Keeping it hush. They are about time now. Thank you for that super sticker. Let’s see. Uh Jersey, I do know some that have NDA. So, all I can do is politely

disagree because I know some people in personal life that have NDAs and I know many that are involved that don’t. the overwhelming majority don’t have them yet. So, all I can do is politely disagree because I know somebody uh and have great faith in them. But I am hopeful Sheila will take time to talk to us. She could help us through a lot of this. Uh Vietnam Vietnamese dong has not revalued yet. I don’t know who’s planting that on the boards. Grimwood, happy 81st. Boy, y’all are coming fast. All

It’s nice having chat all on one computer. Boy, that’s really nice. Um, Mike Mesmer, I need to get her back on to have that discussion. Um, it is just escaping my brain right now. Not something I’ve thought about in a bit. It’s more like an MSA or a health sharing account. If we uh see Jeremy in here, aka the one that uh Freedom Forge Coffee, he’ll tell

us. Or we can ask her. She’s going to be with us in a little bit. Uh Kier, nothing new that I can find on the CMKX uh front. Now guys, keep in mind I have only been back at the desk for a few hours total between last night and this morning. So, a lot of your questions for the most current, most update, most everything. Um, it is going to take time to come up to speed. Yeah, I am just a human being. And while I am, you know, fairly quick, I’m still human. So, you will have to be somewhat patient. I am expecting a bond update

slash call uh from one of the contacts. Uh am expecting uh one somewhere between 2 and 300 p.m. Eastern today. On that front, let me get back to here. What did Kirby say? Looking forward to getting large prosperity for all veterans and first responders to enjoy fish hike hunt. Oh, it’s going to be fun. Or just relax. All right, let’s get to it. Oh, wait a minute. Brenda just said, “My friend has been under an NDA since the end of January. this month makes four months. Sold her house and went to the

West Coast off social media too. Brenda, your friend smart. I guess that’s the thing. I got all kinds of people telling me that. But but when you know facts that dispute it that no, don’t dispute it. I mean flat ruin the argument for them. You just what do you do? You know, up’s up no matter how many times you say it’s down. All right, let’s keep running. Who else is ready for Big Beautiful Nap? I like that one. I just Where did that one go? Shadow Dragon’s Birthday. Then I’m going back into it. Okay, let’s go uh straight to Iraq.

I am I do not have a bond update from last night. Went through many emails. I still have hundreds to get through searching through in case there is an update hidden in there. um the ones that call or message directly. I don’t have an update other than to say that I am expecting one somewhere between 2 and 300 p.m. today from one of the contacts still chasing others as I have not been back in the seat for very long. So you’ll have to uh give me a touch. Oh, that was yesterday. Iraq launches first part of element road

project opened have opened part of I think like 51 kilo kilometers long already completed. Uh it’s coming along guys. This is going to be a big economic boost to the uh region. Now we get to the Kurdish region and the back and forth. Kurdish region sends the federal treasury share of its nono imports for this month. Guys, they sent this in cash. Uh and this is part of one of the major things that is wrong in the Kurdish region. And some of the things challenges that Baghdad has been dealing with or Iraq as a nation has been

dealing with is getting things electronic and tracked because of the amount just the crazy amount which is kind of endemic to the area and much of the world. Um when they deal in just uh cash it doesn’t always make it where it’s supposed to go go. So they sent 50 billion522,750,000 dinars. Sounds like a whole bunch right? The problem is they collected over 70 and uh new financial condition from Baghdad in the Kurdish region to pay May salaries. Baghdad’s like look we’ll pay them if you’ll pay us the taxes that are collected so that

we can pay them. This is how it works. This is also why uh the population of the Kurdish region are like going yo this is stupid. Kurdish region either needs to give them the money or pay us directly the back and forth. Right now they collect all these fees because they haven’t finished going completely digital. Uh in the Kurdish region they collect that cash. They send in a truck to Baghdad. Baghdad sends a truck back to the Kurdish region and the folks get paid. The problem is money disappears

each time. If you’re electronic, it would do away with that. And that’s one thing. Uh tax revenues, fees revenues have really started to just explode upwards in a positive way. Not because they’re taxing the people more, but because the money is not being filtered out into some sticky fingers. Uh so what they’re saying though is Baghdad is saying, “Look, you owe us 70 trillion. You send us 50. Where’s the other 20? We’ll be glad to pay it. You just need to pay your legally dutifully collected fees, taxes, etc. So this is just part

of that fight. But at the same time, it is being exposed and light of air and they are working on it.” And that is one of the first first uh steps in solving a problem. Identify the problem, air it out, clean it out, fix the problem, and that’s what they’re doing. They’re making great progress. I know it seems a little frustrating when you hear it, but it is coming along nicely. Uh blessed forever, remind me to tell you about that hyenal herdia thing. I’m getting ready to try something. All right. Now, I’m going to keep moving.

uh international Iraq and France discuss boosting economic ties. This just yet another example and we keep bringing how the world is embracing Iraq as truly international. Uh everybody trying to get their foot in the door or on that bus before that bus takes off and goes to prosperity. So they are all wanting a piece of that and I think that is very important uh because the international the fully international uh country uh deals etc is all part of a truly international unencumbered currency which is one of

the things that should be said was important uh before they released their new rate. Now I’m going to see where I can find you guys. Let me check this. Uh, Rodney’s asking for prayers. Please pray for my mom. She’s in the hospital, not breathing well. I’m going to check uh audio. Okay, audio is set and fine. Just checking. Double checking, guys. Try to get back in the uh habit. Uh, Greg Nater posted today saying people are hoarding dinar causing cash flow problems. Yeah, they’re hoarding it for a couple reasons.

lack of trust in the banking system, an expectation of a higher value. Um, when they do that, it takes it currency requires a flow. One of the uh key problems with a goldbacked uh currency because it’s one to one, you can’t just inject uh liquidity unless you have just obscene amounts of savings. Works like electricity. the electricity goes in a circle. A river, a lazy river, that’s even a better example. people understand you, you know, you’re rolling along, you’re having your cocktail on your float,

little lazy rivers floating you around, uh, in your little, you know, path circle, uh, at the water park or, uh, the hotel, wherever you’re at, and then somebody collapses part of it, puts a big block on it, really, really, really heavy dude that’s been eating at Crispy Cream and Popeyes too long, sits down, water doesn’t flow. It all starts backing up. Everything past the guy breaks down. everything behind the guy floods, spills the bank, ruins everything, locks it up. Currency operates the same way. If it is not

saying people aren’t buying, selling, and you get too many people hoarding and not enough people bringing in new prosperity or new goods to the market or new value to the market, then it breaks. Uh, when you have that much money, I I forget what the number was. We did an article, read one probably five or six weeks ago on here and it was something I’ve seen like 60 70% of the Iraqi dinar does not go in regular circulation which is truly hampering the potent I mean the country is already growing but if it

could have full access to its uh prosperity it would just explode. So they got to get people to trust the banking system. Of course, people are also hoarding because they’re expecting a value change. And I’m thinking a key way to do it would be to uh only exchange into new bank accounts for their currency, forcing them to put it into, in other words, adjust that value up. Give us an RV and RARI or at least a meaningful level where people will feel comfortable exchanging it all. Put it in the bank. It’s the only way to

exchange it. They get it all in the bank. They’ve increased the value and the prosperity just unleashes in Iraq. And I firmly believe that is the plan. The more you watch them, the more you listen to them. Yeah, Robert. Exactly. The news keeps telling them it’s going to revalue. It’s going to increase. Purchasing power is going to go up. So, they’re hanging on to it. If they could get one of the two pieces, it would improve conditions, meaning either go ahead and change value or if people suddenly had faith in the uh banking

system. Either one would help. both ching just awesome. Oh wow. I Michael, I don’t know what to tell you if Uganda’s in the first basket or not. I’m hopeful it is for the uh folks from Uganda. Uh but I’ve not seen this where they found more gold again. You’ve got I’m trying to remember uh one of the stands uh recently discovered just an obscene uh amount of rare earth minerals. I think it was Kazakhstan maybe. I don’t know. Usbekistsan. Let’s see which see if I can find this one. Kazakhstan. Yeah, Kazakhstan. Just one

of the biggest deposi rare earth metals ever, if not the biggest. Yep. Farmer V. Lazy river waterfall bar. Yep. That sounds like add to the got money list. Uh, let’s see. Mark, here’s a question. If the QFS system tracks everything, do you think there will be the end of gift cards? How would they be tracked for the transaction anonymously? I think that’s one of the keys with the QFS system. It can anonymously track. So, if it’s ever needed and they identify that evil person, then they can look through those

uh that money movement. uh but doesn’t necessarily violate your privacy, which is important. Rosie, I still think an RV this year. I’ve not had any recent news on the boulevard. Uh no update from redemption staff. Uh keeping again Jordan, a reminder, I just haven’t been back long enough. I got many contacts to get through today. WK I’m certain Kula is probably at work. day job. She tries to pop in when she can. All right. Definitely nothing on the pango. I saw a document where the US Securities and Exchange Commission

amendment number three owns Canada. Rick, there’s a lot of paperwork out there that shows that the US or parts of the US government own Canada. And I’m not saying that to upset. I’m not saying that to ruin your sovereignty or whatever. Uh there’s lots of documentation out there pretty much saying that uh the London bankers or the um Vatican owns the US. Much documentation, court document, etc. saying they own London that the uh uh that the Vatican owns. I mean, there’s some interesting stuff out there as to

who’s invested in what, what countries, what corporations. The biggest thing for me is just a reminder. You guys look in the mirror. Remind yourself you are sovereign. I don’t care who files what piece of paper where. You are sovereign. Nobody owns your soul but your maker. And willingly they gave it to you to decide what to do with it. Free will. Pretty cool stuff. You are sovereign. I am sovereign. And I don’t give a effing flipping. Pick any profane word you want. I don’t care. Tell me that somebody’s got a pink

purple flag or that I took a shot and now they own me because I am uh some patent or whatever is bull crap poop. You are sovereign. Look yourself in the eye and remind yourself you are sovereign. You are created by your uh creator. Well, you’re endowed by your creator with certain unalable rights. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The right to keep the fruits of your own labor. Yeah. When I look at all that and they’re like, “Yeah, but we filed this in 1750, whatever, or 1871. I got one

message for you.” And it’s the big middle finger. I don’t care. I wasn’t there. I didn’t agree to it. My children didn’t agree to it and their future children didn’t agree to it. Ah, there’s Miss Kla. Party girl. Hello. Good to see you. Um, Trey, I am a fan of the Vietnamese dong. Um, take that as entertainment education purposes only. This is not financial advice. We always have to say that. Um, gourmet reflux Robin is product that the ex-wife introduced my oldest son to Zester and he is such a huge fan of it

as he has managed to get himself off proton proton pump inhibitors. And pretty much like my entire family, we always we pretty much all have that hyenal hernia, that bulge in the top of our stomach uh where the sphincter valve closes. So, I’m going to get him on here to talk about it one evening. And it’s I’m not involved with the company. Don’t make a penny. Don’t make a dime. But wow is all I can say. And I’m getting ready to start that next week myself. James, I do not think the Senate’s going to pass the big beautiful

bill anytime soon without some major negotiation. Sarah Lucy’s graduation was just awesome. It was stunning. I cried. Proper dad. All right, let’s keep going. China owns can China has invested heavily in Canada. They pretty much jump. Canadian politicians for the most part, not all of them, but for the most part, uh, when China says poop, the Canadian prime minister says how long and what color? Canadian prime minister said, I mean, excuse me, Chinese CCP or Xihinping tells the Canadian uh prime

minister to jump and he just says, “How high?” Let’s see. What did Fred have to say? I started using a product called Univera Aloe Gold 1 oz twice a day. Have not had to deal with reflux in 12. Wow, that’s that’s a pretty good testimonial. I thought about the tips and tiff procedure, but you’re probably the only person that has given a positive review of it. I don’t want to make things worse. Uh, Lisa, let me pull this up. I can probably share a link where we do get some credit. We might make five or

six bucks off of it if everybody on here ordered some. Um, I will work on an actual link, but let me look up the name of the um, let’s see. There it is. It is reflux gourmet and they make it in little travel size uh pouches where you just take it. It’s kind of like a I don’t know what you would call it. Um not really a liquid, more like a lotion consistency or a liquid yogurt consistency. I don’t know what you want to call it. And you put it in uh once or twice a day and it basically uses seaweed something else

and just kind of helps cork the top of your stomach in a good way. Uh, and they sell it in these little 25 single serving packets and mint chocolate rescue and vanilla caramel. The flavor is surprisingly good, guys. They also have it in a different format in let’s see these um Oh, here’s a mint chocolate. They’ve got it in like tubes instead of the smaller. They’re just larger. So, you know, not as easy to travel with. 8 oz tubes and you just squeeze out a short a small amount. Boom. Dennis, we don’t know the exact

timing on this thing. We only know it’s an inevitability. We always transition from fiat back to asset. We are playing a super cycle. We are watching a super cycle that is as tried and tested as time. Pad, did it help when they dilated your esophagus? I want you guys please sound off on that. I’m going to kind of peek here on the side as you guys said stuff. Yes, they reported Big Beautiful Bill is passed. Let’s get back to uh this news. After House victory, Trump tells the Senate, “Get to work on Big

Beautiful Bill.” I was going to start here, but Epoch Times, Epic Times did a nicer breakdown on it, where Zero Hedges just focused kind of on the uh politics of getting it through, Zero Hedge kind of broke down a little more of what was in it. Uh more of an analysis Uh yeah, watching the bond market, guys. Have you noticed Asia is running from the bond market? Um oh, I did have a little bit another piece on Iraq. I’ll try to remember to share that this evening uh a little more in depth. They have been getting rid of some of their

foreign currency reserves and other currencies. And this just makes sense. They’re claiming that oh no, this is scary because of possible budget deficits and etc. and they’re spending some of their savings. I don’t think it’s that. The more I think about it, the more I think Iraq is unloading other currencies so it can hold on to its dinar. I think Iraq is positioning itself for this change of value. So they’re getting rid of their Japanese currency, their Chinese currency, their US dollars to uh pay

contractors, etc. So they don’t add to their deficit. I don’t think it’s because they don’t want to add to their deficit because they they know they can pay that off at any moment. I think it is squarely squarely designed to maintain the dinar before value changes. Let’s see. I had bad reflux. The doctor installed a lynx ring in my esophagus. Best thing I ever did. Reflux is gone. Wow. Proud. That is the one of the systems I looked at was the lynx. I just couldn’t find I couldn’t find much in the way of

positive. Don King, do you really think we will know the win ahead of time? No, I don’t. Or will it come like a thief? It will come like a thief in the night. We’ll I think we’ll be able to get close in, hey, we can see these signs. It’s time to prepare. But I don’t think anybody’s going to get it dead on. I don’t think you’re going to have, whether it’s me, whether it’s uh I don’t know, Tony, Bruce, uh John, um Dr. Scott, any of I don’t think any of them is going to come out to you and say, “Look, man, 12:50 tonight, you’re

getting it.” I don’t believe that at all. That’s why when I see anybody put up dates or times like that, I’m just like, think the best we can do is follow the indicators. Yeah, I could buy that. Should be no tax on company bonuses. Tax structure is changing. Uh Anthony, if we keep our funds in the QFS system won’t draw interest. I’m told no. Um for it to truly be non-discretionary, it can’t earn interest. If it earns interest, that means they’re allowed to invest it for you. And if I understand it

correctly, that would be have to be held with outside of the QFS. But I could be wrong. We don’t know how that’s going to look. That’s me guessing based on how it works. Now, Joe, Captain Joe, I like that. All right, let’s get into some more of the specifics on the house passage. Oh, well, I should get in here. Zero hedge analysis believes that it will cause about a five trillion short-term um increase in our deficit. The government office of budgeting and accounting believes it will um cause about a $3.8

trillion. So 5 trillion 3.8 you have many of these uh analysts, journalists, government itself telling us that it’s going to cause these things. I would like to point out um and in this bill are a few things. The Trump savings account for new kids where it reduces taxes. Uh it does require a largecale cut in some of the unemployment, disabilities, Medicaid, Medicare expansions expansions that happened throughout COVID. It does give time limits and ends many of those. So many in this community right now in our

chat, you’re going to feel it. Um, I hope that you haven’t gotten too used to it or can’t adjust, but there are many that are going to. And I would like a reminder for everybody that the last time we saw a reduction like this was under a Democratic president, Bill Clinton, that we saw this much of a reduction in in that social security net, that social net where we help folks. Your problem is much of it’s being taken advantage of. I How many of you folks know people that are getting SNAP that don’t need SNAP that have you

know three, four, five grand build up in their SNAP account because they just don’t need it or spend it very often. And then you know others that can’t get any and they are truly starving and need it. I mean, does anybody in here know somebody taking advantage of the welfare system, which is tough because we need the welfare system and many, many, many people truly need it and my heart, you know, truly goes out to them. Um, and it should be a hand up, not a hand out. But it is going to cause a lot of people

are going to get caught in the uh in that downsizing or or tightening up which is going to be important in my book when we do get paid that we help these folks in that transition because it will be a little difficult for many. Uh SNAP lack of a better description LG lady it’s uh food stamps. It’s what we call food stamps in the US or what many call see I know some I’ve see a number of people uh sounding off on what they know don’t um it’s you get a card you go to the grocery store you get to swipe it most

states uh pretty much you can get I mean heck anything but alcohol I mean you can buy candy sodas whatever some states don’t allow that it is different statetost state what they allow or don’t but I do find it curious that many states are now starting to rain it in. Uh not the amount given, just what you can purchase. In other words, you can’t buy sodas, you can’t buy whatever, forcing them to buy more less processed. I missed this one on this one. Why are you still watching the podcast? Look, if you hate

me, yeah, it’s good to I mean, if you think I’m wrong, but you keep coming back over and over and over again, I think that says a lot about you, not necessarily that much about me. Uh, EBT or SNAP. It’s called both things. Mountain Gold. Used to be called EBT. Now most states call it EBTSNAP. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. There you go. It was designed to be nutritious. The whole thing was designed to help people survive and it just became like most things the government gets hold of. It

just spirals out of control like most things in life. Chris, I appreciate that. Birthday will be on Saturday. We got to keep moving. There’s a We have Stacy coming on in like 10 minutes or so with Brian Highfield and then I get to hang out and chat finally. I’ve missed you guys. All right. Big beautiful bill going to be much discussion in the coming days on this one. What’s in it, etc. Does uh increase uh incomes, a marginal uh increase for customs, border patrol, etc. uh to try to get them on par and some of

the increases that government employees saw well other agencies saw that they did not see. So they’re just trying to bring them up to par and reward them for the hard work they’re doing. Uh going to be lots of lots of stuff going in going on there. All right. And we’re going to talk about it a lot. Americans see the net gains under the GOP budget bill, but deficit would rise to 3.8 trillion. And we’ve got a couple on these. I’m calling for five trillion. I would like to point out the same office, the uh CBO uh congre

congressional budget office is the same one that told us that inflation was going to be transitory. uh all the other times in life. They also told us that uh jobs were going to go through the roof because of Trump and Doge do uh excuse me, job losses and the deep state is losing them. But overall, we’re not which means private industry is hiring while government is downsizing or pretty much declaring war on the deep state or the uh bureaucratic state, which I love and we’ll get into that one too. Just a reminder, they have missed

every economic indicator in the past five or six years. So, just keep that in mind when you’re reading this one or when you’re hearing about that one. Also, a reminder that they look at things as static in a very Keynesian model instead of dynamic. When you change something massive, things change around it. Um, it’s not as simple. Let’s say, let’s say you’re sick and you have three or four things wrong with you. Um, your immune system’s not up to snuff. You’ve got a cut, you’re bleeding, you got an affected toe. If you treat one of

those, I mean, you need to treat them all, but if you treat one, then your body has more energy to start trying to heal the others. Uh, the economy is kind of the same way. If I increase efficiency at one end on one thing, it may increase efficiency on others and get rid of bottlenecks. So, it’s dynamic. Uh we lower taxes, more businesses start. So, a lot of this when they claim that there’s going to be a budget deficit, they really don’t know for certain. How are the people going to respond? Is this

going to unleash the American spirit and we start opening businesses? we start employing people, the lower taxes, um the lower government regulation, do we grow? In other words, they’re looking at a very static model. They’re changing one thing and they’re saying, “Okay, this is what’s going to happen.” The problem is it doesn’t work that way. You change one thing, it affects another, it affects another, and it’s a cascading event. So, if you get a positive cascade going, all bets are off. This could uh

could be wonderful. Do I think it goes far enough? No, I don’t. I think it needs to go further. Is it still a win? Yes, it’s still a win. It’s a step in the right direction. There’s much bigger step in my opinion need be that needs to be taken. All right. Um there’s going to be a lot of going on that Doge damage deepens deep tri-state continuing jobless claims highest since December 2021. That’s what I was just discussing. Uh overall jobs, we’re still doing pretty solid even though we continue to

obliterate the bureaucratic state. I wouldn’t say obliterate, but uh make some serious inroads into curbing it. Uh but I did love how they ended this one over at uh Zero Hedge. Doge is working. It’s working, guys. I would like to see it work faster, but it is working. As while the private sector CEO seemed to refuse to budge despite their uh misery, the deep tri-state is seeing continued jobless claims surge the highest since December 2021. The CEO when they were just uh alluding to the fact that many

CEOs see uh inflation rising, all these things, but they’re just not happening. In other words, they’re in the mindset that they are preparing to hunker down because Trump’s in charge, but the economy just isn’t behaving that way. Their employees aren’t behaving that way. things are growing. Even though they’re like, “Oh my god, Trump won.” Um, it’s got to go down. And it just isn’t going down. Uh, it’s almost like the working class and the blue collar are back in charge. Well, at least have the illusion

of it. Really great one over at the Daily Signal. I’m not going to have time to go into depth. Biden’s presidency is a scandal of historic proportions. It truly is. The presidency of Joe Biden is one of the greatest scandals in American history. The legacy media is only now covering the mental incapacity of a president who apparently left the entire ship of state to the unaccountable bureaucracy. Uh just some great ones after they dropped the Robert Herd tape and of course they had no choice but to

come out with the prostate story and then you ask yourself the when the where how long did they know stage four so it had to have started before he has the best medical care in the world. they knew. Of course, it goes into some of the things that he had forgotten and the deep state simply running things and he him being cat I love that there was no widespread attempt to fool the American people ensure another term for an almost catatonic president as one witnesses George Clooney’s June fundraiser for

Biden described the candidate catatonic. Um, hey, what do we do? And I love this one. How shall we think of those years in which multiple crisises developed around the globe? Americans were mass- deprived of employment due to government forced vaccination. States were browbeating to allow children to get lifealtering hormones and an ultimately victorious presidential candidate was nearly jailed. Um I you you think about what we went through and they just want us to ignore it. They’re like, you know, he’s

sick. We’re good. I do love this one. While the 46 president’s handlers most likely at the behest of former President Barack Obama led him around in the extended real world version of weekend at Bernie’s, the federal apparatus operated on its own. This was ruled by experts or really ruled by the managerial class that recreated the old spoil system but made it totally unaccountable to the American people. decisions were carried out by vast interlocking agencies at the behest of their Democratic Party allies uh whom

they serve. I mean, it just uh when you do a deep dive, and you have to. We can’t just let this one go. We can’t let this one go. I’m not going to let this one go. I’m going to beat on until you guys are tired of hearing and many of you will probably quit listening because I’m going to be beating on it. And yeah, Matt Ces almost assassinated. Uh and I don’t think they well no they do. They want to sew that descent of crazy uh crazy crazy uh radicalized individuals just like we see right here. They even got a well

what appears to be an Hispanic person to uh perform hate crimes against Jews. Two Israeli embassy staffers killed in DC shooting near Jewish museum. Young couple starting to date. He had just bought a ring last week for was going to propose in Israel on their next trip. They’re leaving a function. A uh let’s see, here’s your suspect. I’ll get to it in a minute. Suspect has been detained after two members of the Israeli embassy in Washington were shot and killed on May 21st as late pretty pretty late last

evening, guys. While leaving an event at a Jewish museum, Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sar identified the victim as Yarn Lashinski and Sarah Mgrim. Uh yeah, doesn’t really matter what they were doing for work and all of those things. a young couple. The asalent had been outside Elias Rodriguez, 30 years old, of Chicago, uh was the suspect seen pacing outside the museum before the shooting, followed them a little way away, shot, went back to the function, as I understand it. Uh, of course, quickly

apprehended, but was saying, let me see if I can get this one. Uh, the exact words. They’ve got the video here. Uh but was uh Channing I want to find this one because I do think it is so important. Do they have it in here? I know I can find it. But he was uh free Palestine was chanting free Palestine when taken into uh custody. Meaning the left whipped them up into a frenzy. how they had to free it. Uh whether it was a Soros paid function, whether it was Gates Found pick one USAD funded one where we radicalized these young folks

and he felt a need to make a political statement and ruin the rest of his life. No, no prior record to speak of for this 30-year-old uh gentleman, Elias Rodriguez, but he felt radicalized enough to hang outside knowing it was a Jewish event and then in cold blood open up fire and kill two of them because they were Jewish. Only because they were Jewish. He didn’t clearly didn’t know anything about them. Just picked them because they were leaving the event. Yeah, that’s racism. And guys, it would

I would feel the same way if somebody sat outside a a Palestine event, followed them to an alley and shot them. I’d feel the same thing. If they uh, you know, went and found two brown people, two black people, two yellow people, two white people, I would feel the same thing. Racism is racism. It’s ugly and it goes in every different direction. You have to be smart enough and grounded enough in the real world to identify it. Yeah, I just want peace on earth. All right, here’s the last one before we

turn this over to Brian and Stacy. CDC nearly warned people with postvcination myocarditis not to play sports. Document show. So, there was documentation inside the CDC showing that they knew it caused at least short-term heart problems and they were going to warn people that took it. Avoid those activities for a few months while your condition stabilize, heal, etc. But they were afraid it would cause vaccine hesitancy. So, they removed it. They knew it would cause problems or could life-threatening

problems, but because they were afraid it would cause hesitancy, they chose not to. Yeah, that’s uh that is one heck of a violation uh of our rights, patient rights, etc. Plus, is just simply wrong. All right, that’s what I wanted to cover this morning. I’m going to stay in chat while Brian and Stacy take the helm. We do get Mr. C tomorrow. Things are back to normal. Uh, blessed forever. I have no idea if it uh changes the size of the little lump or the bulge of the hernia that I don’t know. I’m just getting ready to start

the journey. So, many of you guys are going to ask questions that I just don’t know the answers to yet. But, I’m going to share how it goes for me. All right, let’s add Stacy to the stage. Let’s add Brian to the stage. Let’s move this. Add that to the stage. Go back to here. And you’ll have to unmute your mic and take over there. My computer is doing the weirdest things. Can everybody hear me? You can’t see me. Isn’t that interesting? You need just operate one or the other, right? the camera or the mic?

It is. Okay. Uh, did you just hit your stop cam button down at the bottom when you hit your mic button? Well, the problem is my computer’s doing the wonkiest thing, so I literally can’t see. You can only see portions of it. Yeah. Your other option is going to be take your little magnifying glass in your browser and change the size of your font. Okay. Well, nobody needs to see me, do they? I don’t know. I haven’t seen your smiling face. We’ll look at your PowerPoint instead. Oh, she went out. We’ll wait for her to return.

Yeah, Blueeyed Maggot, we’ve talked about it some. Um, and I’ll set aside more time for just, you know, the ins, the outs, the ups, the whatever we’ve heard from the bond side. Just give me a little while to get settled. Oh, I forgot to sing happy birthday. So Stacy stepping out for a minute is a great thing. Don’t tell her I said that. Let’s sing happy birthday. Brian, you don’t have to sing along unless you would like to. We got Shannon the Lord’s my shepherd, Shandandy, F2DX, Irish Mermaid, Doris, Grimwood, Shadow

Dragon, and others. So they tell me it’s your birthday. Well, happy birthday, darling. May you live, may you love. May all your dreams come true. Happy birthday. Happy birthday. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to all those celebrating. All right, now I’ll be ready. Now we just wait for Stacy’s rear, which should be soon. And I don’t know if she did a reboot or what she did. Yeah. Well, I I mean, I can uh kick us off because I know I know what we’re going to talk about today. Um Yeah, but her PowerPoint disappeared when she did.

Yeah, that’s all right. U we can I can kind of tee it up a little bit because uh last week we was it last week? Yeah, it was last Wednesday we gave away $30,000 to winners of our weight loss challenge. We ran a weight loss challenge for three months with our uh GLP-1 system. Um and uh just the just the transformations were were mind-blowing. And I know Stacy’s going to have some of those before and after pictures of of those product users. And it was funny because um I mean people were in tears during

the the the call where we we had hundreds of people on this call just to find out who the winners were. And people were in tears because of the stories behind uh these wonderful transformations. And we did different categories. We had a male category, a female category, and a couple’s category, which is interesting. So you had a husband and wife team usually that um would would work together and u be accountability partners for each other and encourage each other for their transformation. So th those those were were really amazing.

Um so just for those that uh Stacy, are you back with us? I am now. I’m trying to get the presentation to load back up. Oh my gosh. No, it’s great. Um, don’t go on vacation and come back and expect your computer to work correctly, right? Right. First world problem, but um yeah, I mean the just for those to catch people up, uh, GLP1, you I’m sure you’ve heard of the drugs. It’s hard to turn on your TV and not be inundated with all the GLP-1 drug commercials that are out there right now. Uh it’s it’s the

hottest selling drug on the market. Um it’s it’s CGLP1 is a hormone that your body produces naturally, but the drugs uh basically are injections of a synthetic form of that hormone uh into your body for health benefits. It was FDA approved for it’s been FDA approved for two things so far uh which is weight loss and uh also type two diabetes. It helps manage your your blood sugar. The GLP-1 hormone is so critical for so many different health benefits inside of your body. Um, it helps regulate your blood

sugar. That’s why it’s uh being prescribed for type 2 diabetes. Uh, there’s a lot of cardiovascular benefits as well as far as reducing inflammation, lowering your blood pressure, uh, reducing triglycerides in your blood, uh, improving your LDL cholesterol levels. Um, there’s also a lot of neuroprotective benefits of the GLP-1 hormone. um because it reduces inflammation in your brain. It also improves cognitive function. Um I mean the list goes on and on. There’s muscle building benefits, kidney health, bone

health, liver health. I mean the list goes on and on. And what you’re going to see over the next five years, if it takes that long, is the FDA is going to start approving these drugs for uh so many other conditions that people have related to all these areas of the body and all the uh all these organs that it that the GLP-1 hormone um helps with. And uh we just we lose that GLP-1 hormone as we get older. your body produces a lot of it when you’re young and it starts to decrease um at a rapid rate as we get older and that’s why a

lot of people you see a lot of people tend to get overweight as they age. Um and this is a big reason why is that GLP1 hormone isn’t increasing in their body and so the drug company’s approach is all right well let’s create a synthetic form of that hormone and let’s inject ourselves with that. Um, and I’m sure we’ll touch on the side effects and all the all the negative um negative effects of doing that. U, but what we have here is a a natural uh a synergistic blend that essentially signals your body and tells it to

produce more GLP1. In fact, the latest research, we’ve talked about it before, Stacy, and we we we made the claim that it increase GLP-1 140%. On average, how much does it increase it? Really? Now, with further research, we’re actually showing the average is 200%. We’re actually increasing your own body’s production of its natural form of GLP-1 hormone by 200%. So, we’re taking it to make it. we take this product so your body makes it versus injecting yourself with a synthetic form of the hormone and the

clinical uh results and we can we can talk you know we’re not a drug so we can’t talk to some of the well I guess we can talk to them a little bit but we can’t claim that uh you know some of these other blood sugar management uh cardiovascular benefits kidney health bone health liver health um you know just just intuitively ly, you know, that if you’re increasing your GLP-1 hormone in your body naturally, that it can also help many other things. But one of the primary benefits that people turn to

GLP-1 for is weight loss. Um, and because of the obesity epidemic in the US, most of us, myself included, wanted to lose, you know, a little bit of weight and lose some inches and and just try to be healthier and and look better while doing it, right? So the clinical results showed that uh at the 8week mark, so it was a 12-week study, at 8week mark, the average weight loss was nine pounds, but the average went up to 25 lbs lost after 12 weeks. And so when people go on this product, um they need to give it the

full 12 weeks. Everybody’s body’s different, okay? Everybody’s body’s different because your receptors are different. um the version of the GLP1 hormone that your body produces is slightly different than what I produce. And so uh so these these were the averages, but another one is 100% of the people who lost weight maintain their muscle mass because that is a big side effect of the drugs out there. People are losing weight, but they’re losing muscle. They’re not losing the fat, especially the visceral fat that’s

really clinging on to your organs. Um, and we saw that a 27% reduction in visceral fat and a 5% reduction in overall body fat. Um, so this is a patent pending product. Um, and it’s the only one out there that is clinically proven to boost GLP1. And I’m going to go Stacy. I’m going to go on a rant for a minute here. Oh, wait. Let me go on one little I’m getting fired up about something, but go ahead. Okay. Just the visceral fat just to hit this home a little better. You’re being overweight isn’t what is killing you. It is

literally the visceral fat that is smothering your organs in your body. Just like Brian said. Okay, now you get to go on your rant. All right. Because and this has been bugging me. I I really was upset this morning and um and it was from this and because I had people calling me saying, “Hey, we’ve got a product that does the same thing as this.” And I said, “Oh, really?” And I look at everything, right? And I looked at the product. Two different people uh with two different products called me and saying, “Hey, we got

something that does the exact same thing.” And I asked him, I said, “How’s come when I go to your website and I go to the product site and I search for just the term GLP1 that nothing comes up? It says zero results found.” And the other one the exact same thing because they can’t claim that they boost GLP1 because they have no clinical evidence to say that it does that. And what those products are are supplements. There are supplements that there is some ingredient in it that is tied to research to say it helps promote

GLP-1 and that’s the best scientific evidence that they have. They have no clinical proof that the actual product does anything for GLP1. Um, and so I I’m tired of people calling me saying, “No, we got a product that does the exact same thing that your does.” where they have zero evidence and they don’t even mention on their website because they’re not legally allowed to claim that it does that when they have no proof or no evidence that it does that. So that’s my little rant there. This is the only one.

There may be some in the future. We don’t know. But this right now, this is the only one that’s natural and is clinically proven to boost your GLP-1 200% on average naturally. Naturally, natural natural based ingredients. And it’s not a supplement because people think, “Oh, it’s natural. was a supplement. And it’s like, no, it’s a synergistic blend of natural ingredients that target the specific genes in your body, in your DNA that are responsible for producing more GLP-1, that’s responsible for producing

the GLP-1 receptor so it can use the GLP-1 it’s producing. And it’s also reducing the enzymes that naturally occur that break down GLP-1. they attack the GLP-1 and break it down. We don’t want those enzymes. So, we actually suppress them with this product. So, there’s three different things that it’s doing that uh is helping you get the most out of out of the GLP1. Exactly. And then the other really cool thing is that Okay. So, it’s doing it naturally. So, with the synthetics, what they’re now finding that it causes blindness.

they it causes thyroid cancer. You’ve got increased um risk for um pancreatitis. You lose muscle, which after a certain age is very hard to get back. And guess what? It’s the number one longevity thing you need kind of. I mean, if you don’t have muscle, you start falling, you start doing things, breaking things, and everything goes downhill. Then also it helps protect gosh Brian we have GLP-1 receptors in the brain in the heart in the pancreas the liver and the kidneys. Is that not amazing? Does that not tell

you how important this is? But naturally, so you don’t have to worry about when you get off of it and gaining all of your weight back. You just it’s it’s mind body for a reason. It’s not magic bullet. You have to put an effort in. You know what? MK5502. I’m taking it for the rest of my life because of the studies that have come out for brain health, gut health. And where is all of your brain health? In your gut. 40 neurotransmitters are created in your gut. 70% of your immune system is in your gut. The studies that

are coming out about that are just dumbfounding. Everybody’s known, but nobody really wants to talk about the gut. But yeah, I mean I there’s two ways to answer that question and and you answered it one way because is you want your body to produce as much GLP-1 for as long as possible. Yes. Um the other way is because you can you can change your lifestyle habits, you know, as well. That’s going to help increase GLP-1. Um in fact, you probably should in conjunction with this product. So if you want to eventually go off of it,

that means you you’re going to have to make some some major lifestyle changes uh over time. You’re going to have to have an extensive exercise regimen. You’re going to have to uh eat um a a low caloric diet that’s um you know with with whole foods, natural foods, and and just change your diet and get away from the cheeseburgers and the wings. Um so those lifestyle changes need to be made. It’s just that’s hard for people and most people it’s just hard to do, especially at once. Yep. The ultrarocessed foods are what are

literally disrupting killing the hormones in the body. It’s literally killing that GLP-1 hormone. So your body doesn’t know it’s full. So you’ve got to you’ve got to do some work. Yeah. Yeah. And so this this is like you said, MB doesn’t stands for magic bullet. Um this is one leg of the stool and it’s a very important leg and the other two legs are your your your lifestyle uh changes. So, your exercise regimen and and your diet. In fact, you should be really increasing your protein intake, especially when

you’re taking this product. That’s really going to help it work better. Um, and so we’re learning more and more of what’s working and what not working for people in this product. But, um, you know, we had, uh, about 1500 people participate in our weight loss challenge. Yep. And um actually about 400 of them completed the 12 weeks where they actually submitted results to us. Others may have completed it but they just didn’t bother to submit the results to us. Um I would say I I they I got to look at the percentage but it’s like 90%

of the people that participated lost weight and I would say a 100% of the participants either lost weight or lost inches. Okay. So they a lot of them are just building muscle mass based on their lifestyle changes and the use of this product. And so their their back fat is shrinking, their their arm, you know, girth is is shrinking and and legs are shrinking. They’re losing inches, but they’re building that lead muscle mass as well. So the scale may be staying the same or going up in instances, but that

doesn’t reflect poorly. That’s that’s a good thing if you’re building muscle mass um on that. Absolutely. But the average weight loss uh with our weight loss challenge was 10 pounds for for the people that participated that finished it the complete 12 weeks. Um men it was slightly higher and the men’s average was about 15 pounds. We didn’t have as many men participate as women. So that average maybe skewed a little bit but it was o overall was 10 pounds and the average inches lost was 10 inches uh as well with that with that

weight loss challenge. Do you have uh I know we’re going to show maybe some of some of the before of the uh before and after pictures. So uh does it give you diarrhea as a side effect? Um everybody’s body’s different. Um you probably need to be eating more protein uh with that. And also what we learn is because well let me explain I guess how to use the system Stacy before we get into that and then maybe Mark can throw up the presentation again. Yeah. So there’s two there’s two parts to the system. There are two capsules that you

take first thing in the morning. Um, then you take them before 30 minutes before you consume any calories. And then there’s a drink mix. It’s a powder. It has like a slight vanilla taste to it that you mix into a drink and you drink that throughout the day. Um, what we’ve learned is you probably don’t want to take a full dose of that powder to start out with. You probably want to start with uh one or two scoops when you first start it and then ramp up as you as your body gets used to it. Because what we’re

finding is a lot of people’s gut microbiome is not healthy. This product is going to make it more healthy as it works before it really ramps up the GLP-1 production. And so it’s got to go through that process before um you know you’re going to get the full benefit of of the product. But you want to definitely take it for the full 12 weeks before you formulate any opinion of the product because the clinical research shows that the magic happens between weeks 8 and 12 of using the product. Yes. And honestly and truly, if you do,

um, so, not that everybody wants to have this conversation, but if you do not have bowel movements, you do not want to start this system, you actually want to get your gut in better shape. Like, it would be better if you started with our activated essentials, which is the NRF2 and the Probio. Just do your do your gut a favor. It needs it needs help. So, if you’re one way or the other, you want to get that kind of evened out before you start doing this system. Yeah, I see a comment from Kathy. She says to be on G, she’s

been on the GOP one since January. It’s now May. I’ve lost inches and pounds. I’m fitting in clothes that I haven’t worn in months. Thank you. So, that’s a great comment, Kathy. Thanks for sharing that. Oh, yes. Um, someone asked, “Is is this like Ozmpic? Is it like the shot ompic?” this is this is an alternative for people. So, what we’re addressing is the need of people that either a um don’t want to take the synthetics because of the side effects, because of the high cost, because they have to go

to their doctor and get a prescription because their insurance isn’t going to pay for it. Um they they’re looking for an alternative. And so, we have something that’s a fraction of the cost that’s naturally boosting your own GLP1 versus injecting a synthetic. The other uh market that we’re addressing is are people uh who want to transition uh from the synthetics because you don’t want to be on that for long periods of time. And the problem, one of the side effects is all the weight comes back when you when

you go off of it. Um and people don’t want to take them forever. So now we we this is the first and only natural alternative clinically proven to boost your own GLP1. It’s a great alternative to switch to it. Now you don’t want to go cold turkey either and we have guidelines for this. you want to work with your doctor and slowly transition from the shots to this product. It’s It’s not like, “Oh, I’m going to just stop taking the shots. I’m going to start this product.” That’s not advisable. You want to want to slowly

transition to that. Um, but yeah, we’re showing some of the pictures now, Stacy, of some of those some of those winners. Yep. Rosie, real quick, this is not a shot and it is definitely not the synthetic. This is so far from the synthetic. Okay. And then also MK502 if you have art heart issues. Actually I did a huge um presentation on GLP1 and the heart axis. It actually helps immensely. So there’s actually GLP-1 receptors on the heart. So there’s no issues there. Um let’s see. I think that was it. Okay.

So yes, Brian, are you there? You want to go over the You got the chance, you guys got the chance to um talk about these results. So, right. Yeah. So, uh my wife and I were the lucky ones to collect all the data from all 1,500 participants at all the check-in points we had over the three months. And then they everybody submitted their before and afters into this. And uh again, the transformations are just amazing. And we had the winners on the call and they just talked about their story and their experience. But you can

see here we our couple’s winner Charles and Kathy just unbelievable. Charles lost 40 lbs, lost 16 inches. You see that really in his gut a major transformation uh in his gut, his back fat. And I always always make a joke out of this because people say, “Yeah, it’s easy to do a before picture where your belly is sticking out and then suck it in for the after picture.” Yeah, that’s true. But tell me this, how do you suck in back fat? Tell me that. Explain that one to me. It does not work. You cannot suck in

your back fat as much you try. And so uh so when you see their back fat and just how much of that is gone and and uh in both both these pictures. So that’s why this couple won is just amazing amazing transformation. Santa Fe kid, text me later. Um we’ll put the number up and I’ll help you with that issue. But okay, so they are down 40 pounds, 16 inches, 21 pounds, 12 inches. You guys are so lucky. You lose weight so much. We can just We can exhale and lose five pounds, Stacy. It’s so easy for guys. I know. It’s

disgusting. It’s not fair. I know it isn’t fair. I’m sorry I didn’t make that rule, but yeah, guys just on in general seem to have it a little bit easier. I don’t know why. It’s just our bodies are different. Um but but um but the good news is that a lot of females see the success. Here’s our second place winners, Timothy and Heidi. Uh Timothy’s down 32 pounds. Heidi’s down 21. Um you see the transformations there. Unbelievable. So another 16 in 10 in guys the inches I cannot stress enough the inches are really the most important

thing. Yeah. So Gregory Malaya uh Gregory is actually a former professional basketball player and so um he his wife uh really got him uh engaged with this competition and they won third place. So, he he went down 25 pounds and 13 inches and Malayaia went down 20 pounds and 21 in. Um, and you definitely see I mean, look at the the rolls of fat in her back and how those disappeared here. And same same with him. I mean, he had a lot more rolls and those went away. Yep. And then, okay, our first place

female winner. Whoop whoop. Yeah, Cassie. I mean, Cassie lost 26 pounds, 13 inches, and and had a 40% reduction in her body fat. and I use her before and after pictures when I talk to people quite a bit. Um, this is this is a great ch excuse me transformation for her um for for for the complete 12 weeks here. So that was that was awesome. Yes. And then second place female. Yeah. Joy 40 pounds lost. 40 40 pounds 17 inches 13% body fat. Um again a great transformation. You see that in the side profile right there in the middle and

then the one on the right. Again, you can’t you can’t fake that, okay? You can’t fake sucking in your back fat or your bottom fat, right? I mean that that you can so that you can see that the product works. Okay. And then our third place female. Yeah, Kimberly 34 pounds for her. Um, I’ve seen some other she’s I think I follow her on on uh Facebook and she had posted some other pictures and and what you can’t tell in these photos is her face. Her face looks so much more youthful. Uh so much thinner. She looks

happier. Um and and so another uh another good result. Yes. And all right. Now, now for the guys who who according to you have it easier, but I agree with that. I know. It’s just no fair. Oh my gosh. He’s great. He’s a great guy. He he talked a little bit uh when we announced the winners to share his experience and he I mean he talked for a while. I mean here I thought he was going to be a shy guy, not share much, but man he was so thrilled that he had this information. Yeah. Look at that transformation.

He talked about how unhealthy he ate prior to this and just he would just if it it didn’t matter. He ate a lot of fast food. He ate a lot of wings. Ate a lot of pizza. He ate everything wrong that he shouldn’t have. And this product helped him um quiet that food noise where he didn’t crave uh the unhealthy food um as much and he was craving more healthy foods. Um so that’s that was key to his his transformation. Yep. And then second place, Bill. Yeah, Bill talked a little bit as well. um 16 pounds, 12 inches, 5 and a half% body

fat. And then our third place, Don. Yeah, Don. Um you know, Don was was you know, severely overweight and uh now a lot less so. So down 21 pounds, uh 17 inches lost. So, uh great transformation story for him as well. Yes. And I mean, just wanted to let you know, I mean, it doesn’t not it doesn’t work just for the people who participated in this. There’s stories everywhere that you can go find in different places. Ladies losing it, husbands, get an get an accountability partner because that’s going to work

better. Um, there you go. You can’t suck in that back fat. Yeah, Jenny. Yeah, that Jenny. I I’m good friends with her. She lives out in California. Um, great transformation for her. There it is again. Ladies can’t suck in the back fat. Yeah, Courtney. I know Courtney real well. Um, so yeah, she’s she’s doing well. And and these are pretty cool. You know, you get this you get this uh picture um kind of gives you a picture of of where the fat is. A lot of people don’t like posting pictures of themselves, so they’ll get this done and

you so you can actually see the transformation. It’s really cool. There’s some great scales out there that do this for you. Now, I have a Hume scale and it does it for me. But, I mean, it’s also it’s not just about the weight or the fat. I mean, we’re lowering cortisol levels. We’re lowering A1C. Yeah. I mean, yeah. I was just at a meeting uh in Ohio and a gentleman got up and talked about his experience with A1C. It dropped from um like a 13 from the start down to an eight. Um it was it was incredible. That see I mean we’ve

even had So there’s like Okay, so here we go. We’ve got type two diabetics that are lowering their insulin levels. We’ve got type one diabetics lowering their insulin levels. Is that not crazy? Okay. And then we did um that was just to show everybody it works for lots of people. But um oh hey Brian, what is the statistic? I heard this and I was actually quite dumbfounded. Dr. Jeff Jeffrey Picarello talks about this. Um so this system because it’s natural works for what did we find like 90% of the people. Yeah. Whereas the

synthetic it’s actually as low as 80 something%. Yeah, it’s it this this statistically is is based on the data we have so far that this could possibly help because again drugs don’t work for everybody. This product doesn’t work for everybody. However, the percentage is is higher uh because of the approach. Your body already knows how to make GLP-1. All we’re doing is activating the genes that are responsible and saying, “Hey, let’s let’s crank it up, guys. Let’s let’s let’s produce it more like we did when

we were younger. Um, and that’s that’s why people are seeing the results that they’re having.” And again, it’s not just weight loss. I I have a lot of skinny people that are taking this product because they want to help regulate their blood sugar. They want the cardiovascular benefits. They want the neurop protection. They want the muscle building. Um, so they want all the extra benefits that this gives them. Yes. And then through this after finding out you know we increase it by um GLP1 naturally by 200% and not 140%. We also

listen to feedback and found that there are 10 mindbody GLP-1 system activation accelerators. Yeah these yeah I say these are going to help you there’s going to help the product work better when you incorporate these. We talked about protein. you really want uh to consume a lot more protein than what you’re probably getting getting today. So, protein is is really important to make this product work better, as well as staying hydrated, making sure you’re drinking lots of water. Um avoiding alcohol for

sure, but here’s here’s a funny thing, and we didn’t even list this as a benefit. Um because some of our winners, our contest winners, we didn’t know this, but they they admitted they were alcoholics and this product reduced their craving for alcohol. And that has been a well doumented benefit of increasing your JLP1 is uh that these these cravings for um uh addiction type type of um you know afflictions, you know, so alcohol abuse, drug abuse. Uh that was one of the side effects they noticed in the trials for

the drugs. And so they they now have been researching that as a benefit for people when they increase their GLP1. They they reduce those cravings for for drugs and alcohol. But but again just avoiding alcohol in general is going to help you. Uh getting getting out out of the way of those ultrarocessed foods, refined sugar. Um exercise is important guys. So you again this isn’t a magic a magic bullet. uh you that’s one leg of the stool and the other two legs are exercise and and your diet. Um strength training, quality of

sleep and a lot of people report that they sleep better anyway just as a result of the product. But sleep is going to be important for uh for you to uh regulate your hunger hormones. Um you mentioned an accountability partner, getting someone to do it together with that makes it fun that that you get better results uh if you have if you’re doing it with somebody. And then the meal timing. Um, you know, I do intermittent fasting already, but that’s, you know, that’s that’s personal preference, but that again that’s going

to help you. So then, okay. So, just to give you an idea of your protein intake because so important. There’s a little way that you can calculate your protein intake. Um, it’s way more than you will ever think. And most people who had the most success did at least 30 grams of protein in the morning to get the metabol your metabolism going. Um, but then your water intake, you can’t flush all that fat unless you’re drinking at the very least 64 ounces of water a day. And of course, that goes up depending on your

weight and how active you are. for most we eat clean all grass-fed meats when it came back after four years. Huh. So, any results for ones? They’re actually we have um Brian, you can probably talk to this better than I can, but we have a lot of um physical um fitness trainers that did this system that even saw results and they are probably some of the healthiest people I know. Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, we we had skinny people and the skinny people I’m talking about, a lot of them are already eat well, um already exercise, but but

again, they understand that the increasing their GOP one has other benefits. And so, um so yeah, it’s not just about weight loss. If you’re already eating healthy and you you still want to lose weight, you know, you’re already doing one leg of the stool. So, get out there and move more and use this product on top of that. And going back to the protein piece of it, people are thinking, “Oh my gosh, how do I get 30 grams of protein into my body?” Um, and it’s it’s easier than you think. Um, it is. It’s just we’re not we’re not doing

it enough. Um, so, for example, I use a protein product. It’s just one scoop, one little scoop of that into my shake, uh, gives me 35 grams of protein. Just one scoop of it. Um, now some people maybe, you know, don’t want to use, uh, the the protein powders. Maybe you want to eat your protein and and how it comes naturally and in meat. Um, but yeah, you can look up uh how much protein is in eggs, how much of it is in the meat that you want to eat. Um, or the protein levels that’s in things like beans and

and other vegetables. They they naturally have protein as well. So, you can get you can get them that way. In fact, I think and maybe Dr. Picarella, I don’t know if it was him or someone else posted in our group the other day some of the vegetables that you can eat to get additional protein uh in there. So, and speaking of that, we have a whole support group. We have 13 14,000 people in a Facebook group. Yep. That people are sharing their stories, sharing their experiences, asking questions, getting

answers from doctors on on their questions and that group. And so, uh, reach out to Stacy if you want to be part of that part of that group. Um, and she can add you to that and you can you can see all the stories. Yep. Oh, there you go. Thank you, Mark. um or who whichever mod put that up. I know Kula’s got the day off. She’s going and enjoying friends. So, you can do the MindBody GLP1 system by itself, but honestly and truly, we had study results come out for the GLP1 and the NRF2. Um, I honestly and truly suggest just

going straight to this because you are activating more antioxidant pathways in the body. You’re activating another what was it eight or nine fatty metabolism pathways. Um, you’re getting rid of the inflammation in the body. Most people don’t realize it, but inflammation is one of the number one causes of weight gain. Um, so yes, and if you do this system, you get the NRF2 for only 33 bucks, which is pretty darn amazing, right? Like half price. Yes. And then there is another system, and this is what I do on top of I add even more

stuff to all this. the um NRF2, the liquid collagen and the MB enhance because you want to talk about lowering inflammation in the body. these two the NRF2 and liquid collagen I mean it lowers your NFCappa B pathway issues with interlucan 6 interlucan one beta the tumor necrosis factors by like 97% 80ome% 60% I mean the studies the results on those are just phenomenal and then you get the NRF2 for a penny so yeah I mean and we’ve talked about protam a lot on this show and and and it it what to remember

is it helps our other products work better because it’s going to get all your cells to function as intended. So these products work even better when you add that to to this. And a lot of people think that collagen is a beauty product. No, no, no, no. It’s a health product. It’s just the beauty the skin is reflecting the health of the inside. And so when people take it, they’re like, “Oh, well my skin looks great.” You It’s like and they take it as a beauty product. But no, it’s so good for your

gut health. It’s good for your brain health. Um, so the collagen works all throughout the body as well. And so that’s why this and it’s still even at the cost of this, it’s still a fraction of what people are paying for the synthetic GLP1 shots. A fraction of it. Yep. Exactly. So, I mean, it’s brain health, gut health. I mean, we’ve had people with IBS, ulcerative colitis, um, all that stuff that have had seen results with the um, collagen and NRF2. It’s pretty darn amazing. Um, yeah, we can, yeah, we can maybe stop

the slideshow there. That’s going to go into some background stuff there, Mark. But, um, u, yeah, that’s that’s that’s really covers it here. Here’s the thing. These products are activators. They’re getting your body to do this. All the other products you’re seeing out there, you may see other GLP-1 products being marketed through Facebook, social media, uh, but they are supplements, much different. And, uh, I learned another analogy. Um, Stacy, a couple of them actually. I’m going to post a good one here on my social media

probably today. But one of them I used I I was visiting with the Amish the past couple days. So I thought they would understand this analogy of the difference between activation and supplementation. Activation is like going to a concert hall and listening to a full orchestra. One of the world’s best orchestras. You’ve got all the different sections. You got the wind section, you’ve got the brass section, you got the the percussion, you’ve got uh you know all the the string section. All these different sections. and they

all come together in concert to make beautiful music that you really enjoy. That’s activation versus supplementation is your uncle. It’s got a banjo with one string on it. Okay? That’s supplementation is listening to him twang on one string. That’s all it’s doing for you music-wise versus listening to an orchestra uh in a concert hall. That’s the dramatic difference between the two because of how they work. Activation is is taking a synergistic blend of all these different ingredients just like all the different

sections of the orchestra coming together to make good music which is activating these pathways in your body. Supplements is just you’re taking it, your body’s looking at it. Ah, I I need it or I don’t. And you pee it out and that’s all it’s really doing. And so it just kind of fills that nutritional nutritional gap. Um, not to say it’s not good for you. It just doesn’t hold a candle to what what activation is. So that’s that’s the big difference. They’re good analogy. Very nice analogy. And on top of all that, we have all the

clinical research that proves that these products work whereas most people don’t. And so the products aren’t on trial. They’re not on trial. You can’t poke holes in them. They work. I’ll just point you to the clinical data. It’s like, all right, go argue with these smart people who did all the research. Yep. Yep. The science still matters. Yeah, exactly. And guys, text me the Oh, they just said the video is not working. So, it’s 7042495565. I can help point you in the right direction to order or get the best

get the best thing for you. Yes. So, awesome. Appreciate both of you. Brian, it’s good to see you. Stacy, it seems like forever. I know. Just all of one day, right? Not even one day. Not even a day. All right, everybody. Uh, take care. I’ll be back this evening at 7 PM for any news we may have and updates. Looking forward to it. And Mr. C will join us tomorrow. Awesome. Bye, everyone.
