Coffee with MarkZ and Zester. 02/12/2025
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the original Mark Z channel. I am Zester, and sorry for the wet hair. It has been absolute insanity this morning, getting everything together, and currently having a little bit of a fight with Tommy, the cat that really loves wet hair.
Well, he’s after me this morning, but how is everyone else doing? Oh, good morning, the Daily Word. Good morning to Sissy. Good morning, Speed Racer.
Morning, a work in progress. How are you doing? What is up? Thank you to all the mods. Thank you so much, and for those that are curious, you are supposed to get an original Mark Z popping in.
I’m not certain on what time, but he’s supposed to be popping in in just a little bit as soon as he wraps up a meeting, and so for those looking for a news banner, we’re going to be holding off until Pops joins us. If for some reason he’s not going to be able to, he’s going to shoot along the info to me, but he’s pretty darn certain that he’ll get to be here. Hey, what is up? I am.
I am there, Richard. I am. What’s up, guys? How is everyone’s Trump day starting off? Oh, no, no.
Don’t you worry. Don’t you worry. He will be getting here.
Yep. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Richard had to, had to, had to throw it all together, and actually I had been sitting at the computer for quite a while, and then the cat started getting after me and messed my hair all up, so I needed to jump in the shower.
All right, though, guys. Who has been enjoying all of the Doge news? I know that it’s been entertaining every single day, particularly entertaining, and so we’re going to jump in, and we’re going to go straight to Elon Musk’s Twitter page, and we’re just going to start right there. All right.
Sorry. All the comments and such this morning are particularly good. It seems as if the community is in a particularly good mood this Trump day.
Oh, yes, yes, indeed, and so for those that have not seen it, last night Elon Musk came into the Oval Office to answer questions with reporters, and specifically, really, to talk about the fact that a judge has put a state order on the U.S. Treasury and for Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency to look over and audit the books, and so that was a large part of what they talked about, but also some questions around all kinds of things based off of what Doge has been finding, and so that is where things got particularly, particularly interesting. Here’s an insane one, and the reason that we can’t fire more than 10,000 federal government officials per month is because you actually have to file that paperwork inside of an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. There are around 700 mine workers that operate this facility in Pennsylvania where every single termination order or for the ending of any federal employee, paperwork has to be filed by hand and then sent down 230 feet underground in Pennsylvania via an elevator in order for the termination to be successfully achieved.
It sounds like a joke. This sounds like an absolute joke. You would not, I would not believe this if it weren’t for the fact that it was Elon and there was proof.
I wouldn’t believe it at all. Federal employee retirements are processed using paper by hand in an old limestone mine in Pennsylvania. 700 plus mine workers operate 230 feet underground to process 10,000 applications per month, which are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes.
Their retirement process takes multiple months. Is that not absolute insanity? I, I, I didn’t believe it when Elon first started talking about it because I listened and I watched the entire press gaggle with Elon. And when he started talking about this one, I thought that he had to be joking.
I was like, he’s got to be mixing up something. There’s no way that’s actually how it works. Well, yeah, that’s actually how it works.
And so we’re only able with this, a purge of the bureaucracy to fire 10,000 federal employees per month because the elevator that descends into this 230 feet underground mine can only take 10,000 envelopes per month. And so it’s not even that the people can’t process it. It’s that the elevator is not capable of exceed of getting that many envelopes down to them.
And how did this ever happen? Why is it, why are we protecting the termination letters of federal employees more so than we’re protecting some parts of our nuclear arsenal? It might be easier to get access to a nuclear weapons site than it is to get access to the termination paperwork for federal employees. That is absolutely insane. It’s absolutely insane.
And so that was just the beginning though. And so for all of those out there curious about proof on just how long, just how old a person can live to be, Elon Musk during the same go actually, and I wish I was kidding guys. I wish this was a joke, but there are multiple people over 150 years of age that are still receiving social security.
And so I don’t know if anybody here has met anybody who has hit the 150 mark, but I haven’t. I have not found anybody who is 150 years old. And Elon had some particularly funny comments about it.
Actually, Elon said we found multiple recipients over 150 years old. And he said he didn’t know if they should call the Guinness book of world records or what he said. But also if there is a person that is 150 years old, which Elon Musk in the department of government efficiency are pretty certain that they’re not alive, but he said, if they are, they should be particularly famous and we should be listening to them in regards to longevity.
And so there is another absolute insanity. I mean, out of the disclosures with the department of government efficiency. I don’t even know how is that overlooked? How is that overlooked? How does that possibly make it through the system? And he went further on to go through and talk about government contracts that terminated decades ago that the U S treasury continues to pay.
And so the contracts over the, the company has already been paid. They were paid back in 2002, 2003. Well, for the past 21 years, we’ve been paying them every month as if the contract was still in existence.
And this to me is blatant kickbacks. There’s no way that someone didn’t catch this. You’re telling me money just leaves.
You just keep writing checks. You don’t even try to figure out where they’re going. Absolute absolute silliness, but yes, guys, I know many folks were very worried about Trump because he had discussed playing with or working with social security.
And I know that people on the left were really positioning that as, Oh, he’s planning on cutting social security. It’s not what he’s doing. He’s going through and auditing the books for social security and saying, wait a second, are we paying one? Are we paying people that are alive? And two, are we paying people that are actually American citizens? Because the other disclosure is that we have been paying social security to a whole bunch of people who are not actually legal Americans a whole lot.
And so I’m, I’m hoping to hear more on this. What I want to hear is that we’re going to take this money that was going to, to fraudsters that was going to folks that are deceased. And we actually give this money to the folks and we increase social security for, for the real taxpayers, for the real Americans, for the people who really need it, especially after the amount of inflation we’ve seen during the Biden administration.
I don’t know, to me, that seems like something where we need to go through, we need to get these folks off books, quit sending them checks. And then let’s start sending that money to actual people. You know, I don’t think that we need to take that money back and add that back into the budget just for it to be wasted on something else in a decade.
Let’s just go ahead and allocate that money back towards legal Americans and folks that desperately need it. Because I know that for, for folks in my family and folks, I know that the social security payments are not high enough anymore on account of the inflation. People on a fixed income have been getting destroyed by this inflationary tax.
And this to me would be a way of, it’s not going to fix it. You know, it’s not going to fix it, but at least it would help. At least it would help.
Oh yeah, it is absolutely insane. And so yes, there is news there. Kalmar, Lassie, there is news.
We are waiting for pops to join us. I’m not certain. I’m waiting for that text to let me know on when he’s going to be jumping in that, or he may just surprise me and pop up in the backstage.
So no worries on that front. Also for those that are curious, we’re not going to have Andy today. Andy had something come up and he’s fine, but he had something come up.
And so he’s not going to be able to make it today. He is planning on making it tomorrow. And so look forward to Andy time tomorrow, which I know I’m really looking forward to with everything going on in the world.
I think we need some explanation, some background from Andy Sheckman. And so I was really hoping he was going to make it this morning to join me because I’ve got some questions, but tomorrow is perfect as well. And so definitely looking forward to that one.
And so we will have Stacy joining us later in the show, but don’t worry. We’re going to get to news banner before we go getting to, to Stacy. All right.
Let’s see. I bet there are some funny comments and some funny questions coming out right now. And yeah, beach lover.
Yes. Zester. My net worth dropped 40% during China Biden.
Yeah. I’m 40%. Sounds about right.
Universally beach lover. I think the only people that were doing well during the Biden administration were the folks that were benefiting from all of these kickbacks and all of this corruption in USA ID and in all the other bureaucratic departments. How are bureaucrats who are earning a hundred, $200,000 a year now putting out net worths of 30, $40 million after only working for a couple of years for the federal government and not having any substantial net worth prior to their work for the federal government.
That those are the people that have been benefiting. That is where all of that money went. And that is why they kept printing dollars.
It wasn’t to give to us. It was to give to these, these lifelong bureaucrats. It was to give kickbacks to, to different businesses that had supported their campaigns.
It was to support their globalist agenda around the world. And that’s why they’re freaking out now that we’re actually looking into the numbers. Yeah.
People who bribe doctors to falsify medical records. Yeah. Greg Straub.
Yeah. This is, and this breaking it down does make it even, even more preposterous. It’s absolutely preposterous.
Says Greg to believe that they can’t send more than 333 envelopes down an elevator in a day. That is what five or six, maybe 10 staples, paper and boxes. Yup.
Yup. Absolutely. Oh yeah.
They are sending money to corrupt judges, DAs. Absolutely. Absolutely.
Oh, and yes, fearless Floyd. Fearless Floyd. It was great getting to see fearless Floyd yesterday.
That was awesome. Absolutely. Awesome.
Bank. I would agree. Bing says, I think people who accepted those false checks should be prosecuted.
Absolutely. Absolutely. I can’t see any logic behind why they would not have known that there was something wrong unless they were being told by the bureaucrats that it’s perfectly fine.
But even then you’ve got to know that something smells, something obviously stinks. All right. Hey, absolutely.
Water tiger. I’m ready. Oh, Dennis Hall.
Hey, see wait till you see the number of dead people they get social security. I, I am, I’m curious. I’m excited to see it, but I’m also somewhat horrified because I know it’s going to end up being an insane amount of money.
And the sad thing is going to be all of the people and all the Americans that suffered over these decades when we could have done something about it. You really can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube with a lot of this. There’s going to have to be a day of reckoning when it comes down to it.
The amount of folks who went without enough money to pay the bills, the amount of folks who went without medical treatments because of these different things. You can’t fix that. And so I, I’m very, very I’m very, very excited to get the numbers.
I think we should have always had access to them. I believe no matter how bad the info is, I don’t think that anything our government should ever be withheld from us because we are in a certain degree liable for what they do. We fund and support them.
And so we deserve to know everything they do, even if it’s not pleasant. And I have a feeling a lot of the disclosures that are coming are going to fit into that category where we’re glad to have them, but ultimately we’re not glad to learn it. It’s not going to be information that anybody’s going to really be happy about.
We’re going to have to go back and look through just how many things didn’t happen because of this. How many Americans suffered? How many Americans suffered while we funded body positivity and, you know, in Uganda? It’s, it’s absolutely unacceptable. Kevin Thompson, I’m still waiting for my $2 million grant to study the effect of sunlight on rocks.
Yeah. Kevin, that’s an important one. I don’t know if anyone’s seen, there was a video that went pretty viral of a, of a dad acting, fake crying because he had gotten terminated from the, the agency to determine if the wheels on the bus do indeed go round and round.
And I thought that was a particularly funny one, but honestly, with the different programs we’ve seen so far that Elon Musk and his team have found, I’m not going to be surprised. I’m not going to be surprised, Kevin. That sounds like a far more legitimate funding program than a lot of the other ones.
Far more legitimate than a lot of them came out. And what happened to money sent to the dead people? Did it go into a bank account? Did it get used by who exactly? Okay. Those are the type of answers that we need.
Are we talking about, I mean, was it a family member? Was it, you know, what was, was it just a part of pickbacks? Were they using it as a way just saying, Hey, we want to give you a bunch of money. We’re just going to go ahead and sign up a hundred social security recipients. And we’re just going to funnel all of that money to you.
Was this just another way to essentially manipulate the system to move dollars to the hands of the folks that they wanted them to get to? We need to know Lonnie. I think it’s going to come down to how much, you know, right now we still don’t really have the numbers. They’re still fighting doge on every front and denying them access to a lot of the accounting.
And so Lonnie, we don’t even know how much money has been getting thrown away on that side. And it makes me think, cause this is something I was taught. You know, I’ve been told by my father since I was young to never count on social security because social security is going to go bankrupt before I could ever start claiming it.
And that’s something that I heard many more times from other folks that I met throughout my life, especially once I got out of school and got into the workforce, that was a regular comment, never count on social security. You’re never going to get it. You know, you’re paying into it because you have to, and you don’t want to go to jail, but don’t even plan on actually getting it when you do hit 65.
And that’s just something I’ve lived with. And it was because when you looked up the numbers, it was true. Social security is going to go bankrupt.
It’s unsustainable. But now that we’re seeing all of this corruption, all of this incompetence it makes me wonder, is social security actually viable and economically stable? If all of these things are taken out of it. And that’s something that I’m also really curious to learn about because that’s something that for a lot of Americans would probably really affect the way that they take work and they take retirement and change it.
They would take life more seriously because they would know that they actually were going to receive those benefits. So I’m very curious, Lonnie. There’s a lot of different sides of the social security debate and that where there’s answers that we need.
We need the answers. I’d love to hear that, that it is going to be viable. Oh yeah.
Zamico I wonder how many in Congress and the Senate making 175,000 plus per year or collecting social security too. Hey, I do. I would wonder with you Zamico, especially because most of the members of Congress have never worked in the private sector.
Most of these folks are lifelong bureaucrats. And so it’s not like they’ve been generating value, improving the economy or paying in to social security throughout most of their careers. They haven’t been doing it.
They’ve been working for the government. They’re not providing any type of efficiency for the American people. That’s for certain.
And so, yeah, I would question whether they should even have access to it. Yeah. Michelle knew I expected corruption, but had no idea that all these departments had zero oversight, zero.
How many more ways are they stealing? Doge has only hit a couple of departments. Michelle, I agree. I always knew that our government was corrupt and I don’t think that’s new.
I don’t think that’s good news to anybody. I think if you’ve been awake, even in the slightest degree awake, you’ve known throughout most of your life that our government has been stealing or mismanaging taxpayer dollars for decades. And I, and I think we always kind of thought it was extreme, that it was bad, but I honestly had to say, I didn’t think it was this bad.
I thought there were more good apples. I thought that it was more a tree that just had a lot more bad apples than the average tree has. That’s what I was thinking, but this is a whole other level.
At this point, it’s not like we’re looking for the bad apples. I think that the hardest part is going to be finding the good apples in all of this. What are the programs that we’ve been funding that we do need to keep? And it seems like that’s going to end up being a pretty small number.
Yeah. Texas artists wouldn’t accepting a federal social security check that you received in error and cashing it defrauding the federal government of crime. Yes, it would be Texas artists.
And as a matter of fact, anything to do with that one would actually even potentially go to, to some pretty high levels in terms of fraud, defrauding the federal government. That could even have secret service agents knocking on your door. It could indeed.
All right. Yeah. And it, it is guys.
And I know this is something that, well, this is something that it’s just the beginning of. Yeah. Anushka K. lost my business and my health during the previous administration.
That to me are the prices and the damages that how are we ever supposed to get at that? How are we supposed to rectify that? Oh, very important one. Thank you, Sissy. Please do remember that the content in this podcast is general information and educational purposes alone, and is not intended to provide any type of professional or legal advice or financial advice of any form.

All right. Looking for a few more questions. Then we’re going to get in to another one.
We’re going to get into another one. I, Richard Falls, Esther, did you see CPI set at 3% up? Do you think Trump should announce the real inflation now? Richard? I, I think so. I think that we do deserve to know those numbers.
I know that a lot of the fear is that if we knew the accurate numbers, we would most likely see the stock market crash. And so for, for those that are in retirement funds that are in index funds, it makes me think about my grandmother. My grandmother, that’s a large portion of her, of her retirement.
And in that way, it is a tough pill to swallow, Richard. We need that disclosure. We need that number, but it’s going to hurt a lot of real Americans who didn’t do anything wrong.
And yes, we’ve got to break, we’ve got to crack some eggs in order to make some omelets. But I do, I do fear for the repercussions of putting out the real news and Richard, I think actually, and so this was discussed actually during the Trump gaggle last night. And so Elon Musk actually addressed this question during this.
And I, I would highly recommend if folks do have time to actually check this one out 31 minutes, about 32 minutes, some real zingers. And so it’s definitely entertaining and also some really good information. But Richard, what Elon and Trump talked about was the fact that if we can cut, if we can cut government spending by about a trillion dollars and we can increase government or overall U S economic growth by about a trillion dollars, we would be capable of essentially neutralizing inflation for, for the foreseeable future.
And so what they’re really pinning it on is they’re saying that our inflation has not been anything other than the government. Our inflation has been entirely caused by government spending, not by, by, by banks or by anything else of that nature. And so I do have some questions there in regards to the financial industries and quantitative easing things of that nature, but ultimately Elon and Trump are targeting that.
And I think that what they want to achieve is they want to reach a point where we have cut government spending and we do see economic growth so that we can actually neutralize inflation. And I think that’s what they’re trying to do. And I think that when they put out those realistic numbers, the markets don’t freak out as bad.
That’s kind of what I’m thinking they’re looking to do Richard. But ultimately, as I said earlier, I believe we deserve the right to know. Even if it’s not what we want to hear.
Ultimately the government works for us. And if you own a business and you’re not allowed to go in and look at your own business’s accounting and not able to go in and see what you’re spending money on, your business would fail. Your business would automatically fail.
And in that regard, the US government needs a serious audit. And I do. I worry Richard.
I worry because I know, you know, and most all of us know and even a lot of folks out there that I think are kind of playing ostrich and sticking their head in the sand. I think they know too that real inflation has likely hit double digits. Some years.
Double digits. And with that information being released, we would, we would see a catastrophic event in regards to these inflated asset markets. I think the gold and silver.
Would would probably end up winning out in the long run. But ultimately everybody in the stock market is everybody with pensions. You know, from teachers to police officers, that money is invested in index funds.
It’s invested in this inflation. And so I do worry for them. I worry for them.
I worry for my family. I worry for my friends. I worry for the community.
And I do worry for the people that are going to be hit by this inflation. And I do worry for our community because if those numbers do come out, it’s going to hurt. It’s going to hurt.
All right. All right, let’s jump to the next one. Let’s jump to the next story.
And then I see a Stacey in the background. And so we may end up talking with Stacy for a bit before we get pops bopping in for the news update, but we will see. But I’ve got one more that I really want to talk about before we do anything like that.
This one, well, holy crap, holy crap. We all knew this for a long time. I’m not very surprised about it, but we did receive one of our first updates from the agency that’s been put together to investigate the JFK, RFK, and Martin Luther King assassinations.
And Luna here came out and revealed, well, the first bit of information that is counter to what the United States government has told us for the past, well, 60 plus years. And that is that there was more than one shooter on the day of JFK’s assassination. There was more than one.
And that is not something that I think comes as much of a surprise to everyone here at all. Most all of us were very aware, but our government has told us it was not true for a very, very long time. And for many folks out there, the fact that the government told them it wasn’t true, it dismissed the conspiracy and it stopped a lot of investigations from going forth.
And well, they lied to us and they knowingly lied to us. And that’s what Luna here actually talks about. And so I would, this is another one I would highly recommend folks checking out.
This is only two minutes and 38 seconds, this little clip. And so not a long one, but the first information that we are getting from them, not a surprise, not a surprise, guys, but it is a part of the healing process. And that’s what a lot of this I think is really about.
Ultimately, we need the government to come out and tell us all the things they lied to us about so that we can start the process of being able to, being able to heal, I suppose. We need, we need it. Even if it’s not going to be fun, we need them to say it.
Just because we know it, just because investigations, private investigations have gone through and proven these things, we need the government to come out and admit it. And also in this same, in this same meeting, Luna talked about the next things that they plan on investigating. And so first investigations are focused on JFK, RFK, MLK.
Those are going to be the first investigations of her agency. She then went on to say that after that, they will be looking into, and that they already are looking into it at this point in time, that they’re already investigating Epstein, 9-11, and PD. And so we do also have that to both look forward to and to dread the information we will learn in the coming, in the coming months.
And one that surprised me was that they were going to look into 9-11. We know that something happened. We know regardless, and I know I have, I have beliefs on that one.
I’ve talked to members of the community that have beliefs on that one. Pretty much all of us are in agreement, funny business, funny business. What kind of funny business? Well, there are different opinions out there, but we know it was funny.
We know it wasn’t right. And we’re going to get to find out the truth, which I think is going to hurt. And it’s especially going to hurt because of the Americans that lost their lives fighting these wars in foreign nations.
That’s another thing, just like a lot of stuff in regards to the budget and the past actions of the government, that how do you fix that? How do you go back in time and give, and give families their sons and daughters back? You can’t do that. You can’t rectify it. The only thing we can do is we can know the truth.
And by knowing the truth, we can hopefully avoid allowing the government to pull the same crap again to us in the future. Yep. Yeah, I know.
I know. M.B. Sloot, Bush, Inside Job, Tahoe, CIA, and Mob, in my opinion, Trad Tiger, there were no planes. I know that there was funny business.
I know that it looked like a controlled demolition, but I’m not certain on what’s going to be the exact answer. But Marcia Chapman, you can’t heal if you don’t know the truth, exactly. I don’t think that any of the information we receive is going to make us trust the U.S. government any more than we do currently.
But I think it’s going to put us on a path towards the American people being able to trust our government again. It’s at least, I imagine that there’s probably a, you know, it’s a process. And I think the only way for the process to start is for the government to tell us the truth and to prove it.
James Zander, central bank digital currencies are intended for control of we the people, but they conspire to steal without any accountability, the opposite of original intent. Yes, James. And that’s why I’m so excited by the future of digital currency, but not central bank digital currencies.
Yeah. Hey, I like this idea. There’s a good one.
Georgiana Bain. I have an idea. A new job for FBI will be proof of life checks for SSI.
Yeah. Hey, we need things for them to do. That would at least be something that aids and helps the American people.
Yeah. That one guy, Steve, did we ever get to the news? Do not worry. We’re actually about to get to the news.
I just received a message that we will have pops in about four or five minutes. And so I’m going to wait and keep talking with y’all for a few minutes until we get him. And then once he does the update, we’ll jump over and we’ll talk to Auntie Stacey.
All right. Drain the swamp. Savvy.
I think that we’re going to have to start thinking of a word that’s bigger than swamp. Because we’re not draining a swamp. We’re draining an ocean, a dirty, dirty, corrupt ocean at this point.
I don’t know if we have anybody. I don’t know if there’s going to be anybody left in the bureaucracy at the end of this who actually has been fighting for the American people the whole time. I like to imagine that there were folks in our government that truly loved America.
That’s what I believe. Because I had looked into politics. I was a political science philosophy double major.
That was what I was always so interested in. I always had maybe this naivety, this naive belief that there were other people in the government who were in the government because they loved America. Turns out you join the government in order to become a multimillionaire.
They didn’t tell me that in any of the guidance council meetings in my school. They did not. Proud Air American, seeing all the waste uncovered by Doge, it really shows you how your birth certificate gains value whether we’re going to get that money back or not.
They bet on us using the medical system, getting a job in their financial system, buying a home under them. That’s what they bet on. That’s why our birth certificate, in my opinion, gains value as we grow older.
Maybe wrong. A lot of these disclosures and information do start to make some of these things make sense. It starts to make a lot of sense when you start to look at it and go, wow, we really were living in the matrix.
We really were. Our world was not real. What we were taught to believe, what we were educated to do, it was never real.
It was never real. And that’s a lot. That’s a Truman moment, Truman Show moment, I guess.
It was the Truman Show, I believe. All right. Kelly Schlutt says there’s a video out there where a reporter is saying building number seven fell, but actually it didn’t happen for a half hour later than what she said.
Yep. Oh, there are so many. There are so many.
Daryl Mouse, Moose, how about the OKC bombing? Yep. I want answers. I want answers.
I want this agency that Trump put together to actually never go away. I think we need an agency that is constantly answering these questions. I think it needs to be made permanent, or at least be made very easy for the president to initiate these type of investigations.
That way we can continue to hold the government accountable. I hope this doesn’t just stop. I hope we go through, we learn about Diddy, we learn about Epstein, we learn about 9-11, and then I want more answers about other things.
I want to know about the Lusitania in World War I. I want to know about Pearl Harbor in World War II. I want answers on the bombing of the main that brought us into the Spanish-American War. I want answers on OKC.
I want answers on Columbine. I want answers on all of these. I don’t see this as even the tip of the iceberg in terms of the, if you’re in the mainstream, the conspiracy theories that are out there that were never a conspiracy.
Well, they were. They were a conspiracy to lie and hide the truth from the American people, but we were never the crazy ones. The folks out there telling us that the government was giving us the truth and that we need to shut up, those were the crazy people.
I want answers on all of it. I believe that there were major, major, major things that are a part of the foundation of the American dream, the American nation, that were never true. Never true.
And that’s going to hurt. We’re going to have a bit of an identity crisis, I think, over this as a nation as we continue to get more information. I think we are.
All right, though, guys, I do believe I saw we have a Pops pop into the background. I don’t know if he’s ready, though, yet, but it looks like he is. So what’s up, Pops? I was having too much fun trolling and lurking.
I was like, is this kid old enough to even know what he’s talking about? That’s why I’m letting it all grow. That’s why I’m letting it all grow. I’m seeing if, seeing if they’ll finally, you know, let me rent a car or something of that nature, you know? I love this one.
Marcus is, no, it’s a it’s gray beard and little beard. The two. I mean, hey, look, I mean, the Trump administration has even considered enabling pirateering for all of the drug gangs and stuff going on.
I know that’s crazy, right? I mean, every mercenary group that ever left will be like, you know, we just found a new gig. We get to go pirate the cartels. Oh, God, I just thought that’s bad.
That’s a bad joke. But we were having a lot of issues with Somalian pirates. We were having a lot of issues with Somalian pirates, you know, we can get them into a legitimate field.
Right. We just invite them over. And this is something that I know folks, the modern liberal, the modern Democrat doesn’t like to admit it.
But the Second Amendment allows for privateering. We issued we issued permission for people to own and operate galleons. These were state of the art warships of the seventeen hundreds outfitted with hundreds of Canyon cannons, which would make them the equivalent of allowing Americans to own aircraft carriers or destroyers.
Second Amendment allowed that. And so, hey, it may seem far fetched, but it would be perfectly legal to allow for privateering license to be reissued based off of the United States Constitution and precedent. What have you talked about so far? Oh, so we went through and we talked about let me pop that one up on screen so you can actually see we went and so we talked about this gaggle, this, you know, these answers, everything that Elon had to reveal in terms of the Department of Government Efficiency.
And a lot of this conversation was really about condemning the judge that’s blocking their access to Treasury Department right now. But also they talked about 150 year olds, many people. Oh, that’s right.
Over 150 years old and which is still receiving Social Security checks. Did you point out that that’s proof positive that somebody had a had a med bed? I mean, they’re 150 and still getting their Social Security. I mean, it must be real.
Oh, yeah. I think that we need to track these folks down. I want to know their secret.
I want to know their secret to longevity. Is it government cheese or we would have just eaten the government cheese? Would we be in better shape? I mean, what is the magic to this 150 and still getting your Social Security? Yeah. Which is impressive because they were born in, what, the 1870s, which means they were old enough for Social Security before Social Security was created, probably.
Yeah, I think somebody needs to do a skit, somebody needs to do a skit, because if somebody is over 150, let’s assume they’re just 150 flat, that means they were born in 1875. That is one decade, one decade after the end of the United States Civil War ended in 1865. And so 10 years later, these folks were born.
They lived through the Spanish-American War. They lived through Spanish flu, World War I, World War II, I mean, and they survived COVID. That’s probably, you know, they survived COVID, that’s out of all the things that they have seen from World War I, the Great War, World War II, Vietnam, Korea, the rise and fall of communism.
I mean, they survived Fauci. I mean, that alone should be the feather in their cap. I, yeah.
And so Elon Musk had a hilarious quote on that when he said, and so he’s like, we didn’t know if we should call it Guinness Book of World Records. He’s like, we’re pretty certain they’re dead, that or they would be very, very, very famous. Well, it was actually a quote in the Oval Office by Elon Musk.
Yeah, like, Hulk, what kind of bacon are they eating to stay alive that long? It’s got to be the bacon. The other one we talked about, though, Pops, was we talked about the mineshaft where all of our federal terminations have to go through and why we’re unable to terminate more than 10,000 federal employees per month. And it’s because we store all of those documents in a mine 230 feet underground in Pennsylvania, where about 700 plus mine workers work in the elevator that descends in 230 feet into the ground to deliver these documents is incapable of incapable of moving more than 10,000 boxes of manila envelopes down into the mine per month.
It sounds like a joke. I mean, the problem is you believe this? The problem is we, the people are the butt of this bad joke. It is a joke and we’re the butt of it.
We’re the ones they’re ridiculing. I mean, they’re up there laughing, making money. You know what? 30 million, 250,000 a year worth 30 million since you went to work at USAID.
I mean, you know, the rich man’s busy dancing while the poor man pays the band. And I am tired of paying the band. I’m done paying the American people.
Not now. Strike that. The people around the world are tired of paying the band.
We’re going to dance and they can either dance with us, sing along, pay the band, whatever. But we’ll hire a DJ. It’ll be cheaper.
Yeah, I want to talk with some of these people, the 700 plus people that work in this facility, you know, what is their daily commute? Um, it’s this almost sounds like, you know, like a like when a kid’s asking for something and you’re like, yeah, when pigs fly, that’s essentially what they did. They’re like, well, you can’t fire us because we created this insane system where we’re pretty much impossible to fire unless you’re willing to figure out how to get down 230 feet underground into our underground hidden layer. Yeah.
We took over the world. I don’t think we protect some of our nuclear missile silos to this same degree, the same degree we protect the proof and the applications for termination of federal employees. Oh, for our other one, Pops, we talked about the disclosure from the agency that is investigating the MLK, JFK, RFK, and the disclosure that according to Luna, most of the information right now is pointing towards there being more than one shooter on the day of JFK’s.
All right. Yeah, let’s let’s rewind to that one. Let me real quickly.
Some that are just looking, I am getting so many interesting things from groups to bond groups to whatever. From between here, actually over the next six, seven days where things appear to have started for them. Let’s get that new banner up there, Pops.
I don’t want to interrupt you on it, but that’s just to make certain that you’re so it’s easy for folks to find. So what I’m what I’m hearing is funds are indeed moving, but they need a release. And I don’t know the why, but needs a release.
And I’ve gotten this from like six different contacts from groups to bonds to you name it overnight that they have approved on. Once all the final monies are in place, including for us, then the world court gives a final approval stamp and we all start hitting the banks. What the accuracy is, I mean, I’m trying to piece it together from so many different sources.
Could make for an interesting one. I think the furthest one I have out right now between groups, bonds, et cetera, for their funding, I think the furthest one I have out right now is the 19th, which means things, man, I mean, it could be this afternoon. We don’t know.
But I’m getting just a plethora. I’m still piecing through it because I just had such a crazy, busy morning that I haven’t had a chance to really sift through it and see if it gives me more than that for an idea on timing to see if there’s a clue in there I’m missing. And I have a couple of voice messages to listen to on that front, too.
But I mean, it’s a it’s suddenly an overwhelming amount of contacts on all sides of it that are telling me of different process that they are going through for their money presently as we speak. That’s all I’ve got right now. I’m going to bounce back.
I’m certain there’s a lot more in the inbox. So expect a very quick news update that is going to be focused on just most likely the RV RV news, unless there’s some really big happening for the seven o’clock news tonight. I just want to give them a brief update so that they could focus for those that just want to get back to work.
Well, I did see their pops and I do have one other little story because I saw someone mentioned it in chat and I just went to verify it. A distant relative of J.D. Vance, 12 years old, has been reportedly denied a heart transplant because she is not vaccinated. That’s not going to go well.
Yeah, yeah. You don’t deny treatment to the children of relatives of the vice president. You don’t deny treatment to the children in any form or fashion if you, you know, live in a moral world, but you don’t sure don’t do it when it’s.
Yep, there it is. Lily pad, Lily pad. It was your comment that I saw that made me go running to try and find the the articles.
And yep. Yeah, as of three hours ago, and it apparently had broken yesterday, but just had not gotten to the main. OK, when they say vaccinated specifically, just covered 19 yet, just covered 19 over 19 and the flu.
Yep. Wow. I mean, how many more decades, you know, measles, mumps, polio, anything else of that nature solely just because how many more decades of peer reviewed studies do they need on the flu vaccine that show the very questionable benefits unless you’re in very, very specific conditions, age, et cetera? I mean, like very specific.
Do they need to see and read how much overwhelming science do they need before they stop this insanity? Mm hmm. Oh, well, if it were all actually about the science. Yeah, here’s one to to lighten the mood.
Joseph Kavanagh. It’s my son Enoch’s 19th birthday and he’s a regular viewer. And so absolutely, Enoch, happy birthday out there to you.
And I’m certain that you get a and what an epic name, too. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, that is.
I mean, Joseph, if he wasn’t even your son, I’d sing to him just for the cool name. Yeah, it is a really, really cool. That’s cool.
Remember, that is one to remember. Yeah, they are as well. A very, very powerful name.
Have you been keeping track of that RFK still on track for tomorrow? I’m also hearing Kash Patel for tomorrow. I’m really looking forward to both. And I would have said earlier on that I was far more excited about RFK, but now at this point, I would have to say I’m equally equally excited for the work that Kash Patel is going to do with the FBI, especially as we’ve seen, the FBI appears to be the major leaker of a lot of information right now.
It seems as if the FBI is in open rebellion. So we need that done now. We need it done yesterday because they’re up to some funny business.
All right. Yeah, I was looking to see if we had anything on on budget tables as a first thing this morning when I left the desk at nine something, we still didn’t have anything. We’re an hour ahead here, guys.
Mm hmm. I’m seeing a lot about. Yeah, liquidity crisis, money balancing rates, I’m seeing a lot here, but I’m not seeing anything specific to budget tables.
Well, I do know one pops that is is particularly well on the mind of folks is the CPI numbers came out three percent inflation. And I know we actually had a question or two when when are they going to to actually disclose real inflation? And I had talked a little bit on that one where I’m just very, very worried for the folks that have a large portion of their retirement in pensions and in different retirement vehicles who do they have a huge I’m thinking of my grandma. You know, she has a large portion that is in the stock market through these different funds.
And if we heard the information about where inflation really has been at over these years, those markets could very, very easily crash in one spectacular fashion. We need to know we need the information, but I am scared of the repercussions. Oh, no, absolutely.
Now, think about what it does. So security, unfunded benefits, because if they they were figuring the actual number and retirees in the U.S. were getting what they deserve, I mean. Reminder here, so security.
You put in more than you’re going to get out, it is your money, it’s not their money. So, you know, they they. Too many politicians now try to paint that one as some kind of free money giveaway, which is B.S. Money you deserve, money you put in there.
Now, are there people freeloading? Sure, there’s tons of people freeloading, but the overwhelming majority are still people that paid in their whole lives and worked their whole lives and deserve it as thinking money. So they’re giving you guys 1 percent, 2 percent increases. And the real world is giving you a 10 percent, which means that they are giving you an eight percent cut or six to eight percent cut, you know, almost yearly during the Biden administration.
So those real numbers are necessary. Of course, repercussions to the U.S. budget will be considerable. And and I know I know I had thrown out and I know that there’s been some talk on it, but I really feel like as Elon is going through and he’s finding all of these folks that are deceased, that have still been receiving SSI as he finds all the scamsters and fraudsters that have been receiving SSI, all the illegal immigrants that have been receiving SSI, that that money needs to go to the people that have been trying to live on these reduced fixed income SSI checks each month.
And we know we really can’t take that money back and say we can allocate it somewhere else in terms of the federal government. That money needs to go to the people that are the real Americans that actually need it. And who knows? Maybe Social Security is solvent.
And in all honesty, I remember you told me when I was young and everybody, when I started entering the workforce, told me that I should never count on Social Security. It ain’t going to be there when I get. I’m 57.
I’m not counting on it. And I wonder, though, are we going to find out that that it was solvent? I mean, maybe when you cut out all of the illegal people receiving money, maybe it was just a roundabout way of giving kickbacks. Who knows? Maybe we all could have counted on it for our entire lives.
Maybe it’s perfectly solvent if it weren’t for all the fraud and incompetence. It’d be exciting to a degree. It would be.
Karen, when you pass away, you have on set that it just goes stays in the pool for all those that didn’t contribute as much or those that never worked or moved here in their last year or two and get the minimum or illegals or whatever government wants to spend it on. I think Bush senior was the first to borrow from to make it an actual thing to borrow from the Social Security Fund because it had extra money in it. You know, I don’t want to sit in there.
Yeah. Hey, Lady Megan, my take is that if your spouse passes, his or her money should go to their spouses. I mean, I agree with you, Lady Megan.
I agree. Every year you are married that he donated or contribute or she or whatever that you are married. I firmly believe it should.
Yeah. But that’s me. That’s ripping.
That’s ripping the rug out from from underneath married couples. That makes sense to me. All right.
I was looking at the time. Stacy is in the wings. We should probably sing Happy Birthday unless there’s more you want to go over.
Let her sing and do that and then get on with work day. We are going to get Andy tomorrow, but not until close to the end of the hour. So we’ll be forty five to an hour in tomorrow before we get Andy, but we finally get him.
I guess you told everybody he wasn’t going to be here. Yep. Yep.
I gave everybody that that heads up. And yeah, I’ll go ahead and I’ll leave you and Stacy to it there, Pops. And so I’ll bid everyone to do and a great and happy Trump day.
Thank you guys so much. Wait a minute. Weren’t you supposed to sing before I got back? Oh, well, you got back just in time.
And so, you know, I guess that means it falls on you. I’m happy to do it. I enjoy singing.
Yep. Mary, Mr. C is on Fridays. Tomorrow is Thursday.
All right. All right. Thank you, guys.
Yeah. And Stacey was waving at you as let’s sing Happy Birthday. I will stay in chat and try to answer some questions while Stacey’s speaking.
Just to give you guys a heads up, since I wasn’t here this morning as early as I wanted to be here. So far, we had Enoch and Bethany. I’m certain there are a lot more that I have just not seen.
So they tell me it’s your birthday. Well, happy birthday, darling. May you live.
May you love. Make all your dreams come true. Happy birthday.
Happy birthday. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to all those celebrating.
Now we’re going to bring in the Miss Stacey Z. Let’s let’s remove this one. Let’s move this one here. Let’s add this.
All right. Now I’m ready for you. Perfect.
I’m not sure if I’m allowed to come on because I don’t have a beard. We all kind of have the same hair. But we kind of like that you don’t have a beard.
Yeah, it’s probably really awkward to call you Aunt Stacey when you got a beard. Yeah, that’s true. And sorry, Wendy, it’s true.
I’m Zestra’s favorite aunt. She’s watching, right? I know. I just had to do that and be silly.
So anyway, oh, my gosh, talking about disclosures, everything coming out in the world, talking about like vaxes and all that kind of fun stuff, I decided we would talk about how to survive a toxic world, because here’s a very, very scary statistic. Big Pharma is now buying big agriculture. And as we know, big agriculture and worked with big tobacco and they own big food.
So now it’s all becoming one crazy, crazy grouping that is creating havoc on our bodies. So just as statistics, chronic disease rates in America have increased dramatically from 7.5 percent of the population in the 1930s to 60 percent today. That represents a 700 percent surge.
And then if that’s not bad enough, obesity rates now affect 40 percent of Americans. It’s crazy. And why does this happen? You want to throw the presentation back up there, Mark Twinkie? Thank you.
OK, just for a heads up, it delays. So I’ve already clicked it, but it takes a few seconds for it to acknowledge it. So when you’re like, Twinkie, Twinkie, it’s stuck waiting.
It’s not me. Just so you know, it might be me because the weather is so yucky here. OK, so why is this happening with our our disease rates? So it’s because we’re a toxic world.
So big pharma and big ag are getting together. This is crazy. Bayer just bought Monsanto.
And what does Monsanto have? They have Roundup. What does Roundup create? Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. What does Bayer have? The cure for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or treatment because they don’t want to cure you.
Then they can’t get money from you. So persistent organic pollutants, toxic metals, solvents and endocrine disruptors are all too common in our foods. So drinking water, household products and even in the air we breathe.
We’re exposed to many toxic chemicals daily. Substances such as mercury, aluminum, dioxin, pesticides and many other industrial and environmental toxins have been associated with autoimmune diseases. There are over eighty five thousand chemicals in use today, with the majority not even tested, not even tested for adverse effects.
And these chemicals, oxidative stress, T cell dysregulation and alterations of immune cell messenger systems. So everything that we do is creating toxins in our body and we don’t mean to. It’s being shoved on us and we don’t even realize it.
Research actually shows environmental factors are associated with more than 80 percent of human diseases and nearly one in six deaths worldwide. So those people that are alive at 150, guess what they took so that they could live that long? They took Pertandum Nrf2. Why? Because the Nrf2 pathway is the master regulator of detoxification.
Nrf2 activation plays a crucial role in coordinating the cellular defense against oxidative stress and harmful substances, including environmental pollutants and toxins. It also promotes the expression of genes involved in detoxification pathways, including those related to phase two detoxification enzymes and aids in the removal of toxins and harmful, harmful substances from the body while maintaining cellular health and integrity. And proper Nrf2 function is essential, means your body can’t live without it.
Doesn’t happen. You don’t detoxify unless you have the correct Nrf2 pathways open for protecting against environmental pollutants, toxins and the damaging effects of oxidative stress. So Nrf2, scientifically proven that it reduces oxidative stress by 40 percent in 30 days and 70 percent in 120 days.
It activates the production of glutathione by over 300 percent. And why is that important? Glutathione is the most important thing for your body to be able to detoxify. It activates the production of superoxide dismutase by 30 percent, activates the production of catalase by 54 percent, and it activates the production of hemioxygenase by over 700 percent.
That’s your anti-inflammatory genes, guys. It enhances gene expression by 68 percent. It neutralizes over one million free radicals per second, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
And it’s the only natural product proven to extend the life of mammals by seven percent. So that’s how those people are living to 150 to keep collecting social security. OK, so your body’s defense mechanism against environmental pollutants and toxins are your antioxidants.
God gave us an amazing immune system and all those wonderful things that I talked about, the superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione, peroxidase are your top primary antioxidants. It’s what God gave you. Right.
And then you have secondary antioxidants. These are ones that help your primary antioxidants work. So not only do you need the increase in superoxide dismutase, catalase, hemioxygenase, but then also you need some vitamins and minerals to help the whole thing work, too.
So, OK, why is glutathione so important? Many toxic and harmful substances that are exposed to that we are exposed to daily have been associated with disease and elevated oxidative stress levels and require considerable amounts of glutathione for detoxification. So acetaminophen, it’s been getting huge amounts of coverage in the news because people are dying left and right. They don’t realize that they’re taking Tylenol for pain or acetaminophen for pain and then they’re like taking a cold, cold drug that actually has it in it, too.
And then there’s something that helps them sleep at night. They’re taking that, too, and they’re overdosing on it. And it’s killing their kidneys and their liver.
So pharmaceuticals cause toxic toxins in the body. Heavy metals, mercury, pesticides, herbicides, nitrates and food preservatives and dyes and artificial sweeteners. We need RFK Jr. Everybody call their senators, please.
We need to be able to live so that we can help people when this silly RV happens that we’ve been waiting on forever. No, we haven’t been waiting on it forever. It’s happening.
So tobacco smoke, barbecued fuel of foods, fuel exhaust, alcohol, household chemicals, the nonstick coatings of pans and skillets, cleaning products are one of the most toxic things that we have in our house. Chlorine and treated water, chlorine, fluoride. Goodness gracious, you know, fluoride’s bad when the mayor of New York City actually gets rid of and lowers the amount of it in their water supply because they realize how much it dumbed you down.
So medical x-rays, UV radiation, EMF, industrial pollutants, all of that steals the glutathione out of your body, which means you can’t detoxify. And when you have low glutathione, you have neuro and brain diseases. You have Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, ALS, multiple sclerosis, autism, ADHD, ADD, bipolar, depression.
You have immune system issues and cancer, HIV, AIDS, cancer, lupus, viral infections, asthma, acne, Lyme disease, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular. You have atherosclerosis, the building up of the plaques and the veins and vessels. You have erectile dysfunction because you’re not getting blood flow, hypertension, stroke, heart attacks.
You’ve got thyroid and pancreatic function issues, diabetes, pancreatitis, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. You have inflammatory skin conditions, accelerated aging, arthritis, chronic fatigue, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, gout, hepatitis, cystic fibrosis, infertility. Guys, it is amazing how Trump’s always talking about including IVF and all that good stuff because our birth rates are so low.
Everything and the toxins in our food supply and in the air that we breathe are causing those issues. There’s actually studies on NRF2 and fertility and how NRF2 can actually help with that. Macular degeneration, weight gain, all of that stuff is included in this.
And what’s really cool is the NRF2 is an all natural pill that can help prevent and treat aging and disease and was literally named potentially the most extraordinary therapeutic and preventative breakthrough in the history of medicine. It’s really cool. So another thing that’s very important is God gave us our mitochondria, right? They’re the fuel cells of our bodies.
They fuel pretty much 95 percent of everything we do. And like NRF2, NRF1 can activate the expression of genes involved in antioxidant defense. And this includes the upregulation of enzymes like hemoxygenase, that anti-inflammatory and various cytoprotective proteins which help combat oxidative stress caused by environmental pollutants and toxins.
So we have to have healthy mitochondrial function for proper detoxification processes and minimizing cellular damage caused by environmental pollutants. So NRF1 helps with mitochondrial function and autophagy, which is very important because if your body doesn’t have the energy to properly go through autophagy, like the cleaning up of your cells that are damaged, then it causes issues and inflammation and finish their process. So you’ve got to have the energy to do that.
And autophagy helps remove toxins and damaged organelles contributing to detoxification and cellular health. So it’s super important you just think about your body battery. When your body battery is full, everything’s good.
You can help fight all the bad things in the world. When your body battery is empty, you get cell damage because it can’t go through proper autophagy and you get autoimmune diseases of which there’s over a hundred, so you get heart issues, brain issues, pancreatic issues, metabolic issues, all that stuff. So your ATP is through energy production and helps create more mitochondria, healthy, happy mitochondria.
Another thing that helps immensely is NAD. So adequate levels of NAD and sirtuin activity are associated with increased cellular longevity and resilience, which includes efficient detoxification. As NAD levels decline with age, sirtuin activity decreases, and this can contribute to a reduced capacity for detoxification and increased susceptibility to toxin induced damage, so NAD is a vital cofactor, vital meaning it can’t happen without NAD, so it’s a vital cofactor for many enzymatic reactions in the body, including those involved in metabolism and detoxification.
It acts as an electron carrier in redox reactions, which are central to both energy production and mitochondria and the function of enzymes that metabolize toxins, very important. And your sirtuins are a family of NAD dependent deacetylase enzymes that play a significant role in cellular stress responses, including detoxification. They regulate the function of various proteins by removing acetyl groups, which can affect protein activity, stability, and interaction with other molecules.
So there’s actually seven sirtuins, SIRT3, SIRT4, and SIRT5 are all located in the mitochondria and directly regulate their function. They are involved in enhancing mitochondrial efficiency and biogenesis. That means making more mitochondria, predicting against oxidative stress and ensuring that the mitochondria can adequately support energy demands of detoxification.
So what’s the other purpose of sirtuins? They slow down cellular aging by aiding in DNA repair. Oh, so important. Delay the shortening of telomeres, which are the DNA caps at the end of our chromosomes, and they regulate the creation of new mitochondria.
So we start decreasing, the body starts losing the ability to make NAD. And so we actually have scientifically been shown that we can double sirtuin activity in 24 hours. Pretty amazing, huh? Okay.
Other things that help with the detoxification process, vitamins. There are 13 key vitamins and minerals your body has to have. We got together with a wonderful institute, the Lioness Pauling Institute, who is at the forefront of vitamin and natural health and longevity.
And we created a vitamin that acts for the proper times and the ones that work together. So we actually have a RISE-AM, a RESET-PM, and then a D3+. So we do RISE-AM, it’s all the stuff your body can use and needs in the AM to get you going, and then we have a RESET-PM, which is all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs at night for repair and calming down, and then the D3+, is of course D3, but it’s got all the stuff for bone health and K2s in it.
So boron, K2s, all that good stuff. So vitamin C, major antioxidant, vitamin E, another major antioxidant, very important in recycling, all those wonderful NRF2 properties, and selenium, huge because it helps with glutathione, zinc, very important, but you got to be careful, if you take too much zinc, you deplete your copper and then you create an imbalance, so that’s another reason why we have two, one for AM, one for PM, because zinc and copper actually go against each other, so they can’t be taken together. So magnesium, it is huge, it plays a crucial supporting role in detoxification reactions, particularly in the liver.
Did you know that it’s in charge of like over 300 different chemical responses in the body? Magnesium, so very important. And the B vitamins, you can’t do anything without B vitamins, you’ve got to have the energy, and the really cool thing about ours is they are all methylated. There are about 40% of Americans that can’t use vitamin B because their body can’t break it down.
So we methylate it for you, so your body can actually use it. And vitamin D3, good gosh, I cannot tell you how important vitamin D3 is. It is amazing how much vitamin D is linked to autoimmune diseases, cancer, all kinds of different stuff.
And the levels that they tell you are the healthy levels, that is not true. You can usually take up to 10,000 IUs a day, and sometimes still be deficient in it, so just make sure you’re doing D3. Okay, probiotics help immensely because where’s all your immune health? It’s in your gut.
So probiotics positively influence the composition and diversity of the gut microbiome, and the healthy gut microbiome plays a crucial role in detoxification by promoting the metabolism and excretion of certain toxins. Some probiotic strains can bind to toxins, reducing their absorption through the intestinal lining and promoting their excretion from the body, like the lactobacillus strains. Omega Plus helps immensely too, because fatty acids are the building blocks of all of our cell membranes and feel our muscles, including the heart, brain, and other vital organs.
Omega Plus delivers a powerful 3-in-1 blend, DHA for the brain, EPA for the heart, omega fatty acids, omega-3 fatty acids, and omega-7 fatty acids, and vitamin D3 to support brain health, cardiovascular health, skin health, and the immune system. So the most important thing is with all these linoleic acids, all these bad oils that big food puts into our food supply, we’re getting way too much omega-6s, which is creating non-alcoholic fatty liver syndrome and all kinds of different stuff, and then your liver can’t function properly, and then you can’t detoxify properly. So we have just omega-3s and omega-7s, which help break down those omega-6s.
So the Western diet actually has a ratio as high as 20 to 1 of omega-6 to omega-3. So you’ve got to bring that way, way down so that your liver can function properly. When you take all three of the Nrf1, Nrf2, and the NAD together, you have almost an 1800% increase in efficacy.
That’s why they call them the synergizers. They work together and help each other do everything your body needs. And then, as we found out through studies, when you add the Ris-AM and Reset-PM and D3+, you get even higher glutathione peroxidized expressions, catalase expression increases another 17%, and then the sirtuin activity goes up to 68%, it’s pretty amazing when you put it all together because they all help each other.
One of the best things that we have for the autoimmune diseases and inflammation that’s created in the body from all these terrible toxins in our food is the Nrf2 and liquid collagen. They literally lower the dysregulation of interleukin signaling. So your tumor necrosis factor alpha, your interleukin-6, your interleukin-1 betas, all those sometimes get turned on and just keep creating inflammation in the body, and when you put these two together, it lowers the interleukin beta by 97%, the interleukin-6 by 94%, the tumor necrosis factors by 41% and 61%.
So it is huge for autoimmune inflammation in the body altogether. It gets your body out of that vicious constant cycle of, oh, I need to go fix this and I got to stay inflamed, when that’s not really the case, these endocrine disruptors in our foods are making your body think that, and it’s not really true, it’s actually causing more damage. So there’s one more thing that can really help with this that is amazing for your organs.
It also helps that 40% obesity rate, but what it does for your organs is even more amazing. Our third-party study results are in for our MindBody GLP-1 system. So GLP-1, it’s a hormone produced in the lower gut, it regulates appetite and blood sugar, slows down digestion, steadies blood sugar and glucose spikes, reducing cravings, and communicates feelings of fullness, satiety, and reduces food noise along the gut-brain axis.
Why is this so important? Big tobacco bought big food, and they took the really addictive properties of those cigarettes and put them into food, and it overrides our hypothalamus, which regulates how much we want to eat and when we want to eat and what we crave. And we’ve come up with a natural way with pills and powder, not shots, that actually increase your GLP-1 so that you can work on those cravings and help lower those obesity rates. So it’s a two-part system.
You’ve got pills and powder. It increases GLP-1 on average by 140% in 12 weeks. Most people lose nine pounds, up to nine pounds in eight weeks and up to 25 pounds in 12 weeks, and 100% of people who lost weight maintain their muscle.
Why is that important? Because the synthetics, the way you drop weight with those is you drop muscle and water and bone mass. That’s how you lose the weight with synthetics. That’s not something that’s easy for the body to come back from.
You also have a 20% reduction in visceral fat. Guys, that’s huge because that’s where all disease comes from. When that visceral fat gets around your organs, you’re damaging them and then they can’t function properly.
And then we also have a 5% reduction in body fat. So it increases GLP-1, supports sustainable weight loss and wellness, helps balance hunger hormones to create satiety via the gut-brain access. It … so you don’t want a desire to snack all the time because that’s what they’ve created in the food, in all the terrible, highly processed foods.
And then it helps maintain blood sugar levels as well. So 82% of people who take it took back control of their food relationship. 95% reduced sugar cravings.
Guys, I barely eat chocolate anymore. It’s the craziest thing. And I was a chocoholic.
When I was in college, you could ask Mark, I would wake up, I’d have a Mountain Dew and a Snickers. Hence why I’m into it. Breakfast of champions.
Breakfast of ant champions. Yes. So I don’t crave that stuff anymore.
And it is amazing that people get a 96% smaller portions. 85% felt less hungry all the time. And 90% actually ate less of those smaller portions that they chose.
And 85% actually now eat for health instead of emotions. It’s a wonderful thing. And it’s not just for weight loss.
It’s for your health, for every part of your essential health, your organs. It does everything and helps your organs immensely. And the really cool thing with our third party study, we found out the healthy weight stack.
You know how NRF2 and NRF1 and NAD do amazing things for your antioxidant pathways. Well, when you include the GLP-1 system and NRF2, you open four new antioxidant pathways and with everything that they’re putting into our food system, big pharma buying big ag, then we need that. It is so important.
Then we found out that when you put the three of these wonderful products together, the healthy weight stack, you amplify your fat metabolism and fatty acid metabolism pathways by increasing nine new pathways. It’s amazing what it does together. And that’s not even the tip of the iceberg, right? We can see the impact of age on one of the largest organs of our body, which is our skin, right? I’m 57 and I notice things every day.
I have wrinkles that I didn’t have before, but it’s okay. But what about agents impact on our organs in our body? Or for that fact, the toxins impact on our organs in our body. This is super cool.
The healthy weight stack in the study found out that it’s a renovation crew activating 22, yes, you heard that right, 22 new genes to restore, rebuild, and renew internal organs. Guys, that is amazing what that can do. It actually enhances antioxidant defense, supports fatty acid and fat metabolism, promotes tissue cell strength and integrity, supports tissue cell regeneration and repair, and promotes the coordination signaling and impulses with tissue cells and nerves over all nerve cell health.
Guys, that is amazing what this can do. And what’s really cool is GLP-1 is very important for diabetes. There’s over 11,000 studies, over 9,000 studies on weight management, over 5,000 studies on GLP-1 in the cardiovascular system, over 500 studies on GLP-1 in the immune system, also over 500 studies of GLP-1 in autoimmune disease, and it’s called the gut-brain access for a reason, the gut is our second brain and without, did you know that over 70%, no, it’s more than that.
Oh, shoot. I think 90% of our immune system, yes, 90%, sorry, is in our gut. It is so very important.
Did you know our neurotransmitters are made in our guts? So the gut is our second brain and there’s over 500 studies on GLP-1 in cognitive function, over 31 studies of GLP-1 in bipolar, over 41 studies on GLP-1 in mood disorders, over 138 studies of GLP-1 in addiction, right, because the big food industry has figured out how to addict us to food, over 218 studies of GLP-1 in depression, and here’s a really interesting fact. Hold on one second. I’m going to close this.
I guess I’m getting a delivery I wasn’t expecting. Here’s something very interesting. There are now studies coming out about highly ultra-processed foods and the creation of depression.
That should tell you everything you need to know, what they’re doing to us in our food supplies. Okay. So with this said, sorry, Mark, I put Zester’s link in here because I thought he was running the show today.
So you can order all these wonderful things. It’s StacyZ.LifeVantage.com and then Mark gets credit for it because it goes through me or you can order through Zester.LifeVantage.com and Mark still gets credit, so either way you want to do it, but I have a very, very important announcement for those of you that are doing the GLP-1 system, right, the mind and body system, they finally listened because we all have way too much powder left over at the end of the month and not enough pills to go with it. You can currently order just the MB core pills by themselves right now.
It’s a trial period to see how it goes or the enhanced powder, because believe it or not, we have a lot of IBM and Crohn’s patients that this is healing their gut and they’re not having flare-ups. So a lot of people with insulin resistance want the pills, the core pills for that, but they can’t handle the powders. I know Mark’s not a powder fan, so he likes to just take the pills.
So you can do two on standalone orders right now for this month, through the end of this month, and they’re going to see how it goes. Just go under shop all, over to the left, you’ll see down a little bit mind, body exclusive core pills or enhanced so that you can get those separately right now to help balance out what you have on hand. So that is it.
That tells you everything you need to know, right? Oh, yes. Wasn’t that awesome? Yes. We have been getting so many wonderful stories.
From diabetics. It just makes my heart so happy. So happy.
So, so happy. Yay. Most people mix it with a coffee, but because it makes it like, it’s like a creamer, you just have to stir it often.
I mix it when I do a shake. I do mine with my protein powder in the mornings. And here’s a little trick.
Protein, having a gram of protein for every pound that you weigh is very important because you’re not going to be able to burn that fat, fight that fat without protein. You also have to drink at least 64 ounces of water. Some people were finding out.
Not just when you take it, like throughout the day. Yes, you can. I do only two scoops in the morning.
And then another, I can only do three scoops because it makes me not want to eat, which is not healthy. So I do two scoops in the morning around 10 and then I do my other scoop around four. So it all depends.
You just have to play with it. See how it works out for you. But it is doing amazing things for people.
I just can’t even, it just makes my heart so happy. Yes. Yeah, no, I’m with you.
Okay, guys. It’s one of those days you got to get to work, but we’ll have more time this evening and we will enjoy it. Thank you, Aunt Stacey.
You are welcome. And everybody enjoy Andy tomorrow. I’m so excited that you actually get them in there because I know everybody’s been missing them.
They have. All right, guys. See you this evening at seven.
