And if we think about all the different things that go on and have been going on They’re going to have an accurate count They’re going to have all the demographics can have all that stuff, and that’s going to be really important but one of the things that’s going to be important for us how many people are in the country and who are going to get their constitutional rights and obviously we’re talking about They said this week starting today or at some point in time that they’re going to start pumping oil again And that’s a big thing now I’ve also talked about you know paying the salaries and back dating those salaries, and we’re expecting to see that they haven’t really technically exposed the mechanism for this to happen we believe that the Budget law has been ratified been in the Gazette, and we haven’t seen the results yet like I said a few days ago You know it was effective on the 18th and yet here We are today and in going into this next week, and we’re watching for some key things

So let’s see what they say and let’s see what they do But if they have the accurate number and then also keep in mind they have an article out today about Tuesday for those Launch of those national cards and obviously they’re going to have a time limit on that And I think they put that out for some time I think that time frame that they put in there is to cover it. It says the joint team was formed today to inspect the export pipeline and determines its readiness look I have data that supports that they probably already have that and I’ll get to it the regional government basically is saying that They have a commitment to implementing the provisions of the federal budget law so the Kurds are saying that they have a commitment now It says the Iraqi ministry of oil announced yesterday or no yeah yesterday on Saturday It says the completion of all procedures for exporting oil produced in the Kurdistan region via the Turkish port of Cyan after a two-year halt to disputes between Baghdad and herbal

They lost a lot of money you guys They’ve lost a lot and so the expectation is is that now they’re gonna fix that and get it get it get it rolling again And that’s a big deal so to me that this is you know The implications are massive the KRG is fully committed implementing all provisions for the federal budget today they have full communication and coordination between the federal ministry of oil and the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kurdistan region An agreement has been reached and confirmed to resume the export of the region’s oil in my opinion They’re not going to use a 1310 IQ D as a value basis for this to happen

They’re going to have to have an IMF multi-currency practices rule in compliance issue Stocked so they’re going to be using the dollar of course for Purposes, but they’re going to be using the dinner So my view is they’re going to need a real a real a rare a real effective exchange rate in dinner terms for this to happen That’s what we expect anyway, if this holds true a Change is to be coming.
