tariffs to any degree like he said he was um the world the financial markets took that as a negative so they went from a very positive Day to a negative the dollar took it on the chin unfortunately those sources never truly existed the Trump Administration or excuse me the Trump uh yeah we’ll call it Administration we’ll call it Camp party or whatever quickly refuted yesterday Trump himself posting that revers the dollar started gaining the world is counting on the dollar saying strong through Trump meaning that he’s going to
do whatever it takes to bring real stability to a currency we’ll see how he does it’s not an election I would have wanted to win uh but I’m glad he did so he’s calling out the fake news and pointing out hedge pointing out a number of uh Wall Street insiders pointing out that somebody made billions of dollars on this fake story so the question now is is Washington Post For Hire whenever you want to manipulate the markets you just reach out to an organization like that tell them some anonymous source said this or did
Washington Post just get used like a little itch we’ll run it there did they just did they just get owned by a manipulator and make them billions of dollars or were they in on it that’s the question were they either foolish and not vetting their sources because they wanted anything to look bad for Trump or were they getting paid I’m curious to see what you guys now a huge one if you guys haven’t seen this video by Zuckerberg I highly highly advise watching it is worth it do they have it here yeah they do have it here

enjoy drinking it I’m big espresso and cold brew guy now but uh if this cold brew thing is something the the way you all do it I’ve never had it at least never knowingly because I always I like hot liquid so I like my coffee hot I’m traditionalist but I’m willing to get Brave and try some of this like cold Nitro brw whatever it is great I mean you know you steep it like your grandmother did sun tea you just steep it in a net or something for 12 hours and it’s you know the FDA keeps saying it stays fresh longer and longer
depending on how you refrigerate it so you know now you can have cold brew coffee taste really fresh like crisp ice tea for 20 30 days so it’s really neat that’s uh yeah know I’m kind of curious how that works do you do like the whole bean in that bag do you do like ground how do you do that if you just a net like a CO grind in a net and so the ratio that we use for a lot of the commercial places is one pound of coarse ground coffee gives you two gallons of cold brew and so uh the real Advantage is it’s quick it’s fast it’s a
lot of ice and um you know you can you can have it for days tastes good and that’s the only coffee product that tastes good most most coffees start to break down you know 15 20 minutes after you brew them the better ones will stay fresher taste well longer and the worse ones will break down really fast see I think I need to have somebody bring me a fresh cup of coffee like three times during the morning podcast because like now I just load up the the Monster uh th and uh and get through it yeah and depending on you know the
coffee you have it should taste good for a while um keto coffee what’s KET keto coffee just kind of like uh the whole thing where we just add the MCT or coconut oil or something like that uh I I think so I don’t sell any keto coffees yeah could beo but I’m I’m not I’m not too good on that um uh Jeremy Tech issues couple people had some tech issues this morning yeah sure thing good morning Justin and Mark and uh to the community it’s been uh you guys have been keeping me hopping that’s for sure we seem to have an issue
with um the orders sometimes it’s telling you we don’t ship to your state that’s patently false um it’s an issue uh Shopify is telling me with browsers potentially vpns and some other things and they’re saying it’s not us and it’s not them I guess they’re saying it’s you um but it’s perfectly fine because what I’m able to do is I can go in and manually Do It um you’ll receive when you leave your cart abandoned for like you know 12 hours or so uh you’ll get an email um you can respond to that email
which goes toward Gmail account or you can email if you’re having that issue and it gives you a red block around your address and says we don’t ship there just send an email to contact Freedom forged.com or respond to the abandoned card email and uh I can actually go in and generate an invoice for you put the coffee you want we did this three or four times yesterday with people in Indiana um Ohio um and I’m still waiting for someone from Arizona to call back to me and and and let me help them with
that so I I’m able to do it hopefully it won’t be ongoing issue um I know a lot of people in the community are huge VPN users excuse me and so I’m not certain if that’s the issue um but we’re working on it um everything is copesthetic on our side um and with the website it’s it’s it’s something with Shopify validating and verifying the address um and we we’ll get to the bottom of it but if you have issues that’s what I’m here for Mark you’re muted buddy yeah uh it was noisy in the background here so I
muted myself uh we’re getting through the bugs the first part the growing part um we are going to open it up if you know somebody affiliate or you know another um influencer slash gurus so whatever you guys call it personality uh that would like to uh rep coffee too so uh that is going to be available out there um you want to get into like the whole small batch I know it’s cold there but you guys have two batches is uh cooking right now yeah yeah yeah so you know there’s uh obviously all sizes of Roasters and uh
you know you have when you’re baking something you know the most control over a small batch rooster and a small batch rooster is you know anything doing less than 100 pounds at a time is considered you know uh just like a personal Baker or something like that and you know you can taste it and control it whereas some of the bigger batches uh they’re darker roast using lots of beans and different formulations and I think it’s um you know a little more uh it’s just difficult uh to get the same quality off
of a you know monstrous rooster that you can control off a small batch rooster so it’s that simple um yeah where did your passion for coffee come from it’s you know uh it came from something that my dad started in the 70s and uh he was stationed here in in Northfolk Virginia uh in Virginia Beach grew up here and uh he was in Food Service he was a supply officer when he got out of the he was in Supply officer in the Navy graduated from the Naval Academy and um you know he loved food service and so he was bid with food
chains and uh he was with a group and started doing uh Hardy’s coffee when they rolled out their breakfast program and so I just I just they used to have good breakfast coffee yeah yeah and so they used a lot of the 100% Colombian coffee when it started getting good and uh that was cool um yeah what are the best regions I mean we’re going to get lots of questions people have asked is your product is it all natural is it GMO all those so uh we should probably hit those uh first um sorry the phone went off there
so there’s an equatorial belt where coffee’s grown and that’s basically the Equator so it seems that coffee is very easily grown depending on the altitude of that area and um you know you don’t have any problem with the agricultureal along that equatorial belt where coffee is grown so it seems that if you’re in the middle of the Earth uh coffee grows very well um unfortunately I am and coffee grows really well here yeah yeah and it’s uh and it’s you know that’s one of the things that I’m excited about
because it’s hard to find a lot of Porto Rican coffee here in the states yeah it used to be able to find it what Jeremy do you remember the numbers they went from 20 million pounds a year down to like a million and a half pounds after Mar it was in 2017 after hurricanes Irma and Maria ravish the uh the island in terms of coffee production uh they were over 20 million pounds or tons I’m not sure it’s something huge you know it was it was huge and they they lost about 80 to 90% of their trees uh it takes a
sapling three to four years to get to uh production or or or output uh in terms of commercially speaking um in order to get viable amounts of of beans from those those plants or trees or bushes or whatever you want to call them we were we we were discussing that yesterday Justin on a call and uh because I’ve heard so many people say different things but um but yeah so they they’re really hurting um and uh there’s a lot of farms and stuff that are just they’re they’re they’re squeaking by and going
out of business left and right and uh there’s there’s Farms laying in in dormy now a lot a lot of land that that could be utilized for that um go ahead you can see the question yeah I see the question on the bottom and you know in my coffee life most of impurities has been around the decaffinated coffee uh basically and how they decaffeinated it and so if you drink decaf and enjoy decaf you need to be drinking a water processed decaf coffee um unfortunately some of the bigger groups use like a laundry detergent to
decaffeinate coffee and things that are uh really terrible additives and it’s insane that they would do that for that long but uh if you’re a decaf Drinker I would definitely think there’s no one that wouldn’t agree with the fact that you need to use a water process and then as for the regular coffees um you know rarely are chemicals touching the coffees from these countries I mean they you know in even in my coffee life I’ve watched beans become prettier and Fuller and more round and more robust because
you know these countries have gone from getting 7 cents a pound to $3 a pound and so they value their crop um yes I mean that’s something we can consider down the roads a decaf um Chrissy just said a sociologist which is all stats I’m guessing 75% of the public drinks coffee not quite that much have you guys ever done the math I know it varies widely by region and Nation but uh oh yeah they uh the stats we always have in the US is like 90% of people love the way it smells and 50% of people like to
drink it ohh man I love both so I’m easy on that one at the Bayside and the offerings will change some based on which being are available which means uh you know crops years whatever but right now the coffee collection is uh probably the one I drink the most is a Sumatra uh a dark roast yeah um so it’s a Colombian light Ethiopian me medium Sumatra dark roast and that Special Reserve is really neat I know it’s pricey but it is worth it if you want to talk about that one uh yeah the Special Reserve comes from El
Salvador um it’s it’s kind of a neat story I went to Fork Union Military Academy and they have a large population of students that come abroad and uh long story short uh one of the kids at Fork Union um his family owned a coffee Farm in El Salvador and after finding out that I was in the coffee business for years his sister was in DC doing sales calls and uh she kept leaving me samples and you know I was busy and people leave stuff all the time and I’m trying to grow my business and then and you know months later um she
left some more samples and I have a couple chefs that have really particular pallets and that is something that you find in the coffee businesses there’s some people that can sip coffees and tell you exactly where they’re from it’s you know no different than wine or anything else and so uh one of my chef buddies I brought him this s Salvadorian coffee and uh he tries them all the kind and we make jokes and he was like this is amazing like why did you never bring me this and I was like really and then
so I doubled back we started drinking it and I thought it was I’m big on the water too I mean you know coffee is going to be relative to the water that you have and um it’s just one that seems to no matter what the water Plateau it’s a really good coffee the uh El Salvadorian Reserve is really cool um yeah I like it um I just happen to be out of it right now so I’ve been drinking more this month actually uh that that really is for like my average taste become one of my favorites so so yeah so the somatra
is going to cater to more of a dark roast profile and then the Ethiopian and the reserve are going to be more of a medium roast and then uh obviously the Colombian you can do different ways but you know what we find is kind of like with meat uh as the beans are better you can cook them less and get a really good flavor profile whereas if the beans aren’t that good then you don’t have a choice but to dark roast them which is a well done steak um yeah what is availability like right now I know people you know we
start talking tear some people start freaking out oh cop’s going to go up I mean we we we had that whole like uh massive scare all over social media so yeah so it’s gonna the price is higher than it’s been in 15 years uh the good news is there’s plenty of availability and I think the other thing that’s cool is there’s a lot more countries growing coffee because there’s money in it so you know where most of the coffees in the US I would say 20 30 years ago came from Colombia and Brazil period you know
now you have these in El Salvadorian coffees Guatemalan coffees Costa Rican coffees the Ethiopian coffees and so you know not that we’re fully protected because Brazil and Colombia still make you know probably 30 40% of the coffee Drank in the US uh because they’re so far apart you know there’s never gonna you know rarely I think could there be a catastrophe in all of these countries where we would be able to get good coffee uh yeah at the same time so yes there’s a drought in Brazil the speculators are going to crank that up
they’re going to use that uh you know green coffee stays you know healthy and green for a year so um you know depending on how you’re buying uh you should be able to kind of work around that till it comes down and you know consumption going up is is kind of more of a concern to me because um so many people started putting them in different energy drinks and finding ways just to caffeinate people and you know then that that that became too much for them so they started going to some of the synthetic caffein which actually helped
the coffee Market H it’s insane yeah how does this work she’s just saying Costco sells a Cubano coffee beans in two pounds bag I mean they can’t be Cuban maybe it’s a Cuban Bean or something originally so yeah it’s it’s probably just a roast uh you know there’s a kubano roast um you know we we actually have a Old Havana coffee that’s kind of modeled after a Cuban coffee by some guys out of California uh so there’s you know uh but the kubana is actually a roast they can’t get the beans from Cuba
they’re not allowed yeah that was going to say it’s uh I like Cuban coffee though I’ve been enough places where you can get it yeah it is well it’s just different maybe it’s like you know cigars Cuban cigars probably aren’t that much better but it’s the Mystique so you enjoy it cat just what about single origin coffees are yours that or Blended so so these are all single Origins and um you know we thought that was a good starting point none of this this is Blended I think uh you know the guys from Freedom
Forge will probably come up with a blend at some point when we you know Target some areas and do some things like that but these are all uh single origin coffees and um it’s a good way for people to taste them and try them and uh you know we drank a lot of them so we’re we’re proud of them I would say I think uh when it comes to the Blends I think the first blend from Freedom Ford should be when markets back to Virginia Beach area to visit his mom then he goes there there here in Gettysburg and I I’ll watch him do the
cupping there you go we came down for the cupping Mark and Zach couldn’t join us there in Puerto Rico and it must have looked funny we were walking around this rectangular table with v and and and and Justin and and some friends and and uh smelling the coffee you know then take a little spoon and break in the crust and there’s a whole there’s a whole thing to it and we were selecting our coffees um but I think it would be cool if you know I don’t know maybe markets down that would be neat in April do a do a coffee
tasting for anybody yeah man we love it we love it it’s fun that would be fun um Dana wanted to know if they’re lower on the acidic level uh so again I feel like depending on what’s your roasting they can be lower like I know that uh the lighter roasts are going to be a little uh less acidic depending on what you’re trying to do so the Ethiopians and the Mexican beans um have less acid if you will uh but also the caffeine content in a lot of those is higher uh whereas the acidic value in a Sumatra Bean is going to be
very strong um but if you dark roasted there’s going to be less caffeine in there um uh Greg with this one I’m a chef with a particular palette boy I get that when do you bring out your copy Lok I I do not I do not I don’t have a great source for that uh I’ve tried it I thought it was kind of you know my mind a little more like the Kona or the reserve just because it was really smooth um but it’s not something I have a line on nor do I see that in the next few months yeah H Jeremy it looks like you’re moving to
Virginia Beach is there a brck morar freedom Forge not yet but Jeremy did like living in the Virginia Beach area yeah yeah you know and actually you know I do plan on getting down here I told Justin yesterday I said hey I’m I’m going to come on down and and uh you’re going to throw me throw me to work um don’t got pay me I just want the knowledge I just want to I want to be there doing it as well um you know I if you read any of the blog post uh my love affair with coffee really started back in Iraq uh because I needed
it I was in Iraq for three and a half years straight in Northern Iraq working as a defense contractor and um I just put out a Blog this morning at 7:05 if you guys check it out kind of goes into how that happened how I kind of became like the coffee shop the coffee house of the base in Northern Iraq and we had military person it was really cool but you know in terms of a brick and mortar um you know there’s no no plans for that right now but who knows I mean hey if you guys help take us there you know and
and the market dictates that and there’s desire I bet I could convince my wife and kids to leave gburg and go back to Virginia Beach Jeremy’s fun he’s probably learned more about coffee in two months than most people I’ve worked with for 20 years right and and I love coffee which makes it even more interesting for me to like because I’m a big coffee fan and for me to in the last few months get such an education while you know working on this it’s been awesome uh Bill yes uh Freedom forged is uh is our brand um 3289 for 8.8 ounces
of copi Lu yeah we’ll save that one for a couple years you know I I’ve noticed I have noticed shrink flation hitting coffee a little bit going out and buying some coffee when I whenever we were I was low in my arbans you know I’ve got to get something I’ve got to have some coffee and it’s okay I’m not a only drinking Freedom Forge coffee if I see something I want to try to see if it’s something I think we should try to Source then you know I’ll go out and buy it U but I’ve noticed where I’ve seen
the bag sizes are the prices are staying the same and bag Siz are hitting 8.8 ounces as opposed to the 12 ounce I know people have asked about 1 pound bags and buying in in larger quantities we’re working on that guys we’re working on a subscription service as well um and a a referral program potentially and we’ve got a lot of things in the works but uh the prices have definitely um definitely let me take a look here yeah compared to Black Rifle we’re a heck of a bargain uh but um that Jeremy uh that’s exactly how the founder
Black Rifle started uh base Kaur um yeah if I won’t even get into politics now but if you want to know where your uh money is going you should get one that really is Patriot minded Mark I’m thinking about a blog post in that regards to the art the interview um that orbs article that came out with the founder of one founder of Black Rifle um you know it’s something we need to tread lightly I think to an extent but at the same time I’m not going to hide from uh my beliefs and my my my faith and and my
conservatism um I don’t think any of us will Black Rifle supported some very questionable candidates and I’m just going to leave it right there yeah um I don’t want to I I I don’t want to get people fighting um decaf we’ll think about it I guess I’ll leave it there for now is that the right response uh yeah but if we do one it’s going to be a water process it’s going to be safe and clean and it’s not going to have any chemicals in it that’s the important part yeah exactly um USDA grad yes uh both love it
and in it uh hello Doug in Pennsylvania tree beer right no I’m sorry guys I’m seeing so many comments from other ones we have friends who grow coffee coffee in Ethiopia wow jurf yes y i r g a c h e f f e coffee and so the resolve B is Ethiopian urfi and it’s uh it’s a really smooth great coffee um you know lot to be desired in the Ethiopians uh that’s uh what I’ve been drinking for the last week or so when I just started back on Sumatra yeah we’ve even got uh some coffee headed to KLA so she can uh try
it out and let us know yes that’s cool yeah yeah you’re uh your shipment went out already this morning KLA so you’re uh you’re good to go here you should you should have tracking information in your email Mike hey look I don’t blame you brother said I dropped BR coffee a while back also called and told them why I didn’t like how they I’m not surprised at all um yeah see Beach lover waiting my four minutes for my French press to be ready now yeah I mean what is the best grind I know we do ours more ground for
your automatic coffee maker because that is the most prevalent form out there so you gota like you know your different grinds depending on how you’re preparing do you have a minute touch base on a couple of those yeah sure so I mean you know if you’re going to get it ground it’s going to be for uh you know commercial coffee brewer uh you know a Mr Coffee if you will something that’s doing eight to 10 cups and that’s just how a lot of Americans in their offices and at home do coffee and so if we cold
brew it it’s going to be coarse if we use a French press it’s going to be course if we use a pourover it’s going to be coarse um but most people put it in a coffee maker uh at home are going to have what we just call the drip Brew which is a medium grind uh as far as that’s what most restaurants use hey Mark if you would uh if you would pull up the blog post from this morning um there’s some cool little features I I I was working on the HTML last night the coding and the JavaScript um go up top
yeah sorry I was looking down here though for a little bit of fun because you’ve made some changes with the uh oh rare coffee experience but now we can go over here to uh the blog spot oh you did add the Art and Science of your perfect cup no actually the one of the left there yeah answer Sue Ellen’s question I think the Costa Rican coffee will be featured sometime in the near future I think that was fifth when you guys did the cuppings it was uh right there so yeah definitely some great coffees out
of Costa Rica which is fantastic if you scroll down Mark um I just show you something real quick so people are wondering about their um how much like I I I think it’s not a bad idea to go out and buy a kitchen scale 10 bucks at Walmart if you can um I started doing it and that’s I I’m I weigh my coffee every time but there’s a little coffee grind chart there that you can check out oh yeah you the different methodologies and then if you choose the Brewing method right there select a method the drop down menu select the
method and then all right yeah C Brew there and it’s going to show you what the grand size should look like and then if you want to know okay well I want to get a certain ratio I know I like a 1 to 15 so if you put a number of cups say you put eight cups up there right and you want to go uh one to 15 just put the number 15 in the bottom right and then it’ll tell you how many grams of cough and I was up till about 3:30 last night I I don’t sleep much and it’s a good thing I have coffee to keep me
going that’s for sure that’s that’s kind of cool all right back to us if I can find the right buttons yeah why is drinking C you some doctor oh don’t drink so much coffee I think it’s when they started putting so much so much synthetic caffeine uh some doctors did start warning I mean they had some just crazy numbers out there and like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks coffee and caffeine levels from yeah most of the stuff I see now like the regular caffeine and coffee they’re not really warning against but
the synthetic caffein are you know not real caffeine from coffee and that’s what you’re seeing in a lot of the Red Bulls and the monsters and that’s what I think they’re going to be kind of cracking down on um and they should yeah coffee yeah right right yes I’m espresso all day today so definitely I hear you a lot of people are worried but mold content mold prevention because we’re small batch really isn’t an issue for us like it is for so many yeah I mean we’re we’re you know you’re talking about when you’re doing 25 30 pounds at
a time uh that’s not going to be an issue when you’re not sitting on coffee uh it’s basically made to order uh they’re we’re doing it in small batches they’re getting it small batches and distributing it that way so I think the mold and a lot of things are you know going to be in warehouses where it’s sitting for months uh maybe years and that’s just not that’s less and less uh especially in the US because coffee is so popular volume solves a lot of problems a lot of problems um trying to find a couple more if
you’ve got time to squeeze in a few more I don’t World somebody equipment I’ve never heard of oh wow Master that’s yeah that I I it’s funny um grinding your beans fresh is is a great way to do it especially if you’re going to do different styles so you can do it more coar for a French press and do a drip brew and different things like that I think that uh you know with the reserved coffee on a Sunday I’m definitely doing French presses yeah I’ve got to start using the French Press more I usually just go easy
because I’m uh busy trying to get ready research read stuff I mean you know each morning starts with about uh 3 to four hours uh reading about 100 120 articles before um I’m gonna have to get somebody to come here and just make my French press coffee like three or four times during the morning to put in my freedom Forge mug and I’m gonna sweeten it with the tears of liberals I had Raphael deliver one to you remember yeah right no no it’s here I just uh it’s taking the time in the morning because I’m like you know dump
it in there hit the button yeah keep working roll in there fill the mug read for an hour or two roll back in there fill the mug read for an hour to roll in there fill the mug well we need to get a nitr machine down to mark that you have there in the office that was great oh my God those things are really cool pricey but really cool yeah and they’ve come a long way with those um you know not having to use the Kegs and being able to steep your own C brew and nitron it it has been huge uh because the first uh several years in the game
it was kegs only and they were very hard to regulate and get consistency and things like that now that you can nitron eyesee your own coffee it’s a lot more fun oh man yeah no that that’s something I I’m saving for it how’s that one yeah yeah I definitely you know Nitro demo tasting demo roasting room there’s lots of things we could show oh yeah um all right we’ve got Joyce getting late to it uh this organic term is a tough one to pin down but I’ll let you so so our Reserve coffee is a bio crop which you
can read about when uh it’s very big in Europe biocop is probably um you know a level above organic if you can do it which means there’s no chemicals anywhere around and then a lot of the sources that I’ve been buying coffee through uh especially I was telling Germany about one of my Costa Rican suppliers is um these third world countries have been doing coffee organic for a very long time and they’re basically saying we don’t want to pay for the stamp anymore we don’t want to pay for USDA sticker so um the smaller
the farm the more organic usually and um because the beans are so pretty and the trees are lasting you know 40 50 years there’s really not a whole lot of chemicals involved in coffee period like I said in my coffee career it’s mostly been the decafs and um not that I’m going to say every coffee grown is organic but if you go to these countries uh Colombia Brazil Costa Rica and look at these things you know you’re going to see that it’s organic and if they choose if the farm chooses to pay for the USDA
organic sticker they do uh if they don’t um it’s really something that hate to say it I’m just not paying a whole lot of attention to anymore because I know how they’ve been doing it for so long um no and I think that’s important but it’s also important to make certain that you’re getting it from a reputable Farm oh absolutely um so you don’t need all the stamps and the stamps can be very very misleading uh there are a lot of organic stamped vegetables and stuff coming out of China that are well yeah not very organic it is it is
tough you know you feel like some of them can pay for the sticker and uh the fair trade I don’t even want to go there because it’s just too much of a you know what are they doing with the money that they say they’re doing and it’s hard to find I like this one put a building coffee station behind you now that is a good idea that’s right that’s a good idea salted caramel coffee yep not for me but uh sounds like a lovely dessert I don’t think we’ll we we’ll say what it is yet Justin but I think we’ve
selected our our Christmas coffee for next year already oh cool so you know we we talked about that flavor um and so you know I’m not one for flavored coffees personally um I drink my coffee black mostly maybe a little steamed milk no no sugar ever um but no um the uh I guess we could tease a little bit we’re have we heard back from yet from El Salvador about getting on the show his sister told me that he was traveling and he was going to reach out to me so uh I’m sure I’ll hear from him today or
tomorrow yeah which is a neat thing because we can we can put the Growers on the so you guys can ask them questions yeah and uh yeah Jorge he loves his farm he he’d be a great guy to have on the um for Annie here I think that um you know when we when Freedom Forge comes out with an espresso uh that would be the most comparable uh cuz she said she was using espresso and um you know we did four coffees which aren’t you know they’re not espresso roast uh the somatra would be the darkest roast if I
had to you know pull espresso shots with one but uh for the most part these are four coffees and if you’re looking for an espresso drink I would wait till we roll one of those out now I pull espresso from all four yeah I’ve got the reble upstairs you know so I’m always playing with it and it’s not bad it’s never bad honestly all right why Nitro coffee you know you know if you like Guinness you’re going to like Nitro coffee it’s uh I love Guinness just you know it’s a it’s just a way to put a really good
bubble and foam into your coffee that you love uh and it’s something that you know uh it’s hard to do the Ice coffees in the cold brew if you don’t like Ice uh but there’s you know a lot of places where ice isn’t very popular and then the Nitro is is really a fun way to do it no I’m yeah uh it’s I got to try it that’s all there is to it just got to try it yeah I’ve got a Nitro machine up there oh wow check this one out I got two coffee bushes that I’ve grown from sea had mini Harvest here in New Jersey
I have a bunch of small coffee plans for anyone in New Jersey their house plants in the winter and outdoor in the summer I love that that’s fantastic that’s Fant pick one upur yeah I would I would have a greenhouse if I were like in Colorado or something or Alaska there’s no way I would be doing without my stinking coffee that’s funny that that’s great they have they have one coffee plan at the Norfolk Zoo uh that stays inside and um you know the cherries are on there but I can’t uh the smallest rooster we
have will do 15 pounds and so I have to have 15 pounds to run the rooster correctly but uh I I think that the guy in Jersey that’s cool uh you could have some of the only Jersey grown and roasted coffee there ever is you know might go for a few hundred bucks a pound um yeah so many asking this question over over certified pest free mold free um yeah like I said we can get Jorge on and you know he can kind of show him traditionally how his family has done this but uh definitely pesz you know there is no you know they don’t
have chemicals or pesticides anywhere in there um yeah I just uh on the roast I just love that um people going back and forth on uh so I just love the conversations in here just love it all right guys it’s probably time to start wrapping things up though uh Justin can we get you to come back on occasion hey man yeah we can do Nitro I can take you in the roast room with v and the girls and uh you know another roasting setup in Richmond I can show you so yeah there’s there’s lots of things we could have fun with
