So, you know, put some things in the chat, give Frank thumbs up, show them love, and here I go. I’m going to give you some information. So, for those that are new, that don’t know me, my name is Randy Shannon. I’m a naturopathic doctor, and I look at faces, fingernails, tongues, and other marks of concern on the body.

And then from that I can see what’s going on with the organs of the body. This is 5,000 year old original medicine. Okay? If it could have been debunked, it would have been. So there’s physical markers on the body that you know people would look for. But tonight I’m going to talk a little bit about some biological rhythms and actually understanding them. So take some notes because this is going to blow your mind. So when we’re looking at somebody’s health, this is one of the things that I try to get to the heart of, which is

looking at the internal rhythms. And if you think we don’t have them, uh, think about pretty much everything in life. You, if you look at plants, they bloom during the day and then they’ll close up at night. The the moon has its phases. It has its biological clock. If you look at the ocean, it has high tides and low tides. That’s what I thought. Well, everything on Earth has a rhythm and it operates on that rhythm and it dictates daily life much like a timekeeper. And that intrinsic timer, if you will, influences our body functions

and the biochemical levels. Hey, hey, do a Hey, Dr. R. Hey, Dr. Randy, you’re not going to believe this. Last week, I talked about the same thing that you’re talking about. I did the 2080 about the earth, the same relationship with us. And I said, “Look, you should eat when the sun is out. Don’t eat when the sun sets because you got no water in your intestines. You got low tide.” And I and I went on and on. I just wanted to interfere and tell you that’s quite a coincidence. Continue. Please continue.

Amazing. Because I didn’t hear that show and God is my witness to that. I did not hear that show. So maybe this will narrow it down even more. Maybe you already talked about this, but you know, another really good example is the menstrual cycle in women. Okay? So, it comes every 28 days. We last so many days. So, we know we have biological clocks. So, here’s where you want to take some notes. Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., human cells undergo their most significant division, occurring up to eight times faster than

during the daytime. So, sleep is important because we got cells that are undergoing all kinds of division there and it’s important that we’re sleeping, okay? And that period is ideal for nourishing the body also. Cortisol levels, they peak from 6:00 a.m. to 7 a.m. and that’s signaling the body’s wake up call. During the night, metabolism and lymphatic activity decrease leading to morning puffiness, particularly around the eyes. Now, that also can be an organ. So, if you got puffiness around the eye all the time, you don’t want to

discount that. Okay? So from 8 a.m. to noon, the skin is at its most robust and secretes more oils at that time. The afternoon slump from 1 to 3 coincides with the lowest blood pressure and hormone levels. And that explains that dip in energy. Okay? And then by late afternoon from 400 pm to 8:00 p.m. that’s when blood oxygen increases enhancing you ready for this nutrient absorption and that’s due to peak pancreatic secretions at that time 4 to 8:00 p.m. Now I still take my nutrients in the morning the afternoon but I also

take them in those hours as well. Okay. And then in the evening 8:00 PM to 11 p.m. sees the highest histamine production and that can lead to low blood pressure and increased swelling. So think about that. Are you allergy prone? Are your allergies going nuts from 8:00 at least to 11 p.m.? Well, that’s the highest histamine production. And you know, our emotional well-being, our immune system, these are all tied to those rhythms. And so stability in mood can bolster our immunity. We don’t want a bunch of downers. We want everything

taking us up. Also, things like rheumatoid fever, uh conditions like asthma or bronchitis, they’re often worse at night because it’s in that time frame. And um so we got to watch for those types of things. heart disease, particularly heart attacks and cardiac arrest. They see their peak incidents in the early morning hours and that is uh indicating when these conditions are the most critical, those early morning hours. And then diabetes, we probably have a few on this call with type two is totally reversible, you guys. You just

have to call me and we help to get the job done. and type ones if you weren’t born with it and you were diagnosed with it later that’s reversible in almost every single case. It’s a misdiagnosis. So you can say no that’s not true but we see it all the time complete reversals of this. Um so diabetes the management becomes challenging in the morning due to high anti-insulin hormone levels leading to an elevated blood sugar. So, did you ever wake up and say, “Gosh, my numbers were skyh high, so I did this and this.”

Well, really, it’s it’s a it’s a body clock. Okay. Rheumatoid arthritis, or what a lot of people call RA, the pain also tends to spike during that time. So, the scientists have actually identified over a hundred different biological rhythms, which include daily, monthly, seasonal, and yearly cycles. And those rhythms predominantly influence the key phases uh in life. The areas are energy, mood, and cognitive function. And you know, unless you did all this last week, Frank, this is new information for people. They don’t

understand that that’s out there. Um you know, some you know, everyone born has a distinct cycle that influences the various aspects of their life. Like for example, physical energy cycles approximately every 23 days, emotional stability oscillates every 28 days and intellectual capacity peaks and and at trough every 33 days. So when these cycles synchronize at their highest point, individuals experience peak performance in energy, mood, and cognitive function. So what is this all what am I talking about all of this for?

Because when we bring it all together, when I do an analysis and I’m looking at face, tongues, fingernails, other marks of concern on the body, and we reverse the issues that we see. So, for example, everybody look in the mirror right now. Stick out your tongue. And if you’re seeing discoloration on the top of your tongue, whether it’s white, uh, brown, yellow, even black, that needs to be taken care of because how will you ever be at that peak? We need to get everybody to peak health. It’s it’s literally called body,

mind, and spirit for a reason because we want everybody to be at peak health. If you have cracks, crevices, pits, little strawberry looking teeth seeds, if your tongue is super fat and it’s wavy around the edges, do you understand that? That’s inflammation in the body and your tongue is pushing into your teeth and it’s taking on the impressions of your teeth. If I wanted to uh get what your teeth impressions are, I don’t need to go to the dentist. I can just look at your tongue and I’ll know exactly. Okay? because your tongue

is pushing into that. I literally just hung up the phone with a a 20-year-old who just three months ago had a super fat tongue on all around the edges.
