Dinar Guru Uncut

MarkZ Morning (Uncut) 05-08-2025

Big announcement, right? What we know there are more than one. We feel pretty confident at this point. Hello, Weezer572.

I see Boog has things in control. Well, got his hands full. I see Captain Peggy and everybody else over there, too.

Hello, FunPaulPaul. Dolly. Hello, William.

And I’ve got power this morning, right? It’s my… Bryce saying it’s my… Gma K’s birthday today. Happy birthday to Gma K. Hello, Mr. Smith. Hello, Primetime.

Hello, Larry. Hello, Tahoe and Tinkerbell. Great deal with UK is the big announcement.

Kevin, I don’t know. He told us he wasn’t going to tell us first. And then he came out later and said, Hey, we are going to have an announcement tomorrow morning at 10 on the UK.

So I think there’s another announcement in there. Let’s see. Leslie K. Good morning, Mark Z. My dear friend died last night.

Treasure every breath you breathe. Amen. It’s got to be a tough one.

Sending prayers of comfort. Trek for life. Return this resignation letter pen five years ago.

Let’s roll. Let’s get her done. Hello, Joe Mimi.

Hello, Gary and Rod. Log cabin and the goo. Hello, Jason.

We do need some big announcements. We don’t need teases. We need the we need something solid.

Yeah, no. I’m back. Okay.

Last night, power went out, came back up about 9 p.m., about 9 p.m. 450 homes affected. That was just freak. And even after hooking up generator, we still don’t have Internet.

So it took a little while to get things figured out. And then it came back on and everything was good again. Bob, ask him for prayers for his mom who has lung cancer.

Sending many of them. Jack, I think you’re right. I think there’s going to be a trade deal with China.

I think he’s going to announce that the next day or two on top of the trade announcement from the U.K. I’m curious. The market should be bouncing up with that news up 225 points. I was curious on that one.

Yeah, no. PR can’t take another golden shoes type of tease. No, I’m with you on that one, buzz rocket.

Definitely on that one with you. All right. Here’s the hard truth.

Every six year, your dollar loses half its buying power. That means a $100,000 savings account today could feel like a $50,000 by 2031. And you see it every time you fill up your tank, buy groceries or pay bills.

Prices are up. Your dollar’s down. But there’s a simple way to protect the value of your savings with something real, something proven, gold, an asset that holds its value over time.

That’s why I trust Noble Gold Investments. They make it simple to protect your savings with physical silver and gold, gold and silver. No high pressure sales.

No call centers. Just honest guidance, one-on-one support, and transparent pricing. Right now, you can open a qualified account.

Noble Gold will send you a free 10 ounce silver American flag bar as a thank you. Head to noblegoldinvestments.com if you want to learn more. It’s noblegoldinvestments.com or martinzgold.com. Don’t just protect your wealth, preserve its power.

You can also find the link in the description in YouTube and Rumble. Rino, we don’t have fines and penalties out yet, but we do have a ton of chatter. Neil asking for prayers, praise from a family.

My three-year-old great-grandson got hold of his mother’s pistol. Oh, dear Jesus, and shot and killed himself. Three-year-old great-grandson.

Heart’s breaking for your family, Neil. Lady Rebel. Yeah, what do you guys think? Let’s take a moment for it.

It’s time to jump in. Lady Rebel saying, I have a feeling the announcement has to do with another investment in the U.S. That could be it. Yeah, I can’t imagine either, Jazzy.

We’ll get to the chatter. It is not time to do it yet or I’ll have to repeat it. Trying to get better at that.

All right. Hello, Joyful Voice. Yeah, you’re going to love it.

It is really good stuff. I might be a little biased. That’s possible.

Yeah, Sunflower Blooms. Well, we know that I think Alex Jones and O’Keefe are working together on these drops. They’ve certainly been seen together more often of late.

Don saying announcements to trade deal with the U.K. We’re now hearing that that is just one of a couple of announcements. We’ll see which one. Ooh, I would love them to announce a new U.S. currency, right, and a gold standard and an increased value.

That would make my day. Glenn’s 94th heavenliest. Janice, you got a point.

Late Tuesday, Trump said a really big announcement has nothing to do with trade. Trade announcement this morning. I think there’s another announcement coming.

Booger, did I put up the wrong one? Yes, yes, yes, I did. Oops. We can fix that one.

Booger, thank you. Thank you. One of the biggest factors behind aging is a drop in our body’s natural collagen production.

This collagen drop starts in your 20s, and by your 40s and 50s, your skin is basically starving for it, leading to visible signs of aging like wrinkles, sagging skin, joint discomfort, and brittle nails. Unfortunately, most collagen supplements on store shelves don’t provide the nutrients or absorption your skin needs. That’s why I take collagen.

I’m obsessed with how much it improves my skin. This amazing multi-collagen provides five types of premium collagen that my body actually needs to rebuild skin from the inside out. My results are smoother skin, more elasticity, fewer fine lines, and a youthful glow.

Plus, it mixes easily into coffee or tea, zero flavor, no clumps, making it easy to stick with. Help rejuvenate your skin with ageless multi-collagen while it’s 51% off now, only at healthwithmarkz.com. Plus, order today to receive free VIP live health and fitness coaching for life, a free e-book titled 14 Foods for Amazing Skin, a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, and free shipping. Boy, we’re going to get that one right. Mode, I definitely don’t think that’s it. He’s going to rename the Gulf of Arabia, Gulf of Persia, the Gulf of whatever.

Confederate pirate. I’m hoping as well that that is just a little motivation for Miss Bondi. I’m hoping Pam Bondi’s not compromised by the Epstein-Fozard.

You know that the administration took a poop when they read the social media yesterday on that. We do know Trump is announcing a trade deal, but he also told us he was going to announce something that wasn’t related to trade. Here we go.

Trump to reveal major trade deal between the U.S. and U.K. That’s probably going on as we speak this morning. It was supposed to happen around 10 a.m. Donald Trump posting this last night. Big news conference tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. The Oval Office concerning a major trade deal with representative of a big and highly respected country, the first of many.

Now, we’re going to come down here a little after that one. And he said this should be very big, exciting day for United States of America and the United Kingdom. Press conference, the Oval Office, 10 a.m. So we know we have one going there.

Now let’s get to some news. We’ve got to get things wrapped up quickly this morning, so we are ready for Andy. Iraqi Bank identifies the most expensive currency that guarantees market leadership.

What they’re referring to, guys, this is a feel-good piece. They want you to know that they’re doing everything to earn your trust, and that is the most important currency that they have, faith and trust in their system in Iraq. And boy, are they awfully happy going into this one.

Since yesterday, the articles have become tons. I was looking forward to covering this last night, but we’ve since had more articles throughout the morning and the day today and the banking day in Iraq. The dinar recovers its health.

Dollar decline in Iraq due to local measures. So dinar value climbing, U.S. dollar falling in comparison, use of U.S. dollar falling. This is the de-dollarization that they needed to stabilize the rate so that they could increase their rate, increase their purchasing power.

They told us this back when they changed it to 1320. If you guys remember those conversations, the goal was to get it stabilized and then another big jump. Here’s another article from this morning.

Trilogy of the central bank reign in the parallel market. Historic decline of the dollar for the first time since 2022. This is a victory lap with all of the changes they have made and how it is stabilizing their currency and increasing its value.

Thought this one was a great one for Andy. U.S. Basel III deadline approaches as central banks brace for gold reset. Guys, you’re getting it over and over and over from every segment of the market, the impending gold reset.

Are we starting to pay attention yet? And we’re not talking about just from some dinar recaps guru, Judy, whoever. We’re seeing this in your mainstream world. They’re talking about bracing for the gold reset.

I don’t know how many more times we can say it until people start waking up and seeing it. Fortunately, most of you guys are seeing it. I’ve been told that Zim comes from a very different source of funds.

We’ve talked about that one a bunch over the years, Bobby. A bunch different source of funds than the Zim currency. We’ve got it.

We’ve got to go pretty quickly. I should get time to answer some of these questions, maybe a little more deeply after Andy joins us. Kirby, every day is movement to the positive with some bump seatbelts.

Yeah, do not do not take off that seatbelt. Banana, I know of some bond facilitators that have been paid. Because I know a couple of them personally that have received some dollars, not all of their dollars, though.

And that is that’s a big key there. A little sliding here. Keep things going.

Keep things on the table, but not that massive dollar you’re looking for. A currency markets avalanche is heading for the U.S. dollar and the tremors started this week. What’s the story? Andy told us this would happen.

That all of these international dollars, U.S. dollars out there would suddenly start rushing back. Bricks, the other currencies, weaponizing the U.S. dollar would come home to roost. We are seeing it.

Jakes, it’s good to see you, sir. Wouldn’t be the same without having Andy stop in, would it now? Really looking forward to get his take on these because we have a couple of articles in this vein. As we are starting to notice that rush of money coming back to the U.S. Now it will weaken the dollar, but it should strengthen manufacturing.

Trump’s got to play this one just right. These are some serious fundamental economics coming to play here. Currency market avalanche, U.S. dollar exodus to unleash 3.2 trillion.

Avalanche is selling. Currency analyst says this is them unloading currency that they don’t need anymore because of our weaponization under the Biden administration coming home to roost. Trump frantically trying to shore up our values.

U.S. dollar exodus rushing home 3.2 trillion. U.S. dollar may face a 2.5, 3.2 trillion. Oh, they’re translating it for Singapore.

So a 2.5 trillion avalanche is selling as Asian currency. Countries unwind their stockpile of world’s reserve currency according to currency analyst Stefan Jent. Not the only one calling for this.

We’ve got it over here at News Market Watch. Same thing. U.S. dollars starting to rush home.

They don’t need the treasuries. They’re buying it. Heck, nobody wants them.

Just like we saw in the last couple of days. We have watched the Fed have to purchase billions and billions, tens of billions of dollars of treasuries because nobody else will buy them. That’s writing yourself.

That’s giving yourself money, writing an IOU, and writing it to yourself. Some fear running around. Crackdown on student loan defaulters to begin with.

Benefit seizure and wage garnishment. What do you guys think on this one? I mean, is it the student’s fault for signing up for the loan? Is it the administrator’s and all of our faults for selling a bad bill of goods saying that college will make the difference? This is what you’ve got to do when most of us already knew that college wasn’t a good bet. Although I would argue that most of these kids that still took the loans knew that college wasn’t a very good bet.

Depending on what you’re studying. Absolutely great for certain things. Who do we blame here? One, the money never really existed.

We printed it out of nowhere. So we’re asking them to be responsible for something that’s pretty fraudulent. At the same time, we’re trying to teach them personal responsibility.

Don’t sign up for stuff that you can’t do or handle. I’m curious what you guys think. But you can talk about it in chat.

Jack says it’s a scam. To me, it’s got to teach responsibility. But at the same time, it is a scam.

So how do you handle this one? Rye Guy is saying, not sure I could have done computer science without college. Yeah, there’s back and forth. Totally depends on what you’re there for.

I’m guessing a lot of the DEI graduation studies and stuff probably don’t help much in the real world. Some of you guys brought up this conversation last night before we were so rudely interrupted by Duke Power. IRS loses nearly one in three tax auditors in doge cuts.

Watchdog Report finds. Of course, we shared some internal stuff. Chatter coming out of the IRS yesterday as well.

Showing that they are reassigning many of these auditors already to look for immigration crimes. People hiding money from immigration and human trafficking. So not only are we down one in three auditors, we’ve already lost a third.

But now we’re already going to take those and we’ve retasked them. Trump administration doing some very necessary math and going, you know, we spend more money going after people that make less than a couple hundred thousand bucks than we do getting out of them. So it makes more sense to reassess where we are putting our dollars.

And I love this one because now we’re going to go after bad people. Nassar would fix it. Be kind.

Nassar would fix it. Going back to the college loan part. All right.

The big O.M. one of the big O.M.G. drops. Mr. O’Keefe has said, look for over the next coming days and weeks, almost a series connecting the dots. Here we have a family friend of Prince Andrew.

John Bryan talking about Prince Andrew and finding out. And he used to support him. He used to protect him, defend him and finding out that he did indeed.

And with his own eyes, Prince Andrew talking about it. He comes out and lets us know. Yep, these are some of the people responsible.

This one is shaking Europe right now. And I guarantee you that many people are in absolute panic mode. They didn’t think this was going to really drop.

It was just going to be left as innuendo suspicion, but nothing verified. Now we’ve got things coming out. Massive panic going on amongst the elite, the royal families, the politicians and the celebrities.

After this drop last night, Mr. O’Keefe, I hope you lined up some security. If you need some, we’d be glad to help. I’m rushing through it, guys.

A couple more things to cover and birthdays to sing before Andy starts. Pakistan says it killed up to. Wait a minute.

How do I remove the ad box that’s cutting up top of my chat? Evelyn, I don’t know. You’ll have to ask somebody else that question. That’s a computer based one.

I don’t know what platform you’re on, what browser, etc. Trying to read a few of these. All right.

Keep running. Pakistan says it killed up to 50 Indian soldiers in a fresh border clashes. Yeah, I don’t know why I said we’ve got Andy today, guys.

I’m clearly tired because we had him yesterday. Yeah, it’s one of those days, guys. One of those days.

Let’s see if we can fix that one. It’s all running together, which means I have more time now. I’ll get to answer these questions.

Pakistan says it’s killed up to 50 Indian soldiers in a fresh border clashes. Latest development along the war-ready Indian-Pakistan border. The Pakistani military says it’s down 25 Indian drones over its territory.

While India, in turn, is announcing it’s thwarted the Pakistani drone and missile attack on its military. Are we paying attention, guys? It is a back and forth bombing, killing. It hasn’t spilled over much yet.

The question is, what are the next day or two bring? Renee, why is the debt clock still climbing? Because we’re still spending more than we’re bringing in. And they have not eliminated all of it, all the overages by any means yet. I mean, we’re spending nearly, what, twice that we’re bringing in? They’ve cut it greatly.

They’ve cut it nearly in half, but they’ve got a long way to go. We’ll get into the chatter because we’ve got a few of those things to cover. I have confused myself this morning after all the hubbub of the last few days.

I’ve got to mentally catch up, but we do have some things to share on that front. One that had me pretty excited in the news, NIH and CMS to study autism using Medicare and Medicaid data. They’re getting to the bottom of it.

They said they would. Trump talked about it. RFK Jr. talked about it.

And we see, for the first time, we’ve had a lot of administrations, we’ve had a lot of people talk about doing something. We actually have something being done. The NIH and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have launched a joint initiative to build a secure real-world data platform aimed at uncovering the root causes of autism, spectrum disorder.

The agencies announced on May 7th, we’re using the partnership to uncover the root causes of autism and other chronic diseases. Said HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., we’re pulling back the curtain with full transparency and accountability. To deliver the honest answers, families have waited far too long to hear.

Only the truth. Not enough of them have dollars. Not enough of them.

We’re unwinding a massive, massive worldwide event. And isn’t it encouraging? I know it certainly is encouraging for me when I see things like this, as they discuss the deadlines and the brace for the gold reset. Reading a few of you guys, we have a little more time now.

All right. Some things I did, we were going to cover last night. So I’ve got to go backwards through notes.

Phrasing. It’s going to be important here, so don’t get in trouble. I do have some contacts from the Indian nations that are saying, and I reached out to a number of them.

I have some nations that are hearing expectations. They have some things they needed to complete today, but that they expect to move forward within the week. I have one actually expecting to move forward today on funding the Indian nations.

Now, this is tier three stuff. If we get that movement, we can throw a party. But that is the first time in a while that I’ve heard any static out of the Indian nations, and that came in later yesterday.

Anyway, that gave me a little bit of a warm fuzzy. A little bit of a warm fuzzy. I’m still hearing positive, Pam, on the agros.

Still hearing very positive. There are so many rumors over different rates for Vietnam and Iraq on the boards right now. I don’t know who’s posting a lot of this stuff, but they need to stop.

Upcoming schedule. I leave as soon as this podcast is finished to go to my daughter in East Carolina, and I will move a family for the next couple of days. No podcast tonight, no podcast tomorrow.

I am planning one. I am planning one Saturday morning with the CBD Gurus. If time allows, I will record news updates, but there is zero scheduled.

Don’t ask me. Don’t e-mail me. I will not have the time to look at them as I will be focused on family, mother, father, sibling.

I have everybody going to daughter’s graduation. While you guys are important to me, you’re not more important than my flesh and blood. Hopefully you can understand that.

Jabril, I would. I’m a big fan. I’m a big fan of diversification, and that is not financial advice.

That’s just me, my gut, what I feel. Titleist. Seems like, Bob, people are taking a bit longer than I thought they would take Titleist.

It’s like we get spurts. We get a lot done, and then everything slows down. So I’m wondering if each spurt we’re seeing, if it comes with a little bit of a cleanup attached, and then another spurt, and then another cleanup.

That’s my guess. Ah, yes, we do have Stacey joining today. I’m glad you put that one in there, Google guys, to tell you that I am like, I am juggling so many things now that I am dropping a few.

It does happen. All right, that is sent. She’ll be ready to join us here in about 15 minutes.

Big announcement. We talked about that one already. I am so excited for her.

Of course, she ran into one of her professors yesterday that she didn’t think liked her, and the professor just, you know, carrying on and on, hoping that she will continue for master’s because she believes that she is very talented. So it made her feel good, but she doesn’t want to go back to school. She really wants to be finished.

It will be interesting to see if that changes. Born and bred, I don’t have the website with me. It’s in the links for when he was on right there in a past podcast.

I just do not keep all those links. So it would be a logistical nightmare to keep them all with travel and different computer systems, a nightmare. So ask them on, see if they have it.

Or do what they have to do and I have to do. Go through all the old podcasts and see if you can find one where it talks about we were with Jonathan Otto, and then the link’s there. It’s not an easy process for us to come up with it either.

Biology and laboratory sciences, Bobby, is what she studied. Hey, Chris, guns and guitars. Tell her to stay in school after school and go to work and not go to fun.

Isn’t that the truth? Ah, Mikula to the rescue. Auto link MyRedLight.com. Use code Mark Z. I think that gets you, like, what, 10% off or something? Kukla to the rescue on that front. Tammy, we do not have a podcast tomorrow, so Mr. C is not tomorrow.

Karen, there are two graduation ceremonies. The main graduation ceremony tomorrow. And then the private one just for her major, which is only a handful.

I mean a handful, which is on Saturday, so it’s like a two-day thing. That’s pretty normal for colleges in today’s world. I kind of like how they break it up.

Let’s feel a little special. Who saw the meme with Biden as Pope? Biden was named the new Pope after a surge in voting at 3 a.m. Jan, I don’t know where you’re hearing that, but I am not hearing that from anybody. Not a single source on this planet other than what you just posted.

Said, when did the NAR rate become tied to humanitarian projects? I keep hearing it. I don’t know where you’re hearing it, but I’ve not heard it from anywhere. Maybe they’re true.

Maybe we can get more. But I’m just, I haven’t heard it. Wouldn’t make any sense for an in-use currency to be tied to humanitarian like that.

Would not make any sense to me logically. No fresh news on any specific bonds. I was told earlier this week that they are going to start processing today on historical assets.

These are like art that’s kind of like a bond. We’ve talked about those in the past. Bink, I heard Snoop Dogg provided the smoke for the Pope.

If he had, it would have been green smoke, not the black smoke. So it’s on the boards. Guys, remember, the boards, for the most part, are overwhelmingly crap.

Because they don’t check them. They’re repeating everybody’s information. So the boards very rarely contain any vetted information.

That’s nothing against the people doing the boards. They’re doing their level best. They expect all of you guys to be smart enough to read it, think about it, compare it with others.

Don’t just blindly take it for fact. My cautionary tale for you. Rod, it’s good to have you in here.

David, orange smoke. Sharon, no fresh bank stories. We share them when we get them.

Gavin, that’s exactly it. The boards are for clicks. Just for clicks.

Razzgold, I want to wish my granddaughter Tola a very happy birthday. She’s three. My dad’s heavenly 127th.

That’s still pretty cool. Granddaughter, three. Happy birthday, Tola.

Texas artists, I’ve also heard no 800 notifications unless you bought it from a bank. Tell me that’s okay. I’m going to tell you that’s not so.

And even then, we call them 800 notifications. It doesn’t quite work that way. It’s just what we come to call them, the numbers.

There’s no one single magical number that gets you everything and is directed everywhere. It’s logistically just doesn’t make any sense with different countries. I’ve been told over and over and over that you will get notices, whatever you guys want to call them, from many different directions.

I had a mainstream bank that is supposed to be involved in this pointedly tell me that they were going to send their stuff to Denar Recaps. That’s why whenever somebody asks me what they should do, go sign up at Recaps for your free email newsletter. Because when the banks get the information, they plan on sending it to them.

Then they’ll use their email list to get it out. Now, if you bought from a bank, you probably will hear from your bank. If you bought from one of the bigger currency dealers, you’ll probably hear from them.

If you signed up at three or four other news aggregating sites, you’ll hear three or four times. Bun and Avery, just from the banks to say, hey, this is the number you call. Make an appointment.

Come exchange with us. And it should be a combination of numbers and links. Guys and numbers and links so that you can go sign up.

Becky, I can’t wait for mine to be in about the entire red light package. Love it. I cannot wait.

I keep hearing so many good things from you guys. Gold smoke. That would be even better.

Orange smoke and Trump will be the new pope. I’m using all the new technology and they use smoke signals. Give me some guy hanging on the chimney.

Joe, do I believe Treasury Vault will contact us, for example? I’ve not purchased from them, but I would imagine, yes, they would. I’ve heard some good things from a few of you guys about them. You guys have a decidedly sick sense of humor.

I like it. Gray smoke out of the chimney. An unsuspecting seagull just got trapped and zapped.

Clinton, prices of chemicals I use for refining precious metals just went way up. Yeah, because of where they come from, Clinton. I think it’s going to help us bring in a lot of different technologies to bear, because it’ll suddenly be economically feasible.

Pamela, I don’t know for certain you would have to ask Banknote, but I am betting that Banknote will send out notices because they aggregate phone numbers and contacts when people purchase. But I don’t know for certain. You could ask them.

Guys, if you buy from one, from Treasury Vault or 100, whatever they are. I don’t even know all the names of them anymore. Just ask them.

Send them an email. You guys are going to give notices when it’s time. Sooner D, my daughter just got her master’s from OK, Oklahoma City University.

Music performance. Her undergrad was a music ed from OU. She plans to work with a symphony or to be a director of bands at university or primary ed.

Good luck to her. I very much fondly remember music and stuff in my school career and how important it was to me. I had a band geek, whatever you guys want to call it.

I also played sports. I was a chorus geek. And I do think the arts are important.

I don’t think they’re more important than the sciences, math, science, language. But I do think it is far more important than all of the other DEI crap they throw at you. Music improves logic processes, a sense of cohesiveness, an outlet.

I’m a fan. About time now. Much appreciated.

Flying squirrel. I’m a band geek. Toadstool.

Got currencies on Amazon. Don’t worry about it. Go to places, any Toadstool.

Go to places, any. Just make certain you go to like Denar Recap, someplace like that. Sign up.

You’re also going to hear it from all of us. You’re going to hear Bruce is going to be singing from the top of the mountaintops. Tony’s going to be singing from the top of the mountaintops.

I’m going to be singing. Mike Bear is going to be singing. Who else am I missing here? John Dowling’s going to be singing.

Heck, even Pimpy’s going to be singing when this thing goes. Everybody will be singing for it to finally happen. You won’t miss it.

Badminton champion. Trump’s supposed to be making an announcement as we speak on a UK-US trade deal, Stephanie. But we are expecting something else, or at least I’m expecting another announcement, today, tomorrow, or Monday, based on what Trump said.

Bob, if you brought your currency at CXI, how will they contact you? They probably won’t, Bob. If they don’t have a way to contact you, they probably won’t. Don’t panic.

It is not a big deal. There are many other ways to get a notice. So do I believe it? I believe it’s close.

I am also very much an optimist. Drama club. All right, let’s get to it.

It’s time to bring in Stacey’s East. I know it’s a touch early, but I do have to hit the road. Got a couple hours in the car to get there, get set up for a family coming into town, graduation party tomorrow, all those things.

It is going to be a very, very busy few days for me. I did finally start taking allergy medicine. I caved.

Welcome to the Carolinas. Welcome to the Carolinas, home of Allergy Central. I’m a Bigfoot geek, too, Joe.

Could we have had a class in that one? Clinton, crying tears of joys. I think we will choir for four years. I’m just reading a few of these things.

Brother Kevin, 64 tomorrow. Happy birthday. Yeah, if you got a birthday tomorrow, sound off in here, guys.

I won’t be here to sing to you. We got Gamma K. We’ve had a few other. We had a few heavenlieth birthdays chimed in here.

Try to read a few of these. Oh, wait a minute. Love this one.

Biscuit, true story. Got a large check from Treasury. Checked with CPA, no idea.

Checked with Treasury online, verified check. No scam, no reason. All previous IRS O refund is through direct deposit.

Here’s one of your fun, not really a bank story, but we’ll take it as a fun story. So they tell me it’s your birthday. Well, happy birthday, darling.

May you live, may you love. May all your dreams come true. Happy birthday, happy birthday, happy birthday to you.

Happy birthday to all those celebrating. Randy, how to hunt Bigfoot stories, true story. You guys heard me mention or shout out to a buddy of mine from back home in Indiana, PA, Rod Zorger in here.

He’s one of your best. One of your best. I don’t know if he’s still doing it.

He’s had some health problems, but some great, great Bigfoot stories you can get right out of Rod if you guys get him to start talking in chat. He’s got some experiences to share. I’m very proud of my Lucy girl.

And so was her aunt. Yes, I am. That’s why I have my happy camper t-shirt on.

So I’m a happy camper because Lucy’s graduating the baby. The last one to graduate. Well, we get to call Lauren and.

Oh, well, true. Yeah, that’s true. Yeah.

But yes. And then I get to see my family this weekend. So exciting.

And Mother’s Day weekend. So I get to see them for Mother’s Day weekend. Probably not on Mother’s Day itself, but I’m very excited.

Exactly. I get mom, dad, siblings. Yep.

It’s going to be a wonderful time. Wonderful one. Yes.

So how’s everybody doing? Thank you, Kukla and Grumpy, for seeing my little message. Because, you know, Mark has a lot going on in his brain right now. So thank you for helping me get my link.

And today we are going to be talking about. Why you want to activate the gut brain connection. Here we go.

So the gut brain connection. Guys, I was so excited. I started working on this last week.

And then this morning got the best article from Dr. McCullough on anxiety. And good weight and the gut brain connection. So I just, I obviously hit the nail on the head.

As to what my topic should be. So the gut brain connection refers to the constant two way communication between your gastrointestinal GI system and your central nervous system, especially the brain. So this communication is so influential that the gut is often called the second brain.

What are the key components of the gut brain access? The vagus nerve is the main physical link between the gut and brain. There’s been a lot of articles out lately on how to reset your vagus nerve as well. So there’s all kinds of meditation and cool stuff you can do to help with that.

And then you have the enteric nervous system, which is a vast network of neurons embedded in the gut wall and controls digestion independently, but communicates with the brain. You then have the gut microbiome, which is linked to so much aging and disease and anxiety and mood disorders. But there are trillions of bacteria that produce neurotransmitters like serotonin, GABA, dopamine, which influence mood, behavior, memory, and inflammation.

So neurotransmitters and hormones, 90% of serotonin, which is your mood regulator, is made in the gut. 90%. Is that not crazy? GLP-1 and other gut hormones signal fullness, mood, and cognitive states.

It’s also important for the immune system and inflammation. 70% of your immune system is in your gut. So the gut barrier integrity affects systemic and brain inflammation.

In leaky gut, that’s where toxins get through the gut lining and go straight to your brain. It can literally trigger neuroinflammation and even mood disorders. So why does it matter? Mental health, gosh, anxiety, depression, all kinds of things are huge and on the rise because of the leaky gut syndrome.

And it’s not anybody’s fault. It’s what they’re putting into our ultra processed foods that they’ve got everybody hooked on. So cognitive health, very important.

Gut health influences neurodegeneration risk. Behavior and mood, gut microbes modulate stress responses and emotional resilience. There was actually a study on gut bacteria and anxiety, and it’s huge.

If your gut bacteria is not balanced, you have anxiety. Neurodevelopment, early life microbiome disruptions are linked to autism and ADHD and ADD, all those above. So it plays a way bigger role than most people realize, right? So the gut microbiome is intricate and diverse community of microorganisms residing in the digestive tract.

But they play a pivotal role in health and function of multiple body systems, just not the gut brain axis, right? It regulates weight and obesity, energy, stress, mood, sleep, immunity, eye health, allergies, acne, eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, hormone regulation, bone health, osteoarthritis, cancer, diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, heart disease, and even cholesterol levels. Hashimoto’s, Graves, asthma, COPD, autism, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, depression, anxiety, Crohn’s, IBS, ulcerative colitis, detoxification. It actually helps with detoxification too.

So I cannot stress enough how important the gut brain connection is. So activate your antioxidants with Protanum NRF2 synergizers. So NRF2, we were talking about detoxification and just a healthy microbiome.

NRF2 is a master regulator of antioxidant defense, inflammation control, and detoxification playing a crucial role in both brain health and gut health while controlling genes that protect against cellular damage. So oxidative stress is a major driver of neurodegeneration. Damaged neurons are less able to detoxify reactive oxygen species, leading to accelerated brain aging.

So chronic inflammation in the brain, also known as neuroinflammation, worsens memory, focus, and neuroplasticity, and is linked to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, MS, all that stuff. So NRF2, when you activate it, reduces inflammation by suppressing the NF-kappa B gene, beta gene, and increasing protective enzymes like glutathione, superoxide dismutase, hemioxygenase, and catalase. So these are your God-given antioxidants.

This was his master plan. So he gave us this wonderful system to help offset all the crazy in the world that’s created all the inflammation and aging and disease in our bodies. So it also enhances cellular detoxification, helping clear heavy metals, toxins, and lipid peroxidation byproducts.

It reduces oxidative stress and inflammation in both the gut and the brain and pretty much everywhere in the body. It strengthens the gut lining, reducing leaky gut and systemic inflammation, supports cognitive clarity, mood regulation, and protects neurons. So it’s super cool.

There are studies left and right that show it reduces oxidative stress by 40% in just 30 days and 70% in 120 days. It activates the production of glutathione by over 300%. Guys, that’s super important because that’s your immune system and autoimmune and detoxification.

You can’t detoxify yourself if you have no glutathione. It activates the production of superoxide dismutase by 30%, and then it activates the production of catalase, 54%, and activates the production of hemioxygenase by 700%. Why is that one so important? Because that’s your inflammation.

So it is also the only natural product proven to extend the life of mammals by 7%. Did you guys know that one amazing billionaire named Elon Musk and then two other billionaires that aren’t so amazing, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos, are paying these huge companies billions of dollars to figure out how to stop aging and create cellular health. They’ve been doing this for years now, and they are working on it from a pharmaceutical side.

Well, guess what? We’ve had what they’re trying to get since 2005. But nobody wants to talk about it because it doesn’t make big pharma big bucks because it’s natural and does way more than anybody will ever expect. How do you age? How do you get disease, oxidative stress and inflammation? So, guys, this NRF2 synergizer is life changing.

So life changing that there’s over 30 studies on it that show that it works scientifically. Pharmaceutical companies keep trying to knock it off and they can’t. And then to top it off, National Institute of Aging did a huge study and found that it is proven to extend the life of mammals.

That’s you, me, the dolphins in the sea and your furry friends, including Fido and your best friend. Well, Penelope, right. And then also sovereignty.

Guys, did you know that all the horses that have won the Kentucky Derby have been on pro tandem NRF2? Is that not amazing? Yes. Every single one of them. That’s how important NRF2 is.

OK, hopefully I have drilled into your heads how important it is. And even race horses know how important it is. OK, so what’s the other thing that we have to activate in our bodies to make sure that our gut and our brains are healthy? So your mitochondrial health is so important.

You’ve got to have your body battery on full. NRF1 plays a critical but often overlooked role in the gut brain connection by supporting mitochondrial health, cellular energy and stress resilience in both systems. So it supports mitochondrial biogenesis in neurons.

And what what what is biogenesis? Oh, it’s the creation of more happy, healthy mitochondria, because you can never have enough happy, healthy mitochondria. So I’m a happy keeper. So mitochondria supports mitochondrial biogenesis in neurons, which have very high energy demands.

What your brain in your heart and your gut, they require the most energy your body will ever use. So it helps preserve neuroplasticity, your memory and cognitive performance. It reduces mitochondrial oxidative stress, which is a major contributed contributor to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, all that stuff.

It enhances ATP production. ATP, that’s just the fuel your cells run on. So it enhances that production to fuel neuronal signaling, synaptic activity and brain detoxification.

Guys, getting those heavy metals out of your brain are so important. It promotes energy efficiency and enterocytes, which are your gut lining cells, which help maintain the gut barrier and prevent leaky gut where all those horrible toxins come into your brain. They sneak out and get in there.

Oh, Trump’s on now. Oh, everybody pray. Big.

Let’s go. Big announcement. Let’s go.

UK trade deal on this one. We’ll get another big one. Don’t worry.

  1. OK. So then it supports your immune signaling and your proper gut brain communication through energy dependent processes and then improves cellular turnover and regeneration in the intestinal lining.

And it works synergistically with the protein, a manner of two to reduce oxidative damage from pathogens, processed foods and toxins, and helps fuel the vagus nerve and neurotransmitter pathways that communicate between the gut and the brain. So mitochondrial dysfunction in either system disrupts the connection. So NRF1 helps keep energy flowing and system synchronized.

And it enhances resilience to stress by supporting the HPA access. That’s your hypothalamic pituitary adrenal access. Why is that so important? That’s your hormones.

So that link psychological stress to gut inflammation and mood changes. So very important to protect that HPA access. And that article I was reading this morning that I was so excited about is so important in anxiety.

And I will tell you how to make sure that you have that HPA access working perfectly shortly. So it also increases cellular energy. It enhances cellular health.

So your cells are functioning at peak performance. It increases sleep quality and promotes cellular repair. Why is that so important? Because when you’re sleeping, you’re healing.

If you’re not sleeping, you’re not healing. It boosts your mitochondria production, your biogenesis and their ability to network. And it slows cellular aging by supporting chromosome and integrity.

So when you think of mitochondria, just remember, think of your body battery, because if it’s full, everything, your neurons are firing, everything’s going right. If your body battery is empty, that’s where you get aging and disease. That’s your neurodegenerative diseases, your aging, your cancer, your neurodegenerative, your vascular diseases, your pulmonary diseases, your autoimmune diseases.

So your mitochondria are so, so very important. So you can also flip the switch on your brain with NAD synergizer. So NAD, nicotinamide adenine denucleotide, plays a central role in the brain gut connection by supporting cellular energy, mitochondrial health because they help fuel mitochondria even more, neurotransmission, gut lining integrity and inflammation control, all of which are crucial for optimal communication between the gut and the brain.

NAD is essential for ATP production, that energy production via oxidative phosphorylation and mitochondria. So what does that mean? Essential. NAD is essential.

That means it doesn’t happen without NAD. You cannot create ATP without NAD. So neurons and gut lining cells have very high energy demands and a drop in NAD levels leads to mitochondrial dysfunction, contributing to brain fog, memory loss, neurodegeneration, leaky gut, inflammation and dysbiosis.

And dysbiosis just means your gut’s not in harmony. That means you have more bad bacteria than you have good. So NAD fuels sirtuins.

Sirtuins are your centurion. Well, that’s how you live to be 100, right? OK. You’ve got to have sirtuins, especially SIRT1.

These are proteins that protect neurons from oxidative stress, DNA damage and inflammation. And guess what? You have seven sirtuins and they don’t function without NAD. Same thing.

No NAD, no sirtuins, no living to 100. So it also maintains synaptic plasticity, cognitive function and mood regulation. So low NAD is linked to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, depression and anxiety.

And NAD influences insulin sensitivity and glucose regulation, which are tied to GLP-1 release, which is a key gut brain hormone. It also healthy NAD levels support production and regulation of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine and GABA. So sadly, as we age, we lose about 60 percent of our sirtuin activity.

But protanin NAD synergizer has shown to increase sirtuin activity by 100. Yes, you heard that by 100 percent in just 24 hours. So it improves mental focus, concentration, positive mood and motivation.

It maintains existing healthy cholesterol levels. There’s actually a study on that. Supports healthy vascular system.

Study on that too. Supports joint health. Study on that too.

So go in there, flip that switch on your brain with NAD. So another very important thing for your brain, believe it or not, collagen. Everybody knows collagen is if we didn’t have collagen, we’d be a big blob of something on the floor.

And I’m not even sure what that blob would be. So you can actually activate your brain health with the NRF2 synergizer and the TrueScience liquid collagen. So the healthy glow stack, which includes the two of those, is designed to support cellular health, antioxidant defense and metabolic harmony.

Together, these components offer powerful benefits for the gut brain access, working synergistically to reduce inflammation, restore communication and optimize resilience in both systems. So it promotes gut lining repair and reduces permeability. So that takes care of leaky gut, lowers inflammatory markers such as interleukin six tumor necrosis factor alpha, which are all linked to aging, autoimmune disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.

Supports microbiome balance by improving epithelial integrity. Reduces neuro inflammation linked to brain fog, mood imbalance and aging. Provides glycine and proline, which are important for neurotransmitter balance and sleep.

And it supports the blood brain barrier health through anti inflammatory action. Guys, these this combination is freaking amazing. But if you add one other thing to it, it gets even more freaking amazing.

So these two alone lower your interleukins, your NF capabilities, the tumor necrosis factors, all of which are the regulators of inflammation in your body. And it lowers it by 97 percent, 94 percent, 88 percent, 60 percent, 70 percent, 91 percent, 80 percent. Guys, this is huge for neuro inflammation and just inflammation in general in your body.

So if you have autoimmune issues, it’s amazing for all of it. But like I said, I was reading this amazing article this morning talking about how they’ve proven that anxiety is based on the gut microbiome. So a healthy gut barrier is crucial in preventing inflammation as bad bacteria is associated with inflammatory molecules that cause inflammation in various body tissues, especially the brain.

And anxiety has now been directly linked to imbalances in the gut bacteria. So that HPA access that I was talking about, the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal access. It has to have these wonderful bacteria, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium.

And yeah, I’m not even going to try the second parts of those words. So it is they did study after study in everyone who had social anxiety. They did the human genome on them and they tested their gut microbiome.

Every single one of them were out of whack and did not have enough of the lactobacillus and the bifidobacterium. So, guys, if you want to get rid of anxiety, this is a very, very important place to start. But then butyrate also helps with that immensely.

So it’s been pretty cool reading the studies that are going on with them. So. What I was talking about, if you added one more thing to your your energy to your collagen, if you were to add the DLP one system to that, it is huge in a powerful role in optimizing the brain gut connection by naturally supporting DLP one your glucagon like peptide one levels by two hundred percent in 12 weeks.

We kept studying and we found it’s not one hundred and forty percent. It increases it naturally by two hundred percent in 12 weeks in DLP. One is a hormone produced in the gut that acts as a messenger between the gut and the brain, influencing metabolism, mood, inflammation, appetite and cognitive health.

So how does it work? How does it help? DLP one, which is secreted by your intestinal L cells in response to nutrients. It travels through the blood and signals the brain via the vagus nerve. Remember, we were talking about that earlier.

It helps regulate appetite, insulin sensitivity, because guess what? They what are they calling Alzheimer’s now? Type three diabetes. It also helps with blood sugar and inflammation and it has neuroprotective and anti inflammatory effects on the brain. So how’s this mind body DLP one system support the gut brain connection? It activates and are up to even more.

It’s crazy. Boosting antioxidant defenses in the brain reduces neuro inflammation, which is a driver of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, anxiety and depression. It enhances synaptic plasticity, memory and focus supports healthy gut bacteria that trigger natural DLP one secretion, improves gut lining integrity, reducing leaky gut and systemic inflammation and regulates digestion, motility and satiety communicates with the brainstem via the vagus nerve.

And guys, I’m going to back up to the satiety part. You know, these, you know, big food, big tobacco. When big tobacco bought big food, they figured out how to make big food, ultra processed food, very, very addictive.

And what they’re doing is they are messing with that vagus nerve and the communication that goes between your brain and your gut, letting you know you’re full. So I cannot stress enough how important this is. If you want to be a happy, healthy person.

So it also sends feedback to regulate hunger, mood and glucose, promotes calm, reduces cortisol. That’s huge because that HPA access, if your body thinks that it’s constantly in stress mode and has anxiety all the time, it’s never going to fix itself. It’s just going to stay there.

And you’re just going to keep adding weight and keep adding weight in stress and stress and stress. And it’s not going to be able to shut down the inflammation either in your body. So appetite control, metabolic harmony via slowing gastric emptying.

So you feel full longer, enhances insulin sensitivity and reduces post meal glucose spikes, reduces visceral fat, which improves both gut and brain inflammation. And it just helps every single organ in your body. So it’s the ultimate gut brain reset.

If you were to do the GLP-1 system, the NRF2 and the collagen, you guys, your cognitive just would be amazing and your mood and everything and just your overall health because you’re getting rid of inflammation. So the other really cool thing about the GLP-1 system is butyrate. I know.

I love it. I love it. So it stimulates GLP-1 secretion, which enhances natural gut regulation.

And together they lower gut inflammation, strengthen the gut barrier wall while supporting metabolic and microbiome balance. So butyrate is literally the gut’s super fuel. It loves it, needs it, has to have it.

It is butyrate. It is a short chain fatty acid produced when gut bacteria ferment fiber. It supports your gut lining, fuels colonocytes, which are the cells of the colon.

It’s anti inflammatory, reduces gut inflammation and promotes immune balance, improves the gut barrier integrity and helps prevent leaky gut. And GLP-1 is literally the gut hormone hero. It’s secreted by the intestinal L cells in response to food, slows gastric emptying, gives the digestive system more time to process and it enhances insulin secretion, stabilizes blood sugar, which is an indirect gut benefit.

It supports the gut brain access, which promotes satiety and reduces cravings. And so this this is called the premium stack. And when you order it, you literally get the NRF2 for a penny.

So it’s an amazing deal. And guys, you should go. There’s a link to the study on what this system does.

It is freaking amazing for your overall health. Don’t think weight just because everybody’s out there doing synthetic stuff. They’re getting their weight down.

This goes way beyond that. This is your body has GLP-1 receptors in every organ. It is so important for brain health, gut health.

There’s actually GLP-1 receptors in the heart. We talked about that a couple of weeks ago. It’s everywhere.

And just so you know how important it is. Look at this. There’s over 11,000 studies on GLP-1 and diabetes, over 9,000 studies on GLP-1 and weight management, 5,000 studies on GLP-1 in the cardiovascular system, 500 plus studies on GLP-1 in the autoimmune immune system diseases.

Right. For both in the gut brain access is it’s literally called the second brain. So there’s 500 plus studies on GLP-1 and cognitive function.

31 studies on GLP-1 and bipolar. 41 studies on GLP-1 and mood disorders. 138 studies on GLP-1 and addiction and growing in leaps and bounds.

That number is probably quadrupled by now. 208 studies on GLP-1 and depression. And over 100 plus studies on GLP-1 and anxiety.

So it’s way more than way more than weight. And trust me, if it’s doing its job right, it’s not about weight. It’s about getting fat.

The bad fat off of your body, out of your body and away from your organs, because that is the most important thing that you can do, because what’s killing you is visceral fat around your organs, which is choking your organs out and killing them slowly, slowly. So it’s way more weight, way more. OK.

Now, where it all started, isn’t it cool? We all started on ABC primetime with just the NRF-2, became a huge company with just that. But then we added the NRF-1, the NAD, and then the GLP-1 system and the Collagen. And it’s just amazing what we’ve done.

And it’s crazy that we did this back in 2005, and we have multibillionaires that still haven’t brought a product to market that have been studying it for years upon years upon years. So huge amounts of studies, scientific studies. We even once we got on ABC primetime, the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, all kinds of universities came out, studied our product and paid for their own studies to see if it really worked.

And by good golly, it does. So where can you get everything? You can go to the original Mark Z or Stacy Z. If you order through me, Mark gets credit. You can find everything either under stacks in bundles because you get a better price that way, or you can find everything under intelligent aging.

Oh, look at me. Digestive health. I put an extra capital E in there.

And then you can find it under mind, body or the college. And under the there’s literally a college and tab or stacks and bundles. So it’s amazing stuff.

Guys do do amazing for your body. We have things that God wants us to do. So please take care of it.

So we can help all these people that are going to need our help. OK. There you go.

Definitely well done. Thank you. Thank you.

Well done. And now I get to say goodbye to Mississippi and everybody else. Yes.

Mountain goal to see that one. Sorry. Some funny stuff this yesterday.

Let’s see. Better mousetrap. Yesterday, Marcy, there was a woman that was in serious condition.

Viral infections reach a Nova solution treatment viral. If you want info. The original Marcy at Gmail dot com.

And if you send an email for her, I will forward it to her. And then you can be in direct contact and put me out of the out of the loop. All right.

Thank you. And I guess I’ll see everyone celebrating. Happy birthday to everybody celebrating.

I will keep Google up to speed on travels times right now. The only the next plan is 10 a.m. Saturday morning with Matt and Lucas and news update. I will try to squeeze in record some news updates between now and then to put up.

But it is going to be hit and miss based on family. All right. That’s it.

Bye, everyone.
