Coffee with MarkZ. 02/27/2025
Music Music Good morning, all. Yeah, Lily pad, it’s about to get exciting in Pam Bondi tells Jesse waters live with the obscene limb list comes up tomorrow of course that was posted last night. Well, it’s not quite the list she said there will be a information on the obscene list so they’re still going through some of it to make certain that it’s okay to release the names because of ongoing lawsuits.
She said it’s about 250 victims. She, she gave us more of a clue than anybody else has and is expected to make a major drop on that front today at some point question is when is it prime time is at lunch. There were a lot of rumors about noon but she did not confirm it in the Jesse waters now before I can forget I do want to do this.
First thing I’m going to drop this link millions to receive Social Security retroactive payments. We’ve already had a couple of folks in here, get a sudden correction and a boost has been much appreciated guys. Some of this is doges doing what I mean by that is identifying money that hasn’t been paid as well as money that shouldn’t have been paid, etc.
At least that’s what one of my contacts there told me, and it makes sense. Flight level you are appreciated, sir. We have so many pilots in this room.
Talk to a number of them. They’re very interested in grouping together and starting a kind of like a net jets for our community. Not just the Marcy community for those that survived this craziness from bonds to CMKM to prosperity to currency to all of the craziness.
Judges just love it. Lois’s birthday. Of course, we’ve got a couple of people that are special to me celebrating their birthdays today.
Kathy and J. Happy birthday. So definitely happy birthday, Lois. Hello, David.
Good morning, David F. Towboat mama bear. Hello, King’s house. He hadn’t just been too long.
James, it’s good to see you. Chrissy G. Love you back. It’s much appreciated.
Thank you. New moon today. New energy.
I’m down with some fresh energy. Miss Jamie. It’s good to see you.
Hopefully things in New York are acceptable. David, happy birthday. I see wishing people happy birthday.
Sita’s birthday. Happy birthday, Sita. Don’t let me miss the birthdays, guys.
Make certain I get them at some point throughout. See, Congress for the United States of America Republic met for the first time March 4th, 1789. President is speaking for Congress March 4th, 2025.
Boy, let’s hope that is what happens. Put me on the list first. Patty’s like, right, Z jets, Z jets.
Maybe we can put together enough, you know, with new technologies for some, you know, supersonic, hypersonic transportation for our community. Hopefully we’ll get that kind of tech. If not, we can still run some fast planes.
Yeah, money tree, right? Pick me, money tree. Pick me. Hello, Guardian Morgans.
Yeah, a lot of horse. There are a lot of horse people in here. A lot of pet people.
A lot of horse people. A lot of pilots. We’re truly blessed.
We are supposed to have Mr. C tomorrow, Kelly. Oh, wait. Leatherneck, I’ve been trying to get you to wish my daughter Kelisa sweet 16.
Oh, wow. So I’m that far behind. Was she, Leatherneck, was she one of the ones desperately like they’re on her birthday for the license or she gets stuck in all those new rules where she had to wait? It really is just, I mean, that’s a neat moment in the States for kids.
Remember all of mine fondly celebrating 16. Please give her a belated happy birthday for us. Yeah, I see more horse gals there, Miss Lisa.
A lot of them. Fly girl patriot. I’ll help with the new flight department.
It’ll be fun. Keeping the logistics. Oh, pickleball patriot.
210 would be a heck of a nice first airplane. Then the twin fever poured muscle on a 402. You can see that.
Let’s see is your pilot. What’s opinion on why all these planes and helicopters going down, starting with all the Boeing’s losing wheels and such of the past few. One thing fiery that we shared last night.
Because there’s so much press right now on plane crashes. They were. There were fewer incidences this year than there were in 2023 and 2024 at the same time a year.
So while it seems like they are falling apart and dropping out of the sky, historically speaking. It’s pretty average. We’re just paying more attention to it.
The example I used last night was, you know, you bought a white truck. Now you notice everybody’s white truck. You didn’t notice them before, but because you got one, you notice.
But we do the technology for planes. The average age of the general aviation market. I forget what it is, but it’s like 40 years old is the average plane.
Tech hasn’t changed much cost. There have been some improvements, but not enough. Basically, it’s an industry that needs more people and a fresh influx of energy and dollars.
See, Kim, then you suddenly noticed all the other white explorers. Polly, I’m glad you read that one. Patricia Lee, that’s a good reason to miss it.
I missed yesterday evening news and fun because I was at my now five-year-old granddaughter’s fifth birthday party. Happy birthday, Luna Grace. Great one.
Just reading all of these. Speaking of birthdays, everybody pile on J. Happy birthday. All right, let’s get to it.
We’ve gone long enough. Let’s get into the news. We no longer have to wait the entire first ten minutes.
We can do a Lowe’s and get back to it. We talked about this last night, guys. I have dropped the link for this article in chat on both sides.
Millions receive Social Security retroactive payments. Of course, we do have people that have. Here’s an article telling you what you can expect.
Now let’s get to the news. Parliament will not be disrupted. The parliamentary legal reveals the plan of the sessions during Ramadan.
Because of fasting, the meal they’re allowed to eat with breakfast, they are basically going to just start the day a little late and then work through it. So they’re just shifting the hours. But for all those like, oh, my God, Parliament’s gone, everything shuts down Ramadan.
I just wanted to point out that this is very unusual for them to make a plan like this for the entire Parliament to function during Ramadan. So this one to me is very telling of just how close we are. This is very unprecedented, and they have gone to what will be in their culture considered an extreme effort to make it happen.
So very excited about this one. Parliament and the Iraqi government will be working during Ramadan. For all those telling us, oh, my God, you know what I’m saying.
All right, keep going. Spencer’s 13th, another teenager in the house. Happy birthday, Spencer.
One million bank cards in Iraq. The central bank supports e-wallets. Very interesting things in the Iraqi news say most of it revolving around banking, the number of debit cards and the number of e-wallets.
E-wallets a little bit different. Think of it as an electronic account only without brick and mortar. They’re going to talk about this more.
The future now begins to move to comprehensive digital transformation. This is the shabibi of the day for Sudani, his top adviser, and he does some long, deep dives on where they’re at. And the decline of paper currencies replaced with digital payments.
In other words, streamlining of the system, number of bank cards, ATMs, et cetera, as they are coming into the, well, into the modern era. And it reduces fraud, corruption, provides important data, also unleashes, well, what’s the word I’m looking for? Capital that has been bottled up, stuck under mattresses, you name it. It creates a tremendous influx of workable capital that could be, well, working for people instead of just sitting there.
Iraq and Switzerland signed double taxation agreement to enhance economic cooperation. In other words, fares fair. This one is a very interesting one.
I keep telling you, watch it, as they are really going international, not just in word but in act. We are watching this. How many agreements have we seen over the last few weeks? The U.K., Poland, the U.S., Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia.
Guys, this is a international powerhouse already in the making. They went from the bottom of the GDP pile to now in the top 25 percent of countries. I’m talking like in two years.
I mean, just stunning changes occurring in Iraq. No, nothing’s perfect, but they are making huge progress. On the bond side, which I know a number of people are going to ask, other than getting their position in queue, nobody has given me a timeline, meaning when, what does that mean? Does that mean today? Does that mean tomorrow? Does that mean tonight? Does that mean this weekend? Guys, that is some information that I’ve been unable to glean so far.
I am working on it in hopes that I will get that today at some point. I want a better idea of timing. Already started reaching out to wealth managers that have been trained for exchanges, trying to get an idea.
Are they working this weekend? Could it be this weekend? Where are we at? What’s moving? I’ll give you guys an update this evening. We do not have Dr. Scott, so you are stuck with just me this evening. I’m certain there’s a million other questions.
I’ll take a break and look at some of them. I’ve kind of enjoyed some extra time this week with just me and you guys. Don’t know about yins, but I’ve enjoyed it.
I don’t think I would call it a nothing burger, Luke, but you’re welcome to call it one. To me, it’s been great. Dawn’s 60th birthday.
Happy birthday, Dawn. I am kind of stunned at some people that are still negative with so many things that are just awesome and happening. Oh, I saw that Gene Hackman, his wife, and pup all found deceased in their home.
Was it like a suicide pact, meaning just because of the age, the health condition, et cetera? I mean, it was what, late 90s? Gas, have they given us anything as to what happened to Hackman and crew? Michael, you got to go back. Never too late. Mark, I think we were most likely days away.
Same time, I don’t want to cause more people to ride the roller coaster. David, Denars be backed by one gram of gold. Yep, the I, Denar, supposed to be backed by a gram of gold.
Asher, what did Asher have to say? I love the idea of a jet service for this community, given how poorly maintained and run these airlines are, right? And just security. Jay Branch has been quite some time since I spoke to Holly. There’s a number of them I stopped speaking to as much because I didn’t want circle tail.
Not that I disagree with them, not that I question sources. No, I just, I wanted to like make certain that we didn’t live in a loop of circle tail. Because for the first probably 10 years I was chasing this thing, the entire community was stuck in a loop, in a circle tail loop.
I don’t think there was any meaningful information to be gained much. Because it was, it was, you had the same group of people talking to the same sources. And one thing was said, and the next thing you know, seven people confirmed what the one person said.
It was, it was horrendous. And some of the intel people, guys, I talked to, but we talk about things like family, life, work. We don’t talk about what most people call intel.
Vicky, what was that article about social security? It was talking about some of the past payments. Anyways, millions to receive social security retroactive payments. Some of these beneficiaries, most of whom were either federal employees or work for local governments, will also see bigger monthly checks beginning in April.
Just some of the changes coming as they’re cleaning up the system, correcting some wrongs. See a hackman played a fooling on an enemy. Yeah, I’m curious.
I want to know what went on there. Still, this is a shocker for me. 250-year celebration starts in May on Memorial Day.
I remember 1976 when we were celebrating the 200th. Here I am for the 250th. I’m looking forward to the 300th anniversary as well.
Let’s see. Hackman retired because of Alzheimer’s. Don’t think he’d be a, you know, I don’t think he’d be a credible witness either.
Reading a few of these. Somebody said Epic Times won’t let you read without. It may be one of their premium articles.
Give it a day or two and you’ll be able to read it. At least that’s my understanding of how they work over there. Is it possible they’re holding the Epstein list revealed.
Pop to utilize it as leverage that one tax bill budget gets. It could be, Joe. They may also be holding this information and drop it all at one time.
Because most people, unless they have currency, aren’t paying attention to this. They would miss it. They’re more concerned about P. Diddy, Epstein, and Taylor Swift’s next song than they are about the rest of the world and what’s going on.
So they could. They could hide. They could hide just about anything on the weekend that they released that information.
Bread. Now, Whiskey and Wisdom was fun last night. Or at least I thought it was fun.
Let’s get back to some more stuff. We do have some great ones. Doge wins as DC jobless claims soared last week.
I know what you’re saying. But, but, but, but. Unemployment’s up.
More unemployment claims. Yes, that happens to be the side effect of getting rid of useless, wasted jobs. I know some of these people don’t want to hear it.
And there are some people that will get caught up in it. But majority of the programs that are being cut are being cut because they don’t serve a purpose. Or the employees just suck.
And if you’re one of those agencies, I’m sorry for you. But what do you want me to do? We don’t need to spend money and have you do a pointless, useless job that doesn’t do anything for humanity because you’re doing it on all of our tax dollars. I know it’s tough.
I know it sucks. Yeah, I just, nobody seemed upset on the left when Joe Biden said, get over it. Get a new job.
Learn to code. I don’t want to be that heartless. But, yeah, learn to code.
Rob J., his wife was only 64. Gas leak. That’s what I’m wondering.
Was there a gas leak? Something like that. Because the dog do. I had not seen the thing about the pup.
Roy, where did most Twitchers go? Most of the Twitchers went to Rumble. Roy, most of the Twitchers went to Rumble. Evelyn, I’ll leave it up as long as I can.
But I am going to mess that up. I’m going to mess it up a lot. Think of it as speed reading training.
I’ll try to learn to go slower. You guys meet me in the middle and we’ll get this worked out. Jimbo, we’re having a new development here in my county that will have runways and hangars.
Boy, fly-in residencies. Jimbo, they really started exploding again in the later 90s. I’m looking forward to when we don’t have to have runways for it.
I’m just reading through. Okay, let’s get back to it. Wait a minute.
I’m trying to forget. I’m supposed to have Stacy Z in here and I’ve not sent a link at the end today. Let me get that sent.
Of course, you talked about having… Sorry, guys. All right, got that part done. Oh, just a heads up, guys.
There are somebody trying to scam, get you guys to get a lobster wallet and put everything to QFS. The latest one has stolen Mike Barr’s name, picture, etc. Anybody trying to get you to invest in QFS right now, guys, is a shyster.
Don’t do it. It’s not open. It’s not available yet.
I really shouldn’t have to keep saying this over and over and over. But for some reason, I do. Don’t fall for it.
All right, now we can go back to it. Here you go on your Epstein. It’s going to be a big one.
Epstein files today. Attorney General Pam Bondi announces Thursday releases 250 victims names redacted. Ought to make for a interesting podcast tonight.
No part of me can imagine that it won’t be released before then. We will touch on it today. Watch for that, guys.
Watch for the fallout. White House orders agencies to accelerate large scale firings of federal workers. Matter of fact, they got to have a plan by mid-March.
Then they got to have an even better plan by mid-April. It is being pushed. Trump administration is fast tracking government downsizing, requiring agencies to finalize large scale job cuts, restructure plans by mid-March.
This is something that should have happened decades ago. We never should have gotten to this point where he has to come in. I mean, it’s almost like a hostile takeover where they are downsizing and getting rid of so that they can rescue a company.
And that’s what they’re doing right now. It’s like Lee Iacocca going into Chrysler in the 1980s. They’re having direct ship to fix the ship.
Kim, some names will be redacted on the obscene list that are part of ongoing investigations. Many are just going to be put out there. But if the investigation is already underway on those key individuals or prosecution, I should say, then I’m told their name will be redacted while the prosecution occurs.
But if they have not started the process yet, then I think it’s okay to release the names. I’m not certain on that one, but we’ll know today. There’s so much on this one.
As a matter of fact, I think there was a pretty good quote in here towards the bottom, wasn’t there? Yeah, there was, but I clicked on buttons. They’re talking about the savings, the number of jobs cut, deferred resignations, etc. I mean, they’re already, I think it’s $69 billion a year already in labor savings for the U.S. government since Doge has kicked in.
Oh, there is a really, really, really good one in here. Let me see if I can find it. Oh, it’s in this one.
It’s in this next article. Five key takeaways from Trump’s cabinet. Oh, this is epic.
We’re going to go way down here. There’s a good one in here. Hopefully, I didn’t mess this one up.
Yeah, here it is. He mentioned the Treasury. Secretary Scott Pesent will also be actively involved in redesigning the program.
Well, we should probably back up. They’re talking about gold card visa and just what it could do. Now, because Scott and I are the best people, this is Trump talking together.
Wait, no, Lutnick talking to do that. Lutnick said adding that 200,000 of these gold green cards is $1 trillion to pay down our debt. Also, now this one is key.
This is Lutnick and Scott Pesent. They say we are going to balance this budget and we are going to pay off the debt under President Trump, he said. Let’s back up and go here, guys.
Do people understand the difference between the budget deficit and the debt? The debt is, you know, 36 trillion, whatever we owe supposedly to ourselves, but that’s the debt. Deficit is how much we go in the hole each year. That’s balance the budget.
If you balance the budget, there’s no longer a deficit because you’re not going backwards. It is paying off the debt. Pay attention to that comment in here.
How can they pay off the debt? We’re talking about, what, 36 approaching 38 trillion at the last check. We’re going to balance this budget and we’re going to pay off the debt under President Trump. Trump’s here for, what, three and three quarters more years or so as president.
Going to pay off the debt under President Trump. If that doesn’t wake you up, I’m not certain a slap across the face is enough. What the actual F-balls? Washington Post opinion editor resigns.
Reporters meltdown after Jeff Bezos makes a hard pivot towards personal liberties and free markets. They are very unhappy over the Washington Post. They are not happy with the new boss.
They thought they had it made. One of my favorites here, Bezos explains on X. There was a time when a newspaper, especially one that was a local monopoly, might have seen it as a service to bring to the reader’s doorstep every morning a broad-based opinion section that sought to cover all views. Today, the internet does that job.
I am of America and for America and proud to be so. Our country did not get here by being typical. And a big part of America’s success has been freedom of the economic realm and everywhere else.
Freedom is ethical. It minimizes coercion and practical. It drives creativity, invention, and prosperity.
So now he is requiring that they have on the opinion ed part that they are supposed to focus on personal freedoms and free markets. Boy, I’ll tell you what, the CIA’s favorite mouthpiece over at the Washington Post is, well, getting changed, cleaning up of mainstream media. I was so excited about that article.
I was like, you know, here’s a little Easter egg for you. Hmm. An average of $13.5 trillion per year to pay down the debt.
Yeah, Gary, exactly. So that one to me is awfully excited. SmartPig, I don’t know how much NAR they presently have.
At one point they had $55 trillion. I think they’re down to about $18 or $19 trillion right now. Verifying that, it’s going to be difficult.
The $55 trillion was based on articles coming out of the Gulf War, which, of course, is very dated. We do know that some has gone back or been sold back, but we don’t know how much. I had a contact that worked at Treasury that said, based on their snooping, nothing top secret.
They didn’t break any whatever. They believe it to be somewhere around $18 trillion. So, hey, even if it came out at $2, boom, you’re done.
I do need to sing. Oh, wait, it’s only 11.30. We’ve still got about 15 minutes, and then we’ll bring in Stacey Z, and it looks like she’s going to have one or both of the high fields with her today. Jeff, I’ve not heard anything about us exchanging currency in November.
Guys, anybody remember what Mike Barr’s big news was last night? It all runs together, kind of like whiskey on a Wednesday. Melody, I’ve heard rumors of this evening. It’s only 12 noon today that I have seen on when to expect the Pam Bondi Intel drop, the Epstein bomb, whatever you want to call it.
Of course, I’ll probably be removed for saying the B word. Just reading through it. Wiener girl, it’s still there when you just watch it on YouTube a day later.
You don’t have to record anything. Peggy, in your opinion, has our currency community grown or declined in the past five years? I believe the amount of currency held has stayed static, but the number of people that have currency has increased considerably, meaning there’s more people with smaller amounts. A lot of people that had thrown big money in it have sold some of the currency to pay bills, survive, and some people with no currency have bought up that surplus, so it’s just kind of shifted hands.
The overall amount probably reduced overall the amount of currency held by the community, but the size of the community has grown, if that makes any sense. There’s more holders but holding smaller amounts. Or should I say a little more evenly spread? Yeah, he talked about the golden guns.
It represents a really large box of bonds, and dollars were traded on it, so he’s using that one as an art-slash-bond deal that’s completed. Now I remember. Thank you for the tickle there.
All right, driveway management have an IRS story. A friend had almost 40 years in. She didn’t take the buyout.
The people who didn’t take the buyout were escorted out and fired. Wow, probably should have taken the buyout. They’ve just announced they’re going to close somewhere between 110 and 120 IRS offices.
If they’re offering you a buyout, I mean, it’s not financial advice. I’m not an expert on your life or a financial advisor, but if it were me, I’d take the money and run. Maybe start that sandwich shop I’d always thought about.
Hey, look, Bobby. I’m going to this weekend, I think. Tammy’s birthday.
Happy birthday, Miss Tammy. Oh, Kathy. You’re going to see her momentarily.
Matter of fact, you’re going to see her in about 10, 15 minutes. 15,000 IRS workers to be let go next week after they’ve already gotten rid of everybody that was already on the probationary period or a new hire, which means they’re going at trimming it down so they can fold it into Treasury, is what so many are saying. Randy says, Brock says the rumor is $35 billion worth of dinar tied to Iraqi oil.
I just love how many people are just digging now. Let’s see. Breaking this week, February 27th, the next SEC closed meeting is about to commence.
The XRP ETF is directly mentioned in the document. It’s going to get interesting. Shelly, don’t want to tell you, I know we’ve got a number of people that work at the IRS.
We have some that have noticed a number of their friends, colleagues, whatever, losing their jobs. A number of them took the early buyout that were part of our community as well and left. JNS at this present rate, I don’t know what to tell you, but who’s going to be there to check it? Of course, they could.
Doge could come in and Grock could check all of your returns. We don’t know yet. But at the same time, you have Donald Trump saying, we need to get rid of them.
We need to get rid of personal income tax and things that change our tax structure. At the pace he’s moving, Kenny or Willie, does he have the political clout right now to force that change? You’re kind of gambling on how much you think Trump’s capable of by not paying a return is my take. I’d keep playing the game until they’re gone.
At least that’s me. Maybe they know about an exchange. They’re like, all right, it’s time to go.
Wait, wait, wait, let’s get this one. Doreen’s birthday tomorrow. Please sing to her tomorrow.
Bobby, that’s all right. I’m going to go ahead and put her. I’m going to make a note for tomorrow.
Let’s see. KGN Tennessee opted for the buyout since I’m retiring this year. Only to be told our department was exempt.
So you couldn’t take the early. That’s okay. You’re already retiring in a year.
So I think you already outlasted. It would have been nice, though, to get the bonus on the way out the door. Karen, I do not know about a Pentecostal group having liquidity right now.
I don’t know of any groups that have full liquidity. I’ve heard some that have said, hey, we have money positioned. We’re not allowed to distribute it yet.
But until somebody like you or me is spending it to turn in their currency, we’re not done. That’s my take. I don’t know the details here, Richard.
Richard said just saw where Obama was getting two and a half million royalty for Obamacare. I guess that would be Obamacare. Kevin, yes.
Groups, well, within enough hours that you could say the same time. A lot of people are filing extensions, Lisa. You are not the only one taking that run.
A lot of people are just doing extensions. I always file an extension anyways because it takes too long to pull it all together. But I, Marty, I tend to agree with you.
I think the bond people are waiting for us to go with them. I think they’re getting them completely positioned, their queue, where they go, and then they pull it all at once. I think you’re right, Marty.
I’ve not heard anything on the native tribes. We do have a couple of elders, part of our community, Molly. So if they had received any money, we’d already know.
Let’s see, Billy and Julia, same day, three years apart. Boy, how do you figure that one out? Wait, are they siblings? I should have asked that one. They could just be friends for the same birthday.
All right, Frosty, we got Billy and Julia. Roxanne wants that article. I can help you out.
Yeah, you know I got to do it. Roxanne! All right, I did it. Couldn’t resist.
Oh, wait, that is not the one you need. Let me get the link to the article. I almost gave you a, definitely a link I shouldn’t, because it would have put you in the studio with me.
All right, link is in chat. Of course, dad got it over on the, let me try putting it in over here too. I did not think of doing that on the kick side.
It’s going to take a while for me to get used to working all of the new screens, so bear with me. Windrider, DowzingDoctor, DaGoo, got quite a few of you folks. We got a number of folks over on the kick side, even from Rumbleside.
Neat. Dow up 350. Yeah, a lot of people are starting to get a little brave.
They think the bottom has leveled, or the market’s leveled and is about to do a little shoot up. So you got some people dumping some precious metals and cryptos to throw back into the market, because they think it’s about to get a bump. I don’t know if it’s sucking them in, or maybe they’re right.
Kathy, that’s on the golden gun deal on the bonds. Yeah, we talked about that one. Sweet Tammy’s 54 today and will always be my baby girl.
Happy birthday, Tammy. Technicolor shutting down for Breitbart. Reading all of these.
Mark, Trump’s mentioned copper twice in the last two days. Thoughts Trump is planning on because of investments in the industrial sector. One of the most—well, arguably one of the most necessary, and you’ve seen it throughout history in the modern age.
Whenever there’s about to be a boom or an industrial renaissance, factories, production, durable goods have to come up to speed, and copper powers pretty much all of it, whether that’s the wiring to the equipment or the motors on the equipment, the windings. Yeah, he’s mentioning copper because in order for us to have an industrial revolution, whether it’s bringing back shipyards, whether it’s bringing back making washers and dryers, whatever it is, it’s a necessary component. So you’ll start seeing him focusing on commodities like copper, aluminum, steel.
You will see him starting to prioritize those things because he wants to invigorate the industrial capacity and bring much of it back. So you’ll start seeing a real push for those metals. For all those folks out there that collect wire in their backyard, I know there’s a term for it, all of the recycling, upcycling metal folks, I think you’re about to get a heck of a boost when you sell your metal, which means the rest of us have to start keeping an eye on the copper pipes under our houses, our air conditioning units that might suddenly disappear from the side of the house, and our catalytic converters.
Frozen cons. Scrappers, there you go. That’s the word I was looking for, Michelle.
Hey, we keep hearing about the big announcement on March 4th. Can’t wait to find out what it is. Mineral deals being made with Ukraine and Russia for the purpose of the industrial revolution as well.
Absolutely, Karen. And they don’t even hide the fact they are talking about it openly between the two nations. And it does make sense.
If you think Putin is somebody we can work with, China is the biggest threat in the country right now. It’s also a big threat to Russia. Russia has a lot of natural resources.
It needs them. It’s got more land and more area. China’s got a population that needs it.
So, I mean, it’s been kind of a, it’s like two wolves, two male dominant alpha wolves living next to each other and coexisting for a while. It’s only a matter of time before it flares up. And I think that Trump is smart enough to realize that inevitability and say, you know, if we’re smart, we need to start working with the country that is somewhat on the same level.
You’ll notice that Trump has pushed relations with some of Northern Europe, Russia, and Central and South America is where he seems to be focusing. He very much seems to be consolidating what we consider the Christian world and preparing. Preparing for what? May never materialize because of strength.
But China has a short window because of their one child policy that they had for so long. So, yes, they have a huge population, but it is aging at an extreme level as compared to the youth coming into it. If there’s any country around the world that desperately needs to just open its borders for any kind of immigration it can get, because it needs younger people to pay for the older people, it’s China.
They’re in a really bad position if you study the long-term sociology, population numbers, etc., of what they have going on right now. Todd, I’d love to have a Kit Fox. That was one of the first ones I wanted to build.
But for the islands here, like a Jabiru would be the ticket, or maybe even like a Comp Air 6. I saw that, Greg. Texas looking to pay parents 10 grand per child for homeschooling. Yeah, they’ve been talking about that one.
I mean, it costs them more than that to keep the kid in a regular school. I think it’s… I’m trying to remember Texas’s numbers, guys. I believe it’s $18,000 or $19,000 for students what it costs in the state.
So for them to give you a $10,000 credit or straight up $10,000 cash in you homeschool, that means they’re pocketing or saving off of their budget eight or nine grand a year. That’s assuming that my numbers are correct on what they’re paying per student in Texas. I could be getting it confused with one of the Carolinas because I’ve read so many articles in that front of late.
But yeah, I mean, you want to talk about makes economic sense. If the children get the level of education they need, and that’s important, not all homeschooling parents are as talented or as capable as others. There’s a guy down here, Jeff, that has an Icon 5 that flies by all the time.
And I will admit I’m a little jelly. Jealous jelly. Not yours.
What’s the probability I’m doing multiple baskets? It’s decent, but most people believe it’s going to be one central basket and then all the other currencies will go as they’re ready. But when I say that, if you think about it, it would make more sense. Let’s say if you’re in Africa, it’d make more sense for them to all go pretty close at the same time in a basket because they would support each other’s values and stability so that you don’t have wildly different values from one country to the next when they’re borders and neighbors.
It causes, well, similar to the problem you’re seeing in Iraq and Iran, similar to the problem you’re seeing with Kuwait and Iraq. Those huge differences in valuations creates like a giant sucking sound as the poor nation desperately needs the wealthier nation to be able to make things happen. So what makes more sense is to go kind of in groupings as they’re ready.
Four or five or an entire region of Africa or the entire continent go at once to revalue. And to me, we saw a big key in that when the president of the Congo reached out. Trump said, hey, come in, take over, bring us stability.
We’ll sign mineral rights, et cetera. We’ll work together. We’ll employ the people from the Congo, the Congonese, and make big differences.
I think that’s part of it. I think they’re trying to jump in that basket. And we are.
It’s really cool. It’s really exciting to see her happen, to see her happen, whatever you guys want to call it. The helicopter would make huge sense down here on an island that’s 140 miles by 30 or 40 miles.
Good point. Somebody just said homeschooling will improve the knowledge of the teacher to AKA the parent will have to learn it. That’s true.
I like it. All right, folks. Let’s sing happy birthday and then get over to Stacy Z and the amazing high fields.
Somebody just asked, light Colombian today. Light Colombian is the freedom forged of the day. See, I met with a Chinese company yesterday in Dubai.
He was telling me they have cities that are empty. They overbuilt. Don’t have the people having kids.
I may go visit a factory in a couple of months, Greg. I got friends that go for manufacturing and I’m jealous. I’d like to go see it, see it with my own eyes.
Would it be a little spooky for me because I’m so politically outspoken? Yeah, it would be a little spooky, but I would still do it. All right, guys, let’s sing it. Kathy J. Lois Sita.
Actually, we had a couple of Kathy’s and a couple of Tammy’s today. So Kathy’s Kathy C. J. Lois Sita. Spencer, Dawn, Tammy, Billy and Julia.
I’m certain I’m missing some. Sound off. Mods, if you could, if anybody pops in and it’s their birthday over on kick, I may need you to bring it over because I can only see so much.
So they tell me it’s your birthday. Well, happy birthday, darling. May you live.
May you love. Make all your dreams come true. Happy birthday.
Happy birthday. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to all.
Zuri and Davis. Yeah, we started about the eight minute mark. Since you’re on YouTube, just go back to about the eight minute mark and you can get in majority of the news or at least IQD related or revalue related and about a 10 minute clip right there.
All right, folks, let’s let’s do this one. I’m waiting for I’m waiting for. Is that Banksy? Yes.
Hello, Banksy. Bring in everyone else and then I’ll prepare to step out stage left and wait in the wings. OK, so good morning, everyone.
OK, good morning. Something really funny to share real quick because everybody was giving me compliments on my hair last week. Thank you, everyone.
And a hard time because his hair isn’t as thick as mine. I just wanted to show everybody Kukla got a picture of me this morning when I got out of bed. Let’s see if everybody can.
Oh, it’s the light going to mess it up. It’s a kitty cat whose fur is everywhere. So I just had to share that.
Hey, did you guys see any tigers or lions that had hair like that while you were on Safari? Here’s a fun fact. There are no tigers in Africa. We we didn’t we didn’t really know that until we got there.
But that was that was a fun fact that we learned. What? Hey, who are there in Asia? Are they? Yeah, I was I was baffled. I was thinking lions and tigers and, you know, giraffes and elephants and all the things.
And then we get there. I’m like, oh, there’s no tigers. We get to your point.
We did see four male lions. I think they were they told us they were all brothers and they had the big manes. Right.
The big fur. I mean, oh, my gosh. Unbelievable.
Gorgeous. Gorgeous. Yeah.
Yeah, you could reach out and probably touch them. I mean, we didn’t we didn’t expect them to be as close as they were. But when we got there, I mean, we were within, I’d say, 20 feet of these male lions.
And it was your your your hair starts to stand up a little bit when you get that close to a cat that big. Oh, my God. In the wild.
Oh, yes. Goodness gracious. They’re saying good morning.
They are. Morning, everyone. Know us.
You guys. I feel so bad. Everybody’s schedule has been so crazy.
You haven’t been on for a little while. And then I make you come on after you get back from traveling around the world and taking 24 hour flights. Oh, no.
We’re happy to do it. So good morning. Was it Artsby Riddle? There were a couple other folks, I think, that were in there as well.
They were saying, oh, yeah, I don’t know, Kukla 21. I mean, Triumphant Triumphant 2024. I love these screen.
The screen names are get me every time. Aren’t they great? One of my favorite ones was old couple on a couch. And I haven’t seen them lately.
It was hilarious. Or was it old retired couple on a couch? Very descriptive, I guess. Yes.
So I love it. It’s fun. Oh, yeah.
Rosie Rossi’s giving me an update. So fantastic. We are saving her peripheral.
She’s got peripheral artery issues, and so we’re saving our big toe at the moment. Yeah, she said her circulation is doing better. So exactly how it works.
So are you is she just on the on the per tandem or the collagen or both? You know what she’s doing right now? We’re doubling up on the NRF, too. And she’s doing the cardio for life to get it going really quick. Yeah, but so it’s making a big difference.
But oh, I have another one. So just because I get excited because Vicky sent me an update on herself. Vicky L. He does the mind body system and the tricenter diesel just because she loves it.
So she got blood work back. And even though she’s 65, her age documented by blood work is 49. Boom.
Drop the mic, man. That’s fantastic. Blood.
The blood doesn’t lie. No, it does not. That’s all kinds of wonderful, great reports this past well past two weeks.
So it’s been wonderful. Yeah, we’ve heard again. We’ve been in this business a long time.
And so we’re constantly hearing updates from people getting their blood work done or just talking about how they feel or getting a better prognosis from their doctor. I mean, that’s why we keep doing this is the stories like that just keep coming in just that really help you. You know, the science says it works.
But when you also hear it from people who are telling you how they feel and how it’s impacted them, that really that really brings it home. Yes. And I forgot.
She is doing the NBA enhance as well. Enhance to nice. Okay.
Yep. We’re helping with an addiction thing called smoking. So we’re going to try.
She’s done. I mean, amazing results on their own. But yes, and Roberta says she’s actually anxiously awaiting for her shipment to come in.
So she’s fantastic. Yeah, she’s looking ready to get started. So because I mean, it’s all about like Brian said, it’s the stories.
It’s like we call it the emotional income that we get by being a part of this business, that emotional income of people. You’re correct, Brian. Someone said India.
Asia, India, I’m including all that. India is part of Asia. I just said Asia.
Eurasia is the continent that tigers come from. So you’re in the right area. You’re getting better than me because I literally thought they were in Africa.
No. So I got to pause right here because here’s a funny story. What happened is all the wives prank the husbands on this trip and they got us all these safari shirts.
The wives just said, Hey, you need to wear this. And we all just thought it was a one of a kind. We’re showing up in this shirt not realizing that all the husbands are showing up wearing the exact same shirt.
Now, what’s also funny about it is the shirt that was picked had tigers on it. And so the wives did not realize there were no tigers in Africa. So that made it just extra funny.
Yeah, I was pretty impressed that almost 50 gentlemen ended up wearing it. So they really trust their wives. I mean, the company had a dinner that night.
So we all just said, Hey, this is the dinner. This is the shirt I picked out for you that we’re going to wear for the dinner, blah, blah, and no questions asked. But it was as much as the guys didn’t seem to be into it, I think by the end of it, they were all pretty happy.
We embraced it. But I love it. Stacey, no blood pressure issues.
Rosie also said she had no blood pressure issues either. So, you know, we kind of talked a little bit about what I’ve been talking about this month. You know, it’s Heart Health Month.
And so I was thinking we should, you know, talk about NRF2. You know, that whole study Ohio State did in conjunction with or did the American Heart Association put up the money for it? So, yeah, the American Heart Association provided the funding to Ohio State University to conduct the study. And what they were studying specifically, I’m sure you know someone who’s had a stent put in, you know, who had that build up of plaque inside their arterial walls, and so they need a stent.
When that happens, that creates a little bit of trauma, a little bit of scarring, you know, that whole procedure. And what happens is that scarring creates a place for cholesterol to build up, for plaque to develop. And the problem, you know, over in the long term can get worse because of that scarring.
So what Ohio State was studying with protandum NRF2 was will that help with that what’s the medical term is interplasial yeah basically it’s build up of plaque. In layman’s terms, build up of plaque in the arterial walls will protandum help with that. And when you read through the study, and there’s a great video on YouTube that walks you through the entire study in great detail, but it shows that it greatly helps.
It greatly helps. People on the protandum NRF2 did not have any or nearly as much of the plaque build up in their arterial walls from having a stent put in. So and it just kind of confirmed some other studies done at VCU showing that there is great heart health benefits of lowering your oxidative stress because I’ve said it before in a lot of presentations I’ve done, heart disease cannot happen without oxidative stress.
And when you take the only product on the planet that’s clinically proven to reduce it significantly, it just makes perfect sense that good things are going to happen in terms of your heart health. So that all makes sense. And again, all these different independent studies, again, the American Heart Association has funded several studies at major universities to prove that again and again.
So the science definitely backs it up. Yep. And DeeDee, is taking the trisynergy pack with the MindBody GLP-1 redundant? No.
No. Do different things. It just makes it work better.
I will never give it up. Yeah. The products are complementary and so the Pertanum products help out the GLP-1 products work better.
So we now have studies that say that. It helps the collagen work better. And so when you’re reducing oxidative stress and you’re taking the other Pertanums to boost your NAD and creating more mitochondria inside of your cells, it all helps each other.
They all are related and it’s just a synergy that forms where the benefits are just magnified and amplified when you take all those products together. Just layers, right? I mean, the foundation is there. It’s NERF to improve the health of every cell of your body.
And when you do that, your body innately is going to want to function better. It’s going to function easier, right? It’s not going to be as difficult for your body to do what it’s supposed to be doing anyway. But then when you start building on those other layers, you start improving those other areas exponentially.
You know, I don’t know. I talk to people all the time. They’re like, you take all that? I say, I do take all of that.
Like, one is my insurance policy because the reality is I’m not getting any younger. Anybody getting younger? If you have found a way to get younger, let me know. Oh, hey, I do it by taking the MindBody and the Pertanum Trisynergizer and the Collagen.
You know, we have a study that shows that we can live 7% longer by taking the NRF too. We can extend our life, but I mean, no one really wants to live longer if they can’t do the things they want to do, right? And that’s what I tell people. It’s like, take the Pertanum, take the Collagen, take these products so that you can carry your own groceries from your car to the counter so that you can kneel down to the floor and spend time with your grandbabies and still be able to get back up, right? Or so that, you know, maybe people ask you to go do things, but you hesitate because you’re fearing the pain or discomfort that you might experience after enjoying that activity.
And I don’t know about you, but I don’t want anyone to feel like they have to live less of a life because they feel that their body is betraying them, right? So for me, it’s about let’s give you all the tools that we can to help your body function at its best so that we can minimize potentially the symptoms that you may be experiencing that just come, you know, with aging. And we’re talking about the difference between health span and life span. So life span is just the years, you know, the date you’re born, the date you die, you know, that’s life span.
But health span are the healthy ones. And for a lot of people, those healthy years are a lot smaller than their life span. And so what we’re talking about with these products is we’re increasing that health span and we’re shortening that gap between health span and life span because that gap is what you really want to fear because those years are miserable.
You see it in older people. You go to any long-term care facility, any nursing home, you’re going to see their lifestyle and they’re in that gap. And it’s not pretty.
It’s miserable. And so everybody should be focused on shortening that gap as much as possible. And we’re not doing it with supplements.
This is not supplementation. A lot of people, first glance, look at what we have and they’re like, oh, there’s supplements. I can get those at the grocery store.
No, there’s thousands of supplement companies out there. Our company is the only one doing activation. They’re natural activators.
It’s a million times more powerful. Supplements serve a different role. That’s about filling a nutritional gap.
Whereas these activators are actually harnessing the God-given built-in mechanisms inside of your cells. We now have the know-how and the science and the technology to focus on those things. And the best part is we’re focusing on it with natural products, natural compounds.
So the things that God gave us on this Earth, we figure out the right… Most people in the past are like, well, I just need to take this or I need to take this. It’s like, no. You actually need specific combination, a specific recipe of these natural compounds to make this work in the body.
It’s a concert. It’s an orchestra that’s playing. And that’s what these activators are all about.
And the bottom line is it’s getting your body to do what it’s designed to do and what it used to do when you were young so that we can stay healthy and active much, much longer. That’s what it’s all about. If you’re just taking supplements at the grocery store, in most cases, you’re wasting your money unless you have some sort of deficiency.
But when you take these activators, especially taking them together, the science tells us they work in concert with each other, they help each other, and so you’re getting the maximum benefit. Take it to make it. That’s what we say.
Take it to make it. You take the right things and you give your body what it needs and then it makes what it needs for you to feel great. You actually got a compliment, Brian.
Someone noticed that you had lost some weight, too. Yeah. I started taking the GLP-1.
I lost eight pounds in the first two weeks, which is not typical. I should add. Most people lose weight between eight and twelve weeks of being on our products.
How mad was Holly at you? I’ll tell you what. She tried to bring it up, but it’s true. I just knew.
I mean, again, Brian could just choose to not look at French fries. I would look at French fries and I gained five pounds. Brian might opt to just eliminate one thing and then drops the eight pounds.
There’s definitely when it comes. Men’s bodies and women’s bodies, news flash, they’re different. They’re different.
I saw some immediate benefits. Other people, it takes longer, but the products do work. The clinical studies show that.
There’s been a smattering. In the first two weeks, I lost seven pounds. Now I’m doing inches.
I lost another pound. Still inches. It’s doing its job.
Some people, they lose crazy 10 to 15 pounds in the first two weeks. I’m like, are you kidding? Not typical. You didn’t put on that weight in two weeks.
It’s not going to go away in two weeks. It’s funny. When it comes to our weight, we have these unrealistic expectations.
We want that silver bullet. We want to lose that weight yesterday. The products are incredible, and they’re going to do more than help you manage your weight.
They’re going to get your gut in check. They’re going to make your cravings, your blood sugar levels. There’s a lot of other benefits with this product, but it’s like, come on, people.
Give yourself some grace and be honest with yourself. The idea is it’s all about habits. At the end of the day, people are like, well, am I going to have to take this product forever? Well, are you going to change any of your habits? I’m just being honest with you.
It’s like the product is going to help you. That’s proven. The science is there, but at the end of the day, are we going to be willing to make some changes and make some habit difference to help move some things along maybe? There’s some people who are saying they’re feeling more energetic.
Maybe they’re not dropping the pounds that they wanted, but they’re feeling more energetic. With that energy, they’re now walking where they weren’t walking before. Those are the types of things that get me excited with this.
The collagen, the bortandam in itself, that combination, hands down, phenomenal. Now the company’s offered a stack that includes those two products with the MindBody. It’s a recipe for magic to happen.
That’s all I’m going to say. Yeah. Some people, like what we found also, some people weren’t losing weight on the product.
Well, they also weren’t eating enough protein. That’s huge. You’ve got to do at least 64 ounces of water.
You’ve got to eat. It roughly works out to be a gram of protein for every pound of weight. The people in the clinical study, I think I had to eat about 30 grams of protein.
That’s definitely going to help it. Again, when you boost that GLP-1, it can consume protein in the body. You definitely want to replenish that by consuming more.
WKW, whatever you do, don’t give up. That O-word was taking everything out of your body. It was making it do things God never meant for it to do.
Your body’s got to work on that. I’m going to tell you, Dr. Jeffrey Piccarello, he was on the other before and now switched over and he is now up to 40 pounds in weight loss on our system. Don’t give up.
If you text me, I will text a wonderful video he did for men and men’s health. Imagine how many people, everybody on this knows someone or is on one of those products. You either know someone who is or you’re on it yourself.
Imagine the people out there that are considering it but don’t want the side effects and the side effects are plenty and they’re long term, a lot more permanent. The cost of it, insurance companies stop paying for it. They’re not considering if you’re taking it for weight loss, they don’t consider that a medical necessity.
You’ve got that to contend with. Imagine if you can just get your body, your body knows how to make GLP-1. It’s been making it since you were born.
Can’t we just take some nutrition and tell our body to make more of it? That’s exactly what the product does. It’s communicating directly with the genes responsible that are the switches basically that turn on your GLP-1 producers and the things that because you need the GLP-1 hormones, you also need the receptors. They need to fit together.
Our product turns both genes on. You’re creating more receptors. You’re creating more hormone.
You’re having that effect in the body where it’s boosting its own GLP-1 versus injecting a synthetic, which your body figures out that it’s not natural. Your body does. I had this conversation with a doctor yesterday.
He says, your body figures out pretty quickly that that should not be in your body. That’s why there’s so many side effects to that synthetic. Have you seen all the crazy studies that are coming out about people losing their vision? We don’t know what we don’t know.
We continue to uncover things as we go. I understand that weight loss can be a very emotional and a very difficult thing that people are dealing with. Making those types of decisions I know isn’t always easy, but I would just say, again, be your own advocate.
Get the information. Understand what your options are. If you arm yourself with the right people and the right products, you’re going to be able to get that success that you want.
What is it? Anushka. She goes, proof that the liquid collagen does wonders. She says she’s living proof.
I also take the MindBodyCorporate tandem Nrf2. I’m telling you that Nrf2 foundational. Collagen.
Oh, my gosh. It’s not just about fine lines and wrinkles, people. We’re talking about if you bruise really easily, chronic dry eyes, things that collagen is so plentiful throughout your body.
The company offers what we call the healthy glow stack, that Nrf2 and collagen. That is an incredible stack. People get so much value out of that.
Since MindBody coming out, it’s more than just a weight loss product, but again, dive in. Find out what areas of your health are you focused in on? What are the things that you would like to see the most improvements on? Maybe you want to just sleep through the night. Or maybe you just not want to be tired by 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
There’s choices. Oh, yes. Oh, hey, did you know, just a little fun fact for it being heart health month, did you know the heart has six different types of collagen in it? Hey, how many types of collagen do we have in our liquid collagen? 10.
Same number of fingers on my hand. Same number of fingers on your screen. 21 different collagen peptides and there’s one that’s the most prevalent, but you’re right, between the heart.
That’s why we tell people, we’re not just trying to help you age gracefully here. It’s literally about your joint health, your eyes, your cardiovascular, your liver. So many things.
I like that. Actually, I don’t know what I knew that. You didn’t know that? I didn’t know that it was six different types.
Type one is the most prevalent and cardiomyocytes need that, but then there’s five other types that they need. What does our study on NRF2 and collagen show? How much we help fibroblasts, which are so crazy important for the heart as well, and it helps with endothelial cells, which helps with your vascular system. It does amazing things together.
When you increase your collagen, you’re improving your arterial health, you’re lowering your risk of stroke and heart attack. There’s better blood flow and circulation, reduced risk of hypertension. As you mentioned, the heart tissue, there’s different types of collagen that’s helping there, and there’s also cholesterol benefit because it helps raise good cholesterol, lower bad cholesterol when you boost your collagen.
The benefits are endless in terms of heart health. It’s not just a beauty product because a lot of people are like, oh my gosh, look, the bags in our eyes are gone and the wrinkles are gone. It’s helping the outside, but imagine what’s going on in the inside.
You should see some of the pictures of the results people have had on the outside. Just imagine what it’s doing on the inside. Collagen, even, did you know it helps with the signal in the heart for the heartbeat too? For arrhythmias and stuff? You were diving in on heart health.
She’s full of fun facts. I didn’t know that. You didn’t know that? I knew something my twin didn’t know.
Here’s another fun fact. Did you know that hearts have GLP-1 receptors? Yeah. There’s so many heart benefits to increasing your GLP-1 hormone as well.
Mark didn’t know that, but yeah. A lot of people think GLP-1 is just for weight loss, or they just think it’s for maintaining blood sugar. The list is endless.
You’re going to see it. I’ve said this before on the show. You’re going to see the GLP-1 synthetics out there get FDA approval for more and more and more conditions because GLP-1 is so beneficial in the body.
They’re racing to get the research in front of the FDA so they can start approving it for different disease processes. Again, you’re given a choice between a synthetic with side effects, high costs, got to get a prescription, just injecting that with a needle just freaks me out, or would you rather actually eat food that increases your GLP-1 by 140%? That’s what our clinical trials show. Exactly.
The healthy way. It’s pretty cool. Hey, did you know that that study on Nrf2 and collagen was amazing and showed amazing results? Have you seen the study on Nrf2 in the GLP-1 system and the 22 new genes it turns on for organ health, rejuvenation? It goes back to what Holly said, that Nrf2 is so foundational that it lays that healthy foundation so these other products work better when you’re taking both of them.
For the folks that are just taking one of the products, if you’re not taking the Nrf2, you should add it to whatever you’re taking. It’s going to help it work better. I have conversations with doctors all the time who understand this technology, who mention it to patients, and that’s exactly what they tell them.
They tell them, it’s going to help my treatment work better. Whatever treatment the doctor is giving them, they say, this product is going to make my treatments be more effective. Again, it’s just laying that foundation of health there so that the other treatments work better.
Yes. They all go hand-in-hand. That Nrf2 is so important for everything.
Oh my gosh, and especially for heart health. It increases your nitric oxide output. It takes care of the oxidative stress.
What causes strokes when your LDL oxidizes? Get rid of that oxidative stress so you don’t have to be so concerned about the plaque and buildup, but guess what Nrf2 does? It helps get rid of that too. It’s an amazing thing. I just can’t tell anybody enough of how important it is to your daily life, and your dog’s life, and your horse’s life.
Oh my gosh. Every mammal can benefit from it. Yes.
Such good stuff. I’m trying to think, is there anything else? Those are really the three most incredible products that we have. We’ve got more, don’t get me wrong, but those are probably the most foundational now would be the Nrf2, the collagen, and the GLP-1 just for brain health, gut health.
People on the Activated Weight Loss site, we’ve had people talk about not having IBS anymore. Everybody’s lowering their insulin intake. Well, not everybody, but a lot of people, you know what I mean? There’s so many testimonials on that page.
It’s just, again, reassuring that the research is right, because people are just seeing the results. Again, everybody’s different. Some people it’s much slower than others, but everybody’s body is different.
Everybody’s DNA is different. A lot of people have gut issues that have to get remedied before the GLP-1 will work. Now, the GLP-1 is going to help with that, but it also, things like prebiotics and probiotics are going to help get your gut in order so that the product can be effective.
A lot of people have to go through that phase of getting their gut in order before the product really kicks in and start working. I was asking about the protein, because I think, Brian, you mentioned in the study, the participants started out with 30 grams of protein for their morning breakfast. You can drink your protein.
It doesn’t have to be meat. For most of us as Americans, we don’t get the proper protein nutrition that we need, and as we get older, we think we need to eat less, and sometimes you just need to consume less carbs and increase your protein intake in order to maintain that muscle mass, because that’s so important. I personally, I take at least one scoop of protein myself every single day.
I put it in my coffee. I actually mix it in with the MindBody. It tastes amazing.
That one scoop is 34 grams of protein, so I know no matter how crazy or busy my day gets, depending on your schedule, your only option may be to drink that protein. Obviously, if you can get it through other sources, whether that’s meat sources or beans, vegetables, things like that. Just so you know, if you think you’re eating two eggs in the morning and you’re starting your morning off right, two eggs does not make the solid protein it takes.
It’s a good start, but you need a lot more than that. You need five eggs to get that 30 grams. Again, be mindful, and if you have a tendency, we get, I’m eating healthy.
A lot of times we’re not eating enough, and then we’re not eating enough of the right things. Holly and I had this conversation the other day because a lot of people think that they’re eating healthy, but if you actually tracked what you ate every single day and be honest with yourself and look at that, you might be surprised. We had this conversation with a health coach who somebody thought they were eating healthy and just couldn’t lose any weight.
When she actually tracked what she ate, she looked at it, she’s eating out five days a week. You don’t know what they’re putting in the food and you know that it’s not always healthy. They want to make it taste good.
This person was baffled eating out five days a week and not losing any weight. It’s like, well, that answer was glaring to us looking at it from the outside. Another really important thing is getting rid of those horrible seed oils that they’re using now that are really just chemical byproducts.
They’re actually oil byproducts. Most people don’t realize that when you shop at a grocery store, you need to be healthy. You need to shop the outer aisles because the closer you get to the middle, it’s full of just processed foods.
That is actually what is killing our endocrine systems and our hormones. Our metabolic rates are all jacked up. Our bodies just don’t know what to do anymore.
I just don’t know what to do anymore. A lot of great stuff. A lot of great comments.
Rosie said she didn’t realize how bad she felt until she started using the products. We get so used sometimes to feeling a certain way. We just chalk it up to, that’s just the way it is.
I’m not getting any younger. No. Sometimes the smallest differences can make such a huge impact on how you feel on a daily basis.
Absolutely. That’s such good stuff. Brian and I are coming up on 13 years.
13 years we have been literally taking this little yellow activator. I don’t know about you, but I’m not a very consistent person with anything. My husband can tell you I like to start things.
It’s difficult for me to finish things, but this goes into my body every single day. I’m putting it in baggies. We were traveling for 10 days.
You better believe this stuff is coming with us. Everything comes with us. I always say if you truly understand what that product does, you will take it every day the rest of your life.
Just in a while whopping let’s see 40% in how many days? 70% in 120? Yeah, 40% in 30 days on average. You’re going to minimize your oxidative stress levels. Again, you’re literally just taking out the garbage.
Just think about it like that. It’s like when you put garbage out on the curb, it just whisks away. When things go on strike, that garbage starts to pile up, and then things start to smell, and it gets bad, and it attracts all nasty things.
You don’t feel good. It’s just gross. That’s what this is.
This is literally ramping up and bringing more garbage men into your body to take out the trash so you don’t have to. Trying to keep it simple. Can you tell me the science person who just tries to keep on everything? Mark and Stacey have had phenomenal results with these products.
Like we said, look, it’s not a silver bullet. We would never claim that it’s going to cure, treat, or prevent anything. That would be irresponsible of us.
We just know what we know through our experience, through over a decade of using the product and consulting with other people using the product and hearing their stories, seeing blood work, seeing physicians updates and blood panels and different things like that. Not everybody’s in tune with their body. Sometimes they don’t feel like it’s helping them, but trust me, even if you’re taking it, take it as a preventative so that hopefully you don’t wait until something’s broke, basically, is my point.
If you’re already underweight. Will GLP make you lose weight if you are already underweight? That’s a good question. I’ll be honest.
I’m not a dietitian. That is something that I would probably want to reach out to Dr. Jeffrey about, maybe Stacey, and get a follow-up with that. I wouldn’t want to hear them wrong on that.
It’s going to do other things for them as far as their overall health. Right. One of the purposes of it is to control cravings.
If you don’t have those unhealthy cravings already, then you don’t have to worry about that. People take the GLP-1 for other reasons. We know people that are at a healthy weight that still use it to get the other benefits from that.
It’s not just a weight loss benefit. I do have one of Mark’s listeners that’s been trying to gain weight. She does the product, and she’s been fine.
- We’ve seen people actually improve their muscle mass. You know what I’m saying? If they’re building muscle through that process, that could be, obviously, a good thing.
Right? Exactly. There’s lots of guys. It’s no fair, man.
They’re filling out their little six-packs, and I’m still working on my ponytail. I am starting to get little muscles. I can see the little muscles in my stomach finally.
That says a lot because I’ve been insulin-resistant since college. I’m getting there. Yeah, that’s a big deal.
That’s a big deal. I think some of you were asking about the protein. It’s called PE Science Select.
It’s a low-carb, gluten-free, keto-friendly. I just do the vanilla. It keeps things really simple.
I know not everyone likes vanilla. It comes in other flavors. It’s kind of funny when it comes to houses like a big, gigantic canister or whatever.
Again, it’s 34 grams of protein in a scoop. It is a whey protein. If you’re a vegan, this is not for you.
It gives me the protein that I want without the added sugars and things that I just don’t like. We have some friends that are some bodybuilders. It’s also a protein that they actually recommended to me.
That’s what I use and that’s what I love. Yeah, protein is pretty ubiquitous. It really comes down to personal preference whether you want a vegan protein or whether you want a whey protein.
Some people have allergies to certain proteins, so you just got to look at what’s in there. It really comes down to personal preference. There are different price points as well.
The cleaner you get, the more expensive it is. The inexpensive stuff, again, if you don’t have allergies or you don’t like any ingredients, just look at the ingredients label and see if it’s something that’s right for you. I just found one.
I’ve been looking at that because a lot of people ask me. For the least amount of additives, I found Prime Equip. It is the grass-fed organic beef.
Then Transparent Labs has one that is organic grass-fed whey. I’ve done both of those and they seem to be really good. They have the Prime only has one ingredient for the chocolate.
It’s wonderfully clean. There’s a lot of good ones out there. Grocery stores have them.
You can order them online. GNC, vitamin places have good protein. Just read the labels and then pick what’s right for you.
Try it out. If you don’t like the taste or something, try a different one. Exactly.
I think we should probably let Mark run. I was going to say, we’ve gone a little long. I was surprised you were still going.
It’s so fun to see you guys. I feel like we haven’t really talked to or seen you guys in a little bit. It’s been entirely too long.
I do need to call it a wrap. You guys were having it and the questions were just great. I was loving the interactions.
Anything you guys want to say in closing? I think Kukla has shared the website to give people to order. You order online. Go on subscription because you’re going to save money.
You’re going to save money. Make sure you go on subscription for the product. You’re in complete control.
Like Mark was saying, you’re in complete control. Stacey’s got you covered. If you have questions or Brian even.
At the end of the day, we don’t want you to just take stuff to take it. We want you to feel confident and comfortable where it is that you’re putting your hard-earned money. Honestly, I tell people all the time.
They’re like, I’ll try it for a month. I’m like, don’t waste your money. I don’t need you to try this product.
I need you to trust and believe that this product’s going to do what it says it’s going to do. Then you’re making this commitment for yourself. It’s an investment for yourself.
It’s not about us. Just keep that in mind. They’ve got your best interest at heart.
Just as an FYI to everyone, I know a lot of people have powder left over from the DLP1 system. We’re doing a thing now where you can go in and do spot orders of just the MB Core pills. Only through March 31st.
Yep. Go in there, order them. Click on go in.
Click shop all. Scroll down. Down at the bottom it says exclusive MindBody Core and MindBody Enhanced separately that you can buy them.
Perfect. I’m going to call it a wrap right there. See everybody this evening at 7 that’s going to join.
Brian, Holly, Stacey good to see you.
