Hey, man, we’ve been ready since 2023 so anyway It says moving oil my view I guess cyan is a priority I’ll Sadani dealt with on that day they Dealt with a company called HKM. It’s the United States and it’s a it’s a very big, you know important oil company I believe it’s out of Texas So if you haven’t researched it, you might find that it’s got some powerful meaning behind it But it says a resumption of or I guess again, my view is that the resumption of the oil is not a central focus It is a central focus Basically What I could see from this is that they’re talking about finalizing contracts and assurances.

They get They get them done and according to terms and conditions. That’s what I believe So that’s that is important because they’re you know Ready to resume oil and what is that going to take? We oh, well, they haven’t done it at 1310 to that side. I’m put pipeline.

They’ve been pumping oil, of course Because they use third dollar reserves and all that through the Federal Bank of New York, so There’s reasoning behind all these stuff that aren’t being done for instance, we’re gonna talk about later today’s the salaries for instance They’re gonna talk about oil and they’re gonna talk about salaries, but in this this particular articles Prime Minister He’s talking says the government’s keen to expand the horizons of strategic cooperation with the United States It says the Prime Minister Shia al-saddani received on Thursday company HKN Specialized in oil and energy and during the meeting they discussed enhancing cooperation between Iraq and the company Which is one of the most important companies in the oil side In light of the great facilities the government has worked to provide to attract investments to the country If you want to go into the political side of it, look HKN is related to the Ross Perot heirs and they have They’ve been around a long time Yes, you guys know the man ran for president didn’t make it didn’t it’s what happens but the point is The company is quite large and has a lot of pull because they’ve been around they’ve been around a long time and They’re really good at what they do. And that’s that’s why That Company is doing what they’re doing and they they go into Iraq for specific oil and that oil is some of the best in the world and so obviously that relationship al-saddani is is Keen on making sure that they’re taken care of because when they shut down that pipeline a lot of people lost money You know Iraq’s lost billions 20 20 over 20 billion and so the company is involved You know, that’s gonna be painful for not pumping oil for two years. So Anyway, that’s that’s a good article.

Basically HKN is an important technical company that has the roots in the United States and it really is comes back from the fact is is one of the very very very wealthy family in our country and basically Iraq what do they have to offer and basically what is it some of the best oil in the world for high-tech machinery? Etc. Basically, you know If you guys remember a couple of years ago HKN was in meetings with large delegation in Iraq and That delegation was all about the oil pipeline being shut down. It was a lot of people that weren’t disclosed I talked about this last night in an audio I put all this information more than this but some of this into an audio that we put in patreon For for exclusive members We try to let take care of everybody.

So anyway HKM was in meetings with large delegation and they talked about the CSI and pipeline and it was being stopped so there’s no doubt after the last two years that al-saddani has their ear at this time and that’s because al-saddani wants the oil to flow and So to sort of the companies involved and I would imagine Turkey wants it to as well so Fascinating article so come on into patreon and check it out discord chat room. But you also see the United States in Oman dealing with Iran was one of Iraq’s largest trading partners and It’s going to have an effect with on Iraq and Iran and the world When Iraq has a real effective exchange rate again Remember has Petra always says all boats rise with the tide. Well, this is a global initiative.

It’s a digital digitalization of The financial system and these these countries are gonna have to adjust and they’re gonna have to have an interconnectivity So that’s a complex process. It’s not just flip the switch you guys they have to be on on board Do your research on pairing currencies? You’re gonna find that but it’s a it’s a really big deal It’s a complex process some of the best in the world the ones that do it and They want it, right? Okay, so keep that in mind Another key point we probably we should talk about is al-sudani. Okay, so sudani met Saturday today the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Masoud Barzani and then they were aware at Saladin Resort in herbal governor He goes on and says that they reviewed the overall situation and issues at the national level with the framework of the government’s Commitment to the principle of national partnership and communication with political forces they discussed ways to enhance Iraq’s capabilities in the face of internal and external challenges cooperation between the federal government and the regional government and everything is related to national entitlements national entitlements everybody is Iraq’s constitutional rights that’s going to go to come to back down to the final bores.

It’s going to be The citizens are going to get a portion of their revenue stream because they have non oil and oil revenue streams and You know They call it the HCL. They call what you want, you know, you know hydrocarbon law or whatever Excuse me, but the point is is that the salaries the oil to flow They haven’t been paid right they haven’t been done right just yet, but that’s one of their key focuses national entitlements The citizens getting their salaries on time is a national entitlement No different than the oil revenue streams No different than having the customs at the borders those revenue streams that money is public money It’s public money and they’re gonna get a portion of that to some degree They’re also going to get purchasing power. They’re also going to get Infrastructure, they’re gonna get lots of things and so they’re gonna get a better quality of life That’s just the way it is.

So keep that in mind when you think this through Okay one of the things they also said was that they were going to launch a digital dinar and you’re gonna find that The world’s going digital the blockchain environment is not going away And that basically the new systems that they’re going to use Especially when they interconnect completely it’s going to be a blockchain environment. It’s gonna be fast. It’s gonna be transparent and That’s probably why you had a lot of blowback.

Maybe people think that’s probably one of the delays But the bottom line is is that they got to get it, right and they have to have many countries on board That’s regionally and globally and they have I believe that they they fully have But hey, we haven’t just seen it yet, but we can see that they’re they’re moving forward to do it. The new system is basically about anti money laundering Okay, you guys if you remember the final of financial international monetary authority back in 2020 And then the currency manipulation law those were specifically designed to go at countries that Manipulate their currency.

Have you seen that in the news? I think you’ve seen it in the mainstream media. Have you thought you’d be seen that the mainstream media talks about a reset now? I Don’t think we saw that ten years ago. I don’t think we saw that two years ago, but they have been I’ve witnessed it with my own ears and eyes the last few days So, but anyway, it’s they’re talking about the Ministry of Transport is concerned with providing the best services to the citizens enhancing revenues Okay, so all the trucks are going through that TIR that we talked about Right.

They have a sense a session to that TIR Wait, they told us that a couple a month ago or less But ultimately that’s the that’s what they’re talking about those revenue streams coming across those borders the taxes and tariffs the fees and the customs That’s what’s that’s all part of public money And which supports the value of their currency Just like the oil gonna go through that pipelines gonna support the value natural resources gonna support the value of their currency so anyway just to move on it says the importance of an automation the introduction of modern technologies and services and the balance between the ministries and the strategic files that affect the daily reality of the citizen order to feel the impact of those services in Their daily lives. Like I said, they’re gonna feel the impact the purchasing power the infrastructure the jobs the employment all those things That’s what development road projects all about Okay. So basically there seems to be a focus on modernization and automation to provide for the best interest of the citizens enhancing revenues for the state What is that? It’s another good sign Iraq.

What have they done? They’ve come a long way they really have and in what the government’s development plans all of that stuff is powerful I think if you if you you know Sit back tonight have a cup of coffee, you know, or a nice glass of wine. You’re going to be Pleased It was not an earthquake It sure felt like it sure felt like it. But anyway moving on a Qualitative leap and development of archaeological tourism There’s 400 investment opportunities in different sectors in Babylon okay, and What are we gonna call her now winning the Babylon Kitty, I don’t know but anyway It says this conference this conference that they had was large and it was what was an investment forum that with this a presentation of investment opportunities There are about 400 investment opportunities ranging from medium to small and large Okay, so they talk about 200 investment opportunities have already been granted the presence of about 60 different opportunities under study and What else do they have 280 other opportunities But they are but they talk about specifically about 400 investment opportunities will be presented during this forum And this is a qualitative leap This isn’t like back in the day when we were all thinking the Kuwait Conference was going to be that because they put up so much money and all that Iraq just wasn’t ready yet.

I guess 2018 I think was a year that they just just didn’t get it over the edge but anyway Babylon Investment Authority calls in the local and foreign investors to saying we must get out of the traditional phase when we must Which most government investment bodies were working and learn about international experiences. They want to engage in the international experiences Basically, they’re talking about what industries in their industrial sectors or agriculture and residential fields That all takes really big money to build that that’s comes back to the budget They’re not going to be able to to build industrial refineries and stuff like that at 1310 They just they’ve never done it before. Why are they going to do it today? They’re just not For one it’d be just like probably suicide think about it for a minute If you have a real effective exchange rate and the dinar is much stronger than the dollar It becomes far cheaper to build this out.

So okay, I Think you guys should all know that or by now But anyway, it says the province of Babylon is an archaeological and historical nature Includes sites for religious tourism tourism is a massive amount of money you guys I think that you sure you all probably know that millions of people flock into Iraq for religious tourism every single year That’s fact. Okay, they basically it says which requires great attention stressing that this map Will enhance investment opportunities and contribute to the advancement of the reality of the governance It’s a lengthy article it’s about five pages long you guys can come in but I’ll give you a few more points It says there will be new opportunities that have served tourism their geographical location and contributing to supporting the economy in the coming days So it sounds like they’re ready to activate this We’re it says we are a team of consultants working in the field of developing vital infrastructure and facilities in terms of engineering affairs pointing out that one of the most important investment sectors of this government lies in the establishment of local factories and the development of Infrastructure facilities related to them. Okay, so back to factories.

That’s industrial. That’s big you guys It’s takes a lot of money. Remember the single window Those guys are coming in for 250 million or more So those folks that are coming into Iraq In such large numbers, especially with you know, the United States had what a hundred and hundred two hundred one Entities that showed up from 60 countries Specifically and what the US Chamber of Commerce said it was a historic meeting a historic one.

So basically It says this form is very Important and it’s very advanced and at the level of Iraq by holding such conferences related to investment sectors So they’re basically giving reassurance to some of the largest money in the world It says I think this is me. I Iraq’s opening their doors for global investment It’s happening in real time and we’re seeing that today with many of the investment opportunities on the table and what Iraq has Established and accomplished with her reform. She should likely not have any issue getting the investment opportunities filled quickly So they got 400 450 opportunities investment in many sectors and obviously with Security and stability at play and at hand.

I think that’s highly likely that she’s going to be successful So lastly one of these articles I have here is The Ministry of Communications Wi-Fi service. It basically talks about Iraq is an important role in keeping peace with the fourth Okay, excuse me piece Middle East news piece but keeping pace with the fourth industrial revolution and rapid global development in the sectors of digitization and the digital economy achieving goals that serve industrial sectors Energy communications health education education Reducing financial and administrative corruption in addition to maximizing revenues for the digital economy and Transferring Iraq from the rentier economy, which is oil to the digitization based economy Really? All right, so that’s new technology right artificial intelligence. They talk a lot about that They talk about the digital dinar too, don’t they I think they do Allah lock has talked about launching that we haven’t seen it But we did see JP Morgan talking about infrastructure coming in and helping finance that JP Morgan But we also saw before the JP Morgan mentioned any of that that our lock was ready to start financing Infrastructure Okay so this woman points out in this direction the Responsibility falls on all competent authorities communities and events and public private sector companies The other thing is is in the direction of being a sponsor and supporter of any other requirements to achieve the bigger goal which is a digital transformation in Iraq and Supporting the digital economy.

So if they’re gonna have a digital economy, are they not gonna have a digital dinar? I think you probably got the answer to that without even thinking about it Okay, so the ministry will open its doors support strongly and they’re gonna do for any requirements or ideas proposals or projects submitted by the private sector in the fields of There you go. Artificial intelligence in cybersecurity in the field of automation of Institutions and their comprehensive digital transformation the field of providing technological opportunities Increasing job opportunities for young the energies There’s taking care of the youth, you know, which is a big portion of Iraq Okay and when we’re in the field of supporting talents innovation and the industry of experts or any other fields that support the digital economy and Maximizing state revenues. What’s that for? That’s for the citizens benefit.

It’s public money Okay, the ministry is concerned today with the providing a secure government network constantly increasing to connect all state institutions In order to provide health services and automated educational industrial and banking services So they’re going digital. Okay so it says we’ve increased the provision of an insured government network and state institutions to provide in the Governance and the work is being carried out in increasing pace at the local level and for the first time this year they will witness the completion of the provision of Internet services and their Wi-Fi technologies So look Iraq’s clearly making use of the new technologies and digitization of the world Because what it’ll do it will require her to be on a level playing field. You’ve heard that term before, right?
