and responsibly So the Prime Minister Shial Sedani confirms that selling oil through illegal frameworks outside the responsibility of SOMO and sales mechanisms Mechanisms is an infringement on the rights of the Iraqi people. Okay, who everybody’s involved with that All the religious leaders.
They’ve been all focused else who Donnie Have been suggesting Specifically focus in on the rights of the people because that’s everybody It’s not just a few tribal leaders, etc But you’re gonna find that the tribal leaders have been talked to also But anyway to keep it to keep it to it at this it’s basically They’re staying they’re focused to the general budget law Stick to it He defended the recent amendment, which is that article 12 to see I believe And what are they doing? They want to basically do what I said enhance transparency enhance the governance and Of all things manage that oil resource management and so basically at the end of the day they reach and they’re reaching an agreement upon a solution as soon as possible is their focus and also, basically It’s paramount importance.
Is that what they use to halt? illegal and law unlawful sales and of oil and to preserve the wealth of the Iraqi people. All right, so basically providing in track attractive investment opportunities in the environment for the economic development of the country and Which it will ensure fair and sustainable solutions that serves everybody What’s wrong with that? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that and ultimately we’re gonna better do what’s their main goal? The main goal is to resume oil exports via the pipeline. They want to do it immediately.
They want to do it safely and legally Legally, okay while ensuring the rule of law and protecting the national resources from any illegal Exploitation. I think that it’s a lot to say. Sorry you guys but some of these things can get really long but the cool part is is that That’s a really deep article once you read it if I know how they’re they roll but the point is is that there’s valuable information that shows that the focus is to get Iraq to an international financial system, which is I Think I think you guys can see it.
It’s happening. It’s really is Okay, the government advisor this article is about the pride. I private firm managing development road project is in Entirely Iraqi, so they have a development road project a private managing firm Totally Iraqi.
All right. Okay. So this guy named Asadi He’s an advisor to the transportation affairs He explains on Friday today the duties of this company managing the development road project stressing that the company will be 100% Iraqi and report directly to the prime minister So it’s just the Iraqis involved in this development road project in the management.
That’s Perfect, okay It says at the meeting of a higher committee for the development road a study has been conducted to establish a company authority and or a legal formula for the development road project considering it a global project I Mean, come on you guys are talking about a global project This isn’t going to be sticking around a little bit 1310 and not being able to do cross-border transactions in dinar They’re just not doing that at 1310, I’m not going to get into it, but I’m telling you if you guys read the financial management law from 2019 to present 2024 and 2025 you’re gonna have some understanding it takes a while to do it but you’re gonna figure it out that there’s reasons for what they are what they have done and what they’re going to do and I’m not going to get into it again tonight I’m not being rude, but I’m just saying it’s just I want you to understand that it’s an in-depth process
And that’s why we at militia man and crew have done the research and we believe where we are and so far We’re showing that We’re consistent at least and given the news to the best of our ability I think that’s that is a true statement, and I want to thank everybody Pompei Peter He’s been a little bit under the weather But fact remains is he’s still going strong we have Petra we have Samson Who knocks it out of the park in our? Newsroom every day. You can’t beat it right then we have our Admins inside GG. She keeps the room flowing smoothly and consistent consistent is really important for us because the fact is We deal with a lot of people and we have a lot of different points of view but the bottom line is is that we have rules to try to keep the continuity and thank you all for for understanding that and being patient and We do appreciate that so anyway to go on Basically the company’s is going to be able to manage this project the development road project.
It’s just massive It will be affiliated with the Ministry of Transport It’ll be independent private company reporting directly to the Prime Minister, which is awesome It will have its own laws and regulations and will be responsible for existing investments It will if the project is offered as shares for instance they offer shares.
This will be Responsibility of that specific company so if you’re an investor You’re going to be buying shares of the company the company itself will be responsible for those shares It won’t be it won’t be the government and then here’s an article It’s called Iraq strategic location is a natural global trade corridor, which is going to Lead on to this so the Prime Minister Shia Sadani He basically is highlighting the country’s strategic geographic location makes it a natural trade corridor Well, it’s it has been for a thousand years. I don’t see why it shouldn’t be now It says here though if you get down to the down through the article Like I said Iraq strategic location you can come into patreon But I wanted to focus in on when I talked about the religious authority it says here the supreme religious authorities call for Iraqis to reflect upon and Embrace their deep cultural and intellectual heritage is both timely and meaningful.
I think it is that’s why he’s talking Yeah, he underscored that Iraq’s rich civilization and vast natural resources empower it to overcome present and future challenges The authorities recent message that Iraq is recovering and moving along the right path serves as a source of national reassurance In the face of fear-mongering that seeks to spread fear anxiety and the sense of defeat within society Sounds like he’s talking to the fake news.
I Really think that’s what he’s talking about No, I probably say that there’s probably a fact but anyway He highlighted saying we What we enjoy today as a result of great sacrifices because they’ve had many in the past and he’s get reaching out He says the honorable tribal stances, which we will never forget Iraq is a strong capable recovering and moving forward with recognitions from regional and international institutions That’s powerful, okay Iraq plays a leading role in the region in the scale of reconstruction and development underway underway from Bosford to Nineveh is unprecedented the government has prioritized the needs of the people above all personnel or all personal or partisan interests So that was the highest religious leader in Iraq talking to the people and He’s giving them Approval if you will to do what they’re doing, which is massive. Look so the Prime Minister and he goes on This is the Prime Minister now.
He says the Prime Minister, which is al-sudani. He says Iraq must not solely rely on oil The country holds immense potential in agriculture industry and tourism our country’s strategic Geographic location makes it a natural global trade corridor. That’s why we launched the development road project we are working around the clock to fulfill all commitments and Iraq possesses the resources capabilities and will to overcome will Will to overcome work in progress on projects to deliver natural gas to our power stations So they’re he’s touching on those specific things because they have natural resources They have the capabilities to overcome challenges and they’re in progress to deliver natural gas to power stations which in a Hot country like Iraq.
They need the power and they’ll need it for Many things. All right. Okay, so he says there is a real political will to enact reforms Economic banking financial all that and we have made significant progress in less than two and a half years and that’s right He’s been in around for two and a half years Okay Okay, so anyway al-sudani at the end of the day basically is stating that the government’s approach is to uphold the state’s supreme interests
and he says we count on religious leaders tribal sheikhs and National elites to promote a message of unity and cohesion across society So he’s giving that little bit of an olive branch to those folks that are Potentially got some you know grift on their hands, I would suggest but anyway, it’s Basically what I just said with so anyway This is basically just a testament to the fact that the Supreme Religious Authority is is engaged Who is the major influence over the people he and al-sudani speaks alongside that junk that man’s message? To the people and he’s he’s basically giving reassurances.
I think that word came up tonight is that there’s reassurances Being given out and I think that the data that I’m talking about is being a reassurance to you to me to a lot of people That wow, it is really happening Iraq is going through the process of the development road project and we should all by now know that there is something that goes with that And they talk about that article 12 They do okay, and that they haven’t exposed it yet. Have they now they have it all right If they were going to do this you guys at 1310 exchange rate We wouldn’t have been talking about this for all this time. They just wouldn’t be doing it.
There’s no way And I don’t know what it’s giving me a solid argument shows that that’s true Especially by if they read the whole law and checked it out. So Thanks for trying though Al-sudani says Iraq is witnessing an unprecedented phase of reconstruction and development So here again Al-sudani is knocking it out of the park He says Iraq today is powerful strong and healthy and is progressing beyond expectations noting that the country is witnessing an unprecedented phase of reconstruction and Development there are those who are trying to paint a picture of panic and defeatism in the minds of society He’s added the country’s economy cannot be mortgaged to dependents on oil So Obviously, he’s saying exactly what they’re doing. They’re moving to a non oil society Oh, that’s why they have the ice cutter system.
That’s why they have the e-governance. That’s why they have the digital transformation That’s why they have all these new e-payment systems. They’re moving away from just oil non oil They have liquid natural gas.
They have all these other natural resources It’s it’s really obvious Okay, and he goes on and says the government has gone through the most difficult test And he tells you that there’s a genuine will to implement reforms and we have made Significant progress in this regard in a period of no more than two and a half years of the government’s term So the whole time Allah locks been in Allah. Well, that’s the Central Bank governor. I’m hoping to hear from him tonight, but I don’t know if we will but al-sudani the prime minister Is what I meant He’s basically stating that the interests of Iraqis all of Iraq and The government’s top priority.
This is what he’s talking about There’s no room for favoritism toward any party internal or external The government approach is to preserve the supreme interests of the state It’s the second time that he said this we have full hope that the clerics He’s reiterating this to the clerics the tribal sheikhs and the elites will spread a message of unity Solidarity and brotherhood among all those numbers of members of society.
I think it’s powerful So look at the end of the day what we have here is that? Al sudanese what he’s been pointing out is that the rhetoric of the sedition and the crisis and the conspiracies He’s he’s just gaffing it off He concludes by saying we’re all confident that Iraq’s future is promising with its people’s its capabilities resources and sound principles in governing the state So again, these are reassurances to the people of Iraq reassurances to the international world the region that what he’s doing is Acceptable it’s acceptable by the highest religious leader he’s promoting it and he’s also giving that olive branch to the sheikhs and all the higher tribal leaders, etc and With the new system with the what he’s put in place for the last two to two and a half years is going to be able to Probably give him a little boost to get on board or you’re or they’re going to have a problem So anyway, that’s that’s what I have with that. Um, I think I got this last little bit There’s an article that you probably want to take a take a peek out I’m not sure if it’s completely out in patreon just yet or even in Our discord, but I stumbled across it myself and it says the impact of new u.s. Policies on the national economy They’re talking about Iraq But one of the things that they do say is it’s first it says reshaping the national income resources The second thing is radical comprehensive change in agriculture industrial trade oil energy and water policies and thirdly supporting developing of stimulating the private sector the private sector is going to be Huge you guys because that’s the non oil revenue, but it says levering its capabilities potential and capital investments in building the national economy and involved involving
All of it in their economic decision-making and economic management The fourth was developing clear strategies for coordination between monetary and fiscal policies Fifth it says completing the new methodology adopted by the central bank for banking reform and development and the digital transformation in all digital fields There’s so much more in here you guys you should come in I’ll try to get this posted in tonight for you to see and if not Dear Samson will probably have it for us anyway But the bottom line is is that there’s some key components in this that I find to be very fascinating So look everybody.
I think that what we painted the picture that we’ve painted and what we were seeing I think that militia man and crew is is really stayed focused on Results and what is really happening? And I think that we can show you that You know what? Iraq is going international Whether we like it or not, I don’t have a date and a rate and all that good stuff But but what I can tell you is my confidence and the reassurances that we see from the highest in Iraq And I think that you can see that through What’s happening on the international stage that level playing field? Has set the stage for Iraq to be able to do what she’s already ready to do. But are they ready? That’s the question. I think that they are But it’s a complex project.
So when it comes to digital they all need to be interconnected at the same time On a global scale. Keep it in mind. Enjoy.
