Cookie. Cookies. Cookies. Come on, Tink. Give up the cookies. Greetings family. Hey, welcome to another one of your Frank 26 Ubies. It is the 27th of May 27th 2025. We greet you in agape love. We are ktfo.com. It stands for keep the faith always. Keep the faith always and our heavenly father and we’re here to study the Iraqi dinar solely in our opinion. But before we do anything, we always go to our heavenly father. Will you join me so that we can ask for guidance for tonight? Aba heavenly father, I come to
your throne and by the blood of Jesus through the Holy Spirit to dance with you, to to to sing with you, to laugh with you, just to be with you. It feels good. Feels good to talk to you. It feels good to be in your presence in your realm in prayer. And I ask for strength for tonight. I ask for guidance and wisdom. There’s a lot going on, Father. Yeah, there’s a lot going on. And because of so much going on, it causes a lot of confusion. And then there’s, you know, there there’s evil people that take this confusion that
that’s out there and they twist it. I I pray that uh I pray that this confusion I pray that this twisting I pray that this this lying um can be straightened out can can can can can see the light of truth because we don’t need exaggerations. We don’t need to be misled. And I and I ask you God please please please guard my words, guard my mouth, guard my my teams. Help us that we can do good tonight in your eyes. In your eyes as I talk tonight, I am talking to you before I talk to them. But when I am done talking to them, they
will talk to you about what I talked to them about. That completes the cycle. I ask them, God, to take our study back to you. I love you. I thank you for this beautiful day. I thank you, God, for your mercy and grace upon me and my family. And I thank you for your son, Jesus. In his name, by the Holy Spirit, I pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Hi Andy. Hi Frank. Hey Andy. Before you blow the chauffar, before you blow it, last last night at 3:00 in the morning, I released a YouTube. It’s about it was about two
hours long, and they had these uh Japanese uh and Hawaiian conch uh conch shell blowers. Now, these conch shells were massive. They were giant conshells and it it it reminded it reminded me so much about you. If you go and listen to it, you’ll be able to hear them. Oh my goodness. They danced with the with with with with the with the shell. The notes that they made. It was so musical. It was so beautiful. I never knew that you could do that with a chauffear or a conch shell. But I thought an awful lot
about you yesterday. But you go right ahead and blow that chauffar. So we send God the prayer to God. I have a shell, but I can’t get a lot of different notes out of it. I’ll have to try it later. You bet. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you, my brother. We’ll see you at the end. See you at the end. Ladies and gentlemen, we here to study the Iraqi dinar and everything that we say is just strictly my opinion. Like for example, how do you like my pink suit? Yeah, it’s pink with with with with with the green shirt. You see,
that’s my opinion. Okay. And your opinion is no, I think it’s red and black. All right. Let let that be your opinion. The point that I’m making is that this is just my opinions. Nothing more that I’m about to share. Okay. All right. Now, let’s get right into it. We’re not even going to have a commercial today because I want to focus and concentrate. Our admin, uh, one of our staff members, uh, Jeff Henne did a masterful report on the Vietnamese dong. And tonight, you’re going to get a chance to see it. In fact, Jeff is going
to be with us. We had a wonderful report. We have all these articles to study and look at, but we’re putting it all aside. Now, I will admit there is something there is something that’s going on as we speak right now. Well, that’s too bad. Uh, we got rid of Larry. Just what he said. The only people selling a well transfer are those. Well, we’re talking well I’m not selling but we’re talking about a wealth transfer. Those are the only ones that are selling foreign currency and precious metals. That’s not true. Larry,
please guard your words because if you make another comment, KTFA staff remove this person permanently. All righty. Here we go. Now, what we’re going to do is we’re going to concentrate uh on paying attention to Jeff Henning. I’m going to turn this camera around because you don’t need to see me. What you need to see is the report that Jeff has for you. Now, before we get to that, like I was saying before I was rudely interrupted with a comment that I strongly disagree with, but um I wanted to say to you that
there is something that’s going on. In fact, it’s in the atmosphere. It happened late last night. It walked into this morning and sadly um you know what happens? You know what happens on the internet? Somebody takes I mean we’re talking just a little spark. Somebody takes a little spark, you can barely see it, and they burn the whole forest down. They want to be champions of intel. They want to be number one. They want to take what I share with you and they want to claim it as their own. So they plant their flag and they
say, “Hey, I it’s my people.” No, I don’t know. whatever. But speaking of that, right now I know what the what the internet is doing and I know what some people are doing and that’s sad. And that’s why I’m taking a little time right now to tell you I know about Forex. You don’t. Oh, there he goes again being egotistical. No, you don’t. Like for example, let me ask you this because you already got the internet. You already got all these girls and they already told you, “Oh, look, it’s on Forex. Oh, this is
kicking.” Look at Look at this one. This is This one really got to me. Oh, I get hundreds and hundreds of texts from all these people that are are sweet, you know? They’re doing their very best. Son Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Texas. You know what? I don’t have the bottom part of it. What? Can you send me what it team sent you again? Okay, that’s all right. It’s all right. It’s under my name. It’s all right. It’s under your name. What’s your name again? Sweetheart. I only know you a sweetheart. So I don’t know your real
name. There it is. So the internet they they see a little spark about Forex. Let me see what is uh uh internet going crazy. Uh I can’t post. Okay. Uh I’m doing great. That’s good. Uh good evening. I will not be able to respond. Okay. Uh, it’s free. Thank you, Frank, for your blessing. So, nobody answered my question. Well, maybe you’re not you’re not listening to the other gurus. Thank God because yeah, here’s the information about Forex. Where you at? Oh, really? We switched up. I was supposed to be
looking over here. So, there’s the information that everybody is looking at. Oh, the Iraqi dinar is on to thorax. And then look at what this person says. Look at Look at where you at. This is 100% confirmed. This is one check this out. This is 100% confirmed that the Iraqi dinar is on forex. No, it’s not. This is now considered a managed float. No, no, no. Here we go. Buckle up, buckaroos. It’s official. There’s no turning back now. Iraq has kicked it off. And yes, this is legit. Straight from Forex
analysis. Yeah, it is. It is legit. It is straight from Forex analysis. But but it’s not what the internet is saying. Would you like to know? I’ll give you a clue. And at the end when when Jeff is done talking to you, family, um I’ll tell you what that clue is. Here’s your clue. WP. Let the other coups figure that figure that out. Oh yeah, we had WP long before. So that’s what we’re going to do family at the uh at the end of just presentation. Um at the end of just presentation I’ll talk to you and I’ll
tell you in my opinion about uh forex and the Iraqi dinar. It is good news but it’s not what they’re saying on the internet. So, why don’t you call some people and tell them you need to pay attention? Okay. Um, brother Jeff, my dear brother Jeff, who I am so proud of. Uh, go ahead and uh, come on in. Hey, brother. What’s shaking? Well, apparently the Vietnamese dong according to you. Hey, Ting. It’s shaking but not stirred. Yeah, exactly right. Oh, I know. It’s another file. I got it, babe. I got it.
I was going to ask you to help me with this. All right, so let’s see. How are we going to do this? First of all, I’m going to back uh up this uh Yeah, let me see. Be How do I do this? I need your voice. So, your voice comes with me. Here it is. And the next thing I need is for this camera to turn around and zoom in on what we are about to show you. Now, ladies and gentlemen, this is 42 pages. We’re going to be here a little bit. And I’ve asked our dear brother Jeff. Jeff, just spend two hours. I’m sorry. Yeah,
just spend two hours. And it boils down to roughly about two minutes. roughly about two minutes uh with each page. So, we’re going to put all of this information. Is that okay with you, Jeff? We’re going to put it all in premium and and Club 26. Mhm. Absolutely. Absolutely. Thank you. Because this is your work, my friend. This is your baby. It is a masterful job. It starts with uh where it should it should start uh with the uh with with with with France uh and leading us to where we’re at today with the United States of America.
This is a masterful actually even prior to that. Oh, really? That’s true. With China, we go back a thousand years in your report. That’s right. So, family, you’re going to be able to understand what the Vietnamese dong dong did, what it does, and basically where it’s going. And when you see the potential of this country, it’s like looking at Dubai. Oh, yeah. Right, Frank. Yeah, right. Yeah. Yeah. Uhhuh. When this is over with, by the way, my phone number is 419. My phone number is 4192832552 in case you need it because
this is amazing. Okay, sweetheart. Let’s see how we’re gonna turn this camera around. First of all, let me get up. Okay. Second of all, let’s get all that stuff. There you go. Hold on. Oh, no. No, no. Stay away from over there. Let’s see. How does that Now, I got to get in front of it so that I can I can aim it and center it. Oh, good job. Okay, hold on a second. So family, you all are welcome to to take pictures of this. You all are welcome backwards. It’s backwards. Yeah, you got to flip it. You can’t just
Okay, we hold on. We’re going to flip the camera. Go ahead and flip it, babe. Do what you got to do. Oh, should I just turn the camera around like this? Turn it to you. How about if I do this? Oops. And then see if there’s like the little flip thing. Is there right there? Yeah. Oh, I think we did it, Jeff. I think we did it. There we go. Look at that. That’s He was looking backwards like he was in cylic or something. Well, that’s Chinese, isn’t it? That’s Chinese. Don’t No, that’s not it. All right. So,
anyways, family, can you see that? Can you see that? Go ahead and respond before Jeff gets to work. Is that centered good? Yeah, I think it’s like right about there. Yeah. First off, I’m offended you use the word work. I can’t even say it’s a four-letter word, sir. I can’t. I got a feeling we were going to we’re going to forget that word very soon. Especially especially with what happened with Forex. Are you kidding me? But un you know but sadly but sadly the internet is exaggerating and taking a
little spark and burning down the force. It is amazingly powerful but they don’t know what’s going on. And it is my it is my desire that when you are done uh I’m going to define WP WP. In the meantime, my dear brother, the floor is yours. If you want me to say something, you want to talk to me, I’m here. But this is your baby. Talk to us, walk with us, and tell us what this is all about. I just noticed that my reflection Hi. Yeah, I was say that doesn’t look like me. Hold on. Hey, bunny ears. Let me turn off the light. Jeff,
go ahead and start talking. The floor is yours. Put your hands in the air like you just don’t care. Don’t care. Oh no, that’s worse. Honey, go ahead. Um, okay. So, my name is Jeff. Uh, I’m a staff member for Keep the Faith Always or Ktfways.com. Um, I am not I have to say that I have to say that this is important. I’m not an expert nor a guru regarding Vietnamese Zong nor currencies in general. This is important. Even though there going to be people, oh, he’s another guru, he’s a YouTuber. No, I I No, no, none of that. All I’ve done
is studied and put in the work to create which is essentially a term paper on this subject. Essentially like uh midterms in college, if some of you remember that. Yeah. Uh my hope is that this fares well as an introductory treatise from which to expand your own studies in this area. What follows is only my opinion and nobody else’s. So, please don’t take the information as gospel. In my opinion, Frank’s wearing a white suit with multicolored dots and we have a spinner. We play Twister. Okay. Okay. To get to
get good. That was a new twist on my opinion. See? See? Okay. So, the first thing I want you to understand, Vietnam has a very very old culture. Um, as it says, as it’s shown here, they existed as a tribe. They were tribal viets long before China uh met up with them. Uh, 3rd century BC give or take. Uh, most of their history has been um intertwined with China. Now, a problem here because China has been predatory uh for most of that. Um in fact um there’s about a thousand years where they’re fighting back and forth and
China trying to treat them like colonials. Um and they’re just they’re going back and forth. Okay. So when China first occupied uh Vietnam, they brought a whole bunch of innovations from their culture and so Vietnam ends up being very advanced compared to the rest of uh Southeast Asia. Now, keep this in mind as as uh as as Frank brought up, the French messed that up big time a little bit later. Um, so Vietnam, uh, you can probably scroll that up a little bit. Vietnam finally gained independence in
1428. Um, adventurers, missionaries, traders from the West start showing up in 1516. Now, they booted them all out in the 1800s um primarily because their royal family didn’t like Christianity all that much and they didn’t like the missionaries. They didn’t like any of that. So, they just threw them out the whole kitty kaboodleoodle. And France didn’t like uh that they were getting a bunch of ear talkie-talkie from their missionaries and from the other people there. Um and they were getting kind of bothersome. So
Napoleon III invades in 1857. They finally succeeded making Vietnam a French colony. Now what happens here? Um depending on what area, it’s in the same article too. Uh in Encyclopedia Bratannica, this isn’t even wiki. This is Encyclopedia Branica. Um they give varying dates as to when Vietnam actually becomes a French colony. It’s 1883, 1884, or 1887. Take your pick. It’s somewhere in the uh 1880s uh is when they make Vietnam a French colony. Um and as colonials often do, colonial powers often do, they didn’t treat
Vietnam very well. Um they took their mineral wealth for themselves and used their cheap labor, and it was absolutely criminal the way they did it. Um, so I I want you to see here one big example of this is that prior to French colonialism, Vietnam was mostly literate. And if I remember right, I didn’t put it in the paper, but uh something like only 15% of uh of Vietnam was illiterate. So you’re talking about 85% was literate. They had an 85% literacy rate in in 1939. That flips to about 80% illiteracy. Yep. Um I want to uh I want
to read this quote because this is kind of important. Um two other aspects of French colonial policy are significant when considering the attitude of the Vietnamese people, especially their educative minority towards the colonial regime. One was the absence of any kind of civil liberties for the native population. The other was the exclusion of the Vietnamese from the modern sector of the economy, especially industry and trade in their own country. They’re locked out of their economy. Uh especially industry and
trade. Not only were rubber plantations mined and industrial enterprises in poor hands, French where the business was substantial and Chinese at the lower levels, but all other business was as well from local trade to the great export and import house. Social consequence of this policy was that aside from the landlords, no property owning indigenous middle class developed in colonial Vietnam. Thus, listen to this here. Capitalism appeared to the Vietn Vietnamese to be part of foreign rule. And this view together with the lack of
any Vietnamese participation in government profoundly influenced the nature and orientation of the national resistance movements. And that’s straight from Encyclopedia Bratannica. If you ever want a good long read, dig into the Encyclopedia Botanica entry on Vietnam. Holy cow, that’s a long entry. They are not playing games here. They’re very academic with it. I could only quote just a little bit. Okay, so this right here, thus capitalism appeared to the Vietnamese to be part of foreign rule and keep that in mind. So Vietnam,
Vietnam rebelled against France from 45 to 54 and they won. The Geneva Accords split them into a communist North and an anti-communist southern republic. We entered the picture as the United States. Um, until 1960, we’d only supported Saigon in the south with financing, military equipment, 700 military advisers, started bombing the North in 65 and sent troops. In 73, we left. Now, the North Vietnamese took over the presidential palace in Saigon, South Vietnam on April 30th, 1975. This is the date they
considered the reunification of Vietnam. So Vietnam tried to ally herself with Laos and Cambodia after that. They wanted to uh bring the other three countries that formed the former French Indochina. Yeah, that was bad. Um that made the relationship with us worse. And then China had their own relationships with those countries and it didn’t help them. So China wasn’t happy. Let me back up. The Camir Rouge in Cambodia didn’t like it. They had a bunch of fights and then Vietnam invaded them in 78 and ended up having a kind of a
puppet government in Cambodia. So, China wasn’t happy and then invaded Vietnam to punish them. Remember that as well because this make reminds them of what happened earlier uh in their history, you know, couple thousand years ago. So at this point, the only friendship Vietnam had was with the Soviets and essentially the Soviet block over there in Eastern Europe. So Vietnam withdraws from Cambodia in ’89, tries to repair stuff, had some good results. Um, all the embargos are lifted by the early 1990s. Now listen to this. Now that
Vietnam had peace and stability in the region, she could work on her economy. Does that sound familiar? That sounds an awful lot like security and stability that we’ve been talking about from day one, right? So, uh, there’s an assession to the WTO, the World Trade Organization, January 2007. So, let’s go over these points real quick. I think this is important. Vietnam had a history of technical. You tell me when to turn to pages. Uh, we’re still on the first page. Okay. I’m sorry. Go to page uh let me
see. So this is the dates. These are the pages or the dates that Jeff was giving you family. There they are right there. I’m stopping it in case you’re taking pictures or however you’re downloading this. Then uh he talked to you about China wasn’t happy. They invaded Vietnam. This is the information. Now we’re going to page three. Then the report is the the V a Vietnamese uh oh excuse me. This is the continual report. Go for it, brother. Yeah. Thank you. I’m just going like a bull in the china shop. All right. No, it’s okay. Keep
keep Yeah. Keep keep the pace going because we got a lot. Go ahead. Yes, sir. Okay. So, these four points, you’re going to see these again, and I’m going to expand upon them. I’m going to expound on these. Um, so I’m going to slow down a little bit. So, Vietnam had a history of technical innovation for centuries. It was squashed by the French for a period of many decades. Because of that, capitalism represents foreign rule. They also have a history with China going back over 5,000 years, and China bullied them for a big block of
that. This includes some very recent bullying by China, and the Vietnamese have memories that rival China’s in this regard. The two countries really don’t like each other. The United States fought in Vietnam, but it seems that it was a small enough part of their history, very small compared to their history with China, uh, what, 10, 20 years compared with 5,000 years, that they’re willing to overlook that to improve their economy, even at the risk of alienating China, right? Think about the implications of that. China is their
neighbor. But Vietnam is saying, you know what, we have more uh benefits dealing with the United States than with China. And China has always been a bully to us. So, you know what? No, we’re tired of being beating up. Let’s go. Okay. So, Vietnam is a communist country with some capitalistic functions. They do, however, uh have a separation of powers divided into four leaders and multiple governmental sections. Um, and I’m going to summarize this. Uh, they have a single party. Politics of Vietnam has a single party, but it’s an
authoritarian system. Uh, it’s a communist party in Vietnam. Um, they uh they have a president, they have prime minister. Um, and both of those off offices are different from the general secretary. The general secretary ends up being essentially your de facto leader. Um, now I got this one here wrong. I got the names wrong on those uh those offices because I basically was going for wiki on this. I went back and fixed it. Okay. The general secretary of the communist party is Nong Duk. State president is Ingen
Mint. The prime minister is Yingan Tan Dong. and the national assembly chairman is Inan Fu Trong. Okay, so those names I have up there are wrong. Um and that will be covered when I um when I put this article up to be downloaded. Okay, so they’re a communist country, but they have shifted from centrally planned to a mixed economy. All right, so they are they’re an open marketbased economy. Uh but they’re using some direction from the political structure. It’s a lot like China. Uh and I would hate to say fascist because
fascism and communism kind of at odds, but it’s very much that it’s much more of a state controlled economy using um uh a state planned economy uh using open market to generate the pricing. So they have price discovery, but they still have price controls. So I hope that makes sense. Um, so they’re communist, but they have a bit more leeway than a typical communist totalitarian regime. Okay. Uh, next page. Okay. Um, we are almost Okay, here we go. Um okay yeah so the economy of Vietnam is 33rd largest economy in the world by
nominal gross domestic product and 26th largest by purchasing power parody um lower in lower to middle inome country low cost of living um them they’re member of these different organizations here um and specifically world trade organization um and already discussed how they shifted from the planned economy to the mixed economy. They used to be reliant on US aid. Uh not so much anymore. Um let’s come down to Oh yeah. Yeah. Here we go. Uh this scroll down just a little bit where it says uh according to the forecast forecast by
Price Barhouse Coopers in February 2017, Vietnam may be the fastest growing of the world’s economies with a potential annual gross domestic product growth rate of about 5.1%. We are and we saw articles that were showing it even higher. We’re seeing it be like seven 8%. It’s ridiculous. Um, but this would make its economy the 10th largest in the world by 2050. Now, keep 2050 in mind. They’re actually I’m going to jump just a second. They’re they’re intending to have 50,000 engineers by 2050, right? And that isn’t
here. That’s that’s a little bit later. So, to say the Vietnamese economy is complex, yeah, we’re we’re kind of sandbagging there. Uh, it’s it is scooting up really big. Um, okay. Their population is 101 million and change. Um, and that growth that that’s growing pretty good, too. They have a trade surplus with the United States of almost 25 billion. It’s 24.77. Um, see, look, in 2024, Vietnam’s GDP grew by 7.09%. So, they’re growing quick. going really quick. So that trade surplus goes a long way to explain why
Donald Trump set their tariff the way he did. He gave them he he set up a huge tariff on them to get them to the table to bargain now that trade surplus and their exchange rate and we’ll get to that in a bit. Okay, next page. Okay. So, page five, please remember those four points we highlighted these ones here. So, Vietnam had a history of technical innovation for centuries. It was squashed by the French for a period of many decades. Because of that, capitalism represents foreign rule. They also have a history with China going
back over 5,000 years. China bullied them for a big block of that. And this includes some very recent bullying by China. And the Vietnamese have memories that rival China’s in this regard. The two countries really don’t like each other. The United States fought Vietnam, but it seems that it was a small enough part of their history, very small compared to their history with China, that they’re willing to overlook that to improve their economy even at the risk of alienating China. So, let’s look at
uh some articles uh take that old history, show how it’s happening now and why it’s a part of Vietnamese resurgence. Okay, articles. Okay, so number one, so Vietnam had a history of technical innovation for centuries. been squashed by the French for a period of many decades. Start with why the French and the Chinese would want to colonize Vietnam. Natural resources and human resources. You can scroll down just just a bit. Um this will also show part why their economy has a chance to really take off
once they truly take advantage of these resources. Okay. Uh page six. Okay. Um, Vietnam discovers 12 mines containing over 12 over uh 10 tons of gold. Woohoo. You talked about this earlier. I sure did. Right. So, look at this. Scroll down just a little bit. What what I put in red? I I I took a page out of your notebook, sir. Can I put this? No worries. Um, yeah. Scroll down a bit. There you go. Vietnamese authorities have identified around 500 gold uh gold bearing locations nationwide. That’s crazy. Sites have undergone detailed
surveys revealing an estimated total of 300 tons of gold reserves. 300 tons of gold reserves. That’s crazy. All right. I added another uh article to that that kind of corroborates that, but it says um another mineral survey project initiated in 2017 led to the recent discovery of 40 gold mines with total estimated reserves of nearly 30 tons. And I have that link for you. It’s actually an active link, so you can click on Unbelievable. Is that not nuts? Yeah. So, one of the things one of the things
I talked with uh with Toy about he he was the original person that was teaching me about this stuff. Um Okay. Yeah. They’ve got all that stuff sitting in the ground. They still have to extract it, but they have it. Yes. Just like Just like I read a little bit to get out. Yes. Yes. Okay. Just for a pause. Just for a pause. Does Does China Vietnam look a lot like Iraq? Iran mirror images of each other when you look at it now when you look at the the reform because they are going to go through a monetary
reform. They’re talking to President Trump about their exchange rate for crying out loud. But every reform, every reinstatement, every revaluation uh of a different currency of a different country is different. Each one of them is unique. You very unique like an individual’s fingerprint. The the monetary the Kuwait went through what’s called an RV. Iraq is going through what’s called an RARI. Vietnam is going through something called in freaking insane. I mean I this is amazing. That’s why I call it the next Dubai. I’m sorry. Go
ahead, sir. Yeah. Well, you’re absolutely right. I mean, the exchange rate has been vacasillating. Yeah, I’m using $64 word, but it’s been going back and forth between somewhere around 24,000 to like we’ve seen it as high as 30,000 to one to the dollar. In other words, with $1, you can get between 24,000 and 30,000 Vietnamese dollars. How crazy is that? How crazy is that? So, when you look at the ROI on that, you know, if we just go with a dong to a penny, the ROI would be in the the return on investment would be insane.
Um, and I’ll I’ll get to what I’m thinking on exchange rates a little bit later because it’s a whole range of them. There’s a whole bunch of quotes on that. Um, and I’m not going to give a huge credence to any one, but it’s all over the place. People are predict just I mean just like they do with the dinar, but that’s enough. Anyway, okay. So, page seven. Page seven. What are the major natural resources of Vietnam? Okay, I’m just going to go with what’s in red here. Um, Vietnam has an abundant wealth of natural resources, including
coal, boite, I don’t know, don’t even know if I’m pronouncing that right, but oil and gas deposits, copper, hydro power, and timber. Now, their uh main mineral exports are coal and petroleum. Um, but that’s what you’re looking at. That is what you’re looking at. Um, now coal. In 2009, the US Geological Survey estimated coal production in Vietnam at 43 43 bill715 million tons. And look at what’s in red. Yeah. Scroll down just a little bit so we can see all of what’s in coal. coal currently. Yeah, currently the country
is home to the world’s largest coal power plant after China and India. So it’s the third largest coal power plant after China and India. So they they really use their coal and they they’ve been using it heavy heavy. Okay. boxite. Third largest reserves of boxite ore in the world according to the US Geological Survey are in Vietnam. So the Vietnam central highland has a majority of the reserves. The primary use of boxite is in the production of aluminum or as our British friends would say aluminium. Um they estimate their
reserves as 5.4 billion tons. Despite that amount, there’s an annual production of only 30,000 tons. So, they’re barely squeaking any out of there compared to what they have. Uh they approved a boxite draft mining plan in 2007. They planned six projects to cover an area of 695 square miles to mine this stuff. They expect that two of these projects will produce about 600,000 tons per year. That plan will cost the country about 15.6 billion, but the ROI on that pretty pretty dang good. Okay. Uh, oil and
gas. Vietnam is one of the three leading producers of oil in Southeast Asia. So, um, let me see. I’m I’m looking at the screen. I’m looking at my paper, dude. Um, okay. So they produced 7.3% more crude oil in 2016 than in 2015. About 366.81 billion cubic feet of natural gas. These amounts generated revenue of 22 billion. All right. They they exported 7.59 million tons of crude oil. Now they’re not that’s not barrels. That’s tons. So that’s a lot of crude oil. um this uh this oil and gas contributes up to
25% of Vietnam’s state budget. Now, my assumption is that once their um once their finances industry and once their uh tech industry really really get going, they’re going to leave that way behind. That’s just my opinion. My opinion is I’m wearing a t-shirt that uh that has a uh a a Moroccan cross on it and I don’t subscribe to to Morocco, but hey, you know, that’s just my opinion. I need to quit using that joke. Okay, so tax on a rise on natural resources in Vietnam. Um, some of the products to receive a
tax raise included iron from 12% to 15%, gold from 15 to 20%, and bronze from 13 to 18%. These aren’t big deals, but understand that they are taxing some of their production. Okay, so page nine. Page nine. I want you guys to pay attention to this right here on page nine. That’s page eight. Let’s go to page nine. And I didn’t warn you. My bad. Okay. Look at the labor force. Look at the labor force. This is one of their uh this is one of their big values is their labor force. 52.9 million people in quarter 1,
2025. Um so their labor force seems to be increasing. That’s age 15 and above. Um, scroll down just a little bit. I want to see this other section in red here because this is this is quite important right here. Okay, see that? Um, Vietnam continues to benefit from its golden demographic structure with some 500,000 people joining the labor force every year. So their labor force is increasing by a substantial amount. Now look at this in big print. Meanwhile, the percentage of trained workers continued rising with 28.8% of
the workforce holding diplomas and certificates in the period, up by 0.2 percentage point from previous quarter and 1 percentage point from the same period last year. So it’s growing. It’s growing substantially. This um Okay, this right here plays into the very next article. You guys ready? Let’s go to page 11. Got it. Age 11. There we go. Okay. What do you see about the literacy rate, Frank? Say again. What do you say? What do you see about that literacy rate, sir? Uh, the literacy rate among the Vietnamese
population stands at at an impressive 94.5, surpassing the global average of 83.5. And when you stop and think about it, uh, Jeff, the Asian theater eats a lot of fish. I mean, an extraordinarily amount of fish. the the human brain uh is composed of a lot of the components that fish oil gives you. In fact, fish oil is highly recommended uh for people that have Alzheimer’s uh you know, forgetful issues. And the Asian theater eats so much fish that I sincerely believe that their cerebial capability has increased over the the
rest of the rest of the population on this planet. And and I and I’m not being, you know, prejuditial. I’m not trying to just say segregated, you know, people do better than others. No, this is a fact of life. In fact, let me ask you, Jeff, what was the first meal that God had on this earth? That Jesus had on this earth. Boy, that’s a bit of trivia. I don’t But I do remember the fishes in the lo. Very good. And what did he have on the beach when they told the apostles, “Come sit with me. Let us
Yeah, you’re right. You’re right. Jesus was constantly telling you about fish for a very good reason. The continue and and and to answer your question, the reason why Vietnam is exploding is because of the brain power. If you got a bunch of people that have very little cereial capability, that nation, that people, their morals, their society, everything about them will falter. It will fail. That’s what you call third world countries. Go ahead, sir. Yeah. Yeah. I agree. I agree. And there’s I mean like here we are
overloaded with omega sixes and the if you eat a bunch of fish that improves that balance so you get those omega-3s in there. Um and it balances that out. So not just brain health although that is incredibly important but overall body health in general. We need those omega-3s and we get very little of them in our uh they call it the SAD, the standard American diet. Yeah, we don’t get a lot of that. We don’t get a lot of that with all the seed oils and all that. Okay, I’m getting off off track. Um, okay,
scroll down to the bottom of that page. Okay, percentage of trained workers holding degrees or certificates remain steady at 26.4. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, bottom of that page. Look at that. Look at that literacy rate compared to ours for comparison. While Vietnam boasts a 94.5 literacy rate, the USA is at 79% as of 2024. We got the best school system in the world. Shut up. Take a look at this people. Read it and we get so with that. We got great school. Uh if you paid attention recently, our schools
are great for vaping and drugs. Um, and we’ve got a bunch of uh um we’ve got drag queen study hour at the library. All of this stuff. Vietnam cooking our books at 94.5 and we’re at 79%. Hello. What’s the problem here? Anyway, let me get off my soap box. Okay, so page 12. because of that capitalism represents foreign rule. Okay. So, I’m going to pull up here uh as you see it here. This is Hey. Hey, Jeff. Yeah. You just completed No. Oh, no. No. No. You’ve only been 30 minutes. I was going to say
you just completed an hour. You need to step on the gas, but no, it was only for 30 minutes. I I remember. I forgot. I told Go ahead. You’re on page 12, dude. You only got 30 more pages to go. Oh my gosh, dude. Slogging through this. I should have made a shorter paper. Okay, so um because of that, capitalism represents foreign rule. And where are they sitting right now? This is their website from the Vietnam embassy. Vietnam is a Okay, scroll up just a little bit. I want you to see what’s in red here.
Vietnam is a socialist country under the leadership of the Vietnam Communist Party. I’m sorry. Scroll down. My bad. My I I used the wrong lingo there. Um we need to get down to the uh middle of page 12. There we go. See that? Vietnam is a socialist country under the leadership of the Vietnam Communist Party. Um, and I’m not going to spend a whole lot of time on this because that says all you need to hear, but here is where I pulled the names of the uh the officers, the various officers from because Wikipedia had it way bad wrong.
Um, and it’s important to note we think of say the chairman of the National Assembly or the prime minister or the president as being the leader of the country. Okay. Yeah. in name. But who’s the power behind the throne? Secretary General. That is your power. That is who really runs the country. And they say, “Okay, I want you to make these rules.” If you don’t make those rules, it’s likely, and I may be speaking out of class here, but this is a totalitarian state. They have the death penalty for a
bunch of stuff. If you’re not paying attention to the secretary general, you may or may not get a death penalty. But for sure, you won’t hold your job. And even more for sure, um you’re probably going to be holding down something in a penal colony somewhere because you disobeyed the secretary general. That’s just how totalitarianism works, folks. That’s how they do it. Okay, so let’s go. That is primarily for you guys to be able to look up and and understand something. Let’s go to page 15. Let’s go to page 15 here.
Okay. the National Innovation Center, the NIC, to soon form nine prioritized technology industries. Okay, so we know that Vietnam has loosened up from full-blown communists to a mixed economy. They still don’t want to have any foreign control, but they allow foreign country or companies to help develop their economy, which is actually a wise stance. Um, they want to have control there. They want to manage it, but they’re allowing foreign brain trusts to come in and actually put input into their
system. So, they set up ways to facilitate this as well as to develop their own capability. Now, check this out. Since its establishment in October 2019, National Innovation Center NIC has become the core of the country’s innovation ecosystem and a bridge between the state enterprises, training institutes, research centers. Uh, go ahead and scroll just Oh, it’s there we go. Okay. Um, scroll just a little bit so we can see all of that. It’s in red. um more has become the core of the country’s innovation ecosystem and a
bridge between the state enterprises training there you go training institutes research centers financial institutions and incubation support units to lead build and develop Vietnam’s innovation to administer planning and investment and she uh key okay now remember early in their history when they first hooked up with China um China had lent them a whole bunch of technology a couple thousand years ago. In fact, we’ll call it about 3,000 years ago really. Um, so this is kind of a back to the future for them. They spent
all that time um in a technology wasteland essentially because the French really jointed them over. The French really really trashed Vietnam and now they’re getting back on their feet with the technology with the brain trust. Okay. Um since it establishment in October 2019 the national innovation center become the core of the country’s innovation ecosystem and a bridge between the state enterprises training institutes research centers financial institutions and incubation support unit to lead build and develop Vietnam’s
innovation. Um, and a little bit more. The NIC has benefited hundreds of enterprises, especially in supporting digital transformation. Okay. Now, scroll just a bit more. I want to see the bottom of the page. Right there. Okay. The screen’s a little bit behind what you said. There you go. There you go. There you go. There you go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Perfect. Okay. The center is striving to become a modern center that meets international standards, connects with international and domestic units, and contributes to
turning Vietnam into an innovation destination in the region and the world. That is really uh that they’re really shooting high on that. What do you think about that? Okay. Um, page 16. Am I still there? Am I muted? Did he call me? Yeah. I’m sorry. Hold on. I was on the phone. Hang in there. Okay. Scroll. Correct. Okay. Yeah. I’m so sorry. Forgive me. Yeah. Oh, I messed this. Oh, no. That’s all good. Tell me where to go. What page? 16. Okay, let’s go to 16. Roger. It’s there. Okay, good. Hey, Jeff. I’m sorry. I just
got a phone call. You’re not going to believe this. Mhm. What’s that? Sudani is setting the budget tables right now as we speak. Are you serious? Yeah, but I can’t get into it too much. Keep talking. Go ahead. Go ahead. The floor is yours. Keep keep going. I I’m in the other room. Hold. Yes, sir. Oh, okay. Okay. Let’s go to page 16. Oh, there you go. There you go. Okay. Um, an urgent task for the NIC in the coming time is to form the nine prioritized technology industries, including smart manufacturing, smart cities, digital
communications, cyber security, environment, healthcare, semiconductors, and hydrogen. Now, I’m not wild about smart cities because there’s a lot that can go wrong there. Um, but look at the technology they’re bringing online. Look at the technology they’re bringing online here. That is huge. Now, scroll down just a little bit more. There’s one more red uh red highlight I want you guys to see. And I mentioned this a little bit earlier. Is that it, Jeff? Yeah. Yeah, that’s it. That’s it. Okay. Vietnam targeted to have at least 50,000
trained semiconductor engineers by 2050. That’s pretty ambitious, but look at what they’re planning. Look at what they’re planning. That’s a big deal. 50,000 trained semiconductor engineers. That is not out of reach for them. And when you talk about they’ve got what was it close it was just under 30% um of their population has some sort of diploma or degree. Yeah, that’s definitely reachable in in a in a country that has over a 100 million people. Definitely. Okay. Age 17. Coming 17. I’m trying to do two things at once
here. I’m doing your I’m sorry. Yeah, because this is this is off the hook. Sudani just announced this on TV. Eddie Eddie says he says, “Mr. Frank, oh my goodness, this is great.” Camel juice. Camel juice. Oh my goodness. Okay, that’s crazy. Go on, man. and the flu. You keep talking. Keep talking. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, we have the uh National Innovation Center that we just covered. Now, look at this. An international financial center. An international financial center. All right. So, this is a an
assessment. Uh they’re essentially seeing, okay, can we afford to do this or what? But it looks like they’re really close to doing it. Look at this. Um they’re they’re looking at the clear analysis of the impact of establishing an international financial center including relevant international exchanges that could be applied to Vietnam’s contact. Okay, so they’re establishing this international financial center. Check this. Let’s scroll just a little bit further. Okay. So they drafted a resolution on
the IFC in Vietnam with specific and exceptional mechanisms and policy. It aims to improve the legal framework for the development of IFC. Um the center is to be located in Ho Chi Min City and Dang. So there’s essentially two of them with the ambition of becoming a leading international financial hub operating accord to advanced global standards in connecting the major financial markets and centers around the world. This will have uh this will enhance Vietnam’s position in the global financial network. Now scroll down just a bit. I
want to see the bottom of the page. Okay. So it says at the same time the IFC is intended to promote sustainable finance, encourage development of green financial products, contribute to sustainable socioeconomic development. But check this out. It will also facilitate the linkage of domestic and international exchanges. Are you catching this? attract capital and financial technology to Vietnam and draw in and develop a high quality workforce and domestic and international experts in finance and support services to work
at the IFC. That is huge. That’s what they’re planning. That is what they’re planning right there. This IFC is intended to be a hub for international finance. Okay. the the rest of that article I’m going to leave for you to read when you pull the uh pull the PDF down from the from the site. So, let’s go to page 20. Let’s go to page 20. Got it. All right. Thank you. Okay. You want nukes? You got nukes. nuclear energy development to facilitate green transition. Now, this is a conference. This is a conference, but
they’re going to do it. This is what they’re planning. Nuclear energy development to facilitate green transition. Developing nuclear energy will contribute to diversifying energy sources, strengthening energy security, and providing a stable electricity base for digital and green transition. Heard a conference in Hanoi in a on April 18th. The conference aimed to contribute opinions for a draft project to make theoretical and practical research serving the building of a resolution on promoting the peaceful use of nuclear
power for national development in the new era. Yeah. Scroll down just a little bit so they can see that. That’s just below that Friday, April 18th blurb. Got it. Okay. So, you guys see that? This is what they’re planning. This is what they’re planning. All right. Now, I don’t have a whole lot in red. Um, but there’s Let’s go down to the bottom of the page. And I have some in green with a little bit of red here. I’m using the green to support the red. The proposal aims to establish nuclear energy as a
strategic industry contributing to sustainable develop development and national security supported by a robust legal framework. international standard and strengthened global cooperation. So, they’re wanting to be international even with this. They’re wanting to make sure they’ve got their uh their eyes dotted and their tees crossed, all their ducks in a row and every other cliche you can think of, but they want to be part of the global community and um as part of that they want to be part of the global
economy and putting uh nuclear power together is part of that. Um page 21, participants discussed key aspects such as decentralization of investment approval for nuclear power plant projects, long-term planning through to 2050. You see how that number keeps coming up? Workforce development, incentive mechanisms for nuclear professionals, and policies to attract students into nuclear energy fields. Addressing the event, Deputy Prime Minister Ingen Kum emphasized that developing atomic energy, including
nuclear power, is essential to achieving doubledigit economic growth. Doubledigit economic growth. Can I say that again for the people of you in the in in the back of the church? Double digit economic growth. Amen. Supporting Vietnam’s green and digital transitions. Double digit economic growth is what they’re planning, sir. I’m trying not to shout, but dad gum, man. But we’re looking at single digits and 7% is high. Don’t get me wrong. 7 8% that’s high. But double digit, so we’re talking 10 plus
percent. Come on. That’s that’s crazy. Yeah, that is crazy. Okay, page 22. Got it. Okay. Vietnam’s Daang plans Dubai like floating city with artificial islands. Can I say it, Jeff? This is fantastic. Hey Jeff, can I say it? Sir, can I say it? Say it. Say it. Dang. Okay. So, I don’t know how many of you familiar with Dubai and how they’ve done these artificial islands, but they basically put a bunch of sand and uh and boulders and stuff in the water and created islands for residential districts and for business districts.
And uh they’re bringing in a lot of money with that, but they spent a ton of money to build these things. It takes a ton of money to do this. This is this is like this is dredging the seafloor. This is dredging all along the beaches and everything uh to put artificial island. Thank god that’s a lot of money. That is a lot of development that put into that. So in this whole article this whole article is red. I sound like Frank. Look at this. This whole article’s read. So, uh, Inan Venuang, secretary of the
Dang party committee on April 25th said the proposed urban development would extend the city’s coastline by 48 kilometers, transform transforming the area into a world-class financial, commercial, and service hub. The urban design might resemble the famous marine urban development seen in Dubai. Quite think emphasizing a project potential to signific significantly boost the Nag’s economy and position it prominently on the global stage. You couldn’t do that for 1310. Wait hold speak. The initiative which has gained
strong support from general party secretary Toll Lamb and the Vietnamese government aims to make Daang the country’s first sea city with artificial islands serving as its centerpiece. Alongside this landmark project, National Assembly is expected to discuss a resolution to establish international financial centers in both Ho Chi Min City and Daang. We already read about that. According to Quang, Dang’s favor favorable locations, attractive living environment, strong security, and its potential to attract
global investors, including international billionaires. Hello. Make it particularly suited for such a development. That’s like the palm. Stop right there. That’s like the palm uh island in Dubai. Yeah. Yeah. How crazy is that? And they’re talking about this. And what’s their exchange rate? Like 24 25,000. Not not not for long. When Donald Trump is done with the Middle East, watch watch where he goes. He’ll go in the other direction. Heck yeah. Heck yeah. Okay, so um the city’s also exploring. Man, I love that.
They’re attracting international billionaires. Hello DJ. And Donald Trump is is telling billionaires and millionaires. Would you like to be an American citizen for $5 million? Right. Right. BP not at 25,517 to1. Nice. Nice. Okay. So, the city is also exploring the establishment of a free trade zone. Hello. Intended to complement the financial center model, officials believe this free trade zone could help draw substantial investment, foster sustainable economic growth, generate employment, and attract a
highly skilled international workforce. What is it that the tariffs are doing? What is that that the tariffs are doing? They’re saying, “Hey, knock out this tariff crap. Let’s just have let let’s let’s let’s establish a parody here. Let’s let’s let’s trade like brethren here as opposed to oh well, you know, I got to protect my economy. Guys, listen. You have a chance to do some real business here and make a pantload of money. Chad, you can really do some stuff here. Okay, I still getting off it. All right.
Um, do do you have what are your thoughts on that, Frank? Well, there’s a lot of there’s a lot of thoughts or things that you mentioned. Just pinpoint what do you mean as far as what they’re going to be doing with with the Daang and the investors and the the global I mean the whole basic it it’s just a the investors and the global interconnection. I felt that it was good timing uh for you to do this because this is you can just replace Vietnam with Iraq. Now granted, I did tell you though these are different b these are every
monetary reform is different for every country but what you’re seeing right now is the evidence of what we’re seeing with Iraq. Iraq is about to make an announcement with their exchange rate in my opinion and and we see that Vietnam has the same potential to do the same thing. Now what is the stimulus for them to do it? Because for decades they have never raised their value. They have done what China told them. What is the stimulus for them to do it? To do business with the United States of America with Donald Trump. Everybody
wants that. even China, everybody. There’s only one that doesn’t, and that is Iran. But Donald Trump is no longer listening to Iran’s words. Donald Trump is preparing for Iran’s words. Continue, sir. Go to the next page. I agree. And and yes, sir. Yes, sir. Page 24. And to piggyback on that point, I would put I would put a lot of money on the Iranian people are not thinking the same as the Iranian hierarchy. No, the Iranian people are way different from that that Iranian hierarchy. And we saw that from
back when the Shaw was there, Jeff, the Iranian people are on vacation right now. Nobody’s home for a good reason. Go ahead. You’re on page 24. Yes sir. Age 24 LG looks to form integrated manufacturing complex in northern Vietnam. Okay. So I want to step back just a minute and show how these foreign companies are coming in. The foreign companies that we’ve been talking about here uh to make use of the Vietnamese natural and human resources. And this is important. The Vietnamese ability to innovate and grow. That’s baked into
their culture, sir. Okay, so let’s scroll down just a hair. Um, South Korea’s conglomerate LG will form a closed loop manufacturing complex in Vietnam’s northern port city of Hyong if the Kaibol sees Vietnam as a global hub. Wow. Let that sink in for just a minute. Yeah, there’s a bunch of important stuff in this article. Um, I’m not going to spend a huge amount of time on it because it it kind of speaks for itself. Once you’re able to download that PDF, you’ll see all this stuff, right? Um, LG
um, they and they are a conglomerate. I mean, they make they’re they’re kind of like General Electric for South Korea in my opinion. They um they make TVs, they make stereo equipment, they make washers and dryers, they make uh refrigerators, dishwashers. I mean, they make so much stuff. LG makes a bunch of stuff and they’re huge. They’re just like General Electric but for South Korea. And they’re going in. Think of think if General Electric was going in to to make this manufacturing complex in Vietnam.
That’s almost exactly what you’re looking at here in my opinion. So, um, let me see. Uh, did you do Okay, it doesn’t say that. Okay. Uh, go to the bottom of that page. Got it. says, “In response to L in response to LG’s concerns over the global minimum tax and power supply, Shin stated that Vietnam is drafting a decree to establish and utilize an investment support fund aiming to enhance the competitiveness of the country’s investment environment. So, what they’re doing is they’re subsidizing LG to come in.” Yep.
Essentially, they’re subsidizing them to come in. Okay. Go to 25. Take a look at this, bud. Hold on a second. Got it. 25, baby. Hey, Chan. Yes, sir. Take a look at that. Got it. There you go. 25 LG. Yes, sir. LG has invested 8.02 billion in Vietnam with 5 billion dispersed today. That’s five billion dollars, American dollars dispersed to date. All three of its plants, LG Display, LG Inotech, and LG Electronics are located in Hyong City. They generated combined revenues of 13.97 billion in 2023. Come on.
I know. I know. Come on. That is in I know. Page 26. My favorite page. Yes, sir. Nice. Nice. Well, in honor of Brother Frank, Samsung to invest in artificial intelligence and semiconductors in Vietnam. Uh, South Korean electronics giant Samsung is set to expand in new areas in Vietnam such as AI, semiconductors, and digital transformation. Scroll down just a little bit. So far, Samsung has invest 23.2 2 billion in Vietnam and exported 54.4 billion worth of products last year. This is not pocket change. This is
not subtle. This is a big deal. Look at that. That’s a big deal. Okay. Uh page 27. And that’s just one. That’s Samsung. going to be multiply it by so many hundreds just like Iraq same thing 27 Vietnam right yes sir okay this is point number three they also have a history Vietnam also has a history with China going back over 5,000 years and China bullied them for a big block of that this includes some very recent bullying by China and the Vietnamese have memories that rival China’s in this regard the two countries
really don’t like each like each other. Okay, this story is from back in January of 2016, but it’s important because it shows what China has been doing to Vietnam very, very recently. This is nine years ago. This is nine years ago. And China’s still doing this crap. Take a look at this. Longtime rivals look at complex Vietnam China ties. divide opinions within Vietnam’s Communist Party on how to relate to giant neighbor. Uh, scroll down just a little bit or scroll just a little bit. Let’s get a little bit further in. Um, divide
opinions within Vietnam’s Communist Party on how to relate to giant neighbor and one-time ally China are among key factors at play in the main day Congress to choose new leadership. Okay. So, if you scroll to the bottom of that page, um they’ve understated this uh complex relationship because it’s been more than 5,000 years. But Vietnam and China have a complex relationship going back more than 2,000 years, including several periods of Chinese imperial occupation that were ended by Vietnamese uprisings.
Despite its early support for the Vietnamese Communist Party, China invaded in 1979 in retaliation for Hanoi’s overthrow. the Camar Rouge in Cambodia. Diplomatic ties were restored in 1991, but tensions have risen in recent years due to competing claims to islands and reefs in the South China Sea. And yeah, yeah, China goes nuts over the South China Sea. For sure. For sure. Um, let’s go to page 28. Hold on, Jeff, before you go to 28. uh our our transcriber Shang Doodle. I forgot bless her heart. I forgot to get a hold of
her. Shang Doodle, obviously the beginning part and the end part when I talk. I think that would be your transcribing. All of this that Jeff is doing, we’re going to just, you know, send it to uh to Claire and she’ll have it. She’ll put it in premium and she’ll put it in Club 26. Um, and on top of it, Jeeoff, you also have some extra stuff, don’t you? Yes, sir. I tell you what, the revision on this. Yeah. I tell you what, don’t do the extra. Just save it. And we will, we will include it when we put it in
premium and club 26 so that they can have something extra. They deserve it. So, uh, we’ll do it that way. and Shang Doodle. Don’t worry about any of the transcribing except for the beginning and the end because at the end I’m going to explain what WP is in reference to forex that has gotten out of hand on the internet. Uh continue. And by the way, Jeff Snow Whisper, she just posted and she says, “You’re doing a great job, Jeff. Thank you, brother. Thank you, brother. And I and I want to say to Snow
Whisperer, wh what am I chicken liver? What about this finger? I mean, it’s doing a great job. Look at that. Look at that. Look at that. Oh, look at Oh, boy. Look at that. Snow whispers. You’re on human being. Just going to say that. You’re on 28. Go for it. Okay. Um, let’s come down to where it says oil rig dispute on that page 28. Got it. Okay. Um, in May 2014, China parked a huge oil drilling uh platform off the Vietnamese coast in an area where the two countries exclusive economic zones overlap. Vietnam furiously denounced the
move and sent fishing boats and coast guard vessels to harass the rig and nearby Chinese vessels. Skirmishes led to collisions and the capsizing of at least one Vietnamese boat. While in Vietnam, anti-Chinese writing and the looting of Chinese and other foreignowned factories left at least four Chinese citizens dead. So, I mean, yeah, there’s some tragic stuff going on there for sure. Um, but it does point out they’re not happy with each other. And that’s 2014. That’s very recent history. That is very very recent
history. Um, let’s go to page 29 where it says competing claims. Got it. Okay. China withdrew the rig in July 2014, one month ahead of schedule, saying it had completed its mission. The confrontation is widely seen as part of the Chinese strategy to strengthen its footprint in the South China Sea. all all or part of which is also claimed by Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Brunai. The incident also focuses renewed attention on a perceived split between or within the uh Vietnamese Communist Party between pro
and anti-China factions. So, okay, right there, pro and anti-China facts, you have a very similar thing happening in Iraq where you have Iranian uhbacked politicians and politicians who can’t stand Iran. So, there’s something similar going on there, too. Um, and page 30. Hold on. I got to help this finger. It It’s so tired. Hold on. Click that. Thanks, Car. There you go. Page 30. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, tensions renewed is what we’re looking at. So, scroll just a little bit further to where it says tensions. In fact,
pretty much the bottom of the page. Copy. Got it. Go. Okay. Um, Vietnam protested to China in January over a test flight to a new airirstrip on one of Beijing’s man-made islands in the disputed Spratley Islands. Vietnam Foreign Ministry spokesman Lehi Bin demanded an end to such flight, saying they violate Vietnam sovereignty and hurt bilateral relations. Uh, China responded that the flights fall completely within China sovereignty. Imagine that. Days later, China conducted two more test flights.
Yeah. Yeah. Thumbing their nose at them. The South China Sea dispute looks only to grow more complex as China completes infrastructure on its newly created islands and boosts its maritime defense forces beyond anything its rival claimments can muster. Okay. So they put a uh a an oil drilling rig in Vietnam’s waters and said, “No, no, no, no. This is mine. Mine. Mine.” They took that back down. They were kind of testing the waters, so to speak. And then they put a freaking man-made island right up in there and
said, “Okay, do something about it.” This is a problem. China is really really bad with that with that South China Sea. They’re they’re trying to take sovereignty over the whole thing. And the problem is they’re getting everybody around and upset. This is not going to go well for them. So, okay. Um, page 31. You’re gonna be really uh encouraged with this, I think. Got it. Because I’m very encouraged by it. Point number four, the United States fought Vietnam, but it seems that it was a small enough part of their history,
very small compared to their history with China, that they’re willing to overlook that to improve their economy, even at the risk of alienating China. Look at this. Look at this. Vietnam Prime Minister Hail’s unique bond with US days after hosting China’s shei. Uh, scroll just a little bit. I want to catch all of that red right there. Vietnam’s Prime Minister Fam Min Shin said his nation has a unique bond with the US as his government engages in trade talks with the Trump administration to avoid a large tariff
on its product. Uh, yeah. Products. Mr. Shin who earlier this week warmly welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping to Hanoi said Vietnam’s relationship with the US is unlike ties with other countries according to a post on the government’s website on April 18th. What? Let’s go back to that. Vietnam’s relationship with the US is unlike ties with other countries. Bingo. They’re very seriously making a play for the United States and they don’t care who they get angry because that’s a very limited pie.
You cut that pie out. You you you cut that pie in half and say, “Okay, this half goes to the United States.” What’s that saying for the rest of the country? What? Like you said, what are we? top liver. So, they’re prioritizing the relationship with the United States because it isn’t like anybody else. That should tell us something big is coming. Number one. Number two, that should tell us something big is going to last a while. Jeff, that’s just my opinion. That relationship between the United States and Vietnam. Yeah, it is very
unique in in the Asian theater. China is jealous of it. Many many nations in the middle in the Asian theater are jealous uh of the of the way that um Vietnam and America are working together. And it’s it it is because of Donald Trump. It is because that Vietnam very plainly told Trump, “Hey, we want to talk to you about our exchange rate. We want to work with you. We don’t want to work with China. What’s China’s got? What what do they have to offer us? They’re stealing our our our waters. They put artificial
islands. They’re stealing our money. They’re stealing our future. No, I tell you what. Why don’t we do the same thing that America is doing with Sinski? Hey, Sinski, why don’t we do business together? Okay. Well, if we do business together, I bet you anything that Russia will back off. Yeah, maybe Vietnam. What? You want to do business with America? I sure do. I bet you China will back off. Yes, they will. Go ahead, Jeff. Just don’t show up to my Oval Office with your freaking long sleeve t-shirt
and cargo pants. Like, seriously, guys. Yeah. Anyway, um, okay. So, Vietnam was, to your point, Vietnam was among the first countries singled out by US President Donald Trump for showing a willingness to negotiate over tariffs following a phone call between the US leader and Communist Party chief to Lamb. Notice he’s not talking to the prime minister or the president. Look who’s he talking to? Communist Party Chief Tam. Okay. Um, scroll down to the bottom of the page and Mr. Chin, Vietnam, Mr. Chin said, has
largely address addressed US concerns by proactively reducing taxes and increasing imports of American goods and remains ready to engage in discussions and negotiations, the prime minister said, according to the government report. So, they’re ready to do business. as you said to your point sir they are ready to do business they want to improve their country’s station in life they’re wanting to improve of course I mean it not just their citizenry but the leadership there wants to improve their own pockets and
what better way to do that than to improve the entire country’s uh income that’s exactly what they’re looking It’s exactly what they’re looking at. Um, page 32. You know what, Jeff? I I just remembered personally, if Trump uh is selling uh wallets, uh I’ll buy one. If he’s selling gold coins, if he’s selling watches, uh I I’ll buy one. And the reason why is because uh I believe that everything he’s touching is going to turn to uh to gold. I forgot. Yeah, I forgot. Judy Horton, Judy Horton, a member of our forum here, just posted
something that I forgot. She said, “Do you remember Donald Trump just a few days after he became president? His company invested in Vietnam.” Uh, yes. So, yeah, I’m going to follow my president in almost everything that he does. Continue, sir. Yeah, you’re right. And that’s an article that will be uh included in this uh PDF on the site. I like it where it says actually I like where it says Vietnam is a model in turning former enemies into friends. Uh it was one time it was like three months ago. Uh I
looked at the camera and I said I have no enemies because I turned them into friends. I said those very words. That’s interesting. Continue, sir. Hey, this camera is shutting down. That is continue. We got electrical problems here. If we shut down, I apologize, but continue. Look. Okay. Okay. Um, yeah. So, look at that. The two nations relationship is special and carries that unique bond different from Vietnam’s relations with other countries. So, he’s doubling down on that. Mr. said according to the statement, “Vietnam is
a model in turning former enemies into friends, setting aside the past, overcoming differences, promoting similarities, and looking toward the future.” That is a big statement. And coming from a communist country, that’s a very Christian statement. I’m not saying that they’re Christian, but that is a very Christian statement. We should be aligning with that. We should big time be aligning with that. That is that is a huge statement for a communist country. Okay. Page 33. Page 33. Go for it. Yeah. Vietnam to buy US defense and
security products to tackle trade gap. Look at that. Vietnam will buy more American goods, including defense and security products, and has asked for a 45day delay in the imposition of US tariffs, and I believe that went through. Prime Minister Famin Chin said in a statement issued late on Monday. Hanoi will also seek faster deliveries of commercial planes of Vietnamese airlines ordered from the US, Shin said at a cabinet meeting late on Monday. I think that’s Boeing. I can’t remember the specific
article, but I want to say that’s Boeing. Um, okay, scroll down just a little bit further. Vietnam was seeking to negotiate with the US side for balance and sustainable trade in line with the interests of the two sides. Now, this is the big one. Yeah, that right there. That right there. In Monday’s statement, Chin said Vietnam would review issues such as its monetary policy, exchange rate, exchange exchange rate, non-tariff barriers, and and ensuring the correct origin of goods in line with the
concerns aired by Navaro. They’re saying the quiet part out loud. They promised Trump they promised him. Yeah. Look at that. The exchange rate is one of the things they’re reviewing. Now, okay, to be fair, anytime you are um engaging in negotiations over tariffs, the exchange rate is going to come up. We saw that with Japan. And if it’s if it’s happening with Japan, it’s happening with everybody. That’s part of the discussion. So anytime they talk tariffs with any country, and that means everybody.
They’re talking tariffs with every country on the globe, they’re going to be including exchange rates. What does that mean with Iraq? They’re talking about exchange rate. Duh. That’s a That is big. That is huge right there. If I’m not mistaken, Frank, brother, that’s the one that got your attention and started looking at me. Yeah. Am I mistaken? Yeah. Because they promised the same thing they told Trump. Now they’re telling the world. Yeah. 100%. 100%. Who percentile? Um, was that your interpretation of Latin?
Is that what you just did? That was my Germanic. Is it good? Is that what that was? Okay. Okay. I never I never took German language. Well, but I did study voice. Well, one of the uh one of the classes was how to pronounce the foreign languages. So that’s all I know is German. Well, for that you would say you would say va primita. Vundova. Go for it. Go. That’s right. I forgot you are a uh a German translator. Yeah, I do. I do speak it. Go ahead. Okay. US Secretary of the Treasury appointed head
negotiator head easier for me to say head negotiator for trade talks with Vietnam. As part of his ongoing working visits to the US, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duke Folk uh special envoy of general secretary Tolam on April 10th met with US Secretary of the Treasury Scott Basset who’s been appointed the head negotiator for trade talks with Vietnam. Okay. I think that my opinion, you don’t send if you’re talking with somebody who’s extremely important in your strategies, you don’t send the water boy. You send somebody
who can make some decisions. You send somebody who carries some weight in their own government. That’s my opinion. This is a signal right here. They’re not sending their water boys. They’re they’re not sending some lowlevel U pe. They’re sending the US Secretary of the Treasury to negotiate trade talks with Vietnam. That says a lot to me. That’s a big signal. That’s not a red flag. That’s a green flag. That’s my opinion. Um that next red line, Secretary Scott Bessen said Vietnam has taken positive measures to address the
issues concerned by the US saying that the US administration has appointed him as head of the negotiating delegation with Vietnam. So that’s that’s the last of that article. But I mean that says a bunch to me. Yeah. You know, I have been I’m not a finance I mean, I’ve studied finance, but I’m not a numbers guy, per se. I’m much more of an event person, and I’ve studied politics for a really long time. Um, thank I honestly from my dad. Uh, but I’ve been studying politics for a long time. That thing right there to me
is huge. Uh, okay. Page 35. Preparing for trade negotiations with the US. At a meeting between the standing board of the government and some ministers held on April 22nd, Prime Minister uh Fam Ming highlighted that Vietnam has adopted flexible and timely responses since the US administration announced reciprocal tariff policy saying that Vietnam’s responses have been positively appreciated by the US side. So, they’ve gotten a response from us and it’s a good one. Scroll down just a bit to the next red
uh red section. Vietnam has adop uh according to the prime minister, Vietnam has adopted flexible and timely responses since the US administration announced reciprocal tariff policy and the Vietnam’s responses have been positively appreciated by the US side. These responses include the phone conversation. This right here, phone conversation between General Secretary Tow and President Donald Trump. They had a direct conversation on the phone. This was not between intermediary intermediary. This was not the uh uh
this was this is not the Sent. This was Donald freaking Trump. Yeah, that’s his middle name. Freaky. Anyway, um these responses include the phone conversation between General Secretary Tam and President Donald Trump, dispatch of Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duke Folk as special envoy to general secretary of the US, appointment of minister of industry and tradeing Hong Dian as special envoy to prime minister to discuss the US side. So all these cats were in that same conversation. They’re all in that same
conversation. big old conference call. Donald Trump spoke directly not with the prime minister, not with the president, with the general secretary who is the guy there. That’s a big deal. It’s no longer I’m sending my emissary there. It’s no longer I got my my people will handle it. the my people discussion has gotten to the point where okay now it’s time that the big guys talk now the big guys are on the phone with each other go to the bottom of the page I feel like Russ here oh my goodness I’m living a dream okay the
government is the government has promagated a decree under which several tariff lines shall be reduced on imports from the US, resolves barriers in several projects concerned by the US side, and increased purchase of US good such as aircraft to balance bilateral trade. So, not only are they changing the exchange rate, but they’re buying stuff from us now. Finally, that’s finally they’re buying stuff from That’s big. That’s big because our relationship is now locked in. Yes, 100%. A page 36. 36. Go for it. Yes, sir.
Prime Minister Sam Min stressed that Vietnam will continue negotiation with the US to promote bilateral trade in a balanced, stable, sustainable, and effective manner for the benefits of each country and businesses and consumers of the two sides. Look at this in big print. Vietnam stands ready to negotiate at the request of the US, the PMA firm. So, hey, we’ve made some negotiations already. We’ve we’ve made some promises. We’re doing this, that, and the other thing. But whatever you got coming up,
let’s talk. Like, seriously, hey, we’re we’re at the ready. It’s like the we had uh when I was in uh in the Marine Corps, we had the base sergeant major come in and speak to our freaking platoon. The sergeant major for the base, Marine Corps Air Station, Kane Bay, came into our barracks and spoke to our platoon and he was talking about the commanding general for that Marine Corps Air Station. And he was talking about how uh the commanding general called him on the phone and the commanding general said,
“Hey, is this Sergeant Major?” And Sergeant Major said, “Standing at attention right now, sir. That’s what’s happening here. They’re standing at attention, ready to take our call to negotiate these requests. Operators are standing by much through this this association. You know, they’re taking our calls. How huge is that? Okay, let me uh breathe a little bit easier. I got excited. Just don’t mind me. Scroll down to the next uh red there. Okay, there we go. The current global trade situation would provide Vietnam an
opportunity to restructure export drivers and enterprises, diversify product and supply chains, improve the quality of products, develop high-tech products, and promote green economy, circular economy, knowledge economy, and sharing economy based on science, technology, digital transformation in accordance with the global trends. What are you seeing in that sense? I mean, are they not looking to expand based on their trade with us and not just monetarily, but what they’re looking for their benefits
there? Holy crap, that’s huge. That is absolutely huge. Iraq and Vietnam are on a global scale and uh now that they’re now they’re also positioned in forex do they are that clo I mean we’re why in the world does Forex want anything to do with uh you know 1310 from a agreed yeah they don’t they don’t they don’t continue 100% we’re almost there continue uh patient Yeah, this th uh page 37. Got it. Vietnam’s F16 plan, a break from Russia or power play in US tariff talks. Oo, like we used to say when somebody
broke out the uh the big the big takedown when in the in the capping contest between dudes, somebody would say something and other guys go, “He told you.” Phil that locker room talk of which I’m sure you’re intimately aware sir. Um Vietnam’s important decision to buy F-16 fighter jets from the United States could mark a dramatic shift in Hanoi’s strategic alignment and possibly the end of a decades old defense partnership with Russia. Yes, but some observers say the move ain’t going about appeasing
Washington and bolstering air power. Well, it’s true. Hello. That’s both. Yeah. Okay. You’re you’re bolstering your air power, but at the same time, you’re putting your money where your mouth is. You’re saying, “Hey, look, we’re buying your gear. Let’s do business here. 24 F-15. That’s not pocket change. That’s that’s that’s some cash cash. Um page 38. So what were we saying about how Vietnam has a special relationship with the United States that’s unlike any other relationship they have in the
world? because your dad served and you have lots of friends who served. I would like for you to read that for me because I didn’t serve Vietnam. None of my fact my family was Vietnam protesters. I served in the core. I did not serve Vietnam. This is special to you, sir. Read that headline for me. Vietnam US holds 169th repet reperation repetration ceremony for American MIA servicemen. God bless them all. I get goosebumps when I read that, sir. Yeah. I remember I remember when I took my father to Punch Bowl Crater here in
Hawaii. Uh, we couldn’t find him. We couldn’t find him. And it dawned on me. I thought I thought I bet you he’s at the Korean wall. So, I went all the way back all the way back to the Korean wall and there was my dad in front of it and he was sobbing and crying like a baby. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. I mean, I I have friends who fought in Vietnam. And now I I make older friends than I do younger friends, but the uh the staff psychologist for one of the group homes I was in was a Navy Seal in Vietnam. He
was a door gunner. He had uh and he was wounded. He uh he had it round from the ground, hit him in one armpit and enter out his clavicle. Uh, and so he’s uh he was uh medically retired. Yes. But I love that dude. I love that. He taught me so much. But yes, so they held the 169th repatriation ceremony for American MIA servicemen. Amen. Amen. Vietnam is sold out for that. Yeah. So the event held in uh scroll or scroll just a little bit. The event held in central Benang city came ahead of two significant
milestones. 50th anniversary of the liberation of the south and national reunification April 30th 1975 to 2025 and the 30th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the US July 12th 1995 to 2025. It marked a long journey of reconciliation, normalization, and development of Vietnam US relations into a comprehensive strategic partnership. A comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the United States. I mean, you talk about turning uh turning enemies into friends. Yeah,
that’s it right there. That is it right there. Uh, at the very bottom of the page, humanitarian cooperation on MIA recovery has been car for those who don’t know what MIA means, that’s uh missing in action. So, our servicemen who were missing in action. Um, humanitarian cooperation on MIA recovery has been carried out since the 1973 Paris Peace Accords. So far, 735 of 1,00 1,973 US personnel listed as mission in the war have been identified and returned. These efforts have also supported post-war recovery, including
US assistance in locating Vietnamese war martyrs, clearing unexloded ordinance, so they’re getting rid of mines and stuff like that. Dioxin remediation, um, and support for war affected persons. So, they’re doing the chemical cleanup as well. They’re doing the the the gas uh cleanup, all that. Page 39. 39. Yes, sir. We’re almost done. Yes. Now, here’s some things that are happening that look like monetary reform and progress. Okay. You ready? The FTSC may or FTSC may upgrade Vietnam stock market status in September 2025.
So global index provider FTSC Russell could upgrade Vietnam’s stock market status from frontier to emerging market in September 2025 based on measures taken to facilitate foreign trading say research brokers have SSI. So it’s basically it’s a lot like upgrading their credit rating. This would be like upgrading your upgrading your credit rating from C to B or something like that, right? They are upgrading their stock market status. So, it’s going from frontier, which is a lower grade level to emerging market. So, they’re they’re
showing much more confidence in their stock market. And that’s a it’s it’s a it’s a good sign. It’s a good reflection of what’s going on with their monetary, you know, reform. I’m on 40 now. I’m on page 40. Yeah, page 40. It’s in the very top of it. Put this all in red. There’s a lot of red here. If Vietnam gets the status upgrade, exchange traded funds, which are ETFs, can pour up to an additional 1.6 billion in Vietnamese shares. Not to mention inflows from active funds, the SSI research note says, echoing this,
“Oh, I’m never going to get this name right.” Kachut Ariadi Kusuma, senior financial sector specialist with Finance and Markets Global Practice World Bank, said Monday that global funds may pour billions of US dollars into Viet uh Vietnam’s financial market if the country’s stock market obtained the emerging market status upgrade. The World Bank had earlier estimated that an additional $5 billion will be funneled into Vietnam if both MFCI and FTSSE Russell upgraded the country’s stock market status. The inflows may rise to $25
billion by 2030 if reform momentum remains robust and the global investment environment remains sound. That’s a big deal. They’re looking at large inflows of cash to bolster them up. Okay. H41. Got it. Got it. Vietnam launches pilot crypto platform with IBIT. Aims for 20% market regulation. Okay. So, Vietnam is accelerating its plan to regulate the burgeoning cryptocurrency sector by launching a pilot crypto trading platform with technical support of global exchange by bid. This initiative backed by the Ministry of Finance
underscores the country’s commitment to establishing a legal framework that ensures secure and transparent digital asset transactions. On April 18th, the Ministry of Finance announced its collaboration with Bybit to develop a prototype digital asset uh trading platform. Finance Minister Hode Duke Folk emphasized the need for state control to mitigate risks associated with unregulated transactions. The platform aims to provide the government with tools to monitor market activities and enable safe trading for companies
and investors. Vietnam’s high ranking in global crypto usage highlights the urgency of regulating this growing industry. Um, page 42. Tada. We should have we should have a drum roll. Page 42. Right. Um, with the pilot exchange anticipated to begin testing in major cities such as Ho Chi Min City and Daang, Vietnam is on the cusp of of a significant milestone in its crypto evolution. This move could set a precedent for developing countries seeking to balance innovation with investor protection, positioning Vietnam
as a leader in the digital asset market. Now, something to say about that here. I do not have that in either of these PDFs, but if memory serves, it is somewhere north of 80% of Vietnamese citizens have a digital wallet. compare that with us and and compare that and contrast that with what’s going on with our uh um our uh uh ability to read our our uh my mind just went away. But compare that with our literacy rights. Yeah, it’s very similar. I don’t think 80% of Americans have a digital wallet.
That’s saying a lot, man. Anyway, thus concludes this study in the uh Vietn level. Like I said, uh you took us from the beginning to where we’re at right now. uh and and and the very last words of your study, this move could set a president uh for the developing countries seeking to balance innovation uh with investment protection and whatnot. And those those words also apply to Iraq. That’s why I felt that it was important for you to go ahead and do this. But more than anything else, it’s the fact that they said to Trump, “We
want to talk to you about our exchange rate.” Then in this report, you show us where they’re telling other agencies, we are dealing with our exchange rate right now as we talk to you. Oh my goodness. Yeah, Jeff, I’m just so Rebecca Hill. Oh my goodness. If you like Jeff research in the V. She said, “If you like Jeff research of the V&D better than dad jokes at the I didn’t catch that. What did she say?” Rebecca Hill. Let me see. I’m looking here. Yeah. What she say? I don’t see it. That’s all. If you like Jeff’s
research of the VND better than his dad joke, hit the like button. Well, again, I can’t thank you enough, Jeff. Listen, family. Uh please, you know, reward all human beings uh should be recognized for their work. Please give Jeff his uh his props uh in your postings uh in premium in our forum wherever it may be. Uh recognize his efforts and thank you Jeff. We’re going to go ahead and put this in premium. We’re going to put this in club 26 also. Jeff has more and he didn’t share all of it tonight and but we’re also going to
share that uh in premium as well too. I thank you my friend. and I thank you. I’d like for you to now stick around and listen to what I’m about to say concerning what happened with Forex today. Okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And I will make sure to send you the updated PDF and you’ll see the different file name. Okay. Um and you put that one up. Roger. All righty. Okay. Ah, I got you. I see what you’re saying. Okay. You can turn it around the way it is, Tank. Oh. Oh, you already turned it the other way. Okay,
Jeff. Like I said again, moonshos, thank you my dear brothers. Thank you very much. Everybody is so proud of you and so grateful for the work that you did. Trying to make it squeeze it down. All righty. So, um, a round of applause for our brother Jeff. Yay. No, seriously, it’s very informative. Everybody’s, uh, posting on it right now. Uh, Charlotte just said very, very informative. Thank you, Jeff, uh, for so much for your input. Uh, Peggy Golden says, “No, no, Jeff, seriously, we’re blessed by you. We
already knew that you were an amazing person, but you are also smart.” Yeah, he eats a lot of fish. Jeeoff, do you have any last and final words before we mute you so that I can go ahead and get into the Forex? Oh, I thought I was already muted. No, no, no, brother. No, you go ahead and say goodbye to the family. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. What? Okay. One reminder that I want to put out there is that this is not by any stretch um something that has new and breaking news or anything like that. Most of the
stuff that we have up there in in that PDF and what we just covered um is stuff that has been out for at least a month or maybe more because that’s how long it took me to work on this thing. But um it should serve for people who um are not already advanced in that study to um to get get to a base level and then when the new articles come out you oh I see I remember seeing that in that art or in that uh in that study. So it’s just they’ll help you get a foot up on them. So thank you guys so much. I
appreciate uh every one of you and and what you have to say about I’m seeing my heart. Thank you guys. So, thank you, brother. Hey, Jeff, you you I hope you don’t mind. I’m gonna have to call you Guru Jeff from now on. Okay. Guru Jeff. That That’s funny. Guru Joe. We got Guru Claire Guru Shang Doodle. We got goooo uh uh guru tink. We No, we don’t. Oh, okay. No, tink. We We got guru cookies. We got every guru you can think of. I’m very proud of you. God bless you, my friend. I’ll talk to you soon. Did Oh, he muted himself. Yes. All
righty. Okay, family. Now, um No, really. Round of applause. You know what? It’s going to be everywhere. You know that. And look at here. We only had what, 1,400 people on. That’s it. Okay, so be it. So be it. If that’s, you know, the way it is, that’s the way it is. But gee whiz, you know, this is going to We We normally have over 2,000 people watching. But they figured this was going to be so boring. This was powerful. It was loaded. No, no. Hey, Tink, let me have the the the cost for the Vietnamese dong. Go
ahead. All righty. And then I’ll read it here. Now, you know, I’m a registered agent with a licensed broker with the United States Treasury in here in this venue on this form. Jeff and I, we can express our opinion. And we did, didn’t we? Yeah, we did. I hope it helped. So, I’m a registered agent with a licensed broker with the United States Treasury. And when you call me, my calls can be recorded. Yeah. So, you cannot ask me a single question about this investment. Here, you can ask me all you
want and I can give you my opinion. That’s all it is. Be careful with people that tell you some weird things. Be careful who you study with. It’s that simple. Anyways, um yeah, Guru Jeff is going to be plastered all over the internet and some will give them credit. Some will say it’s their work. Uh personally, I don’t care. What I care about is that you take this information and apply it to your study, to your needs. And if you should need the Vietnamese dong, I want you to know, write this down.
You can call me and you can order it, but you have to call me. You cannot text. Got it? Okay. It’s got to be on recorded. You’ve got to call me. Okay. Then when you call me, if I don’t answer and you want to order the Vietnamese dong, answer me five questions. Get a pencil and paper. Go on. I’ll wait 30 more seconds. Get a pencil and paper because I’m going to give you those five questions. And if you should call me and I don’t answer, go ahead and answer the five questions. And then what I’ll do is when
I hear your voicemail, I will send to your email because one of the questions is your email. I will send to your email the instructions on how you pay for the order. You don’t send me the money. You send it to my broker. Okay? He’s in Virginia. I’m in Hawaii. You send it to the guy with a license. You just study with me. Alrighty. So, here we go. If you’re interested in the Vietnamese dong, and look, yeah, you can you can get it anywhere. You can get it just about anywhere if you want to get it with me
because we did all this work for you. Uh we’re humbled and we’re grateful. Thank you. And if not, that’s okay. uh 1 million Vietnamese dong. These are uncirculated, pristine, very clean, very nice is uh $115. If you want to buy 5 million Vietnamese dawn, that’s $565. If you want to buy 10 million Vietnamese dong, that’s 1,115. And finally, if you want to buy 20 Vietnamese dong, that’s 1,93. Get it right. If you want 20 million Vietnamese dong, that’s 1,995. There is also a $30 delivery charge that we add to your grand total.

So you got you got the the the four price brackets. the 1 million dong, the five million, the 10 million, and the 20 million. And now these are the five questions that
you’re going to answer. You ready? And by the way, when I’m done here, I’m going to tell you about Forex and the Iraqi dinar because it’s WP. Oh dear. Don’t be calling right now, folks. It’s WP. Did anybody figure out what WP was for Forex? When we started, I gave you a clue. What’s WP with the 4X? While you think about it, here are the five questions that you have to leave an answer to when you call me. Number one, what is the amount that you wish to purchase? Okay, good. Okay. Okay. Okay. Number two, your phone
number. Number three, your full name for the receipt. And I would use the name that you have on your driver’s license because you’re going to send in a copy of your driver’s license. Yeah. Number four, the address where you want the product delivered. Yeah. Make sure you put apartment numbers and zip codes and all that good stuff. And number five, um, your phone number. Did I say email? Oh, I did I messed that up? Number one, your phone number. Number two, your full name. Number three, the address where you want
the product delivered. Number four, your email where I’m going to send you the instructions on how you pay for this order, and number five, uh what is it that you wish to purchase. Okay, one more time, your phone number, your full name for the receipt, the address where you want the product delivered, your email where I can send you your instructions on how you pay for the order, and what is the amount that you wish to purchase. And then what I’ll do is I’ll get a hold of you. I’ll either text you or I’ll
call you and I’ll tell you confirmed. Now once you place that order, you got 48 hours. You got 48 hours to send the money postmark. It doesn’t have to get to the broker in 48 hours in two days. It has to be postmarked. You have to put it in the mail inside of those 48 hours. And if you cannot, tell me. I’ll ask the broker to give you more time. This is how we police the orders. This is how we keep them in check. That’s this is how we we we we stop people from taking advantage of us. Many hundreds if not thousands will
place orders, then they won’t pay for them. They’re just gambling that it’s going to happen. The United States Treasury tells my broker, “You got to put aside that that order. If they call it in, you have to guarantee it.” That’s the problem with a lot of sites. They guarantee it, but then they don’t send it. They don’t even get in trouble for it. They should. But for those people that play games with us, it hurts us. We lose money. It ties up our dinars. But there’s not much we can do about it. It
is what it is. There are people that want to take advantage of anything. So now you know 4192832552. You can call me and I’ll be glad to help you out. Now did you u did any Oh my goodness. Travis, you son of a gun. Travis, let me see. Uh, James Evans says, “Well, that’s pretty expensive for the Vietnamese dong.” James, what was the first thing I said to you? You don’t want to buy it from me, don’t buy it from me. Go find it somewhere else. Now, when you cannot find it somewhere else and you want to
buy it from me, just swallow your pride and call me. I swear it doesn’t matter what it is. All right. So, it was just one person. Randy. Randy. Oh, no. Travis. Travis Randall, you’re the only one who knew the answer. Wow. You’re the only one that wrote what WP is. I’m just curious. Oh, you’re over here. I’m just curious. Did you know that or did you just guess what WP meant because I gave you that as a clue? I’d like to know before I even, you know, share any more information about what happened with Forex today. Did let me
see what was his name again. Travis. Travis. Travis, tell me, brother. Tell me. I want to know. Travis. Travis said what? Yeah, Travis was the only one. Now people are saying it. But Travis was the only one that wrote do that wrote white papers. How did you know this? Come on, Travis. Get on here, man. Tell me how you knew this. Travis. Oh, you’re over here. Will you stop moving on me, Travis? The internet knew last night about this Forex. They know about it all day. You got a bunch of gurus on the internet that are say,
“Oh, this is it.” No, this is not it. But it is related to the WP. And they’re not talking about the WP. I am. How did you know? Is Travis on there? There he is from your clue. Okay, at least you were honest, so nobody knew. Wow, that’s amazing. Oh, Gowi girl was first. Claire, I’m sorry. Okay, Gowi Girl, how did you know? Wait, stop moving. How did you know? Did you also guess what WP was? Come on, be honest with me. Come on, for real, tell me. Did you really know that this is all part of the WP with Forex?
Let’s see. Uh, Claire says, “Yes, Fran Gahway, girl, you were the first.” Yeah, Gwe said it first. Yeah, but I want to know. Gee’s giving me a big smile. Here’s because you taught us about the white peppers. But you didn’t know, did you, that they’re associated with what happened with Forex. So allow mwah to share with you. Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t care what the gurus are saying out there right now about Forex and all that stuff. But I will tell you this much. I will tell you this much. Especially it
team. Oh, stop moving. Hey team, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So you see it team prepared me for this a long time ago and um what happened was uh they said uh Frank uh what happened with Forex? Uh this is all part of the white paper plan. I said really? Yeah the white papers. This is part of the monetary reform plan. Um this is the Arasopra education that is telling the Iraqi citizens that um the white papers which con which contains their economic explosion, their future, their purchases, all basically
the blueprints for their economic uh the white papers. Uh uh this is part of what you are seeing um on on Forex. Uh it’s it is being put into position. Remember when you talked about the horses that were being put into the gate? You can tell your KTFA family that the horses are now in the gate and they are ready to go live. They are ready to go active. They are in position. They are in the gate to go international. This is a level trading field. You got that, Mr. Frank? This is a level trading field. Oh, okay. Yeah. Okay. That’s what
Trump wants, right? Exactly. You are to look under the summary and the conversion uh tables that we sent you. It’s all over the internet. But just remember, this is part of the white papers. If you look carefully at these uh these two paragraphs, they are talking to you about the Iraqi dinar being paired with the United States dollar uh not pegged the way you have been teaching actually the way they taught me. Uh not uh pegged but paired. That is the significance of what you’re seeing right now. Look at the numbers.
You see that number 481? That is a rear gold. But they’re not there yet. You understand? This is simply being put This is simply the Iraqi are being put in position to go live international trading as soon as they pull the trigger. Not paired, but now that’s a mouthful of information, isn’t it? Compared to There it is. We’re there. Oh boy. No, we’re not. We’re nowhere near yet. Shoot. This could take weeks. This could take months. This could take years. But I don’t think it’s going to. I don’t think it’s going to.
Oh, and there’s more to it, too. By the way, why don’t I just save this until tomorrow instead? Oh, it’s already 2:30. You guys have probably had it up to here with me. You want me to leave? Uh, let me do this instead. I’d like to share with you just a little just just a tiny little bit of what happened with Eddie because when he found out, he was like, “What? I know, Eddie. Oh, there’s so much from today. It’s No, it’s just way too much. This is ridiculous. Look. So, that starts today. Okay. At 1:00 in the morning, 1:30 in
the morning. Ah, it’s a lot. Let me see if I can help here. The television is showing us that the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar currency against the dollar uh has dropped again, Mr. Frank. It dropped another 100 from yesterday. This is insane. It’s moving so fast and the dinar is gaining strength every day. Television is showing Sedani is meeting at a huge table with the board of directors. Just like you said, Mr. Frank, we’re just curious. How did you know that he was going to deal with the
board of directors? He is telling us on our television that he is he is having a a huge he’s having a meeting at a huge table at a huge table with the board of directors for all Iraqi banks to be present and attended and with all CBI officials. get this, including a lock and talking about key to the financial sectors of our of our of of our country of our reform. Ho ho, Mr. Frank, I just watched your your TV show. I accept it would be an honor to do Kentucky Fried Chicken with you. And please don’t forget to send me the
original cont send me the original Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe. Okay, Eddie. Uh, fifth report. 4:00 in the morning. I don’t get to sleep much. Television is saying there’s news from Herbal in Washington. Apparently, there’s a big agreement, Mr. Frank. It revives hope of restarting oil in Iraq and Turkey pipelines. Uh the television is saying that due to the American tariffs on Chinese and European countries that they are now seeking more trade with countries like Iraq for new exports. Our exporting to countries like that is
skyrocketing. Yeah, I know Eddie, your country is just exploding tremendously, tremendously. And the excitement of what’s going on with your exchange rate right now. And then with what happened with Forex, the horses are at the gate. All you got to do is fire off the gun and boom, man. And the dinar is going to probably win the race. Current uh Mr. Frank, check this out. Check this. Why am I standing side? So you could see this like I don’t need to check this. Check this out. Hey Mr. Frank, we got some currency expert on TV
and he is that’s what he said. We got some currency expert. Is this backwards? Y it’s still backwards. Oh, okay. Um here. Is that better? currency expert on TV news right now saying uh from buying land and cars uh all the way to uh uh to prisons now we have all of this in our country and we have great security and stability as well too. This is a currency expert that’s talking on TV. And then he says all the fake counterfeits in Iraq. Uh uh talk he’s talking about them. And he says the new Listen carefully. Okay.
Listen carefully. Thank you. Who is that? Um Constant York. Listen carefully. So this is a a moni this is a currency expert on TV and he’s talking to the Iraqi citizens and saying you know you guys can buy cars, you can do this. Uh we we got everything under control and and and and the fake counterfeits. Uh the fake counterfeits. Yeah. uh he’s talking about that and he’s talking about how how the the the new system the monetary system how the new system and the and the and the new currency has has ended.
the fake currency and sending them to prison. Yeah, I I wish I would have told you this. So on this beautiful day where um the Iraqi dinar has been put into position with the forex in order to go into an international trading trade environment. Uh because why? Well, shoot Sammy, where are we? I think we’re at 1390. How close are we to 1310? About that much. About that about that. What happens when we get to 1310? Well, then we are at one to one. We can float. Is that why you put it in position to
float? Frank, you’re a genius. Thank you. I snorted. Oh, lordy, lordy, lordy. Look at that. I mean, that’s what Look, look, look, look, look at look at look at. So, this where’s the startup way up on top. Look at where it says this currency expert. This guy is on TV and he’s telling us we can do this, we can do that. And then he says, “Hey, we took care of all the fake stuff, all the counterfeits and everything, you know, and you know what? The new the new banking system, the new monetary reform system, and the new
currency. The new currency. That’s right. Oh, toy VP. Well put. Well put. Splash. Splash. Splash. Target hit. Target hit. Target hit, sir. Splash. Splash. Splash. Look at his. And you don’t find this in articles, do you? You don’t find this from other gurus, do you? You’re going to miss me when I’m gone. Isn’t there a song like that? You’re going to Mr. Frank, Iraq’s federal authorities have filed a complaint against the autonomous Kurdistan region. uh you know supposedly I don’t even want to talk
about this. Hey Frank, just look at the mess uh that the corrupt think that they think that they are missing out on a nickel with deals in Kurdistan. Now you got Eddie, you got Eddie laughing at at Malaki and the framework. And hey Frank, they think they’re missing out a nickel. They’re missing a nickel. They’re missing a lot, Eddie. And that’s why they’re pissed. Mr. Frank, the parliamentary finance committee was warned. Excuse me. They are the the parliament. They are trying to warn us citizens.
A real financial crisis is looming in Iraq in the future amid declining oil prices and the absence of preventative and precautionary measures capable of averting an economic crisis. A new exchange rate would avert it, wouldn’t it? I guess so. You don’t know what’s going on, do you, Parliament? No, we don’t. They even say, “And we, by the way, we also have a cash liquidity crisis.” And look at what Eddie says. Hey, Frank, look what the crooks Look what these crooks are saying. Look what the crooks from
Parliament are saying. They are so desperate. They are so desperate. I know. Today, finally, finally 7 o’clock in the morning. Hey Frank, it looks like the oil refinery that they talked about a week ago is estimated to be worth over 90 billion 90 billion. Uh uh and this is what’s was in hidden documents and claims and the fear is that the corrupt will come now and try to take a claim of this. Isn’t it amazing, Mr. Frank? What greed does? It has set back my country for so many years, Mr. Frank. Yeah, I know, buddy. I know. But
things are a lot different right now. Uh today, uh the next report at 8:00 in the morning. I I told you about the board of directors. I told you that, you know, there would be a change. But first, I had to tell you that Sudani um is not in charge of the monetary reform exchange rate was. And once we established that, then we could tell you what Trump was doing with Alak and the board of directors. And now I can tell you that, hey, Sudani just fired a bunch of board of directors and replaced them with those that want
to have the monetary reform. Everything I’m saying to you is just strictly in my opinion. When Sudani met today with the board of directors uh from the CBI, Mr. Frank, uh the all all the banks were there too. Now, in front of everybody, he replaced some of the board of directors. He replaced some of the board of directors that were not on board with the new digital system. And he even changed up the board of directors at the CBI itself. So, you see family, you’re going to read about this eventually. You may
read about it, you may not read about it, but it’s been given to you in my opinion. And uh and you know what my opinion is worth? A nickel. To which then I say to Eddie the following. They told you today that there is a new currency. Well, well, isn’t that nice, Eddie? For them to finally admit everything they’ve been telling you. And and that’s what’s going to stop the thief. The thieves Eddie. This this Aras, this knowledge, this education is getting louder and and it’s in everybody’s ears. Not only is it
in your ears, but is it in the ears of the thieves of the Iranian thieves? And yes, this is going to change the way the thieves have been, you know, stealing from you. But they told you the uh this is all because of the monetary reform and because of the new exchange, excuse me, and because of the new currency. Hey, get me a bottle of champagne, buddy. Let’s bust it open. Okay. Wow. Th this is over with. Also, Eddie, today I want you to ask Mr. Sammy. Now, he should know that Forex and just put the Iraqi dinar on
the international trading platform. Now, it’s not live or active yet, but it’s in position. It’s in position. OMG. Or is that OMC? Oh my cookie. Yeah. Anyways, so I tell him, I said, “I’m so excited. Uh, I’m so excited that Sudani cleaned up the board of directors at the CBI. I didn’t think he was going to do it that quickly.” Talk about security and stability for your new exchange rate. And the fact that this Arasifrag is just screaming and telling you everything right now from your new currency to your new exchange rate. This
is extremely exciting right now in my opinion. Eddie, Trump pushed Sudani to get rid of the lazy board of directors. That’s why things are moving so fast right now. Yeah. in my opinion. Frank Eddie says uh jumping camel juice is it’s about to happen if this is really it’s going on forex. That’s the sign that that that Mr. Sammy told us to look for when when when when when when it would hit 13. What you see? I didn’t tell you uh all of it that Mr. Sammy said, “But yeah, that’s what Eddie’s talking about.” So Sammy said to us,
“Hey, look, just just relax. When it gets to 1390, you know how close we’re going to be? You know how close? This close.” Ready? Watch this. I can’t even turn my face. I can’t even turn my face anymore to get to it. We’re that close. So when we get to 1390, just just relax because then you’re going to see it be put on Forex. What? Yeah. Yeah, that’s the the next step. And then Eddie says, “Jumping Jehoshaphat.” No, no, no. He actually he said he says, “Uh, what is he says? Jumping camel juice.” Well, this is about this is what
Sammy told us. Yeah, it is, isn’t it, Eddie? Oh my goodness. Mr. Frank on television that that they’re saying that the budget tables are being prepared right now. What? As we speak, the budget tables, Mr. uh uh Sudani is preparing the budget tables are being prepared right now. And Parliament awaits their arrival. Yeah. This happened when when Jeff Oh, you’re over here. Stop moving on me. This happened when Jeff was giving the lecture. Remember halfways through I said, “Jeff, you’re not going to believe
this.” Right now, as we’re speaking, Sudan’s working on the budget tables to be released. And Parliament is sitting there going, “Give me, give me, give me, give me, give me, give me, give me.” But you know what? Uh-uh. Uh-uh. He’s preparing them for the citizens of Iraq. Yeah, I know. We don’t have anything on that because what I did then I I say the following to him. Okay. I say, Eddie, if the budget tables are being prepared, that means that they’re being prepared with the new exchange rate. And in my
opinion, just like Mr. Sammy told us, when we see 1390, we’re going to see them put it on forex. Here we are. He told us, he says, “You citizens,” and Oh, yeah. He also told us, he says, “You Iraqi citizens should see it first before Parliament even gets their hands on it to vote on it.” So much is happening, Eddie. So fast. It’s like the Indianapolis 500. It’s like the Indianapolis 500. The speed is so treacherous. Every turn is so dangerous right now. It has to be precise. It has to be exact. It must not fail.
Especially with you Iraq, you Iraqi citizens. It has to be a perfect turn every time or you’ll get into a massive car accident. Or you’ll get into a massive car accident. Yeah. Ascending Frank. And yes, you’re right. This is exactly what Mr. Sammy prepared Eddie and then you for he told us that we would go through this. Now, I didn’t share all of it with you. I didn’t have to. I told you I wasn’t sharing all of it with you. I can now. And he also told us after he goes on Forex something else. And I’m not
teasing you. I’m But the fact that there’s something else that’s good. I kept tell I keep telling you I’m I’m excited about June 1st in the sense that many conversions that’s all who knows maybe one of the conversions could be a rate I don’t know I don’t know so then I say to him hey Eddie do me a favor show this to Mr. Sammy because I want him to see that. There it is. There it is. So, these two paragraphs that you see right here. Holy cow. Are you kidding me? Look, I’m just going to give you a quick little uh sample of one of
them. Okay. Number one, ex. You know what? Let’s read them both. What time is it? Oh, I’m so sorry. How Oh, the numbers are getting bigger. Okay, I guess I’m not boring you. Look, this is from the Forex. This is the executive summary, the conclusion to what they’re about to do. Look at here. This memo confirms that the Iraqi dinar IQD is fully armed for public rate visibility at $4.81 which this is 4X. Wait, stop moving. This is Forex which activates infrastructure interrogation, live suspension, staging
and institutional level confrontation via the Al Bayan Center uh the 2024 white papers. uh the rate is suppressed but loaded across all FX- tele layers. The presence of the IQD on active forex platform confirms that institutional infrastructure is engaged engaged. Release it. Release is now dependent solely on coordinated political timing optics. Hey, Sudani, what did you do with the CBI? Uh, I I changed the board of directors. Why? Cuz they weren’t really with us with monetary reform. And you will, it says here, Forex is
saying that now that you put, you know, the dinar up in there, they say you’re going to release uh uh you’re going to release the new exchange rate, but that release is now dependent solely on coordinated political timing optics. Can you put your glasses on, Mr. Politician Al- Sudani, and make sure that uh you are coordinated with the CBI? I did, Frank. I fired their asses. You sent them to Damascus. What’ you say, family? I’m sorry. I’m sorry that I’m have to that I have to read this to you. This is not me saying this. This is
Forex. I tell you what, we’re going to read the second paragraph, too. Um, Claire, I want both of these paragraphs in final article thread. Okay. And the blue title is uh thank you Forex. Thank you Forex. Number two. Now number two is called a snapshot analysis from Forex. Here we go. Um it says that the Forex is displaying an image. Oh, really? What? My face? No. Uh, a screenshot confirms that the IQDUSD pair is not paid. The second time you tell me they’re paired, that’s exactly what I’ve been
teaching. That the IQD USD pair is now listed on the Intercontinental Exchange, the ICE with a real time. No, really with a real time bid slash ask spread. What is that spread at right now? Uh 0.0000759. Now that’s true. What else you got to tell me? Forex. Uh this validates live infrastructure status. Well then show it to me if it’s live. Um well we need the new rate. Oh, I see. What else you got to say? Um, the rate we were just talking about the rate reflects the suppressed placeholder. Uh, that is it’s just a
placeholder. What is this temporary placeholder? What is this sub? What is it? Uh, uh, 1310. I know that. Well, that’s the placeholder for right now. uh the IQDUSD. Uh but it’s not the true preloaded value. What? But it’s not the true preloaded value of uh four $481. Actually, 4.8101. Didn’t I tell you, wasn’t it a couple about a week ago? I said the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Planning uh told the uh uh the prime minister and the CBI, “Okay, all right. I see what you’re doing. You’re going
from 322 and you’re going to 386. That’s not going to do it. You still got to add at least 20% on that by inflationary factors.” And what did the MOP and the MOF say? Uh we need the exchange rate. Can’t do it. Well, then that’s the end of this story and they shut it down. But now, yeah. So, you add that 20% onto that. Let me see. $4.81. What does the rest of the paragraph says? All all backended indicators uh confirm uh the suppression is is is is intentional. So is the second set of books. The suppression is intentional
and not the results of the system unreadiness. No, they’re ready. Yeah. Okay. Well, then there it’s not the system of of them be of any unreiness. Okay, family. There it is from Forex. But I also want you to make sure that you understand. Make sure you understand. Oh, this is these are the numbers I was trying to show you that Eddie sent to me. Yeah, there’s a better picture of it. I want you to understand, okay? It’s not it’s not trading yet. It’s not active yet. It’s not live yet. Be careful who you study with, okay? Be
careful. I’m tired. I’ve been with you for six hours. Gahwe girl’s been with me for seven hours. I don’t know how she did that, but she did. Tell me something. Did you enjoy your conference call tonight? It was loaded, wasn’t it? Um, what Jeff did was uh a gift for all of us. What Jeff did was a gift for all of us. Tomorrow, I’d like to share a bank story with you. And the thing about this bank story is that they opened him uh the the wealth manager, they opened him an account for him and he was
happy but with no money. How desperate are the banks right now? They know the same thing you know now. They know one inch more than you know. But to tell you the truth, because of my teams, they know half an inch more than you know. I want to thank you all kindly for being with me tonight. It was wonderful. Jeff, thank you my brother. God only knows. Especially with what Forex did today. That’s insane. They’re telling they’re telling, but you know what’s crazy is uh Yuri, you know, you were telling us that they gave you
clues, you know, and we hit those clues kind of just falling in place like you said. You know, those aren’t even clues. Those are factual statements of accurate numbers that the Forex is going to be dealing with when they put them up. That’s amazing. That’s crazy. I told everybody and thank you so much, man, for letting us be part of this journey with you and look forward to what’s going to happen. I think we’re just starting, you know. going viral. Guru Snowy said, “What? Thank you, Andy. God bless you all. Take care and thank all of you, too. I hope you enjoyed the video that we released last night at 3:00 in the morning on the east side. It was a 2hour um ritual where they put these lanterns uh in the ocean. Oh boy, it was very moving when they played the drums. I’m sorry. It was a recording of a recording. So, you really couldn’t hear the drums. Oh my goodness. They were so powerful and so loud. And that deep, deep, deep sound of those
